I applied for a new postpaid connection for a rental of 999 on 13/08/2014 at airtel customer care centre in moradabad, kapoor company chowk, for mobile no [protected], they have issued me sim number[protected] i deposited rs 250 as well with them. It is very regretful to tell that after 10 days the number is stil inactive. Now i request you to please look in to the matter and do the needful.

    I contacted airtel for postpaid connection, after four days a representative visit our office and collected documents required with rs.900 and given three sim card, (my request was to port 2 number from reliance and one new number) on 14th august, after 8 days i m still waiting for activation. and got no corfirmation till now.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My contact number is [protected], and the number given for porting is [protected] + one more number
    after submission of complaints here, a representitive contacted and verify address on 23rd Aug. But Still no action taken nor informed about status.

      Hi i am using airtel from last 6-7 years & now suddenly from last 2-3 months i am facing network problem in BTM .Network is there but every time i will not be able to hear voice from other side my voice only is getting repeated. Its not me all the people in that area are facing the same issue - exact area location is Sunshine colony, 12th cross, 7th main, BTM 2nd stage.

        I am using airtel prepaid sim for last 6 months. I had recharged 1 week net card. I used that facility one or two days. I used to that for browsing only. But, I was charged from main balance in third day. I did not that much amount of data.I had called customer care for getting reason to charge amount from my main balance. But, that customer care executive not responded me properly.

            I recharged my airtel no. [protected] for rs. 102 on 29/07/2014 through airtel website.The balance from my account got deducted by the recharge failed.The customer care executive said we will refund it within 48 hours but after 25 days also i did not receive my money back.Please look into the matter.

              I had called on 21-Aug-2014 in regards to a query and was told that I will get a call from escalation team and a transaction id will be given but not provided on call, While on a call I had some more query but the agent was in a hurry to finish the call. To make sure my complaint is logged I called up again but my query was not documented any where. I am a customer of Airtel from 6 years the First time I regret for contacting the customer care. If you people have time to contact me to discuss please do, if not better send me an SMS stating I will not get any support from Airtel customer care. If you people contact me I can provide my contact ph #. so that you can listen to the call. I felt the Airtel is making profit and forgetting there motive to serve there customer,

                  This is regarding my mobile number [protected] and the network service provider which is Airtel which has made my life uneasy. I have not received the bill of Jun-July cycle. Post to that i tried to call customer care and tried to lodge a complaint regarding same, the executive told me that this month bill is not generated and they apologize for the same. Also they told that i will be getting the consolidated bill in next month cycle that is July august cycle which is still to be generated for which the due date will be extended. Now from yesterday i am being getting mails, messages, alerts during calls about paying my bill to have uninterrupted services. They are sending me reminders. While i place a call then also they tell me that i have to pay my bill to continue services. I am being mentally tortured and its effecting me and my life. Please look into the matter and provide solution as soon as possible and compensate me for whatever is happening. Please find attached the Screen shot of the message and mail attached for reference.

                    I was dialing on[protected] toll free number from last 1 year and but for call on 21st Aug 2011, Rs. 45 got deducted. I called several times on customer care numbers 121, 198 and spoke about 2 hours but they couldn't answer why the balance got deducted. Even when I am trying to register complaint they put me on indefinite hold. Customer service representative manager even transferred my call to GPRS technical department which nothing to do with the balance deductions. Until now I didn't receive any reply on the same nor did I get the balance. This is the worst customer service experience I had with the Airtel. I am using Airtel from past 4 years and what I get is the disappointment and worst customer service. I am considering porting to other service providers. My mob no. [protected]

                    sir my name is durgaprasad.i have recently taken the airtel sim.i have recharged my number [protected] with my plan 121 with offer 30 paisa/min-local and 40paisa/min-std.but the call rate is more that is for 1.2 paisa per second.will you please rectify the problem.please do the needful as early as possible.

                          Sir, I am Dattatraya Rajale, I have a Airtel post paid connection no. [protected]. This no is suspended due to bill not paid but. But already I gave complaint about extra charges but issue was not solved and hence I didn't paid bill, yesterday I got a call from airtel executive Name Sonali and mob no, [protected] and told to paid bill amount 900 and remainig amount discounted by executive and told me no. Will reactivated within a hour but my no. Is still suspended. Please do needful as soon as possible.

                                I have use my air tel connection no [protected]. Now without my permission they have activate on my mobile gprs service. At last week activate internet service on my mobile without my persion and after my call for deacivation of internet service after a long period they stop the above service.


                                Now they have activate the gprs service without my permission. Please deactive the above service on my mobile with immediate effect.

                                  Dear Sir, The "My accounts" login in the Airtel website www.airtel.in does not work even after several feedbacks provided by me to Airtel through their E-mail IDs: [protected]@in.airtel.com and nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com. Reason for complaint: I would like to have a look at my Airtel bill through the login before actually paying the bill. I have read in the blogs that this is a common problem and Airtel is not fixing it. I have been complaining regularly to Airtel form the past 6 months. Thanks & Regards, Arjun [protected]

                                    I tired to complain about my prepaid connection that I can not unsubscribe from "special 5" service but what I found in their complain page "http://www.airtel.in/forme/home/needhelp" that It even does not accept complains. every time I put valid information and the "validation code"(captcha) it says "please enter proper validation code. I dont know what to do next.

                                      I am using mob. no. [protected] in the name of my father Sh. Yogender Singh R/o D 206, Ganga Vihar, Delhi for a long time. On 09.08.2014 I deposited my documents and security amount at Vodafone Centre, Nirman Vihar, Delhi to port the above mob. no. from Airtel to Vodafone and took vodafone sim at that time. After this, I made call to Airtel customer care to know the status of my porting no and in reply to customer care executive told me that this porting facility has not been activated by Vodafone. After this, I made call to Vodafone customer care to activate the port service but in reply customer care executive told clearance for port has not been granted from airtel. Now I want to ask that who is responsible for this service. I am facing inconvenience day by day due to this bad service.

                                        I’m writing with regards to my Airtel number [protected] . Since 18th August 2014 I have been trying to reactivate my 3G services on my prepaid number but have not been able to do so. If you check my call records to your call center, there have been many. Every time I have been assured that it would be done but its not been done. Every time I try to activate it myself by sending the 3G msg to 121, after selecting the plan I want which is the 347 plan, I get a sms saying that the 3G services will be activated in 30 mins and I would be receiving a msg to inform me that it has been activated but it doesn’t get activated. I have also got your supervisors to activate it for me from your center but I get the same msg from them that it will be activated in 30mins but it has not been done. I also have been told that I still have the validity of my earlier 3G plan active on my number but I don’t the internet balance on the number. So I was told to call *121*11# and deactivate the services of 3G and then reactivate it back. However the same doesn’t work as I get the option only to reactivate the 3G services. When I called your center up, the supervisor said he would deactivate the 3G from your base but that also has not been done. Im really sick and fed up off your service. I have been part of the Airtel Family for over 10years now. However I feel the time is finally come to change to a different network if my services for 3G are not activated today and also the amount that was promised to be refunded to me on Tuesday 19th Aug 2014 refunded back into my account. I’m also putting a complain to the consumer complains as im really fed up of the service and the way I have been treated by Airtel.
