I wish to bring your notice that there is a airtel broadband junction box infront of my gate. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me. So you are requested to remove or shift it .

    Today Airtel has started installing the cell near to my house which is around 70 meters away . The land owner who is allowed to install this is not yet taken the permission from village officials and they are doing illegally. Called airtel in charge engineer and they said that they didn't get any objection for this so they are proceeding for the installation. There are around 50 families within radius of 100 meters and they are clearly objecting .

    looking for legal action against such cell towers. Please help

        Airtel fast tag is scaming customers our money gets deducted again and again in the name of fast tag while car was parked at home and they take time of 30 days to resolve the issue but after 40 days they tell us that we said issue is valid but we cant make a charge back as 40 days time period passed away thats how Airtel is looting its customers i lost my money due to this Airtel fraud.

          From past few days my Airtel sim is showing no service. I tried various methods however couldn't get it done. I even sent an email to customer care they told me download airtel thanks app and do it from there because my email id is not registered. I can't do it with the app as well because the app requires OTP which will come on my airtel no. Please assist me with the same. Phone number- [protected]

            I have recharged my mobile number [[protected]] through net banking for Rs. 379 on 22 July 2021 and received an SMS with Order ID [[protected]] that my bank the transaction has failed but the amount was debited from my account. I later got it recharged from a family member but still have not review d the amount of the failed transaction.

            Please check with this/ bank and credit the amount.

                I have ported my jio to airtel they told to that the card will be activated by 10pm.My jio Card has lost the network and is now deactivated but the airtel doesn't show any network, my work is getting affected due to this type of service.
                I thought porting to airtel would give me better service but now my sim is not active.
                Do anything but quickly activate my sim. It's affecting me professionally.

                  I'm a long time customer of various airtel services and suddenly my pre-paid number ([protected]) is acting weird.

                  It does not allow me to make any outgoing calls even though there is more than sufficient balance in the account.

                  Incoming calls are working but whenever i try to make an outgoing call, i get an ivr message that "outgoing facility is temporarily suspended - contact 121 for more details). This has been going on for many days now.

                    I get 5 spam calls daily from different numbers. The numbers are starting with 799482**** (last four numbers used to change) and [protected]. I really got irritated by these calls. Help me to over come these. Please do needful to resolve it.

                        On 30 Jul 2021 the signal for my Airtel mobile connection suddenly disappeared. I restarted my mobile but even then the signal was available only momentarily. I even changed the Sim 1 to Sim 2 but to no avail.

                        I called up Customer Support & they told me there was some fault in the Sim so I'd have to replace the Sim. Due to Lockdown restrictions, the nearby retail shops aren't open & I had to travel 7 kms to find an open Airtel Office in Pattambi. It was already 4:30 pm & I told them my problem.

                        The staff told me that as the documents submitted are in my wife's name so they won't replace the Sim without my wife being physically present. The KYC was already done & the Original Sim was also there & it was only required to take the same documents & give a duplicate Sim. It wasn't any case of a Missing Sim that I need to go through all the procedures as for a new Connection.

                        Moreover due to Covid Restrictions people are advised to not go outside unless absolutely necessary. It is so Unsafe to travel for more people & if you get infected by doing such, who's going to take the responsibility? So why the need for such formalities? In a digital age when a new Sim can be home delivered or can be done through Video call, why punish the Consumers by making them wander searching for the open offices & making them run around in the name o[censored]nnecessary formalities.

                        If their Sim is of faulty make then why should I bear the punishment for their deficiencies? Now because of Weekend Lockdown, their office won't open for 2 days. I have to wait for more than 2 days just to use my own Sim. I'm unable to get any OTP & I am missing so many personal & official calls & due to no mistake of mine.

                        This is totally a deficiency on their part & they should've provided a duplicate Sim when I visited their office or they should do a home delivery if they feel the need to see the person in real. This should fall under the purview o[censored]nfair Trade Practices.

                            I have port my number from vodafone to airtel on 7th June but televerification was not completed. Now the dealers/seller pf sim are saying that you can not retain your old number as televerification was not done.
                            I am using the number for last 9 years and is spread at all places of necessity.
                            I request airtel to resolve my query.

                                At first there's a message sent to your mobile number that KYC has not yet been completed and if not done within 24hrs then your number will get simply blocked.
                                There's a phone number provided where you are asked to call. When you call that number, a person asks you to download an app " KYC Quick Support " from Google Play store, which is not the full name of that application. That app is used for screen sharing purpose and not for KYC. Then you're told to make a recharge of a least amount i.e., ₹19/- or ₹21/- through online mode. They simply view your card details though that screen sharing application and take all your money out from bank within a fraction of seconds.
                                Beware of such fraudulents. I've saved myself. Please stay aware.

                                  I had ordered an Airtel Fastag for my vehicle KL54C644 on June 2, 2021 through Airtel App mapped to my mobile number [protected]. I had paid Rs. 450 for the Fastag.

                                  I received an SMS on June 5 that the Fastag has been dispatched. After not getting the delivery for many days after this, I sent my first mail to [protected]@airtelbank.com on June 13, 2021 informing them of the same. They replied "We appreciate your Fastag purchase from Airtel Payments Bank. We would like to inform you that your request is under validation process. Post successful validation, the tag will be delivered to you in 14 working days. Further, please be informed that working days exclude 2nd Saturday, 4th Saturday, Sundays and designated bank holidays."

                                  I kept raising the issue almost every day through additional mails. I have mailed them on June 15, 24, July 1, July 2 and many days after this. They always replied the same words, that I should wait more days. They also shared me the tracking details of DTDC (X[protected].

                                  At 7:24 PM on July 2, 2021, they send me an SMS "Hello! Your FASTag for vehicle KL54C6444 has been delivered. Please go to FASTag section on MyAirtel app to activate your tag." I immediately and mailed also to Airtel informing them that the Fastag is actually not delivered, and kept informing them through mails and calls to Airtel Bank Helpline on July 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, and so on.
                                  On July 4, 7, 8 and 14 they replied to me as “We would like to inform you that the shipment of FASTag hasn't been delivered due to the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions. Further, It will be delivered once the situation is normal.” I replied back to them stating that if Airtel accepts that the Fastag is not delivered, why is my Airtel App showing that it is delivered??? They never replied to this question.

                                  From July onwards, they stated replying to me that “We would like to inform you that as per the system, tag has been successfully delivered on[protected] at the requested place as with consignment number X71693696.”

                                  I have also raised complaints multiple times with DTDC, before and after they entered the courier as “delivered on July 2, 2021”. I have also raised a compliant on this forum on June 26, 2021 about DTDC not delivering this Fastag to me. So to escape further persecution, the DTDC staff has falsely punched in system that the courier is delivered on July 2, 2021, and Airtel has taken this as the proof that the Fastag is delivered, even though I have NOT RECEIVED the Fastag, and in spite of bringing this non-receipt of Fastag from as early as June 13, 2021 itelf, and not getting any help from DTDC or Airtel Bank, I have lost my Rs. 450, and added agony and frustration of continuously needing to complain to DTDC and Airtel.

                                  On July 30, 2021, the Airtel Bank call executive called me for deactivation of Fastag because I have not received it. I pointedly asked her whether I will get full refund of Fastag money if I allow them to deactivate it. She told me “Yes, you will get the refund within 2-3 working days”. She was lying to me. Because right after I confirmed to her that they can deactivate the Fastag based on this promise, they send me a mail stating that as confirmed by me, the Fastag will be deactivated, and they will be refunding the SECURITY DEPOSIT amount of the Fastag. But the security deposit money if only Rs. 200, and the total amount I have paid is Rs. 450.

                                  Requesting to help consumers like me get justice. Kindly help me get full refund of Rs. 450 because Airtel never delivered the Fastag to me, and I have been very proactive in bringing the issue of non-delivery to the Airtel Bank team, three weeks before the cheating of “delivered on July 2” happened. And they did not do anything at all to help me about this.

                                      Wrong Promise - misleading advertisement and unfair & fraudulent trade practices

                                      Want to bring to your attention that in the Airtel App, it shows - Prime video has been claimed by me, but as for my knowledge, I have not subscribed.Therefore, I contacted Airtel customer service, they responded that I have claimed during the 2018 period, so I cannot ask now.

                                      Point to be noted:

                                      -After 2018, I moved to Vodafone for close to 3 years.
                                      -Now in 2021 - new MPN generated back to Airtel hence...

                                      Yesterday 28-july-2021, I found that Airtel has removed its 48Rs plan so now as a customer, we have to go for higher amount pack to keep our number activated. So I recharged with 79 something in morning and then in the afternoon sent a PORT sms to 1900, but my sms was showing NOT SENT. But in the evening I found that my Airtel slot showing emergency calls with no network. However network in my area is all good.
                                      This must not be just a coincidence or corrupted sim. Don't know, whether Airtel don't want us to switch to another operator so blocked my sim intentionally.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      They have removed sms facility from 79 recharge. You have to recharge for minimum 129 to send SMS. It is terrible. Wait till the end of validity of this plan. Then recharge for 129 and port out before the validity expires. In that way, you can use the sim for 2 more months. You are anyway forced to do the recharge.
