Repeated call is coming from an unknown number [protected]. As far as I know from various internet sites the provider of this mobile number is AIRTEL.For few days repeated calls with slang languages are coming. Please let me know the name and address of the mobile number holder. If it is not a airtel number then I am sorry for the complaint. Regards, Subhasis Roy

    on verification callls they are are not supporting at all and they are answering in very dirty manner. i have a talk with Mahinder. he said that call cannot be transferered to senior desk table and he cannot do any help.Request given for portability against mobile no.[protected] but for last three days no connection has been made and mobile no is out of service, and on mobile phone each and every time they are asking for time taken for connection started will bw 4 hrs. but till now service is not started and on verification deptt. is answering bull , so i dont want airtel connection now transfer my connection to my previous services. airtel services has cross the limits.Asi am Professional i am suffering a lot

      Dear Sir, I have an Airtel no. [protected] which i took a 6 month before. I last used the no. in fubruary I'm abroad now. I tried inserting the sim recently and found that it is not working. I'm sure there is more than 300 Rs in it and Validity was till 2025. Pls check and activate my sim card. nemi raj

        I have send the below mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 12/ AUG/2014 but till date I have not even received the acknowledgement.Request you to look in to the matter for resolving the issue. Dear Sir/ Madam, I am having an airtel connection in Andhrapradesh region and the city is HYDERABAD bearing number : [protected] and which is in operation since more than one year specifically for 3G date usage with apple MINI. Untill now it was in use and recharged regularly. Recently it was recharged on 1/8/2014 for 1GB and Rs 255/- was paid for the same. It was working OK till 6/8/14 there after it was continuosly showing no service, where as I am having another airtel number:[protected] used for data in Apple I pad which is working fine in the same house. Up on enquiring the same in the customer care centre over phone as well as in office, I got irrelevant answers and while asked for clarifications in this regard, Simply raised fingers to contact head office. I can not roam around this for such activities. I would like to know 1) why the NO SERVICE indication is coming while the sim and the data are in valid period? 2) Why the customer care centre representative responded that the sim is de activated for non charging which is most irrelavant as the sim got recharged on 1/8/14 and was used after that 5 days and as per my knowledge still 700 MB usage is pending. Even there is any lapse from my side also I would like to know the reasons with details Hope you will understand the concerns and expected positive reply soon. Validity for the usage of balance data is exhausting due to the above mentioned reasons.           Hi Team, Airtel, has been dealing with their customers in very bad way, its not the first time I have been experiencing there mistakes, and unable to respond to our greavience. Case1:My dad's bill had been paid online, and they had sent the next day month bill stating the bill hasnt been paid, after raisng concern and proving the bank statement, they had to run backend query on there system and updated the payemnt has been done. I had to go through all these me being in Abroad.(Have proff for all the conversation with Airtel) Case1: As i was travelling Abroad, had opted for international roaming, with jus incoming message option with rental of 125rs/per month, and that have charged me back with some international calls which i haven't made, and the sim was in disabled during those days. After raising concern with there customer care ppl, they havent even shown the curtosy to respond. Appreciate if this forum can help me in getting the Customer there right, and Let Airtel stop extracting out people.             Sir,
            I have applied duplicate micro sim ([protected]) at airtel
            attingal office on 11/08/2014. Now it is almost 5 days form the date
            of my request and their is no response from your office. I have
            contact your office in person and over phone in several times, but
            the responds from the staff at the office is indifferent and arrogant.
            So do needful at the earliest. Otherwise i will be compelled to port
            sim to any other mobile service provider. And it is necessary guidance
            to your attingal office staff at for a better behavior with customer

              I converted the postpaid to prepaid about 6 months back till now they have not given me the security deposit which i paid for the postpaid connection. I have been asked to submit the address two times and after submitting the address proof twice they are still unable to return my money. thier 121 customer service mail me once with wrong number and name your refund is processed after submitting proof. again after insisting you have address to the wrong person they corrected only name and mobile number remained wrong. i again mailed them mobile number is wrong now again they are asking for proof. basically they are bunch of thugs lying around there.                   On 14.8.2014 i made online fee payment Rs 169 for airtel mobile recharge through SBI Debit card.The transaction was failed due to the network problem after the POS the mentioned amount.                     FYI To whomsoever it may concern This is to inform that employees at Airtel outlet at Viman Nagar Pune are incapable of providing customer services and lack professionalism. My friend had to take Wi-Fi connection for her PG accomodation, which is less than a kilometer away from the outlet, we had gone to the outlet as mentioned above on 12th August 2014 and were told about plans of the connection. Later then we took the person at the desk to her PG accomodation where he checked the network signal and gave us few email ids to send the wrod file of screen shots that he took when we finalise on it. When we sent the e-mail for finalisation on 13th August 2014 we called the person and told him to come and install. He said he will come and do so. when we called him again he said he will be there in 10 minutes. But failed to reach. We called him 3 times and all the times we got same reply, "10 minutes". But he failed to reach the PG accomodation. Today i.e. 14th August 2014 again we went to the outlet to tell him to come. He said he will immediately be there. But no response even when 2 hrs have passed. Also to bring to your notice about incapability of Airtel Relationship Centre at Bund Garden Road. The person speaking was very dis-interest in what I was explaining to her and had no manners how to handle a customer being at the phone call. This has been a very shameful incident with Airtel as I have been using idea for my mobile and till date have no issues or problems. Thank You

                      I did two recharges online, both the time money has deducted from my bank account but it seems both the recharges are not actually applied on my number. I called three times to contact center regarding this issue but they couldn't give me any solution and ask for wait, two out of three times they hanged up call on my face. its so pathetic behaviour. Airtel's customer care executive has no manners to communicate with customer, problem solving is out of the question. At end, I lost my money and I was treated with very bad way. Airtel is pathetic.

                        i am the cutomer of airtel. my no. is [protected]. airtel gave me a offer 2gb at 150/-.
                        i access internet with modem .after compeleting 1GB my balance cut from my main account. while near about 800MB is left.my balance was 236/-. now is is near about 83/-. this is not fair when i call to customer care he says that you access the internet from 3G network . when i took 2G plan how can i access 3g network. how can i find i am using 2G & 3G NETWORK . he says that you do know any thing.my moden network selection & mode was auto. he says that you were using 3G network .150/- is very large ammount for me it is not fair.
                        i will expect that my lost money will refundable .otherwise for future safety i will portable to this SI by other company. i

                        i am the customer of airtel. my no. is [protected]. airtel gave me a offer 2GB at 150/-.i access internet with modem .after compeleting 1GB my balance cut from my main account. while near about 800MB is left.my balance was 236/-. now it is near about 83/-. this is not fair when i call to customer care he says that you access the internet from 3G network . when i took 2G plan how can i access 3G network. how can i find i am using 2G & 3G NETWORK . he says that you do know any thing.my moden network selection & mode was auto. he says that you were using 3G network .150/- is very large ammount for me it is not fair.i will expect that my lost money will refundable .otherwise for future safety i will portable to this SIM by other company.                           With due respect I, Manoj Modi s/o Late Chagan Lal Modi, a resident of Mariani ward no-3 House no-37 want to tender a complaint regarding the above mentioned subject. My brother Shri Sham Sundar Modi had given the upper floor of my building to Airtel mobile for construction of a tower without my permission. The rent for the same has also been taken by my brother. At the time of constructing the Airtel tower I had also made my displeasure clear to my brother but he did not pay any heed to that. Also for your information I want to file an RTI against the company and my brother for violating the municipal guidelines. Now Once again he has given the upper part of my building to Reliance mobile for construction of tower without my permission. Even Though I had requested him not to rent the upper floor to the said company in regard to the health of my family and neighbors. But he has not paid any heed to my request.                             I recharged my Airtel prepaid number [protected] on 12/8/14 with Rs.75 (Chennai circle) that should give me Rs.50/- balance in my talktime and the validity of this recharge is for 14 days during which my outgoing calls will be charged @40p per minute. I recharged using Netbanking option in the airtel's website. Though my account was debited with Rs.75 and though I got a message saying that the recharge is successful, it was not successful. Since, I had to make calls, I again recharged in the same manner today that is 14/8/14 and the same thing has got repeated. I have lost Rs.150/- for these unsuccessful recharges. Though I mailed Airtel 3 times about this, they did not respond for my mail. Hence I request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Each time i call at [protected] i am told that your number is already active but due to some technical issues you are not able to access internet.I am assured of resolving the issue within 15 min/1 hour/4 hour/ by 6 pm/by 10 am/ bla bla. But all assurance promises are made to ensure that call is ended and the get excuse. I am not at all interested in wasting my time in escalating the issue or calling your call center.What is my fault?? To sell your data card your sales person visits doorstep but to provide service i have to keep calling airtel whose team seems deaf.I am marking copy of this mail to consumer forum.                                   Hello, Greetings ! I recently brought an Airtel 3G Wifi Dongle connection on 8th April 2014 number [protected]. I requested to activate unlimited 950 Rental where 6 GB o[censored]nlimited 3G is available and then it would be 128 kbps. But instead the Chembur gallery activated 750 plan where only 5GB internet was activated. When the confirmation and activation call was made, I did not confirm with the call centre as I was in a hurry to activate and leave and hence the Chembur store employees blame me for it. Since the line got activated on 11th and thinking it is unlimited, I used approx 2 GB in 2 days and I get an email from Aritel that your plan is 750 and now they have activated unlimited. The data usage for 2 days as per 5 GB plan should be around 5120 MB and dividing it by 30 and multiplying it by 2 gives me 342 MB approx But I have used 2 GB, now my query is that the charges mentioned is 3 ps/10 KB and 2 GB or 2048 MB (that I have used) - 342 MB = 1706 MB and converting this into KB is 1746944 KB and as per the rate of 3 paise per 10 KB it comes down to Rs. 5240.832 I would like to say this is a clear case of Mis Selling of policy and would want refund of my money if you cannot adjust it in my 6 GB Plan and hence I have stopped using it.                                     Hi, I reside at Ruby Tower Jogeshawari west Mumbai. I have 1st applied for airtel broadband connection on 11 June 2014 from their website after seeing my building name in coverage area list mention on www.airtel.in. After application i received a message from airtel conforming the same. My installation request 24359073. Their executive visited at are residence for collection of documents and told us that the connection is available in your apartment. on 13th July i received a message from airtel saying "we regret to inform you that we foresee a delay in activating your fixed-line [protected] due to permission related/technical issues.On 14th June 2014 the airtel installation guy visited my home and told us that connection is not possible from are end as there is no DP installed in the building. I was shocked as my building name was mention on airtel website.The guy told me they have just mentioned it but there is no connection. I was so disappointing i called up the customer care but there were so rude n misleading. When i asked them for my refund of Rs.500 they told me it will be reversed back in your account as you have made a online payment. Till Date i haven't received any payment reversal. On 10th August 2014 in my Building i saw that airtel guy called Ashish ( Mobile no:- [protected]) have put up a roadshow kiosk for broadband connection. I went to him n told him the above issues i had..he made me assure that the DP have been put now n 20 Ports are available for connection.So i immediately booked my connection again this time by paying the booking amount in cheque & providing all the require document again. On monday 11th August 2014 i received a message with installation order 25952463.So i tried calling the customer care today i.e 13 August 2014 and ask about my installation status..but i was so shocked n raged on the person as he told me that they cant provide me the connection.Its so annoying that a company like airtel cheat consumer by giving them false information and commitments. I tried calling Ashish but his number is off since 12th august. Its so pathetic and so unauthorized from Airtel End. How can you put up a roadshow in the building when you cant provide connection. I need immediate response from your end at high priority and a point of contact Kinldy get back to me asap on [protected] - Sufyan Khan.

                                      In October 2013, I have opted for MyPlan for my number[protected]. (I also have another number[protected] for which I opted for this plan later). The consolidated bills (postpaid) for these numbers till this action was taken was regularly generated on the 7th of each month. From November 2013, bills don't even get generated till the time I please for them and AirTel's response has been tardy to say the least inspite of my raising it at the nodal and later the appellate level. Each time, the complaint gets directed to a new person and to get him/ her to understand the issue of (a) non generation of bills (b) incorrect bills if at all generated (c) getting credits raised for the incorrect billings done (this is happening month after month since November 2013) is a herculean task. Also, there seems to be no will on part of AirTel or it's personnel for a permanent resolution of the billing error (which is on account of some technical setting). I get only cut-copy-paste replies for each of the communications that I address to them (As of date, I have more than 100 e-mails that have transpired as communications between me and AirTel. As I write, the bill dated 7th August is yet to be generated while the bill dated 7th July (for which I followed up for close to a month), which I received only 2 days back, is as usual erroneous. I have taken it up again with them. It seems that AirTel will be satisfied only when I go down on my knees.

                                        I have Airtel connection[protected] for past few years. For some time now I am out of Bangalore (I am currently based in NOIDA). I foresee returning back to Bangalore in next 5-6 months. So I do not wish to lose this connection. I had been using this number sparingly despite having a local NOIDA Airtel number. On 11-Aug-2014 I received an SMS stating that since this number was not recharged for past 3 months, it would be deactivated. To stop deactivation, it must be recharged within 15 days. I immediately went to recharge the number but it failed! SIM got deactivated on 11-Aug-2014 itself. I should have been given 15 days grace period as per TRAI instructions. When I spoke to Airtel executives in NOIDA, I was told since number is on roaming they can't help with it. I was redirected to you. Hence I request you to activate this at earliest so that I can recharge it immediately. Thanks Amit Chauhan
