Airtel — Attempt to installation of pole in front of my house without permission

Dear sir,

Airtel team have attempted to install a pole infront of my house without my permission. Earlier they want to put up a box in my house which i refused. I informed them clearly there should not be any activities infront of my house. During pooja holidays i was not available, I guess they brought some people along to install the same pole, When my neighbour asked they did not give any reply. When i returned I have seen some unwanted activities around my house & several times they have conflict with the ladies at my residence place which is a pure offense

This spot has a state run Cauvery water connection pipes fixed, the same road also has gas pipeline & Bescom connection underneath that is dug. This spot is simply not feasible, the concerned person keep moving in the locality during off time midnight to setup the box by all means, which is illegal. My house located in #28 2nd main ramaiah layout hoysala nagar Bangalore 560016.

    I had port from Bsnl to Airtel because of some incoming calls fault. Soon after converting to Airtel calls are incoming completely stop. Please resolve these fast.

      Hi,

      Recently Airtel has increased their prepaid plans, since I am using dual sim it increases the burden on me, so I decided to port from airtel. when I tried to send a Port message, I came to know that for sending port SMS also need to have unlimited plans 150 or more from the month of July . my complaint here is I have an account balance 9rs + I had recharged 79 rs monthly plan. while recharging the account main balance ie 9 rs they never mentioned anything like this at that time any message or call beyond the current plan will be charged by the main balance. Since I have that left -outbalance they should allow us to send a PORT message. I tried to reach out to Airtel support but had no luck. Please help me on this issue and let me know whether I can complain about this problem or not

        Good afternoon. I just got a new Airtel Sim two months ago. Whenever I try using my bank code to recharge the line, it's always saying invalid phone number. I even tried calling my other line with the Airtel number to be sure of the phone number. But it's still saying invalid phone number... Pls I need a quick response concerning this. Thanks

            I'm in qatar now using Airtel in Slot 2 to receive important sms, it was working a week ago but suddenly getting this message ' SIM 2 not allowed. I have tried all troubleshooting steps and even changed mobile same issue. Kindly look into this issue.

                  I want to port my wife's no. In other company, there is already available balance rupees 7 in her account, but still I can't send porting msg, when I ask to airtel cc, they are telling me to recharge with any unlimited pack to avail sms service, it's very disgusting for sending single sms I have to recharge mon. Amit. Rs. 129, and they are not accepting my porting request directly

                          Airtel India offered a 599 pack with 1 year VIP subscription of Disney + hotstar. I have checked with multiple airtel users and am here to confirm that none of them received the VIP 1 year hotstar subscription. I choose 599 pack especially for hotstar subscription.

                          I've registered my issue with airtel but there is no response. Please help me resolve this.

                              I have applied for Airtel broadband connection on 17th july, 2021 in Nashik, Maharashtra
                              I was promised by your provider Chetana Bhamare (+91 [protected]) that she told me that there person will install it in 2 days for 1000rs, then he started demanding 2000 but i said am not willing to pay 2000 than i should go for refund, i applied for refund on 29th july and today is 12th august, Chetana is the worst provider ever, he doesn’t pic up my calls, i want you to take serious actions against him.
                              It's been almost 25 days still i haven't receive my refund amount and they are again asking me to wait for another 8 days.

                              Is this the way, customer should be treated? Firstly, you are not providing us with the fiber broadband service at the price you promised and secondly when we try to opt-out and ask for refund they ask us to for more 20 days to wait.

                              Kindly look into the matter as i want my money back asap. Please refer to the attachment for your reference.

                                We shifted our flat from Hinjewadi, Pune to Ravet, Pune on 7th Aug 2021 and raised a request for relocation. For the past four days, the Airtel team has been providing no services but registering wrong requests and at times, even lying that someone came to our house for repair while no one came. I have spoken to their team 10 times and raised requests 5 times and at least 6 people have taken my address on the phone and every time, they say that the request raised was wrong. Sometimes, they say it is the same building change, other times, they say it is a wiring problem. One person said that he visited and that service is closed, other said the customer only wanted disconnection, and they kept telling stories and then calling me for bills that they generated. There was a guy named Umesh who has been continuously lying and troubling me. I even spoke to the senior manager who committed to resolving the issue within 24 hours and yet, nothing was done. An inspection guy called me to ask if my disconnection is done in my old flat and had no awareness of my new request or address. They are even refusing the disconnect and asking me to pay the bill. I asked them to email me that disconnection is done and that this is the last bill to be paid and they refused. They are not even connecting and not even disconnecting.

                                  My landline number 4051593 associated internet has been very very bad. Everywhere Airtel provides 100gb to my area which is main in my city Salem they are providing only 2 mbps speed n that too keep disconnected last two weeks the connection was very pathetic. And also with kids exam goin on and repeated request to keep the connection good exactly on exam time the connection got very very poor and affect my kids one in higher grade none in lower grade exam by missing 20mins of their time. No response where ever i complain. Worstest service ever provided by Airtel. I was promised to increase the speed in two months it’s been 1.6 years yet no steps taken to increase the speed. Airtel is looting the customers n loosing its bloody reputation. Airtel is taking us backwards than forward. My kids n me are mentally hurt by their bad service.

                                      Hello,
                                      This is to inform you that -
                                      For the past few days, I have been trying to downgrade my broadband plan to @499 from @799 per month. However, there is no option to do that from the airtel thanks app or via the Website portal.
                                      I have tried contacting customer care, it only redirects me to the airtel thanks app along with the repeated jargon. You can't even speak to a human representative.
                                      I have tried contacting the nodal officer, there is no response from them, it seems that the guidelines from GOI were never given enough importance.
                                      I don't think this is how customer support works.
                                      The fact that you can only upgrade and not downgrade is very shady and unethical.
                                      Therefore I request you to do the needful as early as possible without me escalating this any further.

                                        My number has been reissued to someone else. I have been a loyal customer for almost 6 continuous years.

                                        I couldn't recharge my sim for 3-4 months for some reason. But I still I was using that number on WhatsApp and other social media. When my friends told me somebody else picked up the call, only then I realised that my number is given to somebody else. Neither your customer care nor the Digboi Airtel office could be of any help as the number is not registered to me anymore. They said all I can do now is try to convince the person to surrender his sim which is hardly a week old. Now the thing is I need my number back which is linked to my Google account and social media. Thank God it wasn't linked to my Bank. If that person wants he can take control of my data. Just an OTP away.
                                        See deactivating my number is fine. I understand all that. But how on earth do you take my number and give it to somebody else?

                                        I want my number back. My female friends who called that number thinking that's me get multiple callbacks despite them telling me it's a wrong number and it's low-key harassment. One of them got 20 missed calls. I want this resolved. If harassment further continues I will file an FIR against the sim holder and the sim issuer that'll be you.
                                        Just give me back my number safely before things turn ugly.
