Hi, I tried to get an airtel broadband connection by paying Rs 500 online on june-03-2014. The transaction failed and ever since I have been trying to get the refund. It has been 70 days since this and I am still getting a reply that the team is working to sort out the issue. Can you guys look into this. I am attaching all the relevant docs.       i was using my broadband connection no [protected] at Mysore Karnataka .while transfering from Mysore to Alwar, I went to your office to surrender the connection but your officials at Mysore told me that you can transfer the connection at Alwar .when i enquired at your good office at Alwar . They told me that here broadband facility is not available in Alwar, this is the pure example of cheating the customer. The telephone bill is already issued by you without using above connection now i am in Alwar (Rajsthan), I will not pay your bill due to your wrong commitment at Mysore .you are instructed to take proper action for above complaint otherwise i will go to consumer forum .         Im using Airtel connection for more than 4 years ([protected]). And i pay my bills regularly. Today my number got barred saying, some guy called Loked he did not paid the bill and he gave my no. as alternate contact no. so they barred my number. Though i pay my bills regularly.

          Dear Sir, We have Bharti Airtel Broadband connection account no [protected] we had already made the payment of 6 months in Advance and that is the reason they gave us the connection. We had made the payment thru ICICI Cheque which has been credited on 4th June from the account. Only after which they initiated the connection. Now its been August and they have been asking us for the payment which we had already paid. No one is giving us proper replies. Every second day they block our Internet facility. We have been calling Airtel Customer Care and still they are not able to locate the payment. We need to know where is this fault...we have even heard from Customer care representatives that it is not their department need to drop a mail, which we already did, send Bank statement, done again, even hardcopy of bill submitted but still... no where this money is located...have no clue when we say that we would disconnect the connection...we got to know that they amount would not be refunded...this is so disappointing...we searched the plan and requested the information online thru Airtel website and received call from them and they had only sent the person to do the formalities but we now understood that it was a agency who had collected the stuff from us on Airtel behalf but customer care agent told us that it was and agent who take the leads from them and do the sales.Have been calling customer care again and again for the same but no update...also on the other hand we are receiving collection calls from them. Please check the records and want to know who shall we contact for this because...we airtel people are not able to locate the cheque amount credited from my bank to Bharti Airtel...             Hi there, this is in regards to my visit to your so called Customer Relationship outlet in Yelahanka & Manyata Tech park, my experience with your guys has been worst ever, i cant believe that to get a micro SIM issued i had to visit your both outlet 3 times & yet unsuccessful, its nothing but harassment. Your process is pathetic, its not consumer friendly, i did not understand the following points, can you please help me understand:
            1 why do you need address proof & photo from an existing customer to issue a new micro SIM - you should be having that already
            2 why do you need photo to update my address
            3 why should i fill 2 separate forms to update address & issue a micro SIM, your form already have an option of checking the respective boxes & provide info
            4 why do you need front & back copy of AADHAR card, front has all the details you need
            5 why all the info a customer need to know is not provided in the 1st visit

              i have purchased an samsung galaxy star pro on which there was an offer in which you have to put an airtel sim card on the phone and they will give you 2 gb Internet pack for two month but i didnt get it inspite of compaining tohe executives from airtel

                I am using Airtel's broadband fixed line internet service for last 3 months. But, I am facing service issue for last 2 months, like no internet access and slow speed. Also, every time I complain, the customer care always get away by making me restart the modem and other end systems again and again. I have spent hours tackling with their issues and even had to take leave from office as I was working from home and I couldn't use internet. I have also faced issue like they don't raise the issue ticket when asked. And when I complaint about the issue, that I have these issue for last two months, nodal office asks me for the ticket, and asks me "What is the proof". I gave them as a proof, as an incident where the person from customer care refused to give me a ticket number for my complains. This is really very poor service and handling of customer from Airtel, I am really very disappointed with them. That is why I am raising this complain. I have many call recording as a proof.

                Hi Airtel presence,

                I have sent a mail as you requested with the details. I will also forward you the mail chain, which you might be interested in.
                The worst part is that when I requested for a compensation to the Airtel customer service, nodal and appellate mail IDs.
                They replied to me on the email after deleting the paragraphs where I had mentioned the compensation and complain details.
                I am really sorry to say but, this is so unprofessional and ridiculous.

                  Hi, Number[protected] Airtel in their ads shows that their presence of 4G in pune, but the fact is that they are misleading people and using it for their profits. I have purchased the data card and they tested the speed, all were fine. After few days I shifted to another place (very known to be in heart of city) but there was no signal. I have made complaint to airtel and asked them to escalate to high level. But none of them pay any interest to this matter. What I hear is that it will take 3 months to construct a new tower for the signal and now its almost more then 3 months and I hear the same thing again and again. This Appellete guys are of no use it seems. Their esaclation level is mere nonsense without any power to satisfy the customer. It is now 3 months and hear the same thing. No concrete action. Why and who has given authority to Airtel to falsely ad their product presence in Pune if they are not able to provide any service within pune city, forget about the surrounding of pune. I guess, Airtel might not have the idea of how big Pune is ??? Prashant

                      Last 5th Aug.2014 I have received a message from Airtel as" EXTRA BENEFIT! 1.2GB 2G Internet for 4 weeks @Rs149 on airtel EASY recharge. Get 1GB instant & extra 200MB credited in 1hr.Applicable for one time only".On seeing this msg. I have recharged Rs.149/- with 1 GB only instead of 1.2GB as offered by them.I have contacted them through customercare but they refused to recharge the extra benefit of 200MB saying that they dont have such offer for me.I have enquired about that msg. they refused to answer it.Finaly It seems that Airtel msg. centre cheated us by giving this kind of msgs. Who is responsible for this kind of msgs sent by Airtel giving offers through msgs. and refusing to give offers accordingly.

                      Sorry I had earliar sent a complaint with some words missing kindly read it as like this, Last 5th Aug.2014 I have received a message from Airtel as" EXTRA BENEFIT! 1.2GB 2G Internet for 4 weeks @Rs149 on airtel EASY recharge. Get 1GB instant & extra 200MB credited in 1hr.Applicable for one time only".On seeing this msg.                         Sir, I'm regular costumer of airtel prepaid.On 10/08/2014, the company deducted Rs.196 from my account for nothing. I tallked to the costumer care ewxecutives many times between 5:23p.m. to 6:28 p.m. to sort out the problem but in vain. Every time they engaged me in the name of transferring the call to the seniors but could not talk as they did not come to atttend the call.The company has also deducted about 200mb of my data on the same day leaving the data 1.75 mb . At the time the executives accepted the wrong but did not returned the said amount.The company is habitual and is involve in wrongful deed. Kindly help and control the company against such illegal activities . If possible impose heavy penalty on them.Hoping for the solution.

                          This is to bring to your notice that a number [protected] saying customer care with a improper information called me saying that my number had selected for special offer and asked me to purchase three 30 rs money cards and say the serials to him after all the procedure he was saying that the amount is insufficient and asking me to go and purchase another three cards and when i asked him to repay and say his name he had cut the call, when i was recalling to that number it was saying the mobile number is not reachable. He said that the call has being recorded you can use that for proof. and when i am complaining in official website it was useless

                              Airtel people were to convert my two connections([protected]) to postpaid.They even collected money for the same.I was told the process would be finished in two to three days, they've collected my documents and Rs.600 from me for two connections, Its been three weeks and the response is pathetic.When called to ask the status the lady is cutting the call down.I just need to know whether these airtel people have got the capability to convert things or are they just fooling people around?The lady who contacted me was on this number [protected]

                                I shifted my connection from Bangalore to Hyderabad. I requested for the same on 13th of June and left city on 14th of June. New connection got activated in Hyderabad on 25th of June. Now I got a bill for my bangalore number till 25th June. Why should I pay for these days where I did not use airtel connection and the delay was caused by Airtel?

                                    I am very sure my airtel 3G dongle will come to life shortly (duration not known). I think it is time for airtel to take notice of growing dissatisfaction over their services primarily due to poor staff selection at their outlets.False promises seems to be order of the day with them with at least one outlet I have got experience of their high headed behaviour. I request the management of Airtel to kindly pay attention to complaints pertaining to misleading inputs given by their staff on priority failing which a day is not far when the situation may unfold which can badly effect their business model in India. Kindly activate my sim or otherwise issue suitable instruction to Chandernagar airtel express office to return my money and take back my 3G dongle with sim.
