Charges levied over disconnected Datacard number

Regarding postpaid data card no : [protected] i had placed a disconnect request for the above data card number on 26-Mar-2015 (reference no :[protected]. As i placed this disconnect request, i was contacted by Customers Relation Executive to confirm my wish to disconnect. I confirmed that i wanted the data connection to be disconnect. While taking the confirmation, the executive offered me with a choice of converting the number to prepaid...

    What’s the amount Airtel charge to convert SIM to Micro SIM. MH - Arihant communication - AEO Shop 1, survey no 8/2, Yashwant nagar chowk, opp axis bank, kharadi by-pass road, kharad, pune:411014 Pincode : 411014 I visited above center yesterday and got converted my SIM to Micro SIM after waiting for 45 min. However the lady (Ashwini) asked me to pay Rs.50/- as fee. I gave her note of Rs. 100/-, but she didn’t had Rs.50/- to return. So she did not accepted the Rs.100, but said that I can pay Rs. 30 if I have as change. But I did not have that too. So I managed to get the change from nearby shop. Now I offered Rs. 30 to the lady in the Airtel center, as she was ready to accept it if it’s change. But this time she said no and asked me to pay Rs.50/-. I was in hurry so I didn’t argue with her and paid the amount that she said. So it’s evident that she has changed me extra. And it’s might be happening daily with every customer. But the question is what’s the official amount that Airtel charges to get replacement of SIM with Micro SIM?

        I recharged by calling 121311 (airtel self service) and selected data option and then selected option 5 which clearly said that i will get 1GB 2G for 28 days at rs 176 but i have only got 700MB for 21 days and you have deducted 176 rupees.

          Today 5:20pm I create 1 pack for call reducing then I am waiting for more than hour but I d'nd get confirmation msg for that then 7:10pm I create another pack for that then I wait and see my balance will deducted for both packs thereafter I call to airtel Cc but I am not getting any satisfactory answer.

              I see that there is a deduction of 800 Rs in one day for data services. I do not get any message before I am shifted to this expensive plan, please return part of this money to my number[protected] and also part of it to my wife's number[protected].               I have been following up for last one month and still it is not resolved. You should take permission from your customers before shifting to such expensive plan. You make lot of money in this process, that is what you don't want to take permission or intimate your customers.

              This is unethical. You should return RS 800 back to me.

                I contacted airtel to get new broadband connection on 27/07/2015 . On 28/07/2015 a sales representative came and collected documents and amount of Rs 1100/- and told they will give connection on or before sunday 02/08/2015 (sales person Ramesh - Ph [protected]). On 28th itself sales person checked the airtel connection box it is feasible to give a new connection and said the connection can be given with 4mbps plan. On saturday 01/08/2015 another person contacted me they will connection on that day but nobody came, so i contacted again on sunday they said they will come soon so i waited and called them in that evening and they gave a reply they don't have wire to connect. So i contacted Monday, Tuesday repeatedly they replied with just don't have the wire . Even a customer care contacted me about new connection is given, i hae complained to them also no response. So i asked them today refund the money and documents given by me. And asked the manager number of sales (Saravanan Ph [protected]) and Installation manger (Karthik [protected]) i contacted them several times they are not evening attending the calls . After several times asking for the refund only a person came to give connection with the wire . I asked the person that i don't want your connection because of bad service. Airtel is one of the big company providing broadband they don't even have a wire to give broadband connection? I don't know what they are thinking.

                After 2 days they contacted and apologized for the delay and installed the new connection . In future if your not able to give the connection in time just inform about the problem to the customer it will take this much time to give connection .

                  I am residing at chromept- chennai. i had applied for the broadband connection a month ago and i receive a call from your representative, and they came and ask me to fill the form and he gave me the acknowledgement slip for my payment RS-1200+motnhly charges for plan and he said with in 48 hours you will get a connection and modem. next two days i was trying to reach him he was not picking up the call.
                  and next day i called tohis santhome branch office they said there was some connection issues thats why its taking time sir, please wait for a week time.

                  After a week time i called to the branch and they given one more no to conntact for the further process and they said wait for two more days after that no one was able to reachable
                  i spent around 150 rs to making all these calls
                  Day before yesterday some one called me and said please ask any one from your to street to apply for a airtel broadband connection and i said i am not going todo that so please cancel my application and he said OK

                  i thought airtel company mobile network company and they are doing MLM business
                  i received the SMS that pls provide your bank details and cancelled cheque leaf and we will refund your amount of RS 1000 i paid around 2000. please assist.

                          I am facing worst service from Airtel after i ported from KA to TN circle. I am not getting proper benefits when i do recharge; so many mails i sent to 121, nodal and appellete officiers. They are taking more time to resolve each of my issues. So, strongly recommended that, not to port to AIRTEL.. its better to go with other operator.

                            I have been paying airtel for a 4G plan for the past 6-7 months but they have me under their 3G plan for the entire period.
                            when i approached the Customer Service they blatantly refuse any wrong doing.

                            I have all the proofs and communications documented in emails. They are so cheap that they even take the time to delete the portion of the email that proves that they have goofed up.

                            Someone called from Airtel asking me to pay the bill and that they will refund the late payment fees as the whole thing has been in dispute but the Customer Service is again in a mode of Denial.

                            The Customer Service does not even bother to read the context of my request or the case's history, instead they respond telling me about 4G mobile network when the entire email chain is about a 4G dongle which is supposed to have a 4G plan (and I am being charged for it every month religiously) but they have activated a 3G plan for 6 months ..

                            I think the management should be tried in a court of law for not providing skilled Customer Service for millions of customers and trying to get away with hiring half witted fools with no sense.

                            But my complain is that they sold me a product and gave me another and have caused me immense amount of stress and grief trying to get it resolved. I requested for the contact for their escalation team twice on email and the Customer Service has failed to provide that too.

                            They need to learn a lesson on who they should hire and what they should be trained on, else millions will suffer like me (or maybe already suffering).

                              I had submitted a cancellation request for airtel[protected], which said cancellation will happen within 7 days. I got a call on the same day where an executive asked why was I moving from airtel. I informed I got a better speed with more data download for a cheaper price, why would I not switch. In the same call I was offered a plan of 899 at 16Mbps for 40GB limit and that it would be activated in 24 hours and the plan would be adjusted in the same billing cycle as per pro-rata basis. Even after 5 days nothing happened and when contacted customer care, they informed me only the cancellation request is recorded and nothing else. I asked what is the status of the cancellation request for which there was no update and another request for cancellation was created[protected] here it says the concern will be resolved in 46 days- which is more than a month. Initial request said only 7 days and why does this take 46 days? who will pay for this 46 days? What happened to the intial request? What happened to the offer that was promised?

                                  I am facing some issue my wifi. It keep on disconnecting. I called up their call center did troubleshoot and booked up a truck roll. I never received a call neither I got technician at my home. Is airtel is living up to his reputation. This frustrating.

                                    I had an Airtel Postpaid connection. I ported out my connection to Vodafone w.e.f 11 July 15. In the final bill an access charge of about Rs 400 has been charged (wrong calculation of discount component for last day, 11 July 15) which was not advised to me earlier. When I contacted local Airtel Showroom, I was rudely declined the resolution (by their representative, Mr Ashish) saying that they serve only loyal airtel cstomers and not ones who have ported out to competition. Airtel website or call center can not help as the number is no more in their records. I have written to nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com also and am waiting for the response. Please help to escalate the matter to right agency so that I can release the correct payment and maintain a healthy credit history. Thanks and regards

                                      I have buy a SIM from a shop on 02/07/2017 named kalimata telecom the phone number is [protected] . The sim is not activated till now when i ask the shop owner he say due to GST its not getting activated . Is it possible that due to GST SIM is not getting activated and he also reply till 06/07/0217 its not getting activated .
