Dear sir / madam
I have the honour to inform you with sheer frustration and grief, the worst kind of strategies adopted by my mobile service provider airtel.
Sir, i recharged my above mentioned mobile no. With rs. 200 / - full talk time recharge on 27 / 07 / 2015. Rs. 46 / - 2g whatsapp pack was also recharged on the same day. I used whatsapp to view 4 photos & 1 small videos (1 min 30 seconds) . I was surprised to know that my entire balance was debited and was brought back to zero.
Immediately i contacted customer care with great difficulties and informed the same. I was told that whatsapp pack is available only for using text messages and viewing photos, videos on whatsapp will cost the main balance and the same was applied to me.
Sir it surprises me to know that viewing 4 photos and a small video can cost rs 200 / - . Even if such great facility packs are available, it must be mentioned clearly which i was not there while making online recharge. Sir it is only a smart move by the service provider to fool customers and make money.
Sir what desperates me more is none of the customer executives are ready to share their higher authorities. I am really scared of recharging my mobile as i dont know how and why my balance will be debited automatically in lieu of what.
Sir finding no other alternative, i would like to use this forum to escalate my case at appropriate level to resolve my problem

    I have raised an issue of "NO CONNECTIVITY" at my residence area for last 10 days. I have called the customer care (I had to go to another locality to make call) and raised "service request" in the websites. using the Airtel(useless) App. All those service requests and complaints are closed without they addressing the issue. I am not able to make or receive calls still at the area.       Hi,

      Airtel is running fake offer scheme of whats app data recharge. I have done recharge and even doin only whats app my balance deducted and customer care are saying that if you do that recharge balance is sure deducted as this rechrge is not for smart phone. So what the purpose if this fake offer.

          I have been using Airtel (no. [protected]) for some time and this was happened at the end of year 2014. There were wrong calls charged on my bill and I requested to clarify before I make the payment. I sent several mails and called customer care but no use. They even stop my service and now I am getting calls like I will be served legal notice. Please advise and help me to solve this issue.

            Hi, I have raised request to Airtel to migrate my postpaid to prepaid 4weeks back, now they successfully migrated and my prepaid sim was activated, but i cant do recharge for that.When i dial *121# it's showing Error occurred 536.Please try after some time, I called several times to speak with customer services but no response from them.ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE AND NETWORK

            My mobile number [protected].I can get incoming calls but when i go for recharge in online it's showing ''please enter correct 10 digit number''.I have already send mail which you have mentioned here
            I had asked for MNP to pune Maharashtra about a week back. It is activated. but the data services are not wkg. In between on 24 th Aug have also charged with Rs 349 pack.
            Please check and rectify the fault.

I loaded Rs. 5000/- amount to my airtel money account on 15july2015 at 10.00AM, with the HDFC credit card ending with ************7940 in the name of Sourabh Kumar Jadia. After 48hours, when i tried to transfer that amount to Bank Account number ending with ********5091, it showed that your airtel money account has been Blocked, kindly contact customer care. But to my surprise I had a terrible encounter with the support Team. I was talking to Ms. Meena, full of attitude and arrogance, who did not have any time to attend and explain or understand the issue and hence generated the wrong complaint against it, with reference number 37442883 on 19/7/2015 11.15AM and later on got a new reference number 37473485 this morning after explaining the same concern to some other lady. I contacted the team again and the same thing was repeated by Ms. Puja, when asked to transfer the call to the senior, asked to wait for almost 20-25 minutes and hence contacted with Mr.Mangesh, who told me to drop a mail to you people with a photo Id proof. Seeking for help from you guys as my amount has got stuck in that account, Kindly look into this and revert asap.                   *121# is the official number for checking services offered by airtel. there is a option for 3g and in this option there is option no 2 that 500 mb 3g and 500 mb 2g @rs 154 with 30 validity, but when i recharge this offer they give only 250 mb 3g and 250 mb 2g with 15 days validity.
                  when i complain on custmer care they refuse to solve out this problem.

                      I had been a Airtel 4g customer since earlier Feb 2015. I had taken this WiFi hot spot since other broadband service was no prevalent in my area Choodasandra, Bengaluru. The speed was good initially for few days. After that saw drastic connection drops while on client calls and working remotely. Requested airtel to fix this and after multiple calling an agent came for verification and updated the network is fluctuating and needs a Booster and said it will be fixed. 2 months passed even after repeated calls no one came to fix it. The support was good in asking for bill payment but never in rectifying my issue. After third month stopped using the connection and requested for cancellation and they promised me free one month connection to retain me and said it will be fixed. But there was no reduction in any money false freaking promises. I stopped paying the bills and requested the team to first resolve the issue or cancel my connection. Waited for another month and still no resolution, they were just keeping on calling to pay the bill. Then after a month I told them to cancel once and for all where they said if I am not making the payment my Name will be blacklisted and said they will make sure I will not be able to take any further connections from any customer in India. Then I was forced to pay 4705 rupees. I asked them to cancel the connection at least by that time. They said they will. Now everyday I am getting calls from different numbers to pay the next month bills, and frustrating and annoying my life to core. The only mistake I made was buying this WiFi Hot spot. If people in airtel support is doing this, I would like to sue the company for consuming my money, wasting my time and stressing life. Connection no:[protected] I had been trying to check with the support managers each time a call is made, I fed up of this calls. Last call was made by a customer representative Sonia who is confidentially asking to go ahead and raise a complaint with consumer court stating I can do nothing.                       Airtel support has issued a court notice for making the payment. And given me a date for coming to consumer court for settling the payment ASAP in Majestic, Bangalore.

                      Asked them to provide the receiver to Manager and they were hesitant in providing calls to Manager. Call came from:[protected]

                        Thought Airtel boasts of being the first to introduce 4G, its signal strenght si poorer than Vodaphone 3G. When I connect to Vodaphone 3G via wifi from my peers cell phone, the speed and opening of app or downloading/updating Google apps is faster than in the case when I use my Airtel 4G data. Most of the time only H+ flashes in the signal strength. When using Airtel 4g, the speed of connectivity don't even cross 39 + Kbps, forget about reaching a speed of Mbps and my Google Play Stores not even open, always flashing connection error. Airtel is cheat public with false claims...

                        I have been receiving several calls from customer care, who have been telling me that they are trying to rectify the issue, but no results yet...

                        I would appreciate if the issue is rectified at the earliest...

                        Without proper net connection, the smart phone is not of much use... Please concentrate on solving the problem at the earliest...

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is to inform you that for the airtel postpaid bill of my mobile number - [protected], i have already paid Rs.1815/- for the period of (20 may 2015 - 19 June 2015) on 7th July 2015 at the airtel bandra west (near lucky restaurant), hill road center/office.

                          The same was received in cash by airtel hill road, bandra west officer and a seal was stamped on my bill from the concerning staff at airtel office as a sign of payment acceptance. They didn't give me any receipt in writing, when asked. instead they replied that its been stopped and not part of the practice any more. Hence only a airtel stamp will be put on the bill, that's it.

                          Now since that day i have not received any message from airtel for my bill payment made nor any communication has been made to me for my payment that i have already made. In spite of payment made, my payment is showing consistently pending and on-top, i have been receiving messages from airtel for unpaid bill and many calls from airtel for the same. Why is that so, when i have already paid for this!!! Its really troubling me and my precious time is wasted in following up for something that has no mistake of mine.

                          I have many times gone to airtel bandra west, near lucky restaurant airtel center to complaint but every time, the airtel staff gives me false hope that no need to worry. My payment is done, just a little computer system error issue hence its not showing. I ask for things in written that they simply not give and refuse.

                          Yesterday, again i had visited and met the airtel staff there. They said, its all been sorted and my payment has been recorded at airtel`s end so i don't need to worry. My next bill will have no amount pending showing. Today i get a new bill for the period of (20 June 2015 - 19th July 2015) which has the pending amount of last bill of Rs. 1813 and that added in my new bill so payment to be made is Rs.2991.99, which also includes the penalty of Rs. 100 for last months bill.

                          below is the information and details of the person at airtel bandra west office on hill road, who has collected the payment and has been communicating with me.

                          At airtel bandra west, hill road, airtel office near lucky restaurant, I have been communicating with a airetel employee/executive called Irfan (his no +91-[protected]). He is the one with whom i have been dealing. He has been giving me promises of that everything is resolved and my money is safe with him and all this has happened due to some of his back end issues etc. Its been almost 20 days and my payment not been showing, how is it possible. what could be the problem?????

                          When i ask him, why he doesn't give me anything in writing or show me what communication he had with higher authorities in airtel. He never shows anything and says its all done, i not need to be worried. He had told me, my latest bill will only have this months payment since my last payment is already made with him.

                          i asked him, give me the receipt no, he said, in airtel, its not allowed to give any written receipt against cash payment. Only a stamp is put on bill. (FYI i have attached the bill too, for the proof) where he stamped while collecting the payment.

                          Today, he also told me to pay for the period of (20 June 2015 - 19 July 2015) for only
                          Rs. 1079 and last months he is following up and settle down.

                          I am not able to understand, what is he following up about when everything is done by computer and recorded. Why its not been updated and why i have to suffer because of airtel people`s negligence and insincerity in work.

                          My precious time, money is lost due to this and i am going through heavy mental torture, now who will compensate me on that.

                          This is simply ridiculous and causing me heavy mental torture and agony. I have a busy schedule, but due to airtel staff`s negligence i have to keep all my work aside just to follow up with something like this. Kindly look into the matter and get this resolved asap and take an appropriate action against the airtel staff whose negligence is causing me so much torture.

                          I want this matter to be resolved asap so that i maybe able to deposit my legitimate dues if any, for the present period (20 June 2015- 19 July 2015).

                                I ported my number from tata docomo to airtel which got activated on 12th july, 2015.
                                I then had an frc recharge of rs 128 along with a tariff of rs 86.
                                Since yestrday, it's showing dat i am not a prepaid customer and all my balance r gone now.
                                On calling the customer care, they didn't help me.
                                How can a number which already got activated on 12th july be restarted again today at 12:37 pm??
                                Where is my balance gone?

                                  I am a Airtel 4G LTE consumer. My postpaid number is [protected]. For the past 20 days, my internet connection is not working. According to me there is some problem in the router itself. I have registered the complaints at least 10 times but they are closing the complaints saying the data has exhausted. This cannot happen since my pack got renewed on 11th July and I am not being able to connect to the wifi, forget about using it. There isn't a single bar of connection getting displayed on the router. The company is not sending a technician to check the router. The complaint # are: 63246003 raised on 15th July. 63418684 Interaction numbers are : [protected] [protected] I am also attaching the screenshots confirming that the my data pack is unused and till date the data is available.

                                      i am having bsnl bradband connection and now because of much offers provided by you i want to migrate to airtel. i was told by ur customer care team that no installation charge and modem will be provided free if i provide any bsnl bil of last 3 month i need your 999 plan with cordless but your sales team is denying for such offers . they told that either modem wil be given or cordless also if i go for modem
                                      i will becharged rs 50 per month till i am having connection. if i go for cordless rs 2000 will be charged for modem . also the behaviour of your senior sales executive is very rude . please help me in this matter as i am really confused my mobile no is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com
