This is the worst experience with airtel. i have 2 airtel mobiles and airtel dth also. wanted a landline for which i placed a request and got a call from this unfortunate peson named prakash from bannerghatta. initially he was very nice for the past one week and took the cheque and asked us to buy th landline phone. 2 days back he said that it will be connected in a day. today morning, 31st july'14, around 10 i called him and he says he will try to connect in next 2-3 days, wiring has to be done in puravankara appartment. its possible it might not connect. zi boiled with anger and asked him to come and meet me. you should have seen his tone the way he spoke to me like he is speaking to his servent. i am ashamed that these are the kind of people airtel hires who has no sense of speaking to customer. he should be fired immediately. i need action against such disturbing individuals. i will not keep quiet and write mails to all top officials if there is no action taken against this pathetic official of your Mr Prakash from bannerghatta. i dont think i wish to taken any more services from airtel and may overtime give my conncetions as well and tell others to avoid airtel since you have to deal with people like Mr prakash ([protected]).     My Mobile number is [protected]. This number is used my father
    Mr.Abasaheb Chikane. Your Airtel service person distribute this card for
    Senior citizen plan rupees 699 advance rental for 6 month and 100
    minute free for every month so i took this card. After next 2nd and 3 rd
    bill. Airtel charge for this card 1100/ 1200 something but than also i
    pay this bill but now recently i paid rs 1036 rupees than also one bill
    is asked me by airtel exicutive from your customer care so i asked him
    already i pay last bill than also you asked me for payment that time he
    explain me there is net used by this number so i asked you for that who
    is permitted to you allow net for this number. You distribute this card
    for seniour citizen already they don't know about the net than after
    simply you send the bill and make orgument with customer for pay the
    bill.We are not able to pay your bill if you don't want good customer
    connect with airtel than you disconnect this number

    i was with Airtel from the last more than 6 years...but i feel that even being after the one of the sincere customer in terms of payment i was feeling ditch.
    1.Network conjunction ( call dropping) frequently.
    2.I have activated 3G internet plan but i was able to use something 3G. bczt no signal available for 3G. I am cheated .
    3.Tow person always go to my residence for payment, he
    I though that i will change post paid to prepaid, so i went Pared Airtel then I told there that i came for submit bill and convert my connection into prepaid then i got ans that server is not working and that day was last date for payment, then I returned, after two day a call come to me from costumer care, he said pay for Bill payment then I said that please remove late fees bcz that day was not my fault, then he said okay I will reduce your late fees, then I said okay next day I will submit payment, next day I went to Swarup Nagar Airtel office for payment and asked for total money I have to pay then a madam said total money without reduce late fees, at that moment I called customer care and explain all the things happen then he replied very rude manner that you have pay total money, I said, I will not pay payment until you will not reduce late fees, At last my no. was closed before Diwali. Now I got a Bill that every month Rs. 399/- added without any uses after my no is closed.
    I am office going person, I took two LWP for Bill payment. I lost Rs. 2000/-.
    I want to complain consumer court for money and I was cheated from Airtel Side.

      Very very poor service from kamothe kalamboli airtel gallery...they make us fool...you hired such persone who doesn't know how to behave with customer and what to commit i had given my sim for changing (for micro)on 30th july 2014 and they committed me that it will start before 8:00 pm. but it was failed then next day i go to same gallery then they told me that it will start after 2 hour. then again i was trying but that was not started i went once again to same gallery then they spoke that it will start near abt 8:30pm. and they had given a mobile no and suggested me that if it will not start then give a call on same no she will solve your problem 100%. But till now no solution and i had given call many times but she was not receiving the call and she sent me sms that this is not right time to call me. So if Airtel is not able to give good service and right commitment...plz let me know i will change the service and also suggest to my friends and relatives. My bill payment last date was : 22-Jul-2014 Although paid my bill before that, I am charged Rs.100 . Airtel please provide explanation for this.

            I have purchase galaxy S5 before 3 months. Than i get 2Gb 3g data for two months. I did sale my Galaxy S5 now i purchase again new Galaxy S5 than this message come on my mobile no. I am sending a snap of this message. Why this offer is not on my airtel no. I want my data plan. I have buy 50000 mobile of Samsung Galaxy S5. Why this msg is showing on my no that ''this bundel offer has been acctivate on your no.'' Why this msg come even i have buy new mobile. And this offer was end last time last month 9 june.

                Airtel Land Line No:[protected] Address: Suresh Karne 301, 3rd Floor, Achar Residency, 15th Main Road, Sadhashivnagar, Bangalore - 560086 Sub: Disconnection of Land line and Internet Broadband Connection for[protected]. With respect to above subject, I would like to inform you that since last November 2013 we are not using either land line phone or Broadband Internet connection, however bill is generating since to till date even we have been made complaint to the customer care minimum 10 (ten) times for disconnect both the land line & broadband Internet connection & still there is no response. Although we have paid the bill till May 2014. Ultimately we will lodge the police compliant & reach to consumer court.                     I have asked for cancellation of my broadband connection from the month of June 2014 after paying off all my dues. To my surprise i have recieved a sms for payment of Rs.390.90 for the month of July 2014. The matter may be treated as urgent and the issue resolved at the earliest.

                      Hi my reg airtel number is [protected], im Santosh. And my concern is im not getin proper network signals at my home that too in higer end mobile phones, always ter will be "No Service" due to this im faceing lot of problems by missing the important calls. If i want to make any calls means i want to go for trace or else no service for me.. I want to do circus to make a calls r sms from tis network. My residence address: #8/1, 1st floor, 8th main, 8th 'B' cross, shivanagar, rajajinagar, bangalore - 560010 And also ive attached the screen sots for ur kind refference to knw bout network bars..

                        Dear airtel CSO team, From last 15 days 3-4 times blank call received from below number I am getting miss Calls from last 15 days this number "[protected]".. What the Airtel is doing by providing numbers to the unauthorized people.. Airtel is getting worst these days... I am Airtel users since last 7 years but now I am totally disappointed with the type of services and carelessness shown by Airtel..

                        » Do not respond to any unexpected calls from a number with the +92 or +375 country code.
                        » Do not respond to any suspicious missed calls from unknown numbers.

                          I have been facing problems with my Airtel broadband. They intercept my website requests and redirect me to airtelforum.com. When I type in URL http://prism.opticsinfobase.org I am redirected to the below URL http://airtelforum.com/main?InterceptSource=0&ClientLocation=in&Particip... The redirection itself is a plump evidence that Airtel is doing something with my web traffic on the way and in the name of redirection blocking access to actual website. This blocking happens for select websites and the worst part is when you get redirected to airtelforum.com it stays there for several minutes. (In the past, many times I have just moved away thinking it as a broken URL.) During this time, it blocks access to browse the actual website. Few months back when I faced this issue, I called up Airtel customer care, the representative could not even understand what is interception and blocking. Such is the workforce they have. Being from telecom industry, I explained their technical team about the possible suspects to look for and resolve the issue. Subsequently without doing anything Mr. Mayank from Nodal office marked it as resolved on Jul 11th. I again faced problem with URL http://infocom2015.ieee-infocom.org/authors/call-for-papers and reported the same. Then, one lady called me up to say that Madras High court has recently asked them to block/unblock some websites and it should work fine now. When asked why it is working from my office - she could not answer. Then Ms. Priyamvada called me up from Airtel. After explaining the problem, she closed the complaint on Jul 29 saying "there is no issue with Airtel.. kindly check with your local IT team". What a response ? Should all residential customers have their local IT team to work around problems with Airtel ? Below is the email. My argument is simple - "When there is no issue with Airtel and I am not accessing airtelforum.com - why is this redirection and subsequent blocking happening to me ?" This is annoying.                             Again I have received incorrect bill with charges on my FnF booster numbers and this is the continuous 4th month I received the same, I can't imagine the brand like AIRTEL giving such a ridiculous service. Don't know what you people are doing sitting there that this issue is repeated every time and I have to call/mail you and sort this out every time when I receive my bill. What you people think that I don't have any other job that each and every time I should call/mail you people and sort this out on my own explaining all the things. And again the biggest thing of your customer service is that I think the senior representatives think themselves as secretaries of prime ministers to be available to talk with customers. The juniors always hold me on call and say I will be redirected to seniors and at the end I get the answer that no senior is available right now. Tell me, do you really have positions called as Senior Representatives?

                              This is too ridiculous that Airtel added 5th June, 2014 indicated in international call to India INR 900+180=1080 in current bill.

                              First I have neither received nor called any international call.
                              and my bill cycle is 8th June, 2014 to 7th July, 2014 then how Airtel added these type manipulated bills in current months.

                              Kindly resolve this issue as immediate effect for Bill Payment.

                              You can check my previous status, I am from July, 2013 to still in abroad but only keeping this no. I am paying every months bill as postpaid connection.

                                  I have done mobile no portability from Loop to Airtel and my Mobile No is [protected] . My Loop mobile no is working stopped and Airtel SIM provided me was not activated in your system and some other SIM no is showing activated against this mobile No. From 28/07/2014 I am trying to contact Nikita on Mobile No [protected] more than 200 times but she has no courtesy to pick up and reply, after that on 28/07/2014 at 5.00 P.M. She called me and told me that some person from her office will come today by 11.00 A. M. And again collect documents and my SIM will be activated within 24 hours, but so far no one come to collect the documents even I have SMS her for the same . At the time of they contact me for Number portability, they told us that they are calling from AIRTEL but when I visited your Gallery they told me that they are from some Agency . How you can give right to any agency that are using your name and if you have appointed some agency than you are responsible to give reply to the customer . From last 15 Years I am using LOOP Mobile and my Mobile no is registered with so many Banks and my client, now because of your worst and negligence services I am loosing my business and I am not able to do any Banking activity . This type of poor services you are provided . You are interested in making new customer only but after sales service you are one of the worse . Since yesterday my Mobile is switch off . At the time of giving SIM you people have to check 100 times than give to customer . Why Customer will suffer because of your mistake ? Yesterday a night 9 P.M. Someone call me from mobile no [protected] that they are calling from Frontline a agency appointed by AIRTEL and he told me that If I can give him documents than they can activated my SIM within 48 hours . So far Nikita ( Mobile No [protected] ) has not send any person to collect again my documents . Why Airtel Gallery people are not doing this thing . Agency appointed by AIRTEL only than why there are differences . They will submit the documents to AIRTEL only . I don't understand where is the problem ? Airtel Gallery people are saying that it will take 10 days to activate the SIM and agency appointed by AIRTEL are saying that it will take 48 hours . Regards Ashok Doshi

                                  So, far my SIM was not activated even after 5 days . And so far I have not recd. Any communication or call from AIRTEL regarding status of my problem. At the time of making mistake there was no procedure but to rectify there own mistake there are procedure and because of there worse services I have to suffer and I am losing my business .                                     Enquired at Airtel customer care for a broadband & fixed line connection. Agent in the name of Sandeep came to my place, he asked me for an installation and security deposit of Rs. 2000/-. Told me instrument and connection will be installed in 1 day. He didn't turn up for 3 days . After several enquiries came to know that they are not supposed to take any cash from us and the agent gave his name wrong, He was actually Ashish. The connection was installed but no instrument provided. Rs. 2000/- was returned. Also the number I asked for wasn't given to me even after confirmation from agents that it was available. I asked for a plan of Rs. 399/- as my requirement was only of a fixed line, I did not need Internet. But they told me that a minimum plan of Rs.1299/- is only available in my circle. So i got that activated. On further enquiry after 3-4 days, came to know that the Rs. 399 plan is available for my area. After the connection was done, everything working well, they started sending me messages for the updates on the number that I had demanded earlier. And now since the last week they are calling me again and again that I had sent a request for a new connection, even on informing them several times that its installed they are repeatedly calling and giving missed calls.

Sir, The undersigned is availing the services of your leading institution by way of Mobile No. [protected]. For the past considerable period acute problem of indoor network coverage was being faced, hence a complaint was made to DOT vide reference number DOTEL/E/2014/22302 acknowledged on 22th july, 2014. Obviously an inspection has been conducted at my residence 313/85-A, Gali No, 1, Tulsi Nagar, Inderlok, Delhi-110035 but instead of doing any concerted effort avoided the issue cunningly which is not acceptable from such a leading well renowned company. It is further added that after inspection no iota of doubt remains that your good self has accepted your fault & confirmed through your recent mail that there is a difficulty pertaining to the indoor network coverage. Surprisingly on other hand ignored the problem by mentioning that his was the best possible coverage which can be provided by you. Instances are common that the company by way of big hoardings, advertisement & publication etc. attracting the people that you are one of the biggest providers of network in all over india even in remote areas & on contrary already existing bonafide consumers situated even in the heart of capital are being dealt with in such a reprehensible manner. How can it be presumed that a genuine consumer will leave his fundamental rights abundant without to the last competent authority. When the company is charging sufficiently it is also mandatory on its part to provide excellent services by way of all means instead of merely mentioning that you have taken our address as an input for your future planning to improve the network coverage. What mean can be inferred regarded future planning particularly when no specific time has been indicated. I am of the view that it is a case where special attention is required at senior level for immediate remedial steps for which company is committed duty bound. I hope these lines will be taken into account seriously without loosing further moments to avoid further litigation before appropriate competent authorities whatsoever. Meanwhile I expect a line of reply at least for satisfaction of a bonafide consumer as well as action taken in his regard.
