This is to inform you that I had opted that for plan where I was to be charged 10 paisa per call for airtel to airtel call but I have Observe that you are billing me at the rate of 30 Paisa per call for airtel to airtel .Kindly look into the matter & settle my rate for 10 paisa per call for airtel to airtel .

      a man named chirag/mahesh has messaged me some special no.s which end with 1888 and then i selected a no. which is [protected] . so he sent an excutive to my house to collect id proof and he took money for the sim card that is 300 rs and gave us the sim then he said that it will be activated in 48 hrs soon we found out that the card has been registered in some other persons name ( when we call on the no. purchased sombedy picks up the call) now when we ask him to return the money he refuses and gives us excuses to come here and there . please help us get our money back .         I'm used Airtel Broadband [protected]. I give the cancellation Request through airtel customer care. They said you bill amont will be cancelled when you change the sim postpaid in to prepaid and they give the reference number for that. The reference number is 56503084. I went to local airtel service center to change the connection in to prepaid but they wont accept that and each and every month they raised the bill for that unused data card. Kindly reject the service and cancel the bill amount. For any queries contact me [protected]

          I was using a 3G Airtel dongle for approx 2 years. i lost the dongle. Called up customer care and asked them to block the services from the same number. I was confirmed as well regarding services being stopped. But still per month bills are being generated for the same number and i am asked to pay the same. DONGLE NO [protected] DATE OF BILL PAYMENT 27TH JULY.

            NAME- AMAN DEEP MOBILE NO.- [protected] Sir I have already paid RS.4400 For installation of broadband connection on 1st september only... But still they have not installed the connection... Nd they r not even receiving my calls nd even if they r receiving they r not replying properly nd they are just giving fake reasons... If installation was not possible at my place then they would have told earlier only nd they would have not taken the money... At the time of taking money they said that they will install the connetion within 3 days only but it's already 10 days passed nd still they have not installed... Sir atleast they should value their Customers... We are really very dissatisfied with this... Sir plz help us... Sir plz reply soon... Nd treat it urgent...

              There is a huge network issue at both my office and home after registering Complaints soo many time no 1 has the time out at airtel to revert back at all When asked to customer care executive about this issue he/she said sir please change Of to some other network provider airtel cant help u by any means.

                  without any approval from the customer they have changed our plan and started over charging us and when we register the complain with cal centre they have de activated our number inspite of no outstanding. brand airtel is providing worst service since they do not have healthy competition from Bsnl. Trai should take action against such companies which are providing un necessary trouble to the customers.

It’s a recharge through I got 2GB data for 60 days, but on 09/09/2014 it’s banned. When I made a telephonic conversation I got information that this all due to the reversing request by the retailer. But when I reach there I knew it’s a mistake from the Airtel authority. To solve this issue I contacted several times with the customer care section of airtel, but they were misleading me and don’t give any proper solution to solve this issue. Also I’m contacted with the nearest airtel outlet (Dreams Communication, OPP: MSM college, Kayamkulam) due to the reference of the Airtel customer care executive, yet I didn’t got any solution because they don’t have any service to solve this.                       I have an ip tv connection on my no. 40167100, with internet connection. 5 days back my IP TV stopped working. When I put in a complaint, someone from Airtel did come to check. After one hour of trying they said that our connection has been discontinued. Though we have not done so. Then they told us that we must call the costumer care at Airtel to reconnect. On calling the customer care they say that their computer shows that the ip TV was never disconnected, so they can't take the complaint. Now there is no way that we can get this right. And our IP TV is still not connected and we can't even put in a complaint. Our internet is working though. Please help me sort out this problem

                        I have recharged mob no. [protected] using airtel money wallet on 07sep14 twice at 09:18hrs and 09:20hrs and on 08sep14 once at 15:59hrs. Transaction Id are given below for above transactions 1.[protected]successful) 2.[protected] 3.[protected] Only first recharge was done but the amount of rs 55 for each recharge was deducted for all three recharges from aitrel money wallet. My airtel money wallet no. is [protected]. Please return my amount for which recharge was not done.

                          I have switched from Airtel to Aircel due to terrible customer service. They are highly disrespectful to the customers and even after I had asked for the switching of the network I got a call from a number [protected] to enquire about why I am switching over from Airtel to a different network. I told her that money is being deducted unnecessarily and she went ahead to argue that I am being deducted for the service they provide. I told her logic dictates that its not possible for download of data at 5G speeds in India (yet) and she was very rude to me despite me being calm and told me instead that I am rude to her to say its a horrible service (what did she expect--words of joy that I'm glad that Airtel periodically deducts money from my main balance and I would rather prefer to pay donations to them daily?). What sad service is this? Do you not care about customer satisfaction? Keep this up and there won't be an Airtel one day (which is actually good as there would be less dissatisfied customers). I am happy that I have taken the right decision to switch and am certain that the customer support and service will definitely be much better on other networks compared to this. Please do not call me again to disturb my work. I am not interested in any offers or even if you return my money I wouldn't be happy as still you would be doing injustice one way or another. I will definitely ask my friends and relatives to switch as well. The service has been the most horrible experience of all. You don't know what its like to go recharge hard earned money just to see it disappear a couple of seconds later without even enjoying the benefits of it!

                            Consumer Name:Bipul Sharma Airtel No.: [protected] Airtel Account: [protected] State:: Assam City:: Guwahati On 6th Sept'2014, near about 5:30 p.m I paid my dues of Rs 690/- and requested to upgrade my postpaid plan from 2 GB(Rs 450/- rental) to 3 GB(Rs 650/- rental). At about 12:50 A.M I received a message from Airtel that a package has been activated for which I will be billed an amount of Rs 175/- in my next bill. I immidiately reported the matter to Airtel via its HELP section on it's website(Ref: OT[protected]. Till date there is no reply to my complaint and I have received a bill(Bill Date: 09-Sep-2014, Bill number: [protected] amounting to Rs 816, in which that Rs 175 is also included. The amount (Re 2) has been renewed everyday, but the offer has not active, now my call rates at normal plan(2p/min).Yesterday I, call the customer care(198) but the customer care executives did not give proper response to me.                                 My mobile no.[protected]. Airtel has added internet charges of about Rs.700 in August 2014 bill for the first time in 10 years. I told airtel I have not used internet in my mobile. I asked them the details o[censored]sage like number of hours I used the internet, name of websites I have visited, log-in and logout timings, data used by me in the internet. So far airtel is not able to submit the records to me regarding my internet usage. This month I have not received the bill for Rs1416/- from airtel. But airtel have already withdrawn the amount from the Bank. So i have decided to change the mobile service provider from this month. Therefore please refund my deposit of Rs4000/- initially You collected from me ten years back. Regards. Manikandan

                                  Hi, I am new to Banglore and I have taken a new airtel sim card ([protected]) on 7th September 2014 of Banglore circle for Rs 120. I was told by the dealer that my sim will get activated on 9th September 2014, and I need to call 59059. But when I tried it shows a message " Not registered on network" .And is continuously showing up the same message. I called customer care on 9Th september 2014 night when they said sim would get activated in 12 hours. But when I tried after 12 hours it still shows same message. Now customer care excecutive and her manager too says there is no problem from their side. I just wonder what could dealer do in a sim card activation when customer has submitted all the docs and even airtel verifies that. Please help me with this on ASAP. Khushboo

                                      Hi Im writing to complaint about Airtel call centers. It took more than 4 calls and 40 minutes to get to speak with an executive without call getting disconnected on wait. Secondly, an executive operating from Punjab/ Mohali call center, who said his name was Rahul was very rude and on asking to connect to another executive or his seniors he asked me to cut the call as he couldn't transfer the call to anyone. When asked to speak with his manager, he outrightly refused and disconnected the call. I had called at 22:00 today from airtel mobile no. [protected] to in to inquire about a recharge plan for mobile no. [protected]. I had been trying since 21:00 to get to resolve my query.
