incoming and outgoing blocked I have using airtel no.[protected] more than 8 years and my mobile no. is blocked without reason stopped AIRTEL service and no intimation all incoming and outgoing are blocked from 02.08.2014 about 4:30 pm .i can't even call customer care or consumer complaints and no responce from AIRTEL OFFICE in coonoor and customer care. my no. is [protected] please check what has happened P.CHANDRA MOHAN, Coonoor [protected], [protected]

DEAR SIR,
I am Still waiting from your staff but no response again and again.
I am Losing Lot of customer because of your careless why means I AM 8 YEARS USING YOUR AIRTEL NUMBER AS MY BUSINESS COMMUNICATION and IMMEDIATELY BY SOME ONE MISTAKE THE NUMER BLOCKED WITHOUT REASON AND INTIMATION, FURTHER I HAVE SUBMIT DOCUMENTS --MY PHOTO AND MY ID AGAIN IN COONOOR NEW AIRTEL OFFICE to MR.DENESH JAIN On 04.08.14 By 4.00 P.M. On his hand itself .

And he told me that it should activated within 72 Hours. BUT IT IS NOT ACTIVATED STILL NOW .
PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULL AT AN EMERGENCY AND OBLIGE.

      Hi, My name is Sumit Kaila. I have faced many problems from Airtel since last 3 months, I have a CUG number [protected], and on 6th march a 500MB Internet plans was activated on my number, without any information that this will end after 4 months and on 6th June I receive a message that your plan has been ended but there was no initial information that this plan will end on 6th June they just disconnected the plan without any prior information, and they changed the 500MB plan to 200 MB informing nothing to me. I am mailing them from last 3 months to provide a better CUG plan requesting them my needs but they never provided a suitable plan, then 773 Rs. in the month of June and 1000Rs. in the month of July was charged extra to me saying that you have used Internet and this is a valid charge, last month I opted for MNP as I was able to get a suitable plan from other provider but my MNP was rejected without providing me any information from the other service provider I came to know that my service has been rejected so I again raised a request for portability then I receive retention call from Kusum she provided me a suitable plan, I have no idea how they came up with this plan suddenly because in all my prior requests it was said to me that they don't have any plan, but the waiver which was provided to me was of Rs. 250 (After charging 1773 rs extra they give a waiver of rs 250) I said I want to continue to porting Ms Kusum shouts on me saying thank you i hope you will come back after 90 days and she retains my number, and again my porting request is cancelled, today I receive a call from other Service provider that your request has been cancelled again, So I call Airtel customer care and they say me that my number was retained with 250 rs waiver I am shocked here with their reaction. Next I call again to customer care asking the name of the person who retained my request it is said to me by Ms. Tanya that name is not mentioned here in the request when I ask her name then she says that she will check again once and tells me that the number is not retained and it was Kusum who called you, two people talk to me one says your number is retained other one says that number is not retained well what are they self confused or they train their people how to make fool of others. Now what should I do so that my number can be easily ported Thanks Sumit

        I received a message from airtel (Vx-611117) which says to get 3g data on 2g data rates at rs.155 for 30 days. I recharged the same but got 2g data instead. I called customer care 3 times the same day (2nd aug14), they cut the call inbetween. They are looting people with lies and full of crap.
        Guys, if you found this post, do not get into such offers from airtel.

          Hi my name is Dilip Basu. I had requested for a Airtel Broadband connection on 25th June 2014. The executive, MR. Sudhakar contact number - [protected], got the registration done, took Rs 500 and gave a 3 days working day period to get the connection done. I had requested for 8 MBPS 60 GB plan. Till date he has not turned up for the connection to get fixed. When I call him, he gives thousand excuses for not getting his work done. Sometimes he says there is no availability though he had already checked the port availability the day he took the registration money. There are times when he doesn't answer my calls at all. Irritated, I had to call the Airtel customer care to check what is going on and when I provided them the TBLR number - 6836870 provided by Mr. Sudhakar, they said the TBLR doesn't exist !! I had no idea what to do next..After repeated calls, Mr Sudhakar finally agreed to come and fix the connection today(4th august 2014).He said he can get this done for 4MBPS and not 8 MBPS. However, as usual he didn't turn up and neither did he answer my call.

          This, ideally is not expected from a reputed company like Airtel. I still don't understand why would a company like Airtel cheat their customers and that too in such a cheap way ! I hope this complaint of mine gets noticed and some strict action is taken against the executive. All I want is the connection I had requested for and that doesn't seem to be a very difficult request. If it is too difficult then please let the customers know in advance and don't cheat them this way. I hope its an eye opener !

            Hi, my name is aniruddha agrawal. I am having a corporate card on which I am eligible for 99rs unlimited internet plan. I had activated this plan and specifically mentioned to activate 99rs unlimited internet plan. The executive had also confirmed that my number is eligible for that plan and he is activating the same. While when in the bill came I came to know that the such plan was not at all activated and my mobile internet charges was around 3200 during that month. When i contacted the customer care they said that it is a mistake from Airtel's part and the charges will be reversed within 48 Hrs. This whole conversation happened on 26th June and till date the charges are not reversed. Till then I had contacted numerous times to the customer care but it was all in vein. Every time in get the same response that our senior will call you in 2 hrs but i never received any call. This is extremely pathetic service by airtel and that too their corporate customers.               I myslef Deepak Kumar Lahon resident of dimapur had lost one Airtel sim card no :[protected] along with my handset on 31st January, 2014 at dimapur railway station .Further, I have told airtel to block that sim for security purpose and requested them to issue duplicate sim but they didn't issue any duplicate sim card and it was said to me that since the sim is issued in another person name so, they shouldn't be able to issue me duplicate sim card. But my question is that since I have been using these sim for last six years and also once I have been given id proof and address proof to airtel relationship center in december, 2010 then why didn't they told me that at that time when verfication was going on for all service providers .

                I visited airtel care at leela bhawan opp Gopal Sweets on saturday 2 aug 14 3.30 pm for change Of my airtel sim my tab was taken inside the staff room for checking i waited in the front room I was questioned whether the reliance sim inside the tsb was working or not. Ireplied that it was working. On returning home i found the tab not working. After checking i foun the message damaged SD card displsyed in the Tab while reebooting I found my messages to airtel beIng unresonded by airtel care. I want my damaged card replaced . The staff had Meddled with the memory card inside the staff room and damaged it.I dont understand Why they ran off with the tab . DAPHNE JYOTHI [protected]

                  I have started using Aitel Network from past 15 days and there is no network in my home and surrounding it. If any one tries calling they get response as "USER IS EITHER NOT REACHABLE OR SWITCHED OFF". The network is minimum shown 2 - 3 bars on the mobile but when tried callling it shows as not registered to network. I have complained regarding this to the Airtel Customer care many times & my compliant no is -F[protected], nut no action is taken.I had ported to Airtel just 15 days back & this is the worst service best provided by Airtel.REquest Airtel to take necessary actions at the earliest. Now im not even allowed to port to any another network for 3 more months.

                    I requested for Ultra Turbo Plus 40Gb 4 MBPS plan on July 17th 2014, Mr. Karthik (Mobile: [protected]) assured me the connection in 3 working days after verifying the port availability, but even today he dint turn up for the connection and not even picking the call. As i enquired regarding this in Airtel office in Rama murthy nagar they asked to enquire regarding this to Mr. Anand, Mobile ([protected]) his response is also very poor.

Initially i had taken [protected] and when i was happy with the plan i took other two. 2. When i had taken these Nos i was told that the CUG calling between the three Nos is free, however i find in the customised bills that the CUG calling is chargeable. It does not make sense that i have 600 mins free calling on local and STD and the CUG Nos being local are being charged. 3. Also i was told that on all the three Nos i'll be given 199 unlimited 3G internet in the defense corporate plan, however the customer care executives do not know the same and presently i am forced to have a Rs 100/300 MB plan on all three Nos. 4. Yesterday suddenly i get conflicting msgs that on my No [protected] i have used 490 MB already, then 187 MB, then again 487 MB. This is ridiculous, i have always kept a tag of my internet usage and time and again i check by sending DATA USE / 3G USE. kindly check the usage of the last so many months on this NO and you will find it has never exceeded the limit. also we get a warning msg that you are likely to exceed your limit. however no such msg this time. pl check the time the internet was on yesterday and the data use before that. there has been a serious error at your end which needs to be rectified. 5. I am an Airtel loyalist and prefer it over other networks. However, it is felt that whatever is promised at the time of activation is not given. request kindly look into the matter of Airtel 3G @ Rs 199, CUG free calling on all three Nos and the excessive charge of internet usage on [protected]. 6. I recharged my number with datapack of 300mb 3g service of rupuees 42 on 2august 2014 at 3:40 Pm but i got only 150 mb first i thought may be nxt 150 mb will be added after some time. i start to fill a form at apox4:20 and while filling the form i have hardly used 20 mb of data. And my net got disconnected. And try to reconnect but in vain. Then i chk my balance which was 48 rupees before half an hour ago was .02 paise i was shocked. and then i called the Customer care but as i dont have any balance call get disconnected. Then i recharged with 20 rupees and cAll the customer care they say that you have used your all data and after that your balance is deducted. Then They saId i think you r using 3g for First time with a insulting manner.and cut my Phone. Again i call the customer care then i told them To give me the detail of mb data i have useD they said ok. They said you have used 20mb then 8 mb then 15mB then 10 mb then 276mb data. And i said please transfer this call to your superior and again i explain him the problem. And he gives The details like this you have used 14mb then 22mb and 10 mb then 15mb and then 267 mb aNd said that Rs. 30 is charged per mb usage of 3g data.then i said the total which u provide Is more then 300. And in this case my balance should be-350 appx. Then he says that you have already some extra mb presnt but as i dont have any extra mb on that day. They cant even jaustify there answer they dont even Refer my Case to upper level. as it was urgent for me to fill the form. Ref.no.is CBDMO[protected] registered on 02-aug-2014. it Was Mr. amit to whom i speak. And he was so ignorant.and he says "kar lo jo krna." please take some action against this person also. And solve my problem. as soon as possible.

                              My Prepaid SIM was lost somewhere having No.[protected] and I applied for another SIM with same No.All documents was submitted on 15th June.Then my mobile was activated and I used it for 15 days.Unfortunately my mobile was disconnected by Airtel Odisha without any prior notice since 31st July.I tried to inquire about the matter by dialing 121.They replied me to contact the dealer from where the SIM was purchased.I had purchased the SIM from M/S Satya Enterprises, Sambalpur, Odisha. After disconnection I rushed to the dealer and as asked I resubmitted all documents again.Today i.e. dt.3.8.14, I asked the dealer and he told me that he has submitted all my documents at Airtel Office.Till today my account balance is aboutRs220.00 and validity is upto 2030.Since four days I am mentally disturbed as my family are far away from me as well as I am in a reponsible job under State Govt.Under such circumstances, please advise me to take next step regarding this matter and also please confirm me whether there is a system of courtesy of your Company to give prior notice through SMS before disconnection or not.

                                  Dear Sir I am using Airtel phone number [protected] since Jan-2011. Since last 4 months I was getting high amount bill. I was thinking this may be because of roaming. But this is not because of roaming charges this is because of suddenly my bill plan was changed without taking my concern. I talked to customer care they told that this bill plan was changed since 26th march 2014. They told we have send sMs on 26th March 10.30.They didn't take my complain on 121.If they have properly communicated via email or phone I could have choice to go other service provider. For reference I am attaching soft copy mar 2014 bill and july 2014 bill. Since Last four months I have already paid extra amount approx 1800. I want a relief of whatever extra amount that I have paid because of bill plan changed + 10, 000 for my mental embrassment so that in future they think twice to change bill plan without taking customer concern.                                     I had a 4G connection from Airtel. There was no connection or low connectivity and it stopped altogether after April. There was no reply after may follow ups. I had aid bill for till April after harassment of calls and people visiting at home. Then account closure request was created and account was closed.
                                    Now they are harassing me for some more payment and threatening to close my IDEA number if this payment is not done. When I told that I have paid what ever was remaining, I was told that its not their lookout, I have to pay.
