    I have recharged my another Airtel no with 199 rs on 25 August 2014.The offer was 1.25 gb for 28 days, but airtel has provided me only balance near to 550mb, contact me soon, unless i will go through further process, contact me on my another no on, because my these no is used in PC's Dongle-[protected]

      Gagan kumar singhal mobile no. [protected](postpaid) your Airtel Relationship Centre, Krishna Nagar, Delhi, Address: D-1, Lal Quarter Market, Krishna Nagar, Delhi- 110051 not behaving to customers in a kind way, also they ignore my queries and in a very rude manner they ask me to come in a week. i have a postpaid no. (mentioned above) which i wanted to convert into prepaid due to bad behavior of center. their were several more incidents happens before. i am a student of law i know my rights but i am giving you guys one last chance to better all these thing. otherwise i 'll take strict LEGAL actions.

        i m kamlesh i have airtel prepaid number [protected]...i was using this from last 8 years...today on 25th-08-14 suddenly the airtel company has deactivated my number...when reason was asked from company they replied that u didn't used ur airtel number from 90 days...but its totally false reply given from the company...as i have a proof for that my last recharge was 198 on 20-08-14 transcation id is[protected]...benefit i got in this recharge is 500 minutes which is still active...even on the date of deactivation in the morning i recieved and made calls...so y company members are lieng...why they are giving me a reason that i didn't used my number from last 90 days...so i want to complain bout this matter plzz solve my issue plz help me to regain my existing number...

          Dear Sir, I would like to deactivate my mobile connection ([protected]). I could not able to do that with customer care. Customer care is not responding properly. I felt very bad about the service provider. Pls do the needful. Thanks.ITS NOT GOOD PLAN COMPARE TO OTHER NETWORK.

            This is Jayesh Porwal Mobile number [protected] service provider Airtel. Its just 2 Months i have ported my number to Airtel. In 2 months i have faced many problems like unnecessary Balance Deduction and false information provided by customer service on customer care number 121 because of which I have suffered lot . Let me come to the point on 20th August 2014 evening between 5.30 pm on to 6.30 pm I called 121 customer care in order to activate my Internet pack of 154 Rupees executive said it's been activated by his side but it was commitment given to me as he said in 15 minutes Internet pack would be activated and when I started using my Internet service on the phone the next day the data charges were been deducted from my main balance were in it should have been deducted from my Internet pack . My actual allowance that I was suppose to receive in my Internet pack was 1.5 GB this was an inconvenience caused to me because of the Internet pack not been activated by the service provider . Also I always used 2G Internet an the recharge I did was for 2G Internet pack but the balance that was deducted was for 3G service . Please find attached of a unnecessary deduction screen shot of the data I have used and how much I was been charged for it. So as a unhappy customer I would be taking legal action against my service provider for the inconvenience caused to me. GOVRRNMENT (TRAI) should take initiative to ban companies like Bharti airtel ltd . Doing bussiness in india. Its not just me but if airtel is deducting atleast 1 rupee from each of there customer think how much money they make in few minutes.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I am using Airtel's 2G internet service from the last 4 months. But, since morning I am facing problem like no internet access if access by mistake then very slow speed.Since morning i had complained, the customer care always get away by making me shutdown the mobile and restart. But do this the problem remain same. This is not the today problem last month i had also face this month for two days I hereby request you to take some action on them and try to approve their services so that customers dont face any problem.

                    I had applied for Airtel 4G connection online. Some guy Named “SIVA KUMAR” from Airtel had come to my address wearing Airtel ID Card. He explained me about the packages available and told that, if I choose 12GB for 3 months package I will get dongle free. I opt that package.He told me to pay 4500 including taxes. So, I paid. He gave me the Customer Relationship Form. Please find the number below. By keeping in mind that he was Direct Airtel Employee, I never suspect that he will cheat. He didn’t give any receipt for the money I paid. I thought customer Relationship form is enough for proof. Once my 1st bill get generated on[protected], I came to know that I am cheated because I was expecting first 3 months should be free. Later I tried to reach him, some days he didn’t pick the call. I message him saying that I am going to escalate on him. He replied he is not well.(I can provide you the message conversation as proof happened between us) After one weak I called him back but he didn’t replied and there on he added my number in his reject list. So, I could not reach him. I am furnishing the details what I have below: My Airtel Number -> [protected] * Amount -> 4500 * Date of payment -> 12/7/2014 * ARC/AEO name -> Not known * Collection agent name and phone number if collects from customer's place. -> (Mr. Shiva Kumar, Mob: +91-[protected]) * Receipt Number -> Not provided. (I have only Customer Relationship Form # KKPB701045) Customer care people are playing with me asking same details again and again and they are providing with irrelavent replies.

                          Actually, a few weeks ago, while recharging a new Airtel no. of mine [protected] through online recharge portal paytm, I falsely entered it as [protected] and a recharge of 220 got transferred to the user([protected]). When I called him and told him about the false recharge, he told me that he would recharge my number soon with 220 to pay back. That's it.. Since that day, whenever I call him to remind him of the recharge, he intentionally lifts the call and pretends that there's some weak signal and cuts the call. It's been some 20-30 times. He did the same thing. I take this as a serious issue as it's a large sum 220/-. I request you people to consider my situation and file a complaint against this user. I'm hereby enclosing a copy of the transaction I did, as a proof. Please check it.

                            Hi Team, I have purchased new Airtel DTH Connection by paying 2650 /- with new set top box along with 12 months free subscription via online on 6th February, 2013.But later prior to installation, I found that there was misleading and false information from your side, and I requested a full refund of Rs-2650/- and the executive and his supervisor has logged in refund request on behalf of me on 8 th Feb. I called repeatedly to customer care Executive and they informed me that my refund request has already been processed from their end on 10th February, 2013 itself Then after few months of struggle and harassment I finally able to reach them they ensured that it will be refunded and asked for few more information. But still they made fake commitments. I escalated to their Nodal officer with no use. Few more story of refund check are being arranged, was told to me.. I waited in vain for nearly a year. Until I ran out of fuel to fight against the humiliation from a reputed MNC. I left the hope of receiving my hard earned money back 3rd December, 2013. However I came to the forum after hearing that you fight for common people against injustice. Today is 25 th August, 2014 . More than 18 months have been passed still have not received a single penny. Looking forward for your help. Attaching the few of the mails of my struggle and humiliation.                                     After sending multiple e-mails regarding my post paid bill for which I am getting overcharged
                                    nobody had botherd to call me up, I had specifically mentiond that I work during the nights and call me up
                                    between 10 am to 12pm on monday however nobody had called me up, I waited for hours and hours and no respond
                                    from Airtel.
                                    I never had such worst service ever so far, I'll never recommand airtel to anyone.
                                    your representative says that no service can be acitivated on my number without my permission and later your people activated the internet pack on my phone without my consent and charging me Rs.3500.
                                    this is not accepted.

                                      I was trying to recharge a booster on Airtel.com and unfortunately it was not going through and popped up some errors, when i contacted the 198 complaints - the rep simply asks me to switch off and restart the device, i was laughing and asked him "Sir i'm telling to you there is some error on the site and you're telling me to re-start, are you kidding", that's it.. He hung up the phone.. I sent an email to nodal officer and didn't got anything positive. Below are the details.                                         i have applied for blackberry Internet bundle plan for Rs 399/- on August 22, 2014. The amount was deducted from my overall balance. But I'm unable to use the service. I called customer care & they asked me do certain follow up checks. In spite of it, I'm unable to use the service. Calling blackberry customer care is a nightmare.
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
