Paid 3532 for Airtel broadband connection. Then was told that it won't be possible. CAF number: [protected]. Been waiting for refund since June. Tired multiple ways to contact them.

    Hi, I did online recharge of 5000Rs Full talktime plan through my Kotak credit card in airtel website using my desktop pc for the mobile number [protected], payment of 5000Rs was debited from my credit card at 5.55pm yesterday (30 August) but still it's not reflected in my mobile balance, can you please look into it at the earliest, I need to make an very important international call hence please help me out,

      Today (August 31, 2021) while transferring money from Gpay I got to know that I have to reactivate my bank account, so it required a SMS to be sent from a registered no.
      As my Airtel services were down I recharged with 79Rs (Smart Recharge). Then I came to know I will not be able to send a SMS by this recharge as it say No SMS services.
      So as earlier we used recharge, I did a 10rs recharge for sending SMS, yet I was not able to send a SMS. So I called customer care no.
      The customer care replied me that the SMS service will be activated only after a recharge of Rs.129. So in fury I said I want to port my no. because you are costing me unnecessary service charges, he replied for that also I will have to recharge with Rs.129 as an SMS is must.
      So it is just looting of costumers in the name of services. If a lay/poor person wants send an SMS in urgency will he go around and look for someone to recharge him with Rs. 129 as most of the work nowadays are on SMS (Bank, Adhar, PAN, or any registration work).

      My complaint is against the Airtel company for unnecessary compulsion/ Mandatory recharges.
      One side the Government says digital India, but it is not seeing how public is being looted by Airtel for uptake of Digital services. In this manner no poor person will be digital soon.

        Hello, I have recharged a data pack of 131 few days ago and it's still not reflecting on my account the money has been deducted also it says recharge is done but it's not working nor it is shown in my data validity can you please do something about it.

          I am using Airtel service over 10years and moved from one part of Bangalore to Kundalhallai area. From day one I am facing voice call issue, almost 40% of the day my phone shows no network connectivity. I tried 121/198, can't understand the message. Airtel Advertisement shows it reaches even in dense forest, but within Bangalore urban area itself we face such issues. Its not only me, entire community here has this issue. Also Airtel site does not has a sepearte space to lodge complaints.

            Airtel broadband name change

            Address: Plot no - 92, Jeevan Nagar, Jalgaon

            I took airtel broadband and want to change the name of the owner on the bill. I tried to contact customer care but its asking for number to enter. When I enter the number it says invalid. Please let me know what should I do or what process should I follow to change the ownership so that I get my name on bill.

              From past 2 days my Airtel Postpaid number is not able to connect to network tried various mobiles as well. Tried all the possible way to sort the issue but none of it worked. Contacted Airtel support they say sim has issues needs to be replaced but the thing is how come a sim that was working for more than 4 years suddenly got this issue. I asked to have it delivered in Covid-19 times and they I have to visit to Airtel office only to have the sim delivered and the place I am currently at has no Airtel office for more than 100km. How am I supposed to enable the number this is causing me huge problems

                    I had an airtel number with which my accounts were linked. The number is not been used in 4 years. The number is now reassigned to someone else. I can't login into the accounts and the person with that mobile number is a threat to my privacy. Kindly help how to get back the number or how to solve this problem.

                      Data voucher redeemed and reflecting but i cant use it because i don't have active data plan, so i tried to contact support and guess what i cant even contact them because i don't have an active plan on my prepaid number (i thought this problem is insufficient/ignisufficient but wait, it's wrong ) why i could redeem the coupon at all in the first place if i don't have an active plan ? so it could be wasted ? or i must recharge my number to use that 1gb data that is showing 2 days validity limit by adding a 500 rupees worth plan do i can use "1 GB" data?
                      its a complete scam isn't it ?

                        I bought a new Airtel sim on 22 Aug, 2021 from a store. They said it will be activated within 24 hours. But today is 29 Aug, and still there is no sign of any reception of network and the sim is still not active. I wanted to buy an Airtel sim because my primary sim Jio has network issues. But I ended up in activation issues with Airtel.
                        It was for my online exam, the exam is to be over soon but I have not got the connection of Airtel.

                        Please help.

                          How can Airtel charge me for reactivation. Govt has already set Carrier charges. And Airtel is deducting same.

                          The way they are charging Reactivation charges between topups is clear looting. They should stop and refund same customer accounts.

                          Dear Airtel. Behave professionally, wht is special thing that makes you charge in the name of Reactivation between recahrges. but not other DTH Providers

                            I recharged ₹ 79 to keep the SIM running as usual. I did not send sms to try again and again. Then comes the msg from Airtel. Recharge Airtel for s 219 or ₹ 299 for sms service. So give me back the recharge so I can do a bigger rechagre. Calls to airtel center they not answer my call.

                              I have been facing issue with call service and internet. Even after regular bill payment i have not received the kind of service i requested for.

                              After every complaint raised expected time of resolution was more than 15 days and still closing the ticket without resolution. After reopening the ticket another 15 days was raised.

                                I got a missed call from International number i.e +[protected] on August 29, 2021 at 21:49. I had called on 1963 and
                                [protected] regarding this but no response from these numbers. Now where should I complaint regarding this issue because in my opinion this is phishing.

                                  I made a recharge of 558 on 28/08/2021 at 15.01.22. using airtel thanks app, the amount was taken but no recharge done. now when i call 400 they ask me to call 121 and 121 will ask to call 400. in this way i have contacted them almost 10 times and at last they ask me to send email to [protected]@in.airtel.com, so i have sent a mail then i have received a mail asking me to register my email id. then again i called 121 and registered but i didnt recieve conformation mail. then again i got a mail to register online so i did it. but till now i didnt recieve my recharge. My mobile number is [protected]

                                      I subscribed for an Airtel Broadband Connection(fiber) in Patna, Bihar. But the Person took installation charges from me on 26th/25th august.
                                      When I call him all he does is give excuses and pins the issue on the technical team, saying we will get that done tomorrow.
                                      His name is Amit kumar and his contact number is [protected].
                                      This man, Amit kumar gave me the number of a technician saying he can't do anything anymore, the technician will. but the technician doesn't pick up any calls and when he does, he doesn't give me any time fram when he will visit my house, his name is Sammi kumar singh and his contact number is [protected].
                                      I can't just sit at my house all day and wait for him, everyone has jobs they have to do. I need an Internet connection as soon as possible and it has caused me major inconvenience.
                                      Please take immediate action.
