Hi, My prepaid number of Delhi, [protected] has all of a sudden been blocked while I am in hyderabad on roaming. No prior information was given to me before blocking. Also since past 5 days I have been trying to ask the customer care people, but they are completely clueless about the issue. Rather they are asking me to come to delhi and submit written request in delhi for enquiring why my number has been blocked!!! How the hell am I supposed to leave all my work in hyderabad and go back to delhi, just to know why my number has been blocked!!! Please help me if you can.. Regards, Moumita. [protected]@gmail.com

    On my Airtel mobile number 97485***** I had been facing call drop problems for over a month. As I have another Tata Docomo number I never bothered to complain regarding this problem. Then I committed a grave mistake by getting ADSL. Since the first day the connection was pathetic. Either I was nearly never able to connect or in between connection, Airtel network signal would go out completely and when it would come back, ADSL connection would be lost. This went on for a couple of weeks until exasperated on 17/07/2015 I decided to lodge a formal complain at the Airtel helpline. The first person with whom I spoke with suggested that I should visit a cyber cafe if I need internet and then disconnected the call after I refused to take that 'solution'. I called back immediately and this time I spoke with Ms/Mrs. Shweta. This lady as well disconnected my call after telling me she's transferring me to a senior supervisor. I called back the third time and got Mr. Jayanta Kumar Roy who after listening to my issue transferred me to senior supervisor Mr. Bappa Kundu. Mr. Kundu informed me after hearing the problem that he's taking a formal complaint. He took down my contact details and address and said someone will contact me withing the next 72 hours. He also said that the complaint number shall be SMSed to me. He did not give me the complaint number on that call itself. I never received the complaint number. I called back today and spoke with Mr. Buddhadev Nandi. This gentleman told me that there is indeed a complaint that has been taken regarding the ADSL not working and the turn-around time for a fix is 29th of July. The complaint was lodged on 17th of July and Airtel needs more than a week to fix an ADSL problem? BTW, 29th is the day when my GPRS pack expires. How clever and devious Airtel! If anyone from Airtel has the time which i doubt my complaint number is --- [protected]

            This is Mustafa, I had planned to take airtel wifi router with connection.
            So i called to one of your executive he has visited to my home & took money & done with the wiring part.

            Later they are saying that it will take 10 to 15 days to give connection.

            Again we received a call from your company saying that they cant give connection in this area.

              Let me first start by congratulating you on the worst customer service in the country! My CEF No. is TBLR 6984311, I have been in contact with your executive Norman -[protected] for the past one week for a simple broadband connection. Your executives didnt even ask me for my address proof to begin with, when i follow up with your team i am informed that the system update for my CEF number is incorrect address. Now even though the address is correct, the incompetency of your team wherein they didnt even ask us for an address proof in the first place has led us the customer in this frustrating situation. Now in such a case wherein your team does not call back, pick up our calls or update us about the status where is the customer getting any kind of service? Now by my knowledge airtel has taken my money and the whole company seems like a fraud ponzi scheme. I was told by your customer executive to mail at this ID my address proof after which it will take 8 hours for a revert with an action. Its been 3 days since that and all i have received are flirty whatsapp messages from your executives! Now i dont want a diplomatically correct apology mail from your end. I need an action! Please be rest assured that no good word of mouth promotion shall ever happend from our end towards your company. I will make sure of putting social media posts on how pathetic ur services are.                 It's been over two months now since Airtel has started deducting my balance for using the home wi-fi network on my Blackberry phone! I'm not even USING Airtel data services, yet they keep charging me for it!! I have contacted Airtel numerous times and all they do is transfer my call from one department to the other, with no solutions provided whatsoever! I am surprised that a reputed mobile service provider such as Airtel has such shoddy customer service as well as such unethical means of deducting money from customers for services they have not even provided! The worst part is that sometimes I don't even browse anything on my phone, all I have to do is turn on the wi-fi option, and that's enough for Airtel to start deducting my balance, without even USING the internet!! I've finally come to the conclusion that it's best not to use internet services on my phone at ALL, even though I use my home wi-fi network!

                  My customer id is [protected] This is for your notice that i had raised a complaint regarding issue in my HD upgradation, but my complain doesn't seem to be resolving.(ref no :[protected] june) I have tried every possible option known to me and nothing is working it seems. Customer care person every time says that issue will resolve in 24 hrs but it has been more than 15 days, i have written to [protected]@in.airtel.com and they are also not responding. The way customer care is treating is also pathetic, sometime they will put me on mute and i will keep shouting for 10 mins, sometime they will say that tomorrow someone will call me . I have upgraded my normal set top box in april 2015 and paid Rs. 1300/- and got the pack of 22 HD channels free for one year. The channels worked well until june end ..when the request of my ala-carte pack has been entertained. The back end team has disabled my HD pack. I am not sure, what this issue is, but this is causing lots of inconvenience to me. I have called ala-carte customer care also in this, but didn't get any appropriate reply. I am using Airtel Digital tv service from last 6 yrs and dont expect this kind of service. Kindly look into this matter with priority and resolve it. Thanks, Padmakshi Parihar Customer ID [protected]

                    sir,
                    on 20.07.2015 is recharged my aitel mobile no.[protected] (Chandigarh/Punjab circle)with net pack of Rs. 255 for 1GB 4G data (payment made online) after words i recharged my mobile of Rs.100 topup for balance Rs.83.5.
                    But even after activation of 4g pack my balance was deducted for using internet.
                    I would like you to refund my balance and look in the technical problems related to net pack.
                    If it not possible then please refund the total of 355 in my account as balance.

Regarding this issue I have contacted 198 customer care zoya was the first executive who answered to my call she doesn't know how to speak the customers and handle the customers next priyanka was the executive who answered to my call she also doesn't know any thing . I think Airtel was freely paying to them please go through the call recordings of the customer care please look into the issue

                          Dear Team, I have placed a request for porting (national MNP) my number: [protected] from Vodafone Andhra Pradesh to Airtel Karnataka on 8th July 2015 at airtel store which is located at Brigade metro polis, Garudacharapalya, Mahadevpura, Bangalore, Karnataka 560048. The network has been disconnected to my number(old Vodafone no.) on 15th July 2015. At the same time I have got the network to the airtel SIM. I made a call to 59059 for verification. That time customer care people was told that the details which i have said is not matching with their details. Immediately i went to the airtel store and conveyed my issue. The store keeper(Raju, mobile no.: +[protected] has told that "the data entry people has entered wrong information" and he has taken my airtel SIM card and said i will inform you once it is activated. Every day i have been visiting the airtel store and they are telling that it will be resolved by end of the day, but till now the number has not activated. I am unable to do online transactions as it is registered with my bank account. This number is main source of communication for my friends and family members. Already requested 10 days back to reverse in customer care. But till now no response.                                 i have been trying to deactivate the packs i.e rs 12 n 16 for last two months . your customer executive has told me every number possible to deactivate the packs .every time i call they say ma'am "apne pack activate kia tha 129 store se yahan se deactivate nahi hoga". they are not ready to help. and today i didnt even dial 129 airtel itself activated one of the packs. 24 rs has been deducted from my balance.you can even listen to the voice recordings. every time executive say maam next mnth ye problem nahi hogi. every month i have wasted my time calling airtel.even your SENIORS didnt help me.today he said maam 4 ghntey wait kr lijiye.technical problem hai.then again at night ur executive put my call on hold for 10 mins.and now i just dont want to talk to your executives.it gives me headache. very disappointed with your services.i just want my money back as well as correct information coz your executive said ma'am jitni help ho sakti thi humney kar di.now you tell me what should i do when your team itself is not ready to help.if my complaint will not be taken into consideration then i will defintly port my number to vodafone the largest telecom company.its been 9 years since i have been an airtel customer but now i am just fed up! i am attaching the screen shots you can yourself see that no pack is active on my number when i dial *121*22# as told by ur seniors.if airtel is not able to deliver the correct information then its not my fault.every month balance gets deducted n i aint gonna complain for the technical problem airtel is having.JUST SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED.

                                  My plan is of 399 cug for a month. I got a bill of 2800 odd for the month of july i.e. from June 4th 2015 till july 5th 2015. I went to airtel store and a comlaint was raised by the employee stating that I will get a callback in 2 days. Ref ID was 63344592. Today I got a text from airtel stating "The complaint has been resolved. As per our records the charges levied in your airtel mobile bill are valid" . I did not get any call and called the customer care and a callback has been promised to me once again.

                                    i recharged my mobile no.[protected] at around 11.00 am today (20.07.15) for Rs.140 and my balance was nil at 3.00 pm without any usage.on enquiry with the cusomer care executive they replied that the balance was deducted for usage of internet.But not a single byte of data was used by me .so i would like to lodge a complaint against the deduction . And i request for the refund at the earliest.

                                      Issue is regarding my cancellation payment(Ref no[protected] which is due from Airel, I was using Airtel Broadband Connection with advance Rental Payment there i requested to shift my connection to my new address but some issue was from Airtel and it didn't happen so i went with cancellation as per their request. so with going some of mail conversation they are agree to give my 3 month ammount by check, now issue is they are saying we are sending the check to your old address where currently i am not staying. First they agree to give my payment to my bank account directly where they asked to provide all bank details i gave them that also and got confirmation mail from Airtel that you will get money in next 4 days but after 8 days also there was no mail no call nothing from Airtel end, so i mailed again and asked then they replied we are not able to process your ammount through net banking we rae sending the check after that I have dropped so many mail about that saying that this request was for shifting the connection to new address so i will be not able to recieve my check at old address please accept my new address but i have not get any confirmation mail with saying that this is okie or not. Its already 2 month and still there is issue going on with my payment i dont know how to talk with Airtel if you are calling their represntative will say something else, when you are dropping mail you mail never get clear reply what you have aksed just some technical answer thats it. This is how it is going from last two month, 1 and half month has just gone with mail conversation where first they were not ready to give my money back once this fight got over now this payment issue is started. I am totally frustated dont know whom to drop the mail whom to call. Please help me with that, if you can.

                                      I have filled a online form for new broadband connection in banagalore and paid through Credit card an amount of Rs.1000 on May12th. Due to feasibility issue the connection could not be given . They told me that it will be refunded in 21 working days or in NEFT in 7 days. Now it its 3rd month and still waiting for my money. i have 150 mail conversation with airtel appelate and 100 with 121 airtel mail . i had wasted calling more than 20 times . i have mails telling that refund has been inititated. Still rs.1000 has not been refunded to the account. This is how airtel cheat in refund matter.

                                      so if you can do something from your end please check and also don't forget to read my below comment as its is 3 month experience from airtel:

                                      every time I am just getting mail or call only like update the details we will send your money within 1 week then again there will be mail sorry for inconvenience we have already processed your money.

                                      I am just fed up with Airtel, i just want to ask one question r u giving my money or not?

                                      First they asked me give me your account no we will process through Net banking then there was mail not able to processed so confirmation mail was i am sending your check, i replied that mail with saying Sir send me my check to my address as this cancellation is happen because Airtel was not able to give me the connection and I requested for shifting the connection so its sure i am not staying at my old address and i confirm this message at least 4 times by mail but no they process my check as per my old address only and then they canceled it saying that you can receive your check any where else.

                                      So again i got call and mail from airtel.[protected]@airtel.com and they asked my bank account details and on the call they told me we will process your money through net banking and its is 1 week but no repose.

                                      Seriously Now i don't have any believe on airtel its like they want to frustrate you and in end you will say man keep my money i don't want it. I think they do same for all.

                                      But for the matter i am not leaving you Airtel i will go with my word every where in social network and will let people know about this.

                                      Let people know about this how billion worth company doing this kind of work.
