Airtel also offers fraud offers on prepaid my offers *121# where they say Rs5 charged for 900 local and STD seconds valid for 2 days but MONEY will be charged from main balance and the offer will be valid only for one day because they dont mention time at all. Airtel cant manage compitition hence they are doing these frauds to survive...but they will loose customers for better networks This happened many times to me [protected]

Well they never adressed my concern but started abusing me everytime they call. in fact they just keep calling and always ask information and do nothing ...hence I stopped taking unknown calls

    Sir, I had recharged a data plan on my mobile number [protected] for a week and the balance was available till its expiry. But my main balance of amount Rs. 50 approx got deducted, when asked to customer care they said its for the data charges since the balance got expired. This is not justified since my balance on the data plan was still leftover of around 9MB till its expiry. I request that my amount deducted be reimbursed. Thank You

      I would like to CONGRATULATE Airtel on behalf of all their subscribers for the superlative and brilliant way they have solved the problem of their non-performing 'My Airtel' services!!! It has been out of order for nearly a month now and the great service provider they are they have not been able to do nothing about it. But they did something absolutely BRILLIANT AND OUT OF THIS WORLD for which they deserve tonnes of congratulations. They changed the error message. It now reads as follows since three days, round-the-clock!!! 'We are currently down for maintenance as of 10:42 ISTSorry for the inconvenience, we'll be back shortly.© airtel India 2014, All Rights Reserved." Indeed, what a masterpiece!

        I have a 4Mbps fixedline/broadband connection with account no. [protected] and fixed line no. [protected]. Recently I've been getting only 600 kbps speed although my data download limit has not been exceeded. I would like to know the reason for this and get it fixed asap.

          Sub: cancellation of airtel broadband connection with no[protected]

          Dear sir

          This is with reference to the above subject,

          We took broadband internet connection during march 2014, due to the service issues we decided to close
          The connection in the month june 2014.

          We here by informed to your airetel-customer care centre to close the connection and respective amount ready to pay on the spot any nearest airetel relaitonship centere

          This is the point of torture started for us

          We made call to customer care then they given the other customer care no that is as below

          We made calls to the call centre no [protected]

          Initially they told forward sms to 121 to get the airtel relaitonship centre, we did the same, but address r

          Provided is at campus ecospace, 4b, next to aol, all the way we went 8 km to close the connection but there is no airtel relationship centre.

          In spite of teh many call they are not responding at all.

          This center has absolute reluctence, no response to customer calls, avoiding the call, keep the
          Call hold, chatting with others by holding the phone

          From the mobile- [protected]-g saptha giri we made approx 15 to 20 calls and we requested for the
          Address to close the connection.

          Apart from that we already informed that from airtel mobile forwarded sms with specified data to
          121.

          From the other mobile we made 8 calls to the call centre, no response and just closing the call abruptly.

          When we are asking them we will compliant against the call centre, they given their names as

          Ms ramya- floor manager

          Mr bharat-cce

          Mr naresh-cce

          Ms ananaya-cce

          And told that you can forward any mail to anybody we are not bothered.

          From our management we had instruction regarding closing the connection we will not entertain.

          We requested them for any executive collect the connection money which we require money, they least
          Bothered about this.

          We requested the address of airtel relationship centre nearby marathahalli.

          They have not provided any address and just provided customer care no and abruptly closed the
          Call

          Above all executive called from airtel, when will you pay the amount behind us, we are ready to pay
          The money please provide the address and who is responsible to collect the modem.

          We even informed the call centre executives that we will inform to trai regarding the lack of
          Customer serivice.

          Dear mittal, your airtel customer care is not responding properly in spite people ready to pay
          Money and close the connection due to your irresponsible behavior of the organization.

          Please treat this letter as complaint against airtel customer care and airtel do the needful.

              I have two set top boxes under one connection. For the past 2 months, the receiver in the dish is unable to receive signals properly due to which only one of the 2 boxes function well at a time. I have availed the services of Airtel technician 3 times, where they come to home and try to resolve the issue but it remains unresolved. The receiver needs to be changed for which several call have been made from my side, still no action has been taken.

              It would be appreciated if the issue gets resolved soon.

                Hi, I have been using Airtel number [protected] from more than 1 year now. Have been paying bills regularly as i was aware about billing cycle. 1st bad thing about Airtel is they call 1000 times for payment follow up through calls, mails and sms. Data services are also very very poor. i Don't understand that why do they have problem in increasing credit limit? This month, due amount was 2194 which is total of 2 bills out of which i had to pay 1 bill of 889 which i did on 12th of july 2014. I received confirmation msg stating, airtel bill has been processed. On 14th my services got barred and airtel customer care being the worst, you can never reach out to executives as 121 won't get connect and other number [protected] plays irrlevant IVR message. I dropped mail attaching bill payment statement along with reference number but still they did not cared to revert or call me. To be frank i would call it hopeless customer care department. After all struggle i got line activated but again on 15th, i received msg stating pay o/s amount or services will be barred. i mean really, are these people blind to see the attachment of successful payment i did. why they tie up with such companies where as in they don't get update even after 2 days of payment. and on top of all this, when i called up customer care, he was not able to solve the issue so i asked him to connect me to senior or TL but whoever the senior was, she was worst then executives. Even now the problem has not been solved. i would change the service provider soon but i would definitely like to bring this to airtel that you are just name but services are nothing but zero, big zero.

                  Dear Sir currently i am using the service of Bharti Airtel prepaid mobile service, i have submitted the document in the Airtel Hisar Sector-13 Office to convert the my prepaid connection in to post paid CUG plan Jindal. after 15 days of submission of docs i did not get any response, and they told no conversation is possible on my number, even when i asked so.                     1) i have raised the complain for "Setup box not working" on 13th july 2014 and customercare told me they replace the setup box and i have to pay only Rs. 150 INR.

                    2) Setup box replaced by the authorised Airtel engineer on 14th july 2014 in evening and he told me to recharge Rs. 400 INR as a setup box charges and then only you can get the service activated in new setup box.

                    3) I have recharge with Rs. 400 INR and waiting for the service by the time within 10 minutes the setup box switched off due to some kind of short circuit inside the box.

                    4) I have Immediate complain for the same and asked for help to the customer care and they asking for charges again for the same which was not even resolved and i am paying double for the same...

                      I, Sharath, had activated international roaming before going abroad in the month of November 2013. While was in Japan i received a message from airtel which said that i had received a call on 2-dec-2014 for duration of 3 hours. And call charges has reached Rs140000. 1st problem was i never received any call and 2nd was that call charges based on outgoing call rate. 3rd problem was that the bill said the call was from my number to my number which is impossible This discrepancy was immediately informed to airtel customer care visa email.but did not get any clarity regarding the problems. Their only reply was to pay the due amount. I also mailed the airtel nodal officer and appellate officer to get correct details but not reply from either of them.and then by april end my number wqs not active any more. And now again airtel has mailed asking for payment.

                        Dear All, AIRTEL is the worse service provider in comparison of service and customer support. I was using their service form past 5 months when I informed them that I am going abroad & I was unable to use their service, kindly pause the service or stop it then(they informed it will get done in sometime) and after a month my bill amount came double and till date they added 3 months of extra bill even I complained them regarding that and told them to check my used service also but the customer care guys not ready to do that also. Instead of solving the problem they take it casually(always hiding their issues). I called customer care [protected] approx 10 times but what they do they just transfer the call to concern person and like that no one speaks properly and u will hold it for more than 30 minutes but your problem will not get resolved. In my circle 4 person was using AIRTEL service but after telling them my story they discontinue the service. And one important thing just tell them that you are interested in taking the service then AIRTEL people will call u more than 10 times to take their service and they will arrange the person also @ your door step to collect the document even u don't have to go outside also. I called them that arrange the person so that I will give him Cash/Cheque/DD of Rs.1900.00 as per discussion with AIRTEL Customer Care(after that they increase my bill to Rs.3300.00) then they told its not possible. Please guys don't go with their LL, Broadband, DTH these service as i already faced problem with AIRTEL.

                          The worst service I have ever seen.In the month of January without my permission they increased my credit limit to 4000 the accepted amount by me was only 800 maximum limit.Later all of a sudden they stopped my services in JAN and told that 4000 limit crossed.I will never use internet more and more over I use to get only bill amount for not more than 400 per month from day1 of services.

                          Later when they use to call me regarding the bill payment, I use to ask them to forward call to higher authorities as I want to speak regarding the bluff they are doing to people.Till 3levels they called me and told that they will reduce bill amount.

                          All of a sudden they stopped my services in the month of May and they tried calling all the contact number in my bill list asking for my details telling I didn't pay bill.As a software engineer i lost my pride in office due this dirty network.Later one day they called my husband and he settled the matter by discussing with the customer care he paid 1200/- Rs based on calculation of my bills and credit limit.After paying they again called him asking for service activation, he said NO as this is such a worst network.

                          Again from 5days they again started calling all number in my list and asking for details.when we said that we paid 1200/- as discussed with customer care.Now they are posing a question who are they (Hyderabad branch customer care) people to settle matter we are from main branch you people need to pay.

                          My final decision is to file a case on AIRTEL services and also need a penality for calling my collegues and disburbing my carrer growth.Help me on this case.

                                Hi Team, After issues with the customer care with regards to renewal of the annual subscription of Airtel DTH connection, I asked for cancellation of service and refund of my money and equipment on 18th May. Gone through many issues like after cancellation request they activated the plan without my consent with intention of keeping my money and say that since the package is activated, no refund can be made. After lot of calls and stating my point, finally they agreed to refund my money. As per the process they said it will take 45 days for refund. After it not being done in 45 days, I called up again and they advised me to talk to nodal officer. By mean time customer care raised another request of termination of my already terminated network. What astonished me is that the nodal officer told that since I have called now, he is looking into it and is not able to reach another department as the manager is not in office (I did not expected a response like this from a corporate world). Moreover he told that from here again it will take 45 days for refund. Today again I called up (after not receiving the call from the nodal officer as promised) and again there was no status as the manager has not replied yet in last 3 days. Honestly this is clear case of harassing the customer from the AIRTEL company by keeping the money, not responding on time, raising multiple request for termination after 2 months, activating packages without customer consent... I request you to please look into this from your side. Airtel customer id - [protected] Amount - Appx 5450 Rs.

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have visited the Airtel Chennai relationship - Chrompet twice and I was send back and the staff in airtel told me to come the next day and next day when I had visited they gave me a contact number ([protected]) to call and confirm availability of micro sim. But I have called them from end of June 2014 till date for checking availability. But the regular answer to my response was No stock, it will come within 2 days. This is the regular answer for my several call made so far. Is this the way Airtel runs its relationship centre.????                                       I took 4G connection on 6th April 014. I was given a Huawei router. In cash, I paid 4, 500 INR. I was assured that wi-fi will be operational in next 2 days. After 2 days when we called Customer Care and asked the status, we were told that my number has been activated. Hardly within a day, it wasn't working initially. In the next 4-5 days, after calling customer care 5-30 times, I was told that the dat ahas been used and my plan has to be changed.Then only it will work. When I asked that already I paid for a plan, customer care executive told that it has been used.And if we want better service than have to take a costlier plan than this one. The truth is we didn't use the wi-fi, then how come the data is used up. It was shocking to hear this. This is total cheating with the customers. Now, there is hardly any network in 4G after changing plan. I called up customer care and the response was unbelievable. Only sometimes it gets network and that also with a very low speed. Bhart Airtel customer executive says that it has be checked before taking the connection and in my area, 4G won't work properly. If that was the case, then why wasn't I told earlier. They say they can't help me. They didn't registered the compalint earlier. It's just a cheap marketing strategy to fool customers. It's a fraud case and I want Bharti to give back back my hard earned money as they have totally cheated me with there services, money, time and trust. For Bharti, it might have been a small amount. But for me, every single rupee is of hard work and I value it a lot. I as a responsible citizen have raised my voice. I hope, I will be given justice. No action has been taken till date to resolve my pain by Bharti Airtel. They are cheaters and a total fraud. Jai Hind Sudhanshu Parikh
