Dear Customer Care Team: Since 2 days, that is August 12, 2014 and August 13, 2014, I am getting a missed call starting the number +9230, when I checked, the code was of Pakistan. As I checked it net, there are many complaints regarding this in Airtel Customer Care already. Some people have even mentioned that per missed call Rs 30/- have been deducted from their account, as my connection is postpaid, not able to get the details.     Dear concern, I've paid my postpaid bill amount of 430 INR on 22nd of July and payment Txn id is 686303. This was not updated to my mobile number and i've made several calls and registered several complaints with customer care. Complaint Ref. Numbers are 57315474, 57426503, 56996836, etc. Interaction ID [protected], [protected], etc They told me that the amount is updated in my parent account and i don't need to panic but today my service is disconnected and i'm not able to make any calls due to which i had a huge loss in my business.       Dear sir, my name is suresh kg and i have started the postpaid sim service last month, my no is [protected].my address is 2/4 birju patel chawl, gavdeve, ghatkopar W. .last month i had started a 3g net pack of 251 and i paid it with a bill amount of 361.this month i recieved a bill of 788. i contacted my nearby gallery and they said that you have used your net with extra 252mb including 1gb. so may tell you that i have closed my internet connection 0n 8 th of july and i am clear that i have used only1014mb. so i request you please look into it. niether i have deactive the sim .

        I had recharged my DTH within telefonic conversation with customer care executive on dt. 09th march 2014 of rupees 2025 from my airtel money account in two trench. The scheme was 5 month(Rs.405/Month) + 75 days free of sports and all HD channels. But unfortunate my DTH showing expired on dt. 9th Aug 2014. When i called up customer care, there senior care officer told me we had given this but on 26th march system showing it is withdrawn why i don't know.So, I want my scheme back. Your call center not taken any responce

          my airtel DTH customer id is [protected], On 14th july i was trying to recharge my DTH account for Rs 200 but by mistake it got recharged for Rs 2300 and the airtel online recharge Transaction id is[protected] and the SBI transaction Reference No is IGW8343013, On 14th july i called the customer care and told the issue and they said they will refund my 2300 to my bank account, 10 days passed but no refund, i called again and they said my balance should be above 2300 so i should keep it above that amount, so i recharged and called again and they registered my complain, 7 days passed and i called again and they said they have no complain registered so i registered again and said me to wait 10 days, after 10 days i called again and today i called, its 12th august now and they said that my balance should be 2450 to initiate refund and tole me to recharge for 100Rs even i have 2380Rs in my DTH account, i am wasting my balance to hear their crap so i have no option other than to register a complain, hopefully

            The company has theft me with the balance of 120 and 90 rs. as unwanted services that I hadn't requested for also the customer care executive there denied helping me with whatsoever condition I was in I was stuck in mid of my journey to a village and they didn't provided me with any kind of support in any case I requested to know what i have been charged for but they didn't tell that too also when i asked for the refund of my money it was also not done this company is damaging its reputation that it has built over years i am also using this particular sim card for around five years or so but now i am watching my options for changing my service provider

              My call is not connected from today morning. This issue is still standing from last week.Your network is too weak .Many times i have to search provider becoz ur network.Because of your network my whole work get disturbed.You don't deserve the costumer like us.I think in future no one going to use your network because there are many providers like vodafone, docomo, uninor etc. with best services and schemes and lower call rates, best internet speed.I am porting my SIM to another provider(not only me).

                Respected Sir/Madam, In the month of June i got call from Airtel company and offered for caller tune/hallo tune. At that time i asked that i want my choice caller tune / hallo tune i.e. " Advocate Abhijit". Thereafter the said representative and his Senior Representative assured me that the said caller tune/ hallo tune will start within 24 hour you first start the services first. There after agreed upon the said offer. But till date the said Caller Tune / hallo tune does not started by your Company. However caller tune started by company is very hectic and defames my name and my profession. Thus your company has achieved wrongful gains, and caused irreparable loss to me. The caller tune/ hello tune should start as per assurance of you. Thus Cheated and defrauded me which please note.

                              i was using my broadband connection no [protected] at Mysore Karnataka .while transfering from Mysore to Alwar, I went to your office to surrender the connection but your officials at Mysore told me that you can transfer the connection at Alwar .when i enquired at your good office at Alwar . They told me that here broadband facility is not available in Alwar, this is the pure example of cheating the customer. The telephone bill is already issued by you without using above connection now i am in Alwar (Rajsthan), I will not pay your bill due to your wrong commitment at Mysore .you are instructed to take proper action for above complaint otherwise i will go to consumer forum .                                 Im using Airtel connection for more than 4 years ([protected]). And i pay my bills regularly. Today my number got barred saying, some guy called Loked he did not paid the bill and he gave my no. as alternate contact no. so they barred my number. Though i pay my bills regularly.

                                  Dear Sir, We have Bharti Airtel Broadband connection account no [protected] we had already made the payment of 6 months in Advance and that is the reason they gave us the connection. We had made the payment thru ICICI Cheque which has been credited on 4th June from the account. Only after which they initiated the connection. Now its been August and they have been asking us for the payment which we had already paid. No one is giving us proper replies. Every second day they block our Internet facility. We have been calling Airtel Customer Care and still they are not able to locate the payment. We need to know where is this fault...we have even heard from Customer care representatives that it is not their department need to drop a mail, which we already did, send Bank statement, done again, even hardcopy of bill submitted but still... no where this money is located...have no clue when we say that we would disconnect the connection...we got to know that they amount would not be refunded...this is so disappointing...we searched the plan and requested the information online thru Airtel website and received call from them and they had only sent the person to do the formalities but we now understood that it was a agency who had collected the stuff from us on Airtel behalf but customer care agent told us that it was and agent who take the leads from them and do the sales.Have been calling customer care again and again for the same but no update...also on the other hand we are receiving collection calls from them. Please check the records and want to know who shall we contact for this because...we airtel people are not able to locate the cheque amount credited from my bank to Bharti Airtel...                                     Hi there, this is in regards to my visit to your so called Customer Relationship outlet in Yelahanka & Manyata Tech park, my experience with your guys has been worst ever, i cant believe that to get a micro SIM issued i had to visit your both outlet 3 times & yet unsuccessful, its nothing but harassment. Your process is pathetic, its not consumer friendly, i did not understand the following points, can you please help me understand:
                                    1 why do you need address proof & photo from an existing customer to issue a new micro SIM - you should be having that already
                                    2 why do you need photo to update my address
                                    3 why should i fill 2 separate forms to update address & issue a micro SIM, your form already have an option of checking the respective boxes & provide info
                                    4 why do you need front & back copy of AADHAR card, front has all the details you need
                                    5 why all the info a customer need to know is not provided in the 1st visit

                                      i have purchased an samsung galaxy star pro on which there was an offer in which you have to put an airtel sim card on the phone and they will give you 2 gb Internet pack for two month but i didnt get it inspite of compaining tohe executives from airtel

                                        I am using Airtel's broadband fixed line internet service for last 3 months. But, I am facing service issue for last 2 months, like no internet access and slow speed. Also, every time I complain, the customer care always get away by making me restart the modem and other end systems again and again. I have spent hours tackling with their issues and even had to take leave from office as I was working from home and I couldn't use internet. I have also faced issue like they don't raise the issue ticket when asked. And when I complaint about the issue, that I have these issue for last two months, nodal office asks me for the ticket, and asks me "What is the proof". I gave them as a proof, as an incident where the person from customer care refused to give me a ticket number for my complains. This is really very poor service and handling of customer from Airtel, I am really very disappointed with them. That is why I am raising this complain. I have many call recording as a proof.

                                        Hi Airtel presence,

                                        I have sent a mail as you requested with the details. I will also forward you the mail chain, which you might be interested in.
                                        The worst part is that when I requested for a compensation to the Airtel customer service, nodal and appellate mail IDs.
                                        They replied to me on the email after deleting the paragraphs where I had mentioned the compensation and complain details.
                                        I am really sorry to say but, this is so unprofessional and ridiculous.
