I recharge my airtell per paid 2g data on 18th oct. For 149rs/- from that my data will not work. 21 oct i received one msg that my internet balance is low. I spoke with custermer care they told me that i use my data they charge me for the complaint that 50pise for each 2min they put me on hold for more than 25 min.
Im using iphone5, i have better experiance in using mobile data.

149 rs for two days better airtel can begg for this kind of...

    Hi, This is to bring in your notice that my father who is a retired govt official & senior citizen is using Airtel prepaid phone wide no [protected] since more then 7 years as of now. Surprisingly more then Rs800/- has been deducted from his prepaid amount on 23rd of Sep'14 just five days back with no reason. On calling Airtel customer care the executive not have responded in any supportive way after several calls finally he managed to take back a refund of Rs 200/-. He never used any other services like Internet etc which has been told by the Airtel executive that this money has been deducted for the use of Internet services & that too in mid night after 2pm. He is just using his phone for voice calls only & is having no knowledge how to use Internet at all. I want to make my request here to please make refund of the entire money back to his account.       Dear Madam/Sir, This is to inform you that i had applied for new post paid connection from Airtel on http://www.airtel.in/ on 30th August, for which INR 500 was paid online. After repeated reminders on mail at [protected]@in.airtel.com on 13th Sep, Airtel executive came to my residence, collected my signed & attested documents(Address proof, ID Proof & photograph) and handed over to me a blank Airtel sim card without any number/slip. I wrote to Airtel customer care but besides assuarance i haven't received any constructive till date. On 18th Sep i was informed by Aitel executive on phone that they are not able to track documents submitted by me (I am afraid if these documents be misused) Kindly guide me, now i am no more interested in getting this post paid connection but seek justice for mental harassment i have gone through for past 22 days.         23-mar-14: new sim purchased with document named amit kumar agarwal. 25-mar-14: sim activated & rs.200/- transferred by me with online sbi airtel money a/c. when i tried to check balance but airtel denied. I called airtel customer care they told me that this a/c is of another user. 26-mar-14: I reached airtel office, sadar bazar, jhansi (u.p.) there mr. brajesh (sr. employee) told me to make super a/c but FORM will be available after 1-apr-14. 5-apr-14: reached to mr. brajesh and gave him my d/l, pan card copy, and photograph and rs.100/- of fee. then he told me to wait max. 10 day for super a/c activation. after 10 days: i called approx. 50 times to mr. brajesh on [protected] & [protected] through my bsnl mob. [protected] during the priod from 15-apr-14 to 3-sep-14. i din't see the person like brajesh in my life, he only talked never ever worked for my problem; i can say he is no. 1 cheater and lier i have ever seen in my life. 6-sep-14: i talked to mr. brajesh he told to send sms of my name with father name then i sent sms to him (Amit kumar agarwal [protected] father name Rambabu agarwal) through my bsnl mob. [protected]. 9-sep-14: again he told me to submit fee of rs.100/- but i asked him that what happened to previous fee of rs.100/- after discussion i agreed to submit document and photograph again. till date my airtel money a/c not registered with my name, i am fed up with airtel please help to get me registered on my airtel money a/c.

            Dear Sir, After Vodafone almost openly robbed me for the services I never subscribed for, I decided to move to Airtel when a tele-caller offered me a package that promised “Lifetime 1GB/moth 3G free internet”. Finally that offer turned out to be a hoax. But determined to leave Vodafone network, I still accepted the offer to port my number to Airtel. After submitting the required documents and waiting for the stipulated 5-6 days of porting time, I received a message from 1901 “Namaste! Request Validated by Donor and Porting Time:[protected]reads 20th September 2014), Time 23:30.00.000+05:30.” That was a parting gift from the Vodafone as they switched off my connection exactly at 23:30 on 20th September 2014. As promised by the Airtel executive I was waiting for next 2 hours to get my number ported to Airtel and my new SIM was expected to start. Nothing happened. I called Airtel customer care and checked if there is any problem. They asked me to follow some procedure (take SIM out… Re-start your mobile…. Call on … etc etc.). I did that but nothing moved. Hence I called customer care again at 7:05 to check the status. They informed me that there is some technical problem because of which we could not activate the SIM, but it will get activated in next 4 hours. I was waiting for 4 hours, nothing happened. I followed the same procedure… no results. Hence I called again to customer care at 11 AM. The girl had absolutely no clue what she was talking about. She was asking me all irrelevant questions – ”Have you submitted the documents to Airtel?” “From where did you buy the connection?” “Do you have the name and number of the person who picked up the papers from?” (for those who do not know the procedure of porting – The receiver (Airtel) sends the request to donor (Vodafone) to stop the services after checking everything that is needed for the subscription). And then started the roller coaster ride. As I started escalating the issue in the customer care the higher authority started giving me the larger timelines. Finally “so called” last authority gave me 24 hours of time to get the number activated. I am still waiting for the activation. Where is TRAI that has given mandate to every service provider to restore the services within 2 hours (or 5 hours – whatever it is, it has been breached). I fear to escalate this issue to even higher authorities as they may give me 2-3 days’ time to solve this issue. So here I am, midst of an important project where my team members have to speak to me regularly; they can’t. I wish to go back to the old villain Vodafone; TRAI would not allow me. I would like to dump Airtel as well, but I can’t do that for next 3-4 months…. I am at fix. Thank you. Yogesh Shendye Phone in Fix - [protected]

              [protected]: I had applied for number portability from Idea to Airtel. It was deactivated on Friday, 19th sep at 10 PM and since then Airtel number has not been activated. I keep calling Airtel customer care and they keep telling me that it will be activated in next few hours. I have spoke with to supervisor, floor supervisor and many other executives. All of them making the same nuisance promise. I would like to report a grievance claim on Airtel company. It is a big mistake to get ur number transfered to Airtel. Neither the executives are inefficient to help, moreover they keep giving unrealistic times. Sup replies in a way that "madam hum kuch nhi kar sakte aapko wait hi karna padega". This is very unprofessional and if this is how they deal with their customers, I want to move my number back to IDEA and would like to register a legal case against airtel for this torture.

Hello, I am a resident of Kokkarne and living in the city limits also Airtel Customer since many years. As I relocated to this place recently I find the network coverage of the Airtel is very poor even though we are not very far from the tower. Though 3G is not being provided the signal strength is so low call getting cut while speaking indoors and No Service flashing intermittently. Its either poor maintenance or the low transmission power. Many within the area of Temple and Bridge complaining the same and later on opting for alternative service provider instead of letting the Airtel know about the poor quality of service. Hope concerned may look in to the matter at an earliest date and fix the issue.                     I had approached for portability and wanted to switch from airtel to other service provider due to high call rates from airtel. Some airtel officer called me up and asked me the reason of porting to other service provider and i gave them the reason and he offered me the better plan which was promised to be activated in 48 hours but its been more than 10 days now i havent got that plan activated yet. Such a service is not expected from a corporate company like airtel.I have been using airtel since 10 years now but yet not satisfied by the service AIRTEL service user Airtel number ([protected])

                        My mobile number is [protected]. On 07.09.2014, I had done an on-line 2G data pack recharge for Rs.98/- valid for 20 days. By this, I was supposed to use up 500 MB data. An SMS from AM-NTAROT was received on my mobile subsequently on the same day in confirmation accordingly. However, much to my shock, when I used the internet today (20.09.2014) the charges were deducted from my main account, while my 2G data pack recharge was supposed to be valid till 26.09.2014! And I am yet to use up 300 plus GB out of 500 GB. My calling the Customer Service or contacting the Airtel Gallery in Dombivli was of no help. What else would I call this, if not cheating? Would Airtel give some explanation and make good my loss in this regard?

                          The data plan has not been activated even after 5 hours of request. Loss of money form Main balance as I had to use the Internet in spite of subscribing to 6 GB 3G data plan and loss of money from repeatedly calling Customer Care. The only answer I got from Customer Care was to wait after putting on hold for long time and transferring calls to multiple support persons. The service quality is substandard.

                            I bought a 3G Airtel Dongle yesterday in Anantapur, Andhrapradesh, and it spoiled all my vacation mood and plans. I am on vacation in India and I bought an Airtel 3G Dongle for office work as well as to browse internet and plan my vacation. Airtel executives told me that if I buy Airtel 3G Dongle for Rs. 2100 I will get 6GB free data immediately after activation. They also told me that it will be valid for 30 days and will be the best option for my vacation in India. The Dongle got activated this morning and worked for 15 minutes with reasonable speed . After that the speed got reduced to 2 KB/ 3 KB per second, after some time the Dongle stopped to connect to internet. I disconnected the Dongle and reconnected to my laptop multiple times but it never worked. I thought Airtel is a big brand and will resolve my issue as soon as I call the customer care. Surprisingly Google could not find any customer care number for Airtel 3G Dongles. Even Airtel.in website also not displaying any customer care number. Later on someone told me that I can call customer care by using the SIM card available in the Dongle. But even with the SIM card it took me one hour to find the option to speak to the Customer Care executive. When I selected the option I got message that I should recharge my mobile to speak to the customer care. I should have thrown the Dongle in my toilet and flushed it at this point of time. But with little hope and because of critical internet access requirement I recharged my mobile and called the customer care. The customer care executive was in no mood to understand my concerns and simply saying wait for 72 hours to get update on your complaint. I was promised 6GB of free data immediately after activation and now they deactivated 3G and saying to wait for 72 hours. I recommend everyone not to buy Airtel 3G dongles, there is no direct customer care number, even if you call from your Airtel mobile they will force you to listen their ads and will charge you for listening their advertisements. BUT FINALLY THEY WILL NOT RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE. I should have read some Airtel 3G Dongle reviews data card reviews before buying. NEVER BUY AIRTEL 3G Dongles for office or business related purpose. All Airtel executives are big time liars. Once they get the money from the customer their job is done. They are not at all interested to resolve customer issues. NEVER THINK THAT AIRTEL IS A BIG BRAND AND THEY WILL HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER CARE. THEY ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN.

                              I have applied for a broadband connection 15 days back. Sales agent promised me a connection within 4 working days. After that I am continuously following up with sales agent, but nothing has happened so far. I have paid Rs.1000 at the day of application. Now-a-days the agent is not picking my call. When I am calling airtel customer care number[protected] they are telling that they have not received any application in my application form number.                                 I registered DND service for my Airtel sim but receives messages from ICICI Banks and State bank of India regarding the credit card payment every month I have made complaint to both the company but still receive the same which I have nothing to do with credits cards payment from these banks, also receives call asking for person called S. kapoor, please take this complaint into account as after number of attempt it continues.

                                  airtel at there worst behave and service. Firstly they explain and convince for there postpaid plans. Once you get starting month give less bill than they show there real color with negative billing which is super high amount. Not using net frm week still showing 100 up mb usage. 23 hour talked in one day like 1hr only i slept. Thinking us fool or out of mind. When complained everywhere with same line gone to postpaid to prepaid they stopped both cards. , Rubbish service ever. Biggest lutere for postpaid users. And not allow for portability even. Never ever go for airtel if you get in free even.

                                    airtel is the worst in providing customer service.once the documents is submited they disconects ur incoming and outgoing and ask u to again submit the documents.they want us to leave our jobs and keep travelling to their relationship centre again where there we have to wait in a long que and without any satisfation.airtel shld better closed down the relationship centre if they r not capable of handling it properly.

                                    Yes, I agree. Airtel worst service ever. Not only documents they creating negative bill too. Once they get postpaid connection for us than they don't care about problems. And rude behavior too. When go for portability they don't allow you even. Worst worst worst ever. Don't go for airtel.

                                        Purchase new airtel connection with my plan on airtel website. and paid the activation fee online but after that no response from airtel side. What kind of services airtel have? i am posting on your twitter page on daily basis but airtel people didn't bother to call me. If its not possible to provide me new connection. Refund my amount.
