Hi,
I have been an airtel customer for a very long time and my number is [protected].Recentely i wanted to activate a Local+STD rate cutter plan with a pulse rate(seconds) and the airtel customer support suggested me a plan of RC17 which is a 28 days validity period with local + STD with pulse rate, but after making the recharge I came to know that its a minute rate.I again called the customer care and complained about this they said they will escalate this but what will the customer will get after escalation, will they revert back the amount??? Fine, later I spoke to a supervisor name Ragavendra and told him that fine i don't want this RC17 pack i want to activate another rate cutter of RC97, then he said that i have to wait for 48 hours ablest for a new pack recharge.Now for their mistake i have lost a small amount of 17 Rs, its ok, but they want me to have this RC17 pack rate for 48 hours for their mistake, i cant make a new pack recharge.
This is really absurd and annoying for a reputed network provider like AIRTEL.
