Reference is made to my call to Customer care at 13:24 on 08 Sep 14 asking reasons for the deduction of Rs 8/- each from my balance against the 2 failed calls made to SBI Toll Free number [protected] at 13:21 Hrs on 8 Sep 14. Your Customer Service Executive was very discourtesies and the call was abruptly cut before hearing the customer full. Two calls were made to the later known inactive Toll Free Numbers of State Bank Of India and it was not matured. No sooner call ended SMS text messages was sent informing about the last call charges as Rs 8/- each. When contacted Customer Care their response was lukewarm and call was ultimately cut off. Requesting hereby to check my last call details and rectify the error so that refund may be credited the account. Also please ensure your executives who attends the customers to hear the complaint in full as it takes lot of time to come to them and when they find it’s beyond his or her capacity they should direct the customer to their Supervisor or any right person.

      Hi, I have requested for prepaid to postpaid migration for my no. [protected] but till now my postpaid sim is not yet active. It’s a very old no. so I am facing lot of issue as its inactive and moreover i called several times in airtel customer care and and on the no. of Mr. Dipankar Haldar who came to my office and took the cash for security deposit and necessary documents. the person is not receving my phone. i would like to ask is this the way such a big MNC works??? with such sort of negligency ????         I bought new 2 SIM cards in the name of vijayalakshmi and Saraswathi before 10 days. But it is not active till now as on 08/09/2014. Why it is delayed. The no. Is [protected] and [protected] respectively. U just inform when u will activate it at the earliest. The person who sold informed me that the 1st no is activated but it is not. Ok

          Hi, I have requested for postpaid to prepaid migration for my no. [protected] but till now my prepaid sim is not yet active. I have submitted all necessary documents on 3rd September 2014 and I have been told to wait for 72 hours but still my prepaid sim is not yet active. It’s a very old no. so I am facing lot of issue as its inactive and moreover i called several times in airtel customer care and visited the store twice but still there is no solution to the issue.             I bought a 4g airtel connection (id: [protected]) some time back and after the initial few days, it stopped working properly...every time we called the customer care for help they asked me to reset and try again..anyway used this seamless connection for 7-8 months...Didn't have a choice since I had paid 2k for it...and even when it wasnt working they charged 1200 per month in my plan..lately it stopped working altogether...Also somebody from airtel changed the password so I couldnt log into it...even then they billed me for that month...not only that Airtel calls you and disturbs about 4-5 times a day to ask for payment...if you have a problem and try calling them there is hardly any response and you have to keep waiting on hold for somebody to answer. Anyway I reset my password and was still facing the same issue. The internet seemed to work better on laptops but on android devices and iPads it hardly ever worked. Later some Airtel employee said that the router had a technical issue (4-antennae one) but they would not replace it with the new one but I would have to buy the new one again with Rs. 1500.. With such horrendous service, I stopped paying the monthly bill because to be honest I DID NOT HAVE INTERNET since it wasnt working. They started to send guys to my place to collect the money and harass family members (what kind of a working person stays at home on a weekday afternoon? obviously these airtel guys have very little common sense). Now they call me incessantly everyday. I had asked them to stop my connection but they wouldnt even do that. Kept asking me to clear the bill (for internet I had not used). Anyway I have decided to clear the bill and stop the connection. Thats the only way to stop these guys from pestering me everyday. I am only writing this here to make people aware of the problems you are going to face if you take up the 4G airtel offer...their servers have technical flaws and you should not expect seamless internet connection no matter how much you pay. I have shifted to MTS and their service and connection is way better. I[censored] want a new internet connection DO NOT TAKE AIRTEL 4G. You will regret it trust me. The best I could do was warn others. Good Day.

                Hi, I had made a online recharge for Rs. 200/- on 4th Sept 2014. But the transaction was not processed & got a message saying amount will be refunded within 4 days. Now its more than 4 days still no refund been made. When checked with customer care executive they have no answer except transaction done per system. Now I need my money or recharge for the amount. Kindly do the needful immediately.

                  Hi All,

                  I had a very bad expereince today with AIRTEL... I have recharged with 197 3G pack valid for 28days... I tried to watch a 40min video in youtube and suddenly I got a notice saying that 90% of data out of 1 GB got finished. I was shocked to see this. I tried calling calling customer care and 6ruppes of mine got wasted and they were not interested in helping the customer at alll...they were talking saying you downloaded 228 MB at so and so time, 238 MB so and so time... they were talking like puppets with a minimum accent of English. I lost money 200 rupees and now I am very DISCOURAGED TO USE AIRTEL 3G SERVICES ON MY FONE. I AM SCARED TO BROWSE ANY WEBSITE AS I AM NOT SURE ON WHAT BASIS THEY R TELLING 1 GB DATA GOT OVER IN JUST 5-6 HOURS. I AM SO SAD, I LOST MY MONEY.. AIRTEL ... U WILL COME DOWN.. :(

                          i am using a airtel postpaid plan.i actually wanted to change my network and then i kept a porting request . after 3 hrs airtel customer care have called me and has discounted me by giving me a better postpaid plan at a cheaper rate which will be activated in 48 hrs . so i have resisted in changing to another network . but after some serious observation i have found that my plan was not changed after 3 days also. so airtel is trying to fool customers by luring customers about extra benefits. my mobile number is [protected]

                                Me RUSIT CHAUHAN complaints against Airtel, mobile no. [protected] that i have activated 2G data internet service almost 15 days ago for Rs. 249.00(validity 20 sep 2014). But it is giving less than 2kb/s speed, that is very slow or break down 2G internet connection and useless for me. Even the tower distance from my office is less than 200 meters. Due to this worst internet service of Airtel I bear lose of Rs. 500.00/day. So I greatly request to INDIAN CONSUMER to make penalty of Rs. 500/day on Airtel.                                   I launched a complaint with Airtel customer care and nobody is interested in solving. My complaint is about network issue and One Time Password (OTP). When I was Airte pre paid user, there was no problem in receiving OTP. From banks and others. A month ago I switched to post paid connection. Since then I'm unable to receive any OTP. A launched a complaint, took follow up for 2 weeks. Every time I used to call Customer care, executives used to commit me to provide solution in few hours. My last call to 198 was 18 days ago. No one has called me to date. Second complaint was regarding network issue. In my office everybody has Airtel postpaid connection. But only with me connection used to get dropped for 3-4 seconds while I'm on call. I changed mobile. Problem was still there. I launched a complaint for that as well. Customer care executive said technical team will call you in 24 hours. As I said above is been 18 days to my last call to 198

                                      Dear folks, I am G Ramdas. My Airtel prepaid number is [protected] from the Karnataka service region. I have activated "58 Rs - 1GB 2G data for one month" offer through USSD *121*1#. According to the offer, I am supposed to get 300MB instantly and remaining 700MB within an hour. But, only 300MB got credited. Remaining 700MB did not arrive at all. And the 300MB which got credited is only valid for 7 days. Airtel is having an option to check current offers called My Best offers by dialling *121*1# The USSD options shown is given below: Press offer no. to know more1 - Rs58=1GB 2G, 30D2 - 18=150 loc SMS3 - Rs55=Rs55 FTT4 - Rs165=1GB 3G, 30D5 - Astro on Demand 99 Main Menu, 44 Back After sending option 1, I got the following response: Press 1 to activate this offer. Rs58=1GB 2G data, 30 days. 300MB instantly, 700MB in 1hr on airtel. To get the offer, dial *121*1#. Offer till 29-Sep-14. I called 198 only to find out that they are disgusting. They say "such offer does not exist". Moreover they say that I am providing wrong information. They misguide me after repeated calls also, I have not been able to get the issue resolved. One customer care guy even told me that it is not 1GB offer but it is revised to 500MB offer and it is already credited to my account and started speaking harshly. This kind of behaviour from the customer care personnel drive me insane. They just keep on transferring calls for no reason. Trust is the cornerstone of any business and cheating customers outright this way is not an ethical practice. I request the concerned people to take note of this issue and prevent such things from happening which will tarnish the image of such a reputed company.

                                      I am G Ramdas. My Airtel prepaid number is [protected] from the Karnataka service region.

                                      I have activated "58 Rs - 1GB 2G data for one month" offer through USSD *121*1#. According to the offer, I am supposed to get 300MB instantly and remaining 700MB within an hour valid for 7 days. But, only 300MB got credited.

                                      Remaining 700MB did not arrive at all. And the 300MB which got credited is only valid for 7 days.

                                      Airtel is having an option to check current offers called My Best offers by dialling *121*1# The USSD options shown is given below:

                                      Press offer no. to know more1 - Rs58=1GB 2G, 30D2 - 18=150 loc SMS3 - Rs55=Rs55 FTT4 - Rs165=1GB 3G, 30D5 - Astro on Demand 99 Main Menu, 44 Back

                                      After sending option 1, I got the following response:

                                      Press 1 to activate this offer. Rs58=1GB 2G data, 30 days. 300MB instantly, 700MB in 1hr on airtel. To get the offer, dial *121*1#. Offer till 29-Sep-14.

                                      I called 198 only to find out that they are disgusting. They say "such offer does not exist". Moreover they say that I am providing wrong information. They misguide me after repeated calls also, I have not been able to get the issue resolved. One customer care guy even told me that it is "not 1GB offer but it is revised to 500MB offer and it is already credited to my account" and started speaking harshly. This kind of behaviour from the customer care personnel drive me insane. They just keep on transferring calls for no reason. Trust is the cornerstone of
                                      any business and cheating customers outright this way is not an ethical practice.

                                      I request the concerned people to take note of this issue and prevent such things from happening which will tarnish the image of such a
                                      reputed company.

                                      Please credit the full 1GB valid for 30 days as promised by the offer displayed in My offer section of 121.

                                        I had bought a sim (no-[protected]) worth Rs200 aBout 3 weeks ago. It is still not activated. Customer care lines are not giving proper answErs in this regard. I am calling there contInuosly . It is sorry to say that ur SerViCes r ReaLly bad n m really very Annoyed
