Mobile data and Data Card related

About reducing data

Recharge Money

Last week 14/08/2014 I have recharged my mobile [protected] with 50 Rs using Mobikwik.com But I dint get the amount for the Recharged and When I did recharge that time mobile was switched off and when I switched on and checked balance it was 6.96 only and i dint get the message and balance for the recharge. when i called airtel they said they will refund the amount but i dint get any refund till now the reference ID of the call is: [protected]....

huge network and internet issue
