I had an airtel mobile number [protected] (AP) while I was living in Hydrabad six months back. Now I am living in Delhi(NCR). My Micromax A110 mobile was lost in train at Ballhar Shah Rly Station. Now I am not getting duplicate sim card from any shop/help centre of Airtel with the plea that the number is of A.P. and duplicate cannot be issued in U.P.

    On sept 16th i have made recharge on my airtel Mobile of Rs. 14, 13, 12 based on sms recd on 15th Sept and many times before Rs14=A2A calls 10p/min 28 days Rs.13 = loc calls 30p/min for 28 days Rs. 12 = std calls Rs1/3 min 45 days.the call rate was active only for a few day. on calling 121 the exec. said there was no such offer.this is cheating. i told him i have sms's to prove it. but he refused to take my complaint. due to this i lost all my talktime as it defaulted to normal tariff. the same happenned on my wife's mobile.request you to please help resolve this matter.

      My wife has been using the Airtel number [protected] for the last 3 years (since 2011 Feb) and her SIM had some issue a couple of days back. When we went to the Airtel Jayanagar office to get a duplicate SIM card, we received information that the records do not show my wife's name but per Airtel records, the connection belongs to someone else! Due to this, they will not provide a duplicate SIM. The office does not acknowledge a mistake on Airtel's side. We had submitted the documents when we took the connection. So either Airtel does not care about the customer's identity information when providing the connection or it does not maintain the correct information in their records. Both of which are scary. The customer will get to know about such inappropriate handling of their identity information only when they run into issues. What is the guarantee that Airtel would not even misuse the information? Given the current circumstances, this looks quite possible. I do not know how I can get my wife's number corrected and where the data we had submitted is being used!         I have taken the Ultra pack for my Airtel DTH. Today I realised that they have discontinued MGM movie channel. Spoke to the customer care Amit regarding the same. He just went on to say company does not offer anything in lieu of the discontinued channel. Am I not entitled or anybody else for that matter as that's what I'm also paying for. Could you please assist me regarding the same.

          Some airtel representative called me and said there is postpaid plan and no deposit. Initially I have to pay Rs.300 which would be credited back to my account on a monthly basis for 3 months and the same would be deducted from my bill. Also the representative claimed that the plan was of Rs.300 inclusive of all taxes. But when I see the bill, I dont see any money deducted from my bill and moreover the taxes are added to it. I called up customer care they said they cant help me in this regard. I tried calling the representative, but that lady has diverted all calls and other number is invalid. The number is [protected].

            Vide sms dt.22/09/2014 time 17.13.55 I was informed that hustler models has been activated charges 35- for 7 days and same message suggests to deactivate call or sms stop to 155223. Vide sms sent to 155223 by me on dt.22/09/2014 time 18.38.21, 18.39.34 and 19.39.43 return message was “invalid request”. While approaching to your executive at 121 on dt.22/09/2014 at 19.33 he was unable to clarify what this service stands for and replied that same is third party application activated through internet and he is unable to tell the time on internet use. It is strange on dt.22/09/2014 internet was not used from this no. however he deactivated the said service but shows his unwillingness/helplessness for refunding 35 rupees. In view of above please check and forward me the details of internet use time on dt.22/09/2014 by me. I think airtel is more interested in extracting money by using such fraud methods instead of customers. Surinder kumar [protected]

                I have ordered (Order ID [protected] ) a LED TV(Samsung LED 32F5500) of worth 38k in Shop.Airtel.com on 10 Sep 2014. When i ordered it they didn't mention any delivery date but they mentioned it will be shipped by 19th September 2014. As they mentioned, they shipped it on 15th September with Shipment id IBDELMAH797456C9FE (Infibeam Logistics) and Order status changed to completed. Also i got a mail from airtel shop saying that it will be delivered to my address with in 7days. Then it lied with Infibeam with 4 days and then they send to safe express with tracking number 80347646 on September 19th. I was informed that the package will come to my address with 7-9 working days. But when I try to track the package with Safe express the status remain same since 19th. I have written to Airtel customer care regarding the order status and also i have written to safe express about my package delivery dates. No body responding. Neither airtel nor Safe Express is not giving any status update on my package. As per Airtel Shipment mail i am supposed get the Package on 22nd.. But no update yet. Please help me to get my money back or my TV as soon as possible. Due to the package state is uncertain, i couldn't take any decision on buying other TV locally here in electronic shops.

                Thank you very much for immediate action on my complaint. I got a call on the same day(23rd) from safe express saying I will receive it on 24th. But no luck. Till today no update. What should I do now?

                  I have visited Canada during last month for 5-6 days. I had been getting messages for amount being charged when the phone was not being used. My outgoing facility has been suspended, when I gets a call from Airtel, I have been requesting them to send somebody to explain me the charges and I am ready to pay the rest of bill after removing the amount charged wrongly. NOBODY HAVE TURNED UP FOR LAST 10 DAYS. I am a regular payer since 8-10 years without default. Pardeep Sharma

                      Last one month i have lodged complaint 4 times regarding the frequent disconnection problems. These so called senior engineers cant even find out what the problem. On recharge, i recirecieved a sms of successful recharge mentioning 7 days validity. There was not at all any validityvalidity mentioned its a cheating n deceptoon on your ppart and bring bad reputationreputation.                           My number is [protected]. I got micro sim on saturday (20 th Sep) and it got activated by same day at 5:30 PM. But i am unable to send message or use Internet. When i call to call to customer care they told me it will be activated in 48 hrs. I called 3 times and all told the same answer. Finally after 48 hrs i called to customer care and they say it will take 3 says. All my important transactions got struck because of this as i am getting bank sms to this number. I am totally upset with airtel for this. My sim is active already and i just changed from normal sim to micro sim. For this you people take 3 days to activate SMS. I hate Airtel.

                            Hi I am from Kolkata and today i updated my iphone to ios8. hi, I have tried all the possible methods to activate imessage and facetime on my iPhone 5 but its not getting activated. My balance keeps getting deducted by Rs5 and still nothing happens! 25 Rs has already been deducted from my balance. My phone no is [protected]. I am not able to send or receive msgs on my iphone. because of which i am facing alot of issues.

                              I paid my bill amount of Rs.333 through airtel money July 2013 and it was not applied to my account on time. Since then the amount is showing as outstanding every month and every month late payment fees of Rs.100 is charged. Its since one year I'm struggling to rectify the issue without any success. I'm paying my exact bill amount every month after deducting the late payment fee fo 100 and outstanding 333. Mobile number is [protected] Request to resolve the issue asap.

                                Hi, We have corporate connection of Airtel and while asking for the procedure for cancellation and number portability, they have cancelled all the corporate numbers. After all emailing and follow ups, we still have not received proper solution. Also while calling to the customer care they always says "write an email to them" then what is the use of customer care number? My Corporate connection number is [protected].

                                  Dear Sir, I got my international roaming activated on 4th of September.2014. I was to travel to China for 10 days. The 2nd day customer care executive confirmed that the facility has been activated. I had approximate balance of RS. 1935.00. When I reached China on 7th of September and tried to call the person for my booking conformation I received the feedback in Chinese and English that outgoing service to this number has been suspended. I got astonished. Anyway I somehow reached the hotel and activated myself on Wi Fi. For complete nine days I was moving through out the country on airports and trains but could never call from my no. I had to spend huge amount of currency on getting the local no and making calls. On 16th of September 2014 when I reached Shanghai Airport for my return all of a sudden my phone beeped and 3 different times about RS. 800.00 got deducted. My location can be checked VIZ Shanghai Airport area which is a totally free connected Wi Fi area. Through out my travel I travelled 4 times from different airports but nothing was deducted and on 16th of September the mentioned amount gets deducted. I would sincerely request the company to give me a proper reasons for why my calls got suspended for which I had to face so much of trouble besides the money I spent. On top of that my money gets deducted in a FREE WI FI CONNECTED area. Regards, Rajnish Sethi. [protected].

                                    My mobile number is [protected], I am continuously facing issue of NO SIGNALS in my Airtel mobile connection in-side my house or office for last 6 or 7 months. I have logged complaint to Call center at 121 (SR no.[protected] registered on 16th Aug, 2014), I am getting same reply every time that I have to wait as There is no SITE installed in my area. I have also talked to Nodal officer, they are also saying this same answer. This answer can't be acceptable from a big company like Airtel. Currently, I am living in Sec-93, Noida. It is very well developed Urban area with Big population. How it can be possible that Company can ignore it. I am facing same issue in my office in Sec-62, Noida. Sec-62 is very well developed Business Area.

My only mistake is i have not tried the same at Airtel Gallery and staff over there also not suggested to do the same Now what shall i do?                                         The customer service executives are totally inept in resolving customer complaints. They dont provide adequate information or help, They say that they are transferring the call to technical dept and disconnnect the call after some time. The waiting period is too long. The CCEs are a waste, good for nothing. Even if we select English option, we are connected to some uneducated & non technical people who dont know a damn. I m seriously thimking of changing from Airtel .
