Sub: cancellation of airtel broadband connection with no[protected]
Dear sir
This is with reference to the above subject,
We took broadband internet connection during march 2014, due to the service issues we decided to close
The connection in the month june 2014.
We here by informed to your airetel-customer care centre to close the connection and respective amount ready to pay on the spot any nearest airetel relaitonship centere
This is the point of torture started for us
We made call to customer care then they given the other customer care no that is as below

Initially they told forward sms to 121 to get the airtel relaitonship centre, we did the same, but address r
Provided is at campus ecospace, 4b, next to aol, all the way we went 8 km to close the connection but there is no airtel relationship centre.
In spite of teh many call they are not responding at all.
This center has absolute reluctence, no response to customer calls, avoiding the call, keep the
Call hold, chatting with others by holding the phone
From the mobile- [protected]-g saptha giri we made approx 15 to 20 calls and we requested for the
Address to close the connection.
Apart from that we already informed that from airtel mobile forwarded sms with specified data to
121.
From the other mobile we made 8 calls to the call centre, no response and just closing the call abruptly.
When we are asking them we will compliant against the call centre, they given their names as

And told that you can forward any mail to anybody we are not bothered.
From our management we had instruction regarding closing the connection we will not entertain.
We requested them for any executive collect the connection money which we require money, they least
Bothered about this.
We requested the address of airtel relationship centre nearby marathahalli.
They have not provided any address and just provided customer care no and abruptly closed the
Call
Above all executive called from airtel, when will you pay the amount behind us, we are ready to pay
The money please provide the address and who is responsible to collect the modem.
We even informed the call centre executives that we will inform to trai regarding the lack of
Customer serivice.
Dear mittal, your airtel customer care is not responding properly in spite people ready to pay
Money and close the connection due to your irresponsible behavior of the organization.
Please treat this letter as complaint against airtel customer care and airtel do the needful.
