i am saranga satapathy(nabarangpur, odisha) and i have been using airtel Internet services on my mobile phone for the past 6 years.last 2 month me & my friends are not getting Internet, but network are OK, when we visit other place internet network are there available, we are complain to supervisor & S.e, but despite of complaining again and again no useful action is taken against the complaint and every time i get assurance for a resolution but nothing has changed . i am frustrated with the kind of service airtel is providing.if someone can suggest me a strict action against them please contact me at [protected]. i have checked Internet s my friend's mobile and he also same problem in last 2 month if i don't get any resolution sooner than i would have no option other than switching my network provider. the airtel tower is near nabarangpur bus stand (dist-nabarangpur) odisha

    I have done recharge of rs. 145 (500mb 3g data + extra 500mb data 28 days) through airtel website on jun 18 01:31pm.

    But i didn't get the extra 500mb data till now.

    I have contacted the customer care, but they are telling that there was no offer there like that now.

    The transaction id: 723637

    Now i came to know that each and everytime whenever doing the recharge, we need to take the offer's screenshot for proof.

    Please resolve it asap.

      I am a post paid users of Airtel for last five years. I am facing network problem from last one and a half years. I so many times logged complaint for my problem but there is no response. many time i missed important calls, today on 02 july 2014 at12:10 PM I called 121, and want to register my complaint. but the exeucutive denied to register my complaint and told me to switch on to other network. I am very much hearse the way airtel respond. I am now thinking to switch on to other network because I think Airtel do not need valuable costumer. Rajiv Dhiman

        To The Service provider, I have been called by one of your channel partner of name Viyania Business Solutions Pvt Ltd whose address details etc I will attach in form of the cash memo which they have provided me while taking money amount of Rs.300 for selling a postpaid connection saying that nowdays Airtel takes this amount to issue any postpaid connection. They told me this Rs. 300 will be refunded to be as it gets deducted from the billing amount for the 1st 3 months, which is also difficult for me to believe now after seeing all these fraud games. After taking this amount and documents they did not submit the docs to airtel ( As told many times by Airtel 121 and 198) and neither taking my calls to resolve the problem for last 4 days. So as a harrased customer should I conclude this as Airtel is also a crime and fraud partner along with this channel partner of yours? I guess both are equally responsible and action should be taken against both unless my problem is addressed and resolved.I am attaching the cash memo provided by them using which filing a case in consumer form will be easier but am willing to do an FIR to file a criminal case of Fraud done in the name of selling connection by airtel. We therefore request you to reopen the said fault ticket and continue with the same Service Reference Number 17932368 dated 30-June-2014 @8:20AM. This type of fake service assurance is not expected from Bharti Airtel. If possible please escalate this issue to higher level.

            We are having one Airtel Internet Leased Line (CRM Order ID & Logical Circuit ID : 1011762 & 5129161) Please Note That the Service Reference Number : 17932368 generated on 30-June-2014 @ 8:20am. Surprising that issue still not resolved and Airtel CFM team forcefully closed ticket without resolving the issue. Info mail from CFM mentioned below. We therefore request you to reopen the said fault ticket and continue with the same Service Reference Number 17932368 dated 30-June-2014 @8:20AM.                 Dear Sir, I had registered with airtel account and obtaining a Itemized Bill fr every month. But fm last week am unable to get the itemized bill and getting the error as follows Access Manager WebSEAL could not complete your request due to an unexpected error. Diagnostic Information Method: POST URL: /prepaidaccount/PSC_Web/showRaiseNewRequestViewAction Error Code: 0x38cf04d3 Error Text: DPWWA1235E Could not read the response status line sent by a third-party server. Possible causes: non-spec HTTP headers, connection timeout, no data returned. This is not a problem with the WebSEAL server. Solution Provide your System Administrator with the above information to assist in troubleshooting the problem. Pls let us know how can we get the itemized bill. Matter very urgent

                  I am Yogendra Sharda, associated with Airtel by taking its services for more than 13 years now, still I'm facing a lot of trouble with the customer services. I feel like I've been mislead and mistreated by the company through its executives.I hope this forum will help me get the issue resolved, I want to share my bitter experience which I recently had while taking Airtel Broadband connection at my home in Raipur C.G. I've been Airtel Broadband Customer since 2005, however due to some reasons I had to discontinue the connection for an year but this March I needed the connection back so I applied for a new connection and PAID Rs.3600/- under the 6-month broadband connection plan on 26/03/14 in my name- Yogendra Sharda, LandLine no of this connection.- [protected], Receipt no. 11410. Some how, as told by Airtel, due to technical reasons the connection did not work out, hence I went back to Airtel office and asked to give proper connection or refund of the money. Airtel confirmed that connection cannot be given so they would refund the amount of Rs.3600/- IN ONE WEEK. The week passed off, NO REFUND GIVEN, on reaching them back they said money will be refunded in 15 DAYS, NO REFUND AGAIN. Now, after SO MANY FALSE ASSURANCE AND INCONVENIENCES, reaching back they say that MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AS IT IS LAPSED ! I seriously do not understand that after deluding me by empty assurance, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY LOSS???? WHY am I not getting the refund??? IS THIS NOT THE ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY OF BHARTI AIRTEL TO REFUND THE MONEY TAKEN FOR THE CONNECTION IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THE CONNECTION? I expect a detailed look-through into it and get my hard-earned money refunded, simultaneously letting the commoners also know of the cheat and mistreatment by a big firm like Airtel which boast so much of its so called 'customer care service' Thanks Yogendra Sharda [protected] Raipur, Chhattisgarh

                    I called customer care many times because i am not able to change my hello tune and i am not getting any proper answer from customer care member. Lekhraj singh from customer care dont know how to talk and was not giving proper solution. He was not hearing to my problem properly and was abusing.

                      I have been using Airtel network ([protected]) for the past 5 years since January 2011 which was registered in December 2010. I bought the SIM by submitting all mandatory ID and address proofs. Few years later, I received a message from Airtel stating that I have to re submit all my documents which I submitted in Airtel outlet, Saidapet, Chennai. On 16th June 2014, my SIM started showing no service. And I lodged a complaint that evening to a customer care representative who assured to resolve the issue by 19th June 2014. But the complaint was not understood in the right perspective and not redressed till date. I had made a personal visit to the relationship center at the Express Avenue at Chennai but was not responded in a positive note. I have made several calls and spoken to nearly 5 to 6 representatives to get my issue resolved but I did not receive a call back even after escalating to higher levels. The service representative says the SIM has been registered in some other person's name instead of mine all of a sudden after nearly 5 years. Further I have last recharged for Rs.160/- on 16.6.14 which could not be used by me. When I am using a Prepaid service, they opt for change of the plan to Post paid by paying some initial payment which will not be reimbursed and why should I change the plan when I am comfortable with the existing one. This number is in use by me for all my references and communications which affects my tele communication badly and I am not in a position to know about the calls I received in this number which may even affect me financially in my official career and my banking transactions. How the number which was used by me for nearly 5 years can be in another persons name all of a sudden as whenever I seek any clarification or redressal of issues, my name is always registered by thier service desk. I have been put to much hard ship and mental agony for nearly two weeks now and I seek redressal of my complaint through your forum as due to the fault of the service provider I am put to much inconvenience and hardship.

                            (Account Number: [protected]) I have been a customer of Airtel mobile ever since I started using mobile phones. For the last two years I have been using Airtel postpaid services as they offered some good plans under corporate CUG scheme. Since Airtel is a respected brand I never bothered to look into the itemized bill on a monthly basis. Last month in June'14 I thought of looking into the itemised bill that they send. To my surprise I realized that the bill plan has been changed. Also based on my usage pattern they have changed the scheme in such a way that I end up getting no discounts and paying extra bucks for my calls. I called up the 121 customer care and to my utter surprise they have no clue on the bill plans and asked me to check with my company HR. When I dropped a written complaint to their service team, they informed me that the bill plan has been changed back in January'14. They refuse to accept any mistake on their part that they need to inform the customer as it was me who was feeling the pinch in the pocket. Finally after a lot of discussions over phone they made a correction for 3 months and credited the amount to my account. However their manager made me feel that by paying 50% of the loss amount that I have incurred was more than a favor that I could have asked for. All o[censored]s using postpaid connection get number of emails/calls/sms as reminders for bill payment. When it comes to a change in service plans which adversely affects end customers and not Airtel they simply wash off their hands on taking any responsibility to make the system fair and transparent. Postpaid customers are cash cows who end up paying higher rates on call charges and get pathetic service as the company understands that the switching cost for end customers are high and can be taken for a ride. I am highly dissatisfied and feel cheated after using Airtel for years. Its sad to see how much they value their customers! Is there any way I can get my loss recovered?

                              Dear Sir, I am using airtel broadband service from long time. Service No: [protected]. I have applied for a half year plan on 01.03.2014 where I have to pay for the 5 months rental in advance and I get 1 month free. And I have got a confirmation email from airtel on 1st of March confirming that my scheme will be activated from 28.03.2014 as per the billing cycle. Now airtel has not activated me on that plan and asking me monthly mode payment and telling that the plan is not available. When I all ready I have confirmation email from their side. And they call two or three times a day for the monthly mode payment, when I was ready to pay for the 5 months advance rental. They don't listen at all. I have send email to the customer care and then only they have inform me that this plan is not active after 4 month of request plan. Please help me in this. Thank you in advance. Manan

                                I am totally fed up with this airtel connection. Reasons are :- 1. This airtel no. always shows not reachable, so I 'often miss' my urgent and important business calls and that damaged my reputation in front of my clients. That makes me 'mentally and financially ill'. I lost my one of big projects only because of this. 2. I was given wrong information about the roaming plans.That caused excess billing amount. I had made complaints regarding this but nothing had been done from your side. Now am totally fed up and no longer use your services. I even complaint thrice to the Airtel Customer Care. But nothing was resolved. Even your website's service request page has not been working, Thanks for breaking my trust.

                                  I was using airtel 3g data card for more than a year. I raised a request for disconnection on April-20. The customer care executive said that it will take 1 week to confirm the cancellation and I should pay for that 1 week as well. I agreed and paid the full amount including that week and confirmed with customer care that there is no pending due and the cancellation should be done without any issues. But at the end of that month they sent me a monthly bill. I called customer care and explained them that it was already disconnected and I cannot be responsible for any mistakes on their end. Every week they called me and I have to tell the same story to each one of them. Finally they transferred the call to some senior executive and he accepted to cancel the bill. But again I started receiving payment due emails. This time I followed up on emails. I escalated it to nodal officers but they are again starting it from the begining saying the disconnection was not proper and I have to pay for next month as well. I have my monthly bill that clearly shows that I haven't used my data card for the past 2 months and still they are expecting me to pay. I don't want to pay any additional amount and I am frustrated talking to them as I have spent almost 100 rupees in just speaking to their customer service executives. Hence raising a complaint in this forum. Any help is appreciated.

                                    Hereby insertion a plea to revolutionize back my no:[protected] to prepaid itself. On 10th of June I called a customer support executive (preethi her no is [protected]) and asked her whether possible to change my prepaid sim to post paid sim in the same no. She said can change and asked the niceties and on 12th June she sent a boy to collect the same from my home Rs 300 as advance deposit .Then again I called the same customer support executive preethi (care agent) through the person who came for collecting the documents and cash INR 300 and informed strictly her only after my confirmation to you, you can activate to postpaid, until then you can keep aside and also i said will call you 1st week of July .So the customer care agent gave her no to contact -[protected]. On 27th of JUNE Early morning 00:25 received 2 SMS that Address verification for prepaid to post paid conversion of your airtel mobile has been completed, the conversion will start immediately. and continuing another sms received services on your airtel mobile is being changed from prepaid to post paid .This will be completed in 2 hours Use new sim to start the services. As i was in deep sleep i am not able to found the arrived SMS in my phone, only at the time of 10 Am and immediately I called preethi from my mobile, when called preethi in my phone, I was shocked to receive the welcome call for verification and Confirmation said pls deactivate i did not gave any confirmation till this time no person came to my home for the address confirmation. They said nothing cannot be done from our side pls call the customer care /Support. Then i called immediately Preethi -customer care support unit, which i already had, called no of times, but no responses. Then immediately i rushed to the airtel shop which is in the arcot road next by Tyre shop and Chandara Bhavan Hotel. Unfortunately it was under renovation and they guided me go directly to either T.nagar Office or NungamBakkam office. again rushed to the nearer office which is in T nagar, had a response with the office Manager Babu or balu, he said will give complaint to Santhome office and given in front of me to his superiors and also he said they will call you, you can talk to them directly, from this office we cannot do anything .But they gave me the person Id And the channel No . thanks for that . I was waiting until evening there is no single call from santhome office, when called unable to reach the customer care support unit directly. Depressed much. Totally one day shattered including my salary, my time and restless nomadic in my vehicle. And the most important is incoming calls to my mobile (Totally Cut). It is absurd, No one can call me and also I cannot call any one from my mobile. And today completely jumble with the customer care unit, the details which i got from the Tnagar office, and i recollected the collection boy mobile no and the unit office no, but when called all these nos no response till noon, made continuously eventually the same customer care executive preethi spoke to me that i have kept aside but i dont know how it was happed, and again someone called and forced me to activate the post paid. . Now I dont know where i am standing ..., my wish is, i need my no as prepaid with the same old no [protected], and credit my cash either to my land line account or to my airtel money account. If this is not cleared i thought of going to consumer court . Details as follows. preethi- office no -[protected] Preethi- Customer care unit- her No is [protected], CHN-592, ID No is 26863. preethi collogue no is [protected] don’t know the name, being a girl talked very rudely, and two more associate also talked with me in dim-witted manner . Already i am Airtel customer for the foll nos[protected], [protected], and my land line no along with 9Gb unlimited internet usage. You can contact me in my alternate no where my better hal[censored]sing -[protected] or with my land line no[protected]. Pls help me in this regard, absolutely i was messed up, by this pressure is raising, even not able to act normally in my house .

                                      Hi, I have 2 complaints regarding my IPTV connection. First : When I close my IPTV connection my set-top box along with remote was taken back and I was told that refund will be made soon but no refund is made yet. I want to know why the box was taken? Second : Now I want IPTV connection again on my existing broadband connection but I am told by airtel executive that I have disconnect my existing broadband connection and have to apply for new connection amount 3500/- rupees, I want to know why I cant get it on my existing broadband connection?

                                        Hi, This is with reference to Airtel 4G LTE no [protected].I got this number from sales outlet at one of my office location in Dec-13. When i took this number i was told that this number would be immediately activated. But making umpteen number of calls to customer care/ service center the number never got activated. and meanwhile the bills got generated. I continued to take this up with the customer care that i was not able to use any single KB of data and still the bills are generated. I started getting threatening calls that you would taken to court and asked me to settle the bills for which i have not used any single KB as the number was never activated. in April i paid around 2600/ and asked them to cancel the number which they told that this is done and we will also process the refund amount of 2600/ by some one Mr Azmat. But now i again start getting bills .Please note that this caused me enough harassment and mental agony to me . why should i pay for the services which wa never activated and i am not able to use any single KB I want the number to be immediately canceled and demand a refund of 2600/ Thanks Niraj
