Dear Team My name is Abhijit Vichare and I wish to lodge the complaint against one of the office of Bharati Airtel; located near Swargate, Pune; which caters to the customer requests for new connections of Airtel 4G. Few months back (around 3-4 months ago); I had registered the requirement of Airtel 4G connection. After registering the request; one of the staff from Airtel visited my home for 4G demo. After successful demo; I had purchased Airtel 4G dongle from Airtel''s 4G outlet located at Tilak Road and I have paid two bills after the connection and third bill is about to be generated. But still; even after 3-4 months; the request for 4G connection requirement has not been closed. I am continuously receiving calls from the Airtel''s Swargate office. It is very frustrating. I am continuously receiving calls for last few months. When I ask them about the address of their office; they do not tell the address and disconnect the call. Few days back; a lady who called me managed to tell me that her office is located at Swargate; but when asked about the exact location; she disconnected the call. Finally, I thought of lodging the complaint. Please help me out and stop these pathetic calls and harrassment. Looking forward for your positive response at the earliest. Thank you Abhijit Vichare

    I purchased Airtel 4G Hotspot Dongle in Delhi NCR recently, the sales person advised me that it'll give me a minimum download speed of 5MBPS at all times, in reality it's giving a speed of less than 1 MBPS e.g. around 0.7 MBPS. I'm extremely dissatisfied with it's performance. Please help me getting this resolved

      Hi, This complain has still not been resolved and am getting payment mails again and again.After I posted this complain airtel sent me an email that i do not have to pay anything and my account will be disconnected. But nothing was done and still am getting payment mails. Now the customer care people are making stories that this account is active because of ownership transfer which i have never applied for.I never even heard anything like that so why will I apply for that. Must say that Airtel customer care service is the most pathetic one.I cannot take this nonsense anymore. I need immediate disconnection and also I am not paying anything as the last payment where I confirmed disconnection twice has been paid in April.I do not owe anything to Airtel. I have the whole chain of mails exchanged so if that is required I can send it to the concerned person. Regards, Astha Shaw

        Sir I'm M Zameer Regular customer of your company my number [protected] Dharwad City area pin code 580001. I want to complaint with the network provided by you and i have complaint many times 121 and they always resolve it without correcting the problem. The network is so low and poor signals sometimes displays No Service. That you are saying 3G, 4G forget 3g 4g. I don't even get a good 2g connection. Some times I get 1g connection and i am complaining this problem from almost more than one month. Please tell me Why should pay the bill because i don't get the proper network connection.

          I am Vivek Sharma. My airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] is being wrongly charged for incoming calls even after doing a roaming recharge. Recently I have come to New Delhi for work and thus was on roaming my number being from Maharashtra circle. On 17th July 2015 i recharged my number with Roaming pack of Rs.29 for 28 days. This recharge provides free incoming for 28 days and local calls at Rs 0.80/min and STD calls at Rs 1.15/min.I got the confirmation message for the recharge at around 08:08 PM. Even after doing this recharge i noticed that there were deductions in my balance for incoming.I called up the customer care on 18th July 2015. The Senior Supervisor understood my problem and accepted that I am being wrongly charged. he registered a complaint on my number and asked me to wait for the technical department to get back to me in 24 hours.He also refunded Rs 36 for the wrong charge. The reference number of complaint was CBNRV[protected]. On 20th July 2015 I received a call from technical department number [protected] but it lasted for some 10 seconds and i could not hear anything.After sometime I received a message saying that the Technical Department of Airtel was trying to reach me. My problem was still not solved so I called up the customer care again. They transferred my call to another Senior Supervisor. I explained him the whole scenario again. He said that your problem will definitely be solved by 04:00 PM on 21st July 2015. I asked whether I need to recharge another roaming pack as I have to receive calls but he refused. He said like you were refunded earlier of being wrongly charged you will be refunded again till the problem is not solved. The problem was not solved. I called up again and spoke to another Senior Supervisor and he said that he will arrange a technical department callback for me . But there was no call back. I called up again on the night 21st July 2015 and another senior supervisor said that there was technical problem and that is why they could not call but will surely call before 10 AM of 22nd July 2015. There was no call back from the technical department. I called up the customer care again on 22nd July 2015 at around 1130 PM. This time I spoke to the Senior supervisor and told him the issue. This SENIOR SUPERVISOR called MAHESH from MAHARASHTRA CIRCLE was very RUDE and NOT EVEN LISTENING TO ME.He again said we will check with technical department but this time I refused to postpone it. I asked for my refund of balance and said that will do a new roaming recharge for the time being. He started giving me vague solutions like checking my settings of networks and was not listening to me only. He said that you are not being wrongly charged etc. He straightaway said I CANNOT HELP YOU and do whatever you want. He kept the phone thereafter. The reference numbers which were given to me are- CWRCH[protected] CBDCC[protected] CBNRV[protected] I want the total refund of the incoming deductions made on my number after 18th July 2015.My problem of incoming calls should be either solved as soon as possible. There should be some disciplinary action taken against the Senior Supervisor Mahesh of Maharashtra circle. please look into this problem soon Thank you VIVEK SHARMA- [protected]

I am a premium customer and having averagely more than 500 rs per month.               Hi, Sir/Mam Please help me i am really in a no where situation actually i was using a vodafone prepaid and i ported my no. [protected] to airtel post paid and now the problem the operator is not helping to resolve my issue the problem is since the no. is ported i am not able to receive any call nor able to receive any message nor able to send message i am just able to make outgoing whenever i call up call center they say its in process it will be resolved soon they register a complain and give a time line and the problem is not yet resolved i call 3 to 4 times a day to call center and they dont have any answer for that please help me please incoming calls and messages are very important to me my work is pending as i am not able to get any call nor messages Kindly be a helping hand to me Regards Deepak Sahtiani [protected]

                sir on 21/07/2015 in my airtel no [protected] sim the balance was 850 and also i had 200 mb of 3g data in my phone on that day and night i did not start my data connection the last time i start was around 8pm on 21 which shows me 200 mb left there after i turn of my data. on 22 when i called from my phone it show me that you have zero rupees balance and 0 mb data left when i call customer care they didnot give any satisfactory answer to the same and told me that the deduction is due to net surfing when i told them that i never use the net and how 200mb and 850rs deduct without using net than they cut the call and also i made many attemts to contact them but finally they told that they will call me within 24 hours but do not give any satisfatory reason for the same. sir please look into the matter and do needful

                  Address: Vision Gallery, chawdar tale, at post mahad, Tal-Mahad, Dist.Raigad, State-Maharashtra, PIN-402301,

                  on Thursday 16th 2015 @Rs.75/- with skim of 75/- core balance, but haven't received recharge of Rs.75/- yet, and when i visited the shop regarding complaint; shop owner Mr. Nilesh Yadav refused to recharged and he spoke arrogantly"I will not recharge, jo karna hai karo";
                  I would request airtel to please consider the request and kindly recharge my number with Rs 75/- else i will go to consumer court for sure.

                    I had applied for an MNP to BSNL from Airtel on 29.6.2015.I was given an unique porting ID on that date which was duly entered in the BSNL application form. This ID expires on 29.7.2015. On July 6 I received a message from Airtel that the porting out will be done within seven working days. (Reference no.[protected]. Nothing happened till 15th July. I called up 121 on 16, 17, 18, 19, 21 July and each time some executive like Parthaprastim Changkakoti, Devjani and others told me the same story that they were sending a request to escalate the matter and that I will be cotancted by the Airtel team within next morning or within three hours. But none of this happened and Airtel still has not deactivated my number to allow me to use the SIM that BSAL has already approved and given me. I have also paid the billed amount which was intimated to me and there will be an unbilled amount which I can pay immediately only if I am informed about the amount. I am at my wits end because of this harrassment by Airtel and in another seven days when this Porting ID expires I will also lose themoney that I have already paid to BSNL for the MNP connection.                       I have recharged form 150 /-on 16/07/15 and today my balance is 0 which is not possible but when i call to customer care your executive told me i used the internet therefore balance is 0.it is totally wrongly deduction from my account because i have not used the internet though the prepaid no.you can check our earlier re cod i have never used the net through this no..In spite of that it is surprised to know that net is used by NOKIA mobile while i have SAMSUNG mobile .so kindly refund my amount and deposit in my account.                         Your kind intervention is required for transfer of the above No. in my individual name. This connection was allotted to me in my official capacity as Director, DDA in 2008.I am using the same since then and DDA has been making the payment o[censored]ser charges.On my retirement on on 31.7.2014 as Director(Nazarat), DDA gave NOC to Bharti Airtel vide letter dated 14.1.2015 for transfer of above no. in individual name of O.P.Gupta. Along this NOC I contacted ur outlet at Shalimar Bagh for transfer of no. in my name.Ur executive told me that this No. exist in the name of GNCTD and not DDA. Again, AD (Nazarat) DDA informed Bharti Airtel on 16.7.15 that this No. was issued in the name of DDA and again requested for transfer of above mobile no. in the name of Sh. O.P.Gupta. Mr. Sareen, DDA is your corporate customer and this no. was released long ago in favour of DDA and payment o[censored]ser charges are also being made by DDA in favour of M/s Bharti Airtel .Therefore, necessary correction in your record may kindly be made and this connection may kindly be transferred in favour of Sh.                           I have been using Airtel 4G services under Mobile No [protected] ; And yesterday I made a payment of 1, 500 rupees for the outstanding amount. However today I received a phone call from airtel customer services saying my outstanding balance is 23, 000 rupees.I am not sure how can the unbilled amount for 1 month be 23, 000 and if my allocated credit limit is 1500 rupees, how was it allowed to reach 23, 000. This is causing great deal of mental agony for me and is a serious cause of concern. I have called up the airtel helpdesk again and I was asked to wait for the bill to get generated, this statement doesnt help me either. If there is some issue it needs to be sorted out upfront rather than waiting for the month end. As this is causing extreme mental anxiety for me I would appreciate a quick redressal of the same.                             i am vikas regular customer of your sompany my number is [protected], [protected] i want to complain with the network provided by you and i have complain many time to 121 and they always resolve it without correcting the problem and the network is so low that i don`t even able to make a conversation complete and inter is so low that you are saying 4g forget 4g i don`t even get a good 2g connection some time i only get 1g connection and i am complaining this problem from almost 2 months and please tell me why i should pay the bill . because i dont get the proper network

                              I reached out to Airtel broadband for internet connection. They made their dealers call me with offer for services. Looks like they have bogus dealers who have taken the installation charges of Rs.1000/- from me and I have still not got any proper response from airtel inspite of repeated follow ups. The bogus dealer company is Info data global services. The contact person who has been cheating me is Santhosh ([protected]). I am not sure how to lodge a formal complaint with Airtel.

                                We have 2 Post Paid numbers and live at BTM 2nd Stage (near KAS Officers Colony at Lake View Road). For the past 3 to 4 months there is lot of issues with respect to signal coverage, signal strength and call drop. We did not had this issues earlier. We recently only we are facing this. Most of the times the call does not connect, it takes more time and even if it connects the audio quality is very poor. we are hearing what the other person talks and what we speak does not reach other person. We need to end to call and make several calls to speak to communicate. [protected] [protected]

                                  I had given the request for MNP on[protected]. My old sim was deactivated on[protected] ad 00:38:00. But still my new number has ot be activated. I had contacted customer care and delear where I bought the sim. but there is no proper reply from both ends.

                                    I reside in Kandivali (e), Mumbai and had applied for broadband + landline connection for my residence as Airtel is already providing service to many other flats in my building. I also made 6 months advance payment for same of approximately Rs. 7200. I have received SMS on 05.07.2015 that documents against my Airtel account no. [protected] and Fixed Line no. [protected] have been received and connection will be provided in 3 days. Since then I have only received 2 SMS on 10.07.2015 and 21.07.2015 that their is some technical problem and there may be delay and nothing further has happened. My CAF No. is 724625. Needless to say I am extremely frustrated that even after more than 3 weeks of payment being deducted from my account no connection has been provided. I talked with the sales executive (who is responsive and trying to help his level best) and he gave me the no. of Area manager, Mr. Diwarkar singh, who didn't do anything about the problem and on me following up just gave me the no. of installation head, Mr. Devendra Arora. I tried calling him and he answers that he is on another call and will call back. After waiting 1 hour when I call back, he asks me to send caf no. (724625) and says he will call back. After waiting another hour when I try calling, he simply starts cutting my calls. He doesn't even have the courtesy to answer back and once when we do talk for a sec he talks rudely as if we are asking him for a favour and again disconnects. I just WANT A REFUND OF MY MONEY NOW. I AM NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY ANY AIRTEL SERVICES AND WOULD ADVISE OTHERS SAME.

                                    My complaint for installation has been resolved but fresh problem of payment has come up now. The payment of Rs 7150/- which I made at start has not been accounted for and I have been sent message that there is due of Rs. 6557 payable by 15th Aug.

                                      Till date your customer care excutive did not get actual information.My amount cut from airtel on dated 15.07.15 & 18.07.15 but not a single massage send me.When I ask customer care excutive about this they told me for technical fault SMS not delivered.I know it is a common language of customer care.I ask you is the sufferer for that? When I told him to return my balance amount they advised to contact higher authority.So I request you please give me a contact number of your higher authority.

                                        I recharge of rupees 93 on 10th july 2015, the 93rs scheme is, 93rs 1GB 2G Plan i will get 200MB soon, and remaining 800MB after 10 days, but still i am not getting the remaining 800MB, i called to customer care, but they not properly answering..
