I have an unlimited prepaid plan ...but my net speed is less than 500 kbps with out even crossing the daily limit..just cheating customers in the name of 4g......

Not being able to receive or send messages after upgrading to 4G LTE...

Dear sir, there is a Airtel broadband junction box and pole installed in front of my building without my knowledge. It is causing great inconvenience to me. Request you to inform Airtel to shift the box and pole to some other location that doesn’t cause inconvenience to other owners as well....

Would like to lodge a serious complaint against AIRTEL recovery agent

Today morning their recovery agent called me from a land line number "[protected]" for my outstanding bill for number "[protected]"

I talled him gently that I will pay bill once my service gets deactivated but he kept on calling me continuously and threatened me, if i will not pay they will come at my home

It was really a horrible...

Hello my internet speed Slow dramatically, this is happening regularly, when I refersh network connection speed back and after some minutes this happen again. I complaint on 9th July this solve( according to airtel) on 16th July, but problem is not solve then I complain again, till today I still suffering this problem..

I am using Airtel prepaid service for the past 12 years and i am experiencing this issue since last one year, many times i am trying to talk to airtel customer care, its to much complex to raise a ticket to airtel thru 121, many time the 121 service does not accept the input request, its automatically disconnecting ..

I have no phone issue, i got another sim for different mobile network which is working fine .

The recharge on my account is already don't, the amount has been deducted from my bank and shows recharge successful but I'm still unable to receive or do any calls. I tried restarting my phone several times but it's still not working....

I am submitting my complaint about my mobile no [protected] and [protected]. Number ported in in airtel on 14 july. I have done customer verification on 17 july. But after that i wodering & calling the retailer on daily basis. But he is not responding. . Kindly look in the matter & resolve the matter asap....

I made a transaction on Airtel's website for the recharge worth Rs. 449 dated 3rd March '21 for which the amount got debited but I was told my recharge failed. So, I contacted Airtel support regarding that and they assured me to proceed with a new recharge transaction and that the old disputed transaction's amount will be refunded back within 15 days.

I waited for the time being and still hadn't received any amount....

I can’t verify upi payments until Unless I recharge only monthly packs - there’s no special pack for sms to verify upi payments....

We have raised a request 3 days back to Airtel Broadband for shifting connection from one flat to another within same city and locality. We have been given TAT of 4 hours and no resplution is there since 17th July. They are reaching us for new connection but no resolution on our existing complaint....

I have iPhone and sometimes I just see a flash SMS that says 5 Rs deducted from my AC. Till now If can cumulatively say Airtel have dedicated more than 200 Rs. Without any service and nothing.

I have upgraded my Airtel sim to 4G from gallery in 2019. Now in 2021 it stopped working one day. Tried with online solutions and it started again. But sim stopped working again after 4 days and now it stopped working. I was having recharge on the number with 20 days validity....

I have Airtel Xstream set to box. When I do not recharged DTH account the Airtel locked services of built in google chrome cast too. I have paid for the services in full and now they are withholding the services quoting I have not recharged DTH. I do not wish to see DTH but they have restricted me to view OTT services too....

Every month we recharge for our Airtel dth services for a month (Rs 380 as per the service provider) but it always expires 3-4 days prior to the due date.
We also lodged complaint with the service provider but that didn't help.

We can't afford to waste money each time. Please look into the matter and help us out...
