Can't connect to the help desk

Address:Muthunagar,palanichettipatti,theni

I am having an issue in sending SMS so I try to connect to the help desk by dialing 198 but the ivr is not responding properly when IVR says press one for SMS/call-related queries, I pressed one but it's not responding it keeps on going with other options. I tried 121 too same issue exists there also....

AirTel Prepaid - Incorrect Invoice

Hi Airtel Team,

I am facing issue in downloading receipt through Airtel App with my pre-paid number.

Internet not working-9967182934

I want to inform you that i had recently bought Airtel my-wifi device and postpaid plan, please find the following details.

Device details= Sunnycat AMF-311WW IMEI [protected]

Postpaid no= [protected]

I was informed that i will be getting 40 mbps speed using this device, this is a 4G device and it showing LTE.

The internet is not working at all, it is not able to handle the video...

Network down regularly after 1am

Im facing this issue for a month now Network is really unstable and sometimes totally down after midnight i couldn't do my works properly...i don't want to switch to other networks solve this problem as soon as possible...

A request was raised online for a new airtel broadband connection on the 9th of July, 2021. An installation fee of Rs.1768/- was paid online for the same. I am not received a any confirmation mail o msg from Airtel But I have following biling details:

There is not any help line no. Or site where I am complain about it.

Hi,
I got a new connection from Airtel broadband that promised as per advertisement and salesperson of 40 mbps speed. Post connection field engineer informed that max speed supported in my area was 14 mpbs. As this speed was not sufficient I asked for immediate disconnect and refund. I had got connection in first week of June and laid 3 months advance rental of Rs 3532 and my registered number is [protected]. It has been almost a month...

Email registration poor customer support

I have converted my mobile from post paid to prepaid on[protected] from
Airtel outlet office in T.nagar, usman road, chennai . My outgoing was not activated even after paying Rs.219/- as my first recharge. They forced me to install Airtel app to activate outgoing calls. Airtel is harassing customers unnecessarily and not providing support. My email id is not registered even after verification done by airtel from my airtel app. complaints...

Not getting form 16 for 2020-22

Forcing to Recharge for More Amount

After port SIM not working from bsnl

Hi Airtel, I have ported my number from BSNL to Airtel. I have no signal on the old SIM card and removed the sim and inserted new SIM. I can't able to verify, it always says No service. I can't able to register it using manual network also.
I got the below mentioned msg to my spare number.

Airtel Pole

This is to inform you that I am residing in the below mentioned address. This is to bring your kind notice and information that front of our house balcony is an airtel pole which is disturbing a lot of cable wires, with the help of cable wires monkeys are roaming here and there, today one monkey tried to lynch my kid luckily didn’t happen anything. This can happen again in anytime and cause big harm to anybody.

My Airtel sim suddenly stopped working. I did all Troubleshooting. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
All this without any intimation from airtel. It was my primary number. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

I would like signals on my phone be restored...
