I received a call from the umber [protected] on my airtel number in the morning and i was travelling so picked up the call by mistake he was asking me that my number got lucky draw from KBC and all. He was talking very badly and asking me my details. Pls block that number. Pls resolve this issue. My airtel number is [protected] my name is Shrikant Varma.

      Hello Airtel Team, I have a 3G data card and I have moved out of India, so I wanted to disconnect/deactivate it. I have been trying to deactivate it from past 1 Week. I called your customer care numbers lots of times. I sent emails, But no one has taken the deactivation request. I had sent an email yesterday and it says we will response in 24 hrs but no one has responded yet. I am not sure whom to contact now as I have tried through all the channels. Deactivation is getting delayed without any of my faults and then extra money will be charged to me. Could you help me with this. I am really tired of calling airtel customer care number.         This is to inform that Airtel customer service is horrible. I got my mobile 3G service recharged but my 3G was not functioning. I called up Airtel customer service several times to help resolve my problem but every time I was told that the issue would be solved within 24-48 hrs. Still the 3G service is not working. Customer experience at Airtel is becoming worse day by day. Also when we call up their customer care, they keep us waiting for several minutes. Inspite of spending money I haven't got a useful service. At the end although I am using bad language but I would like to mention that Airtel service "sucks" !!! Airtel kindly improve your service else you'll be out of the market...

          Ms Garima, at Mayur Vihar, delhi outlet ASSURED me that my number will be activated by 8-9 pm today. I had bought it yesterday afternoon and was categrically told it will activate in 24 hours. after following up, i was told some technical issue so will activate by 8 pm. till now not activates. i had taken it on this very condition as i have to travel in 4 hours and needed this no. this is pathetic customer service. i feel helpless at this hour, with no activated no. to carry in journey due in 4hr. Complete harassment and misguidance and unethical business. Regards

              I have got Airtel DTH Connection vide ID No.[protected], 3years back and renewed regularly. It is renewed upto 22 Oct 2014. My set of box getting some technical problem by which TV screen get off for every 10 to 15 minuts sometimes for every 5 minuts it repeats and come back with Airtel DTH home channel and every time I want to change my previous required channel. I reported to Airtel DTH service center on line on 1-9-2014 and 6-9-2014 about my problem and they accepted accordingly & given a reply that their staff will come and rectify my problem shortly. I requested them to send a technician who can replace a set of box, which I got from my son who changed to an another DTH service and the same Airtel set of box is in working condition. a I added to replace it and get activated according to their DTH services. 12 days have been passed away but no response from them. Kindly take necessary steps and solve my problem at the earliest...customer.

                Hi, I have ported my Airtel number to Vodafone recently. The final payment of Airtel bill i paid before the due date. Number: [protected] E-Receipt No.[protected] Airtel Account ID: [protected] Due date: 08-Sep-2014 Paid date: 05-Sep-2014 Situation - Today (11-Sep-14) i got a call from [protected] and that lady forced me to pay the bill. I told her could you please check the record because i paid it before due date. But she said "NO" you have to pay it. Then I called to customer care [protected] and checked with them and they said there is "NO DUES", you already paid your full and final payment. Then i called on that [protected] number but its switched off till now. It seems Airtel doesn't care on fake calls. Kindly look into this matter and keep me posted on this please.                   Dear sir, Kindly inform you that I had received a call from Airtel executive from Airtel company & his name is Rahul .He told me about RS 399 Plan the detail of the plan is: a)525 STD Minute's FREE B)200 LOCALMinute's FREE c)500 MB DOWNLOADING FREE d)ROAMING FREE e) INTRNET SURFING & BROWSING UNLIMITED & FREE f)STD CALL CHARGES 40PAISAI G)LOCAL CALL 30PAISAI (REGARDING THIS PLAN I TOLD HIM TO SEND ME THE PLAN DETAIL IN SMS HE DIDN'T SEND ME & WHEN I CALLING HIM HE SAY'S SIR MAINAI TO TEEN BAR BAIJA HE IS TELLING ALIE THE AIRTEL EXECUTIVE TRY TO MAKE A FOOL REASON & THEY THINK AB TO PLAN BAICH DIYA MUJHAI TO MERA INSENTIVE MIL JAYAI GA, THEY THINK ONLY FOR THEIR INCENTIVE NOT ABOUT CUSTOMER BIG SAMEFULL EFFORT GIVEN BY AIRTEL EMPLOY) after getting information of all this plan I told him ok give me this plan & same day he send the field executive for this plan, the executive came & I told him about the plan he told me that I don't know only the rahul knows about the plan I said ok, he told me sir that you have to give me the 250rs & some lock no to change the network from vodafone to airtel & I gaved him from my side every thing I done. After one or two days I received a call that sir you have to clear the bill of vadafone of Rs 2207 then we will change your number I said ok & same day I had clear the number & I informed the executive in this number ([protected]) from 26/8/2014 to till now I am facing the problem. From same kind of attitude given by the vodafone that's why I tried to change the number now same thing happening with me in airtel. As per discussion with airtel Executive Rahul that after clearing the bill of vodafone the new bill will be raise by airtel company as per new plan but still I am using the vodafone network but now I am not going to pay the bill because airtel employ is responsible by his lazy ness work & every day i called them they talk like this with each other & say( ABAI USI KA CAL A GAYA YAR DIMAG CHAT RAHA HAI) is this the way to treat the customer now were we will go we are paying the money, then they all are getting the big & fat salary but no humanity in them that how much problem we are facing (money problem, time problem) i am sorry airtel is the same company & if this kind of treatment we are getting then i will say other customer please do take airtel plan reason they do the delay in work & in incentive they give big amount of dis respect with plan (I WILL COMPAINT THIS ABOUT IN CONSUMER FORUM/COURT) Warm Regards Shashi Shekhar +91-[protected] we will

                    Hello Team, I'm Ravi and i am using Airtel broadband before 3 years but before 7 days ago i had applied a new connection from ( M/s. PNS Telecome H-35, Ambedkar Chowk, G.T.Road, Karnal-132001. ) and also i have deposited rs1000/- non refundable security after 2 days later 1 person came for wiring but now i am facing a problem nobody came to my home for activation I have called to Airtel office also and also i have visited to store but all they are saying it will be activate today, same answer they give me again and again but nobody came to my house. Only giving excuse. They are not taking responsibility only giving excuse. I am totally fed up of your bad service, Just due to lack of irresponsibility i am facing lot of problem because i business is depend on Internet and now i am on that stage if you doesn't solve my problem then there is no point to stay with Airtel. Could you please reverse out the amount and credit it back to my credit card. Appreciate your help on the same. This seems to be an online transaction done using my card details.

                        Fraudulent payment using my Icici Bank credit card No.[protected] of Rs.4900/. made to AIRTEL PYMT- BIL ON 13TH Apr.2016.The person called me over mobile posing himself Executive of Icici Bank and succeeded to grab sensitive information of my credit card, and payment was initiated.YOU are requested to look in to the matter and arrange to reverse the entry.For safer side I have I had blocked the card, for avoiding any future fraudulent Txns.

                                Actually i am Sanjay From Bangalore. A Customer for Airtell Internet 3G Connection. I have a Problems o this Airtell 3G connection. Please Rectify my Problem as if we Check Data Use in Internet 3G Connection it is showing 908MB. If we Call to Airtell Customer Care Center and Ask them means Tehy will tell only 500 MB Some thing usage. I dont know weather which one i want to follow. Today on 11 Sept. 2014 Approx 3:00 to 3:30 I have Called Them and Asked about my Queries. But some thing Fraud Thing Going on in Airtell Please Check Behalf of Me. Cos Last 2 Months Back i have Paid 1900 rs for 3G Useage.

                                  Have been complaining since last week that the engineers who come to visit for complaints have been asking Rs 1500 and next engineer Rs 1200 for new wi-fi router when airtel has too provide and the wiring done is full of black tape joints which is non water proof and for the last two days even telephone is not working

                                    I am using post paid no [protected] from airtel and using a data plan of 375(1GB 3G data free). My billing cycle period every month of 8th to next month 7th. Last month bill tariff was revised. I did not get any messages or mails about the revised tariff. As per my bill plan i have used only 1GB mobile data. Now my mobile bill was about Rs.1115. While conducting customer care they are giving useless answers. They told according to data flow rate they have charged. I dont know about data flow rates.But have consumed only 1GB. Airtel customer care officer Kavitha from santhome zone did not give any responses and careless. I want she has to apologize about this issue. If not giving proper answers i have to complaint this issue in court.

                                      Bill for my airtel number[protected] used to be generated around... . However, since the last 2-3months it was not being generated on time. I contacted Airtel customer care in this regard a number of times (reference number s... dt...) for resolving this issue. However, even after repeated complaints nothing was done. Now today I have received a message that I should pay the bill amounting to Rs.within one week to keep the services on my number continue. I have been not given any detailed summary of the bill. I am surprised at the level of callousness of you people. While my repeated complaints regarding my bill not being generated have fallen on deaf ears, on the contrary, I am being sent such a message as if it is my fault that the bill has not been paid. I hereby ask you to disconnect my number with immediate effect. I am just not interested in availing telecom service from a provider to whom I have paid all my bills on time and even requested for generation of bills on time and yet the service provider has the audacity to send me such a message. Before I pay the bill, I should be sent the complete bill mentioning the period for which it pertains to, with complete itemised details like call details, Internet usage etc. Only then I would deem fit to pay the bill. I may also be apprised about action taken on my repeated complaints on your customer care regarding non generation of my bill, complaint numbers for which I have given in the first para.
