Good morning Sir,
Complaint is regarding WRONG COMMITMENT made by an agent.
I requested for connection through website and An agent RAM SINGH contact me,
He provide me details about charges i.e.
Router charges + Internet charges + GST and committed that when ever in future if i disconnect,
I would get router charges back.( 1200/- )
Now, the Customer Agent denied for this., i contacted them and complained also but did not get any resolution.
PLEASE Take appropriate action soon.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
