My airtel number is [protected]. I made a payment of Rs. 1498/- for recharging my artel number through airtel.in on June 29, 2021. The money is deducted from my bank account, but the recharge is not done yet. Kindly help me out.

Wrongful automatic subscription

Automatic charges were levied without following govt guidelines of sending reminder at least 3 days prior. Raised a complaint with them on June 15. I was asked to send screenshot of transaction. After that I got no update. 2 weeks have passed. They kept repeating the same generic message and refuses to callback even when requested to....

Port in fraud

I ported my number [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel after vodafone network stopped I inserted airtel sim card and televerified but still nor I am able to call or use the internet moreover when others try to call me it says number does not exist. Network issues and low download and upload speed

Dear airtel my location is 229201 and i am having 8 airtel user in my family and in my area maximum people is having airtel operator but we all are having the same same issue and that is network coverage and low download and upload speed.
I complained many times but our problem is not solved yet. Other operators like jio and vi is providing far better service at a competitive price.
It's my request to airtel to solve our problem...

Amount Taken but connection not installed

Reference Airtel Xstream Fibre Application No: [protected]
I purchased a new connection on 26th June, and was told to get it installed in 2 hrs. Due to the Airtel commitment I discontinued my existing internet connection.
Since then I have been following up continuously however the connection has not been installed until now.
Everyone a new person calls me and says we are coming in shortly and then doesn't turn up or...

Prepaid recharge not successful 28/06

I have recharged my mobile number through my debit card for Rs. 598 on 28th June 2021 and received an SMS with transaction reference number that the amount was debited of Rs. 598. Bank transaction was completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I received no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. Kindly look into it and revert asap. It is very annoying and frustrating...

Regarding wrong recharge through website.

Mistakenly I have entered wrong number when I was recharging through website then how can I redirect the recharge to my current number.
Also I don't have transaction ID else I have Order ID as I have done recharge through website....

Audio language in telangana

I want to inform you that I have more than 30+ conversation from email to airtel customer service representative for my issue that I faced a error to create a savings account with video kyc that multiple account creat with same date also try to open to my nearest banking points as per order by airtel customer care but same error.

Not converting sim from post paid to pre paid

Dear sir,

I have to convert to Post paid to Pre paid therefore i went to airtel shop (shop no.05, near Ryan school, Pin code 400063) on 12.06.2021. There is one lady Ms Reena who told to clear the dues and i cleared my due and asked to come next day, as it will take time credit the account. From 12.06.2021 and as on date, i am coming to said shop on every alternate day on evening.
