We at Ace Creative Learning Pvt. Ltd. have over 300 mobile SIM's and have been regular in payments. However, we suffer from deficient service from Airtel Bangalore (Bharti Airtel Limited, No: 55, Divyasree Tower, Bannerghatta Road,
Banglore:560 029). Even after payments of bills regularly, many of our mobile numbers get barred from outgoing calls. This affects our business and many of our Marketing and Field staff are NOT able to call customers and conclude business transactions, affecting our revenue, employment, our name, etc.
Customer relationship manager Mr Sandeep Sardana who is handling our account has been informed about various barred numbers and has been given details of all payments we made to ensure we are NOT a defaulting party.
We would like them to provide 100% service, and keep us happy, besides paying us compensation for lost business, business interruptions, causing nuisance, etc.
