Hi, I have three number's ([protected], [protected], [protected]) with airtel, which were activated on 8th August, 2014. I had requested a Rs. 299 plan on all three numbers, however the plan requested was activated on only one number ([protected]). Due to this miss from airtel's end i had to go through inconvenience. However, i took this miss lightly and reported this to airtel, as soon as i got first bill. The consultant from airtel promised me this has been taken care off, however to confirm the change i called airtel again within a week, the lady from airtel informed it wasn't processed by the previous consultant and she is processing it now. However, i get my second bill and again i have the same issue. When i reported it today again to airtel a consultant name Bhagyalaxmi informs me that i need to call the number for her manager or her manager will get in touch with me today or tommorow. I just want to ask one question to you people, who am I an airtel customer or a begger who is asking something extra from you'll. What am I demanding??? This is getting too dirty now and this is the reason i discontinued using airtel 5 years back and switched to loop formly known as bpl. In my 5 yr tenure with loop i called them only twice, but here it started with airtel again. Guys stop spending millions on advertising and spend a bit on customer service, because we as customer's are not fools. We know the law well. I hope u understand were I am coming from.     I am kalyan Singh from Bhopal, I am using broadband connected to WiFi modem. And from last one month my net is not working because of link dropage, and when I call customer care they different reasons everytime. I dont wanna use Airtel anymore, I am fed up of calling customer care and asking them for issue. You just send urban man to disconnect the connection.

      Am Saravana from Titupur DT, Tamil Nadu. Am using airtel for more than 5 yrs. Since got job in Private bank i planned to switch over to POSTPAID plan so i requested for the same in their website. This is my plan id MYOP[protected]. Next mrng i received call from them stating they will arrange a representative to collect proofs and to process my plan but i din recevied any cal from representative. SO AFTR 2 days again i registered in their website and things happened lik before and no further calls. THen also i made 3rd request in their website and the same story. Its really very stupid and iritating..

        I am really angry with Airtel service. I made a 3G data recharge of 1 GB (500 3g+500 2g) on Wednesday on 11/9/14 at 6.25 pm. Next day on Thursday when phone was in standby I received a message at 6.48 pm that my whole datapack has been and now my main balance would be deducted. I saw this message 2 minutes later and when I put off my 3G I noticed my complete main balance was deducted that was Rs. 200. I was shocked and it was unbelievable. I have not used enough data I know for sure after the recharge, but even if I believe that you people charge Rs. 200 for 3G access in 2 minutes that too in stand by mode.. Come on.. Stop cheating people like this.. This is fraud!!! Complete Fraud!!! I called the customer care and talked to senior customer care executive Mr. Vijay Kumar after that but he did not believe me and told me that I have used the data and he cant make a refund... What sort of service is this.. Cheating your customers and behaving rudely after that.. I am going to port my no. very soon.. And I wont ever use any of the Airtel services.. They are cheaters!!!

          Hi, This is Chintan Desai [protected] From Mumbai, Malad I had ported in Airtel postpaid from Vodafone prepaid on 13th September 2014.As i had taken my plan of 599 in which i have choose 1500 local minutes and 1600mb 3g speed as additional i was informed that i will get 1gb of 3g data free for 3 months and 200 local minutes for lifetime from Kandivali west near station.As after my porting done i was inform that i have got 1500 local minutes and 1350mb only as per my plan 599 and no additional offers on it.so i had called in Airtel costumer care but they said no offers on your number so i visited Airtel gallery same in Kandivali they told me to wait 24hrs as they had mail some senior so all offers i will get in 24hrs but today its 7th day but no update on it.I would like to say that as per commitment and as per plan i have not got any of it this is completely cheating towards customer as i was told 1600 MB 3g in my plane and i got 1350 MB and i didn't got any data offer of 3months also.This is fraud and cheating as making fool of customers by Airtel i fell this is the worst network i have chosen.Hope you guys understand my concern and solve it asap.Thanks, Chintan Desai

            MAKING A COMPLAINT This is to inform you that I am a honourable customer of Airtel since last so many years but from past so many months its being terrific to use Airtel services Kindly note that until 28 or 29 August I had utilized my 1 GB which is allowed as per the package and after which i didn¿t utilised the internet facility for few days & further I did call airtel executive on 1st or 2nd Sept to confirm whether I can get the option to use 1 GB in 200 or 250 charge for which the answer received was ¿ Yes¿ & the amount will be charged in my bill amount And from 5th Sept(My bill start date) again my new bill plan will be activated for which I confirmed. Now again while calling to the executive after n no times today after checking my bill amount they said my request for activating internet plan on 2nd or 3rd hasn¿t been activated so per MB charges applies which is a big BLUNDER done by your agent. I spoke to Preeti Singh, Akshay & Anand but they disconnected my call in between as they were not having any answer & was not able to entertain or respond to my query. Now, kindly check & resolve this at the earliest or else I will be filling the complaint against Airtel in consumer court as I have really got tired in resolving such issues.                 Sir This complaint is regarding new broadband airtel connection which i applied on 31/8/2014, details are: Jatinder singh, B210FF, Hari nagar, N delhi.(SEF no[protected]. All formalities were completed along with connection charges.But inspite of several reminders and followups with channel manager Mr Abhey([protected]) and Mr Ashutosh([protected]) connection has not been energized till date and no satisfactory answer has been received from them. Mail has also been done several times to [email][protected]@in.airtel.com[/email], [email]nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com[/email] but of no use It is requested to please look into the matter and release connection on priority and also to take necc action against such irresponsible employees.

                  We are not able to use 3G data card in our office premises as the range is not available. Our mobile network is also very low and its out of range . No proper response from Airtel support team. We are not able to get fixed line connection as well for almost 2 weeks

                    Went to airtel gallery and asked for a new postpaid connection, they told me just give your documents we will start your connection in 48 hrs hence submitted all my reqd documents.the nxt day one document verification executive came at my place for verification and he told me that you are not entitled to get a postpaid connection as you are a student and does not hav any income source.after that i did nt use that sim. After one mnth i recieved a bill which i didnt paid bcz i didnt use it.Now every alternate day i get a call that your bill is pending, i also explained the story to them.but still they are sending bill every month.                         i had made a complaint on 22 aug regarding voice craking i area. complaint no [protected]. Also made few more complaints on 1 st sept and 9 sept. also wrote a mail to Airtel regarding this voice cracking. till date i have not received any call from the complay nor they are will to resolve the issue. the customer care team of airtel only try to ignore the cuatomer rather than resloving the issued, i feel this customer care i a DUMMY process of airtel. you are requested to make an action towards them so that the customer could not get suffer. attached heerwith the request of written complaint Doc.                           Hi Team, I have gone to airtel showroom at okkiyam Thoraipakkam, opp to CTS, OMR Road, chennai-600069, for portability. Initially they have received well took all the details and told me it will take 7 to 10 days for portability. After 7 days I went to the store again. They told me still it is under process. Later on I visited store for more than 5 times and finally 1 month later they told me that my APPLICATION got REJECTED. This is not at all fair and they were telling the stories only my application got rejected and telling to come me to the store after 2 to 3 days for raising new application for portability. Again after a week I went to the same store along with my friends AIRTEL Chennai sim and I have asked for NANO Sim. They have verified from their end and telling that this is not chennai sim and it is not possible to give nano sim for prepaid, It is possible to give nano sim only i[censored] convert to post paid. Is this the rule Airtel network is maintaining and will provide nano sim only if we convert to post paid ? Then again they sent me near to one more person and asked to check whether the sim belongs in chennai or not. Is this the way the airtel retailers are giving respect to customers words. I have clearly told them this have bought in chennai itself and they were not ready to listen to my words. How am I looking to them ?. I'm working in an MNC & all the time coming to the store wearing with my company ID card and they are doubting me. I called to my friend and he spoke to the retailers and had a discussion and finally they agreed to give nano sim with prepaid connection and since the sim which I took to the store requesting for nano sim is my friend sim they asked my friend should come to store for giving nano sim. If this first itself they would have told me then I would leave the store by then itself, they made me to wait for 1 hour. And i'm not sure initally why they have told they cannot give a nano sim for prepaid connection and later it is possible to give nano sim prepaid also. Is this a king of double game or they want all the customers to take only post paid connection. Post or pre paid connection that depends on the customers opinion and depends on his convenience. And one more important thing, I'm not from Tamilnadu and they came to know that i'm nt frm TN. Even i'm nt from TN I cn understand tamil. They started talking in tamil and keeping jokes on me. This is too too bad with the airtel retailers. I really doent have any interest to take airtel connection. They doesn't know how to coordinate with the customers how to talk to them how to receive them. Really I had a very bad experience with the Airtel.

                            Hi There, MY AIRTEL 2G UNLIMITED Rs 248 DATA PACK WAS WITH VALIDITY TILL SEPTEMBER 15TH '14 BUT EVEN THOUGH Rs 402 DEDUCTED FROM MY A/C ON SEPTEMBER 10th '14 AFTER CONSUMPTION OF 3GB DATA. So please refund the amount that was deducted from my Airtel account.

                              I have activated Airtel 3G Data pack (197) with a good 30 MB of Data available. Suddenly, the balance was deducted from INR 238 to INR 88. When I contacted the Customer Care officials, they informed that the balance was deducted as I have exceeded the data usage. When inquired why the money was deducted with data usage balance still left, they said it won't be considered as that is a minimum data balance, and the money will only be deduted from Main balance. And then the customer care official informed that the money would be credited within 4 hours. I need to know certain things clear: 1) Why the balance is deducted in first place even when there is 30 MB left in the account. 2) I pay 197 RS for 1.25 GB. But it was said that 30 MB will not be considered and the balance would be deducted only from main balance. If so, why do they charge for 1.25 GB. They should only charge for 1.25 GB - 30 MB. 3) INR 150 was deducted for me and i was said it would be credited in 4 hours. What could be done in times of emergencies? Do they expect us to call Airtel 52141 and get loan talktime for calling the customer care for Complaints. This is poor customer service from Airtel and i should say Airtel is teh Worst Mobile service Provider in India. This is absolute Cheating.

                                  I've converted my Airtel postpaid number to prepaid on August 29th at Bangalore, Karnataka. After the migration, I tried creating My Pack through www.airtel.in website and received error saying Please enter a valid prepaid number. Through USSD code i am able to reach till the last step of confirming the pack. But while confirming, I get an error saying Your pack could not be activated. I called up Airtel customer care. They opened 2 SRs. But they said they don't know the reason and didn't find anything wrong at their side. Customer care executive asked me to take the phone to an ARC. But ARC at Vignan nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka said that they are helpless in this case and this is a technical issue and advised me to send this email. Appreciate help in this matter. Please note this number was ported to Airtel from Vodafone almost 2 years back. Thanks, Jerin

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I want to complaint against Airtel mobile company regarding cheating about bill plan. The executive committed me another plan, after taken my documents and deposit they give me wrong plan these are not discussed with me. Mobile No. [protected] Committed Plan 299 - 1000 local + STD min. 300 SMS local + National, 1 GB 2G data no any hidden charges like service tax any other. They give me Wrong Plan as 299 -- 700 hundred local Min. + 300 SMS local + National only. Also i am taking another bill plan for my 2nd number-[protected] - Plan-199/- 300 local + STD min. 100 SMS local and 500 MB 2G data no any hidden charges like service tax any other. They give me Wrong Plan as 199 -- 300 hundred local Min. + 100 SMS local + National only. Also committed to both this mobile inter calling is free. I putting a lot of mail regarding this but Customer care not giving me proper response They just saying me this is your bill plan as per showing in our system, not investigate who is giving me wrong plan. I know Airtel is very good company &amp; his service is also very good but I don’t know what’s going on there. Only concern about executive, they giving me wrong information and selling a plan. I think there is external agency is involved. Please help me to solve this issue.

                                    There is lots of cheater in Airtel Team who is making fool to customers, before they are selling his plan for completing his target then making fool to people.

                                      I had requested for a new Airtel Broadband connection on 11th of September at the official Airtel website &amp; I got a call on 12th of September from a local Airtel agent Alam ([protected]).He asked for my local address &amp; said that he will check &amp;amp; confirm whether the connectivity is possible in my area(Sushant Lok Phase -1, C Block, Haryana).The next day he called me back &amp; told me that the connectivity is feasible &amp;amp; for installation I need to submit an ID Proof &amp; 1000 bucks as a security amount .He sent his colleague Arvind[protected] to my office to collect the documents as well as the security amount.Arvind assured me that the document will be processed the same day itself &amp;amp ; the engineer will complete the installation by Saturday i.e 13th of September.I got a message from Airtel the very next day which was like this "We have received your documents.Your installation request 27066459 is being processed &amp; it will take approx. 3 working days".As the engineer never turned up on 13th &amp;14th of September, I called up Arvind 3-4 times on 15th of September who didn't pick up my call &amp; when I dropped a stern message he replied back telling me talk to his senior Alam ([protected]) .When I called Alam he told me there is a connectivity issue &amp; it will take a couple of days more.I have been calling him today since morning &amp; he is not picking up my call. I don't have any official communication from Airtel on this &amp; I have been trying to reach customer care . I have already submitted 1000 rupees by cash as a security amount . Is this the way a renowned brand like Airtel treat its customer?? This has disappointed me more because I already own 2 Airtel mobile connections &amp; I am already an existing customer.
