Bill for my airtel number[protected] used to be generated around... . However, since the last 2-3months it was not being generated on time. I contacted Airtel customer care in this regard a number of times (reference number s... dt...) for resolving this issue. However, even after repeated complaints nothing was done.
Now today I have received a message that I should pay the bill amounting to Rs.within one week to keep the services on my number continue. I have been not given any detailed summary of the bill.
I am surprised at the level of callousness of you people. While my repeated complaints regarding my bill not being generated have fallen on deaf ears, on the contrary, I am being sent such a message as if it is my fault that the bill has not been paid.
I hereby ask you to disconnect my number with immediate effect. I am just not interested in availing telecom service from a provider to whom I have paid all my bills on time and even requested for generation of bills on time and yet the service provider has the audacity to send me such a message.
Before I pay the bill, I should be sent the complete bill mentioning the period for which it pertains to, with complete itemised details like call details, Internet usage etc. Only then I would deem fit to pay the bill.
I may also be apprised about action taken on my repeated complaints on your customer care regarding non generation of my bill, complaint numbers for which I have given in the first para.
