I want to draw your kind attention on the matter that, i have purchase a duplicate SIM on 19 Aug, 2014 from air-tel office, Roorkee due to dame of previous one. They have promised me to activate it on same day, but till now i didn't got any confirmation. Kindly activate it so that i can continue my official work without any interruption. I shall be highly thankful for this.
