My mobile No.[protected]. I have continuous signal problem since more than a year and I had registered lot of complaints. Whenever I am at office, I do not have any problem. But at home it shows (x) mark on signals. I requested for porting my number on 31st May 2014. & received message: Porting Code is AA676696 and valid till 15/06/2014. Airtel calls and requests me to wait for 2 more months and problem will be solved. Continuously, this is going on since more than a year. Presently they have stopped services since August (in between they call and ask me to settle) My question to airtel is that when I am unable to make calls, whenever required, why should I pay that much & request me not to go for porting. Can anyone help me to get my problem solved, without loosing my number.

    i got a call from airtel regarding the change of plan from postpaid to prepaid on 12/09/2014 i liked the plan and i deposited the documents to the executive who came to my office to collect the documents. the next day my no got blocked. its being 4 days now, they dont have any details of my number. i called the helpline no humderds of times but they people put my call on hold. plz do something asap

      Respected Sir, I am an airtel prepaid customer my airtel prepaid number [protected] I Had been reloaded 3G Network on 30/8/14 So Far I couldn"t Receive The Network Connection I Lodged The Complint to The customer care They Send The Message To Rectify The Problem witin two days 3 days before I sent My Daughter to your Airtel Office They Told Her to Bring the sime to activate it Today I sent my People To your office Nobody is willing to talk with our people & didn"t give any Response to us Kindly take up this matter very serious solve this problem immediately or else we will take up this matter very serious about ur airtel company for the past 15 days I am expecting your Reload connection so far Paid the 455 rupees to ur airtel company This is for your kind information Expecting your immediate action B.K.Moorthy

          I applied for porting my number from Idea Post paid to Airtel Post paid. Now its been almost a month your field agent collected the documents & Rs 250 as portability fees, which I later got to now that there are no charges for porting service provider. Now also when I call for enquiry, they told me to whats app the documents & they just disconnect the call. Contact Details of the agents.             Dear Sir, I Manoj Kashyap having an Airtel DTH connection (connection no. [protected]) in the name of Shiv Kumar (my brother) since 2009, I am using it regularly. My complain pertains to validity on recharge of Rs. 2200 which I did on 26th Nov., 2013, according to the scheme which was available at that time 1 month additional will be granted on recharge for 11 month cost. But today when I confirmed it from customer executive they are saying that this plan is not activated at that time on my connection so I won’t be able to claim the additional 1 month benefit, Even after revision of prices they have used the full amount of Rs. 2200 for 10 months, I want to ask you when I did that recharge for requisite amount to avail the benefit of additional 1 month then now what is the issue with the scheme why airtel is not granting me the benefit of additional months.

                Hi Team, This is to request escalation on my Internet running very slow for last 2 months .After logging several service request i still get Unavailable seconds, BER errors and noise on my line.Every time i ask/open a service request someone pops in with no knowledge of were the DP is terminated or how many spare pairs of 2-wire is available. I am sure there is a patching issue and no one is bothered enough to resolve the issue . Request you to kindly take this up on priority or terminate my connection so that i can move to some other service provider . I think after associated with you guys for 6years this kind of service is totally unacceptable .. After taking service for 16MB i end up getting 1 MB.                   I am sushen kumar jaiswal, user of airtel no. [protected]. My sim regestration has failed without any prior notice to me and when i complaint about it in care they said that my number registration has failed because i have not rechaged my number since 6 months but i have frequenty rechaged my numer and 3 days my number registration failed i have recharged my number by 3g pack of Rs 449 . And then i called nodal officer of bihar(mr. Mohit) he wrote my complain (complaint no. [protected]) and it has been 20days and my problem has not been solved and i have not got any satisfactory reply from them.

                      Hello Team... Airtel consumer service worst, I dont know what to do. But last so many days i am facing this problem. Every time i recharged the mobile, Airtel company debited money from my account balance. I called coustomer service also .They are saying that i am using internet that why it is happaning.But that is no true. The team leader is not helping. in last 2 days i called 20 times nobody helps waste customer service management is there. Its really pathetic that a country's best provider is just faking its name with the worst service. i have even planned to fdile a case in consumer court... thanks and regards akshay shukla [protected]

                        i bought airtel postpaid sim for 999 plan, std calling but it was activated with 3g plan ang got charged for 2 months for std calling. my bill should not be crossing 1200 but its more than 1600. even the team leader is not helping. in last 2 days i called 20 times nobody helps waste customer service management is there. kindly help me and waive off the std charges as it has to be in the plan. and customer care even cant follow any notes making also. its really pathetic that a country's best provider is just faking its name with the worst service. i have even planned to fdile a case in consumer court. i am really fed up of the so called best airtel. kindly help

                          Airtel consumer service worst, my number got closed due to non usage and it was not even informed... And then I contacted airtel, after running for my number for more than one and half month, exchange of emails with their nodal officers till one and half months and was assured of reissue of number several times. Till last day they said executive will come to pick up documents and suddenly after almost two months they say number is not available. Because of airtel executives I ran from pillar to post and now...Will never avail airtel service in my life again...suggest not to go for airtel...

                              We have landline number[protected], named quantam instruments & electronics, 154-i sector, govindpura industrial area, bhopal-462023.

                              We have suffered this landline number is not working since 1 year..Some times cables problem, some pipe line work problem, instrument junction box prolem...Etc..And airtel customer care also visit at near vishal mart, m.P. Nagar, bhopal..I loged complaint there since 10 days..But problem not resolved...Finally we conclude that we disconnet line and why we are paying money for not responsible company.

                              I so many times saying to airtel engineers for this number is a professinal number it's not a landline number...But doo not understand ur people.

                                I had asked airtel people repeatedly to change my current plan since about a week. Later I sent a complaint n they called me back and told to send the request via email, so I did. I called customer service once again last night and was told that the plan would change by 6AM. However it hasn't changed. My guess is that the employees r doing their work properly but Ur servers r not.?.. Since they say that the request has passed from the pending stage to the next stage... I don't understand wat the problem is.. but make sure they change my broadband plan soon coz at this rate a roadside chaiwala has better service than airtel.

                                      wel hi i am sohail ahmed and i applied for broadband connection two weeks before and still i diidnt get the connection because the technician( munna) are not providing the connection and i paid 500 for connections and no is lisening my words so kindly do some needful assumption or else i can launch a case on airtel because they are not refunding my money back

                                        Hi! I applied for two connections from airtel on a corporate plan (one new connection [protected] and second via MNP [protected]). The address verification has been done, documents and everything are in order. The plan I applied for is 375 per month (rental) gives me 600 minutes (local STD), 150 local and 150 national SMS, CUG unlimited, 1GB 3G data per month. Recently I got a call from my dealer that airtel has withdrawn this plan. I emailed your team at [protected]@in.airtel.com and they said I need to perform tele verification by calling at 59059. I tried from my current number and it says the number doesn't have incoming call facility. I called up postpaid customer care and they said the order number for both numbers is yet to be generated. Once it is done the number will be activated. Can you please advise me if both numbers will be activated successfully and active shortly (by monday)? Can anyone call me at [protected] Thanks, Ravi
