    It has been 3 weeks since I first contacted Airtel for a broadband connection. Each time, I was informed that there was feasibility in my location and that a sales team executive would reach out to me for the collection of documents and the initial deposit fee. I raised 2 requests but the Airtel sales team just did not care!!! I finally registered for a broadband connection on the website and paid Rs 500 in the hope that all the basic checks and my documents would be collected within 48 hours (as promised on the website). Here are the details: Name: Vineeth Mathai CAF No - ONBANGA00796489 Transaction ID[protected] Transaction Date & Time[protected]:21:11.967043 Amount - 500 I find it pathetic that you people collect money and then play the fool by not proceeding with the connection though there is feasibility. I expect a resolution within 24 hours and the complete installation process to completed by Friday, 27th June, 2014.       Iam a Fan of Airtel service, But i was got bad service from ur airtel
      mini store office at lakdikapool Hyderabad Telangana State. recently i was Migrated my mother
      mobile TATA Indicom (CDMA) to AIRTEL Service they charged me RS.110/-
      and they u will 86/- or 82/- Balance. on[protected]. that sim was
      activated on[protected].6.am sir. i was went to the store for bcoz i
      didnt get the balance of Rs.86 or RS.82 . that time they says today we
      done u will get balance the today night they give time but i didnt the
      get balance till now . please i hope u solve my problem sir, Thanking

        My above said no is disconnected since 2 months and after complaint they asked for documents and rs 100/- as fee for new sim card
        I had paid rs 100/- and again submitted documents for activation of sim card as over a period of 3 months is over and i yet to get activation of sim card

          24/6/2014 Dear Sir My wife and I are using prepaid Airtel SIMs for the last two years. At an average we are spending Rs 750/- per SIM for communication. Very often we are getting calls from your customer care department requesting us to convert the pre-paid SIM to post -paid SIM as it will be more beneficial for us since we are spending a reasonably big amount per month for making telephonic calls. Early this year we agreed for the conversion and one person came, but since ours is a window smart phone, he said he did not know how to transfer the contact details from SIM to phone, we did not convert to post paid. After that most of the weeks we used to get call asking us to convert to post paid from different airtell employees. Finally we agreed to change one of our prepaid to post paid during last week. Accordingly one of the customer care staff by name Prabhu visited us from airtell Chungam office. He collected Rs 350/- and provided us one SIM which will have to be used once the prepaid has become inactive. He said that it would be done the next 48 hrs but nothing took place. Finally today the 24th June, ie after 4 days, I had received some verification call for my wife's ID at about 11 am and the pre paid SIM went inactive, but we couldn't use the new SIM provided by PRABHU as he said the SIM is a blank one (some kind of problem) and will arrange to send someone with a new SIM. From morning till now at 4.15PM no one came. I called PRABHU to know the status. The first call was attended and said that it will be delivered within 10 minutes. Since we did not receive the SIM I called him several times but the call was not attended, though it was ringing. This is an insult to me and customers like me. Your employee like PRABHU is responsible to attend the calls and advise us till the SIM is activated. If this is the way the AIR TELL is going to render their services, it will affect adversely to the AIR TELL popularity through customers like me from our bad experience. All o[censored]s know that there are many good companies like Idea, Aircell, BSNL etc... and it is very very easy for anyone to convert the airtel number to the new telephone company . I suggest that Airtell should train and educate people like PRABHU on how to deal with customer and provide satisfactory service, after collecting the money for the newSIM card Regards O.M.Gopinath' [protected]

            Hi, I have recharged my mobile no.[protected] with 249rs 3G plan on web exclusiveoffer on 19-Jun-14 but i have recd 2G speed at the place of 3G. For the same i have contacted your customer care on same day several timesbut no one provide me resolution. Again i have contact them on 20-Jun-14 several times but every personprovide different information somebody telling me i have recharged with 101another told me that i have recharged with 202 & other one told me that ihave recharged with other circle. This is showing that your person how much experienced & last personargued with me & told me that he raise a ticket & i will recd. Callback from airtel by 21st of jun by evening but till now no one call me. No one revert me even nodal team for the Same i have mail them on 23-Jun-14 but not getting any reply from their end I am very old customer of airtel & using Airtel 3G from long time butthis is first time i have not got 3G after recharge.               Sir I applied for Airtel Broadband connection on June 5 th. My installation request[protected] Paid Rs 1500 for the same through a vendor who was referred by Justdial. Even after 20 days I didnt get any updates. Today I enquired about that. They informed that they couldnot process the request and the amount will be refunded in 21 days. My concerns: 1) Why they dont have a courtesy to call and update me regarding this even after 20 days 2) If they cant provide a connection why they made me wait for 20 days 3) Why they need 21 days to refund my money Beware of Airtel and Justdial If these issues are not sorted I am planning to go to Consumer Forum regarding this issue.                   Complaint Number with Airtel[protected] dated 12th June 2014 My Airtel 4G connection was working alright till 8th June but since then it does not connect at 4G LTE. It converts the connection to 3G (HSPA+). I registered a complaint with Airtel on 12th June with a promise from them that the issue would be resolved in 3 days. No one responded for a week. After contacting the helpdesk, they informed someone by name Arjun had tried to contact but we had not received any phone call or text messages. I took the number of Arjun from the helpdesk and he promised to send someone on 16th. Again no one came and I had to contact Arjun on 17th. Finally, Wasim turned up and he upgraded the Firmware of the Airtel router saying this should resolve the issue. He had given his number to call him back if the issue was not resolved. The issue still exists even after 12 days of reporting with Airtel and no one seems to care. I have called up Wasim, Arjun and the Airtel 121 number multiple times expressing my desparation to get this issue resolved to no avail. My wife works from home to cater to my children and this low speed has significantly impacted her ability to work effectively. Our family is going through a major issue since she has to visit office to do her work. Request your help to get this issue resolved at the earliest, Thank you. Sharat Dayananda

                    I visited 'My Airtel' for my last five transactions. But the website is totally un-responsive and I am not able to view the any details. This is happening for the past 3 days and it is very irritating. This is what the page says: Server Error Access Manager WebSEAL could not complete your request due to an unexpected error. Diagnostic Information Method: POST URL: /prepaidaccount/PSC_Web/RechargeL5DViewAction.action Error Code: 0x38cf04d3 Error Text: DPWWA1235E Could not read the response status line sent by a third-party server. Possible causes: non-spec HTTP headers, connection timeout, no data returned. This is not a problem with the WebSEAL server.                         I decided to port my number into airtel so i went to local airtel office in karnal, haryana.
                        The office name is pns telecom and its address is it is situated on ambedkar chowk, karnal-132001 (Haryana).

                        I want to port my number into airtel, the airtel person asked for rs.50/- for new sim only ( no talktime included) whereas the general fees for mnp is just rs.19/-.

                        And the person said that they will do frc (First recharge ) of minimum rs.200/- not below that.

                        When i asked for receipt of money they refused..
                        And the behaviour was just unacceptable..

                          when i sit inside my home there is no 3g signal.when i come outside i can find 3G that to on the road only.the same thing in 1st floor inside the home there is no 3g signal and outside there is 3G.the 3g signal which is coming also is not constant it is showing sometimes 2g and some times 3g. worst signal strength in terms of 3g. i request u the solve the problem as soon as possible other wise i will port my number to other network immediately. even IDEA 3g is much better than airtel. my num:[protected] alternate num:[protected] adress: D.MohanKumar 1-4-187, kk road, suryapet, dist:Nalgonda, state:Telangana

                            With reference to your letter cited, I am to inform you that I am your regular customer for pre paid service since five years. During the month of March, 2014 I want to change my pre paid service to postpaid service and contacted your local agent to provide post paid mobile service with a condition not to exceeding monthly billing of @ Rs.300/- per month basing on your best available network. But, it is surprise to note that there is a deviation on the terms and conditions as said by your agency to provide telecommunication service for monthly billing of Rs.300/- and raised the credit limit of exceeding of monthly billing amount of Rs.300/- in the same month ie. March, 2014 without my consent by your company. Further, there have been regular commercial mgs on my mobile for pretty long time for which I had been bearing the cost of such unwanted services and the matter was brought to notice of local Airtel office and the agent there was no response to settle for the time being. It has been costly proposition on my part to bear with regular Rs 3 / 5 overnight deduction from my balance . While trying to bring to notice on line customer service, the other end do not sound any option for complaint and as such matter left unresolved. Finally, I made a request several times your agent and your local branch through toll free no. to discontinue my post paid service on phone from April, 2014 as per conditions stated by your agent, but in vain. Further, the same service has continued till May, 2014 by your company without considering my personal requests as made, which leads extra financial burden and also against law. In view of the above circumstances, I am unable to pay the prepaid billing amount and it is unfortunate to inform you that the same was brought notice to the TROY authorities as last resource against your company for failure to provide prepaid customer post paid service as per my request ie., not to exceeding monthly bill of Rs.300/- to do justice in this regard. Even though, I am not hesitated to continue prepaid customer service as per request without enhancing my monthly billing amount of Rs.300/- subject to condition to reduce the excess arrears amount charged as I was not utilised airtel service during the months of April and May, 2014 keeping in view of the best customer service by your company. Other wise, on receipt of the decision taken by the TROY authorities against my complaint, I will make necessary arrangement for realisation of arrears.

                                This is to bring to your information that I started to have issues with my Airtel 4G Connection for number [protected] from 6.4.2014. The same was resolved on 23rd or 24th April (13.4.2014 and 18.4.2014 complaints were raised for the same ) and then again it stopped to work after 3-4 days. Complaint was raised again on 5.5.2014 and 7the May they said it was sim card issue and I have to get it replaced. If they take a month to get to the core problem and then tell me to change the sim, I'm unnecessarily paying rent. I've been told to change the sim at airtel outlets, which is about 12-15 Kms one way from my residence. At the time of installation, router and sim were given at my residence and when there is a problem, I need to travel 25-30 Kms to get it rectified !!! Meanwhile I had someone from airtel calling and assuring waiver of the bill as I had requested for a closure of my connection during my complaints given in April but nothing happened and a bill was generated. One Mr.Harish called on behalf of Airtel and has assured giving a home delivery of working Sim and Waiver of my Bill. Then one Mr.Joseph ([protected]) assured waiver n sending a sim to my residence. My subsequent calls to him goes unanswered. They have also raised the bill for May month also for Rs 2195/- without having used their connection. Please find the complaint numbers and dates 5757361 6.4.2014 [protected].4.2014 [protected].4.2014 [protected].5.2014 [protected].5.2014 [protected].5.2014 I have made unnecessary payment of 2347 today so that no more bills are generated and one Ms Aarthi[protected] have confirmed closure of my connection with a waiver of May Bill (26th April to 25th May) I need a refund of my payment of 2347/- at least on pro rata basis as I 've had issues with their connection in their bill cyle from 26th March 2014 to 25 Apr 2014.                                   Dear Sir/Madam, I, K.C.S.Desikan from Plot No.23, "VISHNU", F-2, Arignar Anna Street, Vellakkal, Nanmangalam, Chennai – 600117 am making this complaint with regards to the broadband connection which is yet to be established. Your agent collected a cheque for Rs.1099/- on 06/06/2014 from me towards new broadband connection. SIM No. given by him is [protected].Installation request No.24356232. (Your Agent's Mobile No. [protected]) Against the payment made I have received a message from your end on 10/06/2014 at 20.37.19 hours, stating that my installation request 24356232 is being processed and will take approx. 3 working days. We have received not even a single proper feedback from either your representative or your customer care for the past 3 weeks. We even got a feedback from one of your representatives saying we will get a cheque for the mentioned amount returned to us and we will not be provided with a broadband connection. We do get frequent calls from different Airtel Representatives requesting for our address, landmark and location & I have been patient enough to reply them each and every time and I am really unhappy to say that till date no one has really turned up. And another interesting fact is that there is already an existing Airtel broadband connection in my flat which was provided in the year of 2014. The latest communication I had with Your Representative identified as Venkatesh was on Wednesday (18/06/2014) and his confirmation was that we will get the connection by end of day, still it has not been initiated so far. To be frank, there has been a lot of mental unrest for the past 3 weeks due to all the false promises from Your Representatives and Your Co-ordinators. With all the above valid data I think You have been clearly violating the guidelines laid down for the minimum and maximum turn around time for establishing a connection and I am entitled to seek some legal advice if necessary. Requesting you to take this up urgently and respond aptly & be compensated for the trouble I have been through with Your Representatives. With regards, KCS Desikan

                                      Hello Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your kind attention that i have been charged a bill of Rs 3802.06 due in June. I have been texting airtel( Data Use to 121, 3G use to 121) to unveil or inform me about the current internet usage as the airtel team changed my 3G internet plan, but every time i received a text, saying due to an intermittent issue, we are unable to process your request. try again ...had Airtel team informed me about the usage my bill would not have been remarkably high. I am very disappointed at the service provided to me by Airtel. Somehow, I believe this was deliberate attempt by airtel to not inform their users about the usage so they will pay extra, which will be a business to Airtel. This is not acceptable at all this is embezzlement. I want someone from Airtel to either waive off the charges or i will disconnect this mobile number and will got to other service provider. Also, if the bill is not waived of i will file a case in the consumer court. i am attaching the screen shot of the messages i have sent to 121. my mobile number is [protected].                                         Yest night my balance of rs73 from the main account was falsely deducted my airtel in span of two minutes in name of internet usage. I still had internet balance of 94mb left. I want action to be taken as soon as possible.i want my money back. This wrong balance deduction is highly unethical.
