1.5 years ago I ported from Airtel to Tata Docomo to try out the recently launched MNP service. But now tata docomo has discontinued its service in Bihar and only providing basic network with the help of 2g ICR. So I wanted to port out to another operator, but I got surprised that any retailer is asking fo 50₹-100₹ for porting to any operator. While max charge fixed by TRAI is 19₹ . There was a authorised Airtel Dealer (Balaji Telecom, marwari Bazar, Samastipur) nearby so I tried there thinking that they will charge fairly. But I got to know reality soon . They asked for 50₹. I complaint about this to Airtel Nodal officer, they promised us to take necessary option and told to go to ARC for porting at fair charge. But nearest ARC was 40km away from samastipur town area. I explained this to airtel nodal, then they told to Go to that dealer and get ported at 50 and we will return remaining amount as balance. This sounded convincing so I went there, But another surprise was waiting for him. After filling form they asked another 50₹. On asking reason they told me that you was an ex-Airtel costumer so you have to pay more as you are using MNP service 2nd time. Explained this to Nodal officer, now they too refused to help. And only option they guve is to go to ARC. This is not the matter of 50₹ or 100₹ . They is a serious case of cheating and no action being taken on it. And this is not the case of my city or airtel. I tried for 2-3 more operators and 2--3 more locations. Everywhere the case was same. I mailed about this to TRAI but no respond yet. I am attaching the copy of form which I took back after they demanded 100₹.

    My prepaid number is [protected] I am one of the Airtel Customer. My Outgoing call is blocked 29.06.2014 and resolve in 30.06.2014 11 am. and Again blocked my outgoing call 03.07.2014. 01 pm. I did not get any warning or information. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible ... I want to know me again and again is this cave? I am filing cases in consumer court against.

      Dear sirI
      Kanwarpal singh partner of AKR Enterprises applied for ownership change
      to my mobile number [protected] on 01-07-14 to my individual name. Vide
      Application reference no. TNPB 792269.
      On 2.07.14 my older SIM deactivated but till ow my ownership changed SIM not activated.Don't know the reason. My above mobile was using from July 2008. Don't understand whats the problem there to activate it.

      I called to customer center so many times and every time you
      says in next 2 hours it will activated but their is no action from you.As I am a business man and due to your negligence I am now under heavy losses. Tell me who is responsible ??????????
      Now I have no option other than legal action.Activate immediately or be ready for legal action. Let me know the problem also. Your
      agency where I submitted my application and got new SIM is not
      responding my calls. In the morning when I visited they told that
      Application rejected due to their mistake and they will their self will
      looking the matter and ensure me that the SIM will activate by 1.00 pm .

        On 2nd July, I made online recharge of Internet Pack for my Airtel prepaid number [protected]. Till the time Internet pack is not available on handset, I called up customer service on 3rd july to know the reason, service representative said these internet packs are not valid for Blackberry and iphone devices, the fact i'm unaware of because i have been using BIS from almost last 2 years ( which is not mentioned anywhere on respective recharge page or else any visible portion of website).Then I spoke to manager and he promised me that he'll either compensate me with the amount i have spent or let me know about further developments. He also told me that he has lodged a complaint or posted some mail to authority and i'll get response in 4 hours( No acknowledgement mail or feedback form or complaint ref number was shared with me for further communication which is highly unprofessional). Till now i didn't get a call or mail regarding it. No updates on the same.Today i called up again and told the whole story helplessly and representative gave me a solution that he cant do anything on this. Worst experience i had with service provider in my 5 years usage. Kindly look into the matter or else i'll escalate this to a judicial body.. Amit mali, Mumbai- [protected]

          I am Nabin chandra joshi from Dehradun (uttrakhand) is the regular post paid connection holder of mobile & net .Iam paying more than 3000 Rs per month to company but always there is the ignorance of services from company employee.Firstly i gave my all papers to company staff at Abhiraj Communication ( now Closed) but my address has not been corrected.After giving third time my papers at zonal office than it was rectified. Second company professionals always do not pick the phone about my bill related quarry, even two times i personally went to M/S Parth agencies but they have not provided me account statement as they promised that it will be provide me next day it is the case of 01/07/2014.So After facing all these problems i closed my net connection no. [protected], after giving complete bill, & iam also going to close my other mob.no. [protected].so you are requested to see such type of negligencies so that company name may not be defame.

              I wanted to migrate my phone number from Tata docomo Prepaid to Airtel Post paid . So i registered in the Airtel my plan web site immediately after my registration i recived a call from airtel customer service. I conveyed my request to the agent she said to make the documents ready she would sent an agent to collect the documents . After few days the agent came and collected the money from me, And i was receiving a series of phone calls then followed by an address verification to my house . After few days i received a sim card form Airtel . Saying that my number will be ported . After which there was no communication and no further calls . It's been 15 days since i received the sim card and yet no porting of connection has happened . I tried calling each and everyone of the customer care associates who called me . No body knows about a connection like this and most are cutting the call after one or two times . This is a clear cut casing of cheating . Please note that i have registered in the Offical Airtel Website and i tried calling the airtel customer care number of times . Please some one help .

                Why the hell is Airtel's website like this? Why those fools cannot fix it after several weeks? Such an incompetent, idiotic people! Look at this. This is the response you get when you try to access their webiste. Can you believe it? Server Error Access Manager WebSEAL could not complete your request due to an unexpected error.                   Your one representative Mr.Amitabh come to my office and shown demo 4g demo and given me a sim-[protected] we received a cal from 27th june that your line is started but when i connect my donle that time found that donle is nt working then i cal to airtel toll free-[protected] they took a complain and said to me took a complain no[protected]/56931120 but till dated i am unable surff inter net throught 3g/4g.so please verify same and i am not lible to pay nay rental unused period...date start from 27/06/2014

                    I had taken the 4G Airtel Broadband Wireless in Oct 2013. Airtel 4G LTE connection number: [protected] From 28th May 2014 (Wednesday), there was no network available for which a request was raised on 29th May 2014 (Reference number:[protected] For this I was contacted by Mr. Sudarshan Dighe (Contact no. [protected]) on 31st May (Saturday) and it was confirmed that he will be reaching to troubleshoot the issue same day by 5pm However he did not arrive on that day or any day later on 1st June, I contacted airtel customer service and I was informed that the issue 56483179 is falsely closed stating that the problem is solved. Based on my interaction, I was informed that the issue is escalated and I will get a resolution within 24hrs On Monday 2nd June 2014, I contacted the customer care and found that no one was willing to look into the issue. Hence I raised a request to cancel the connection I had to call 3 more times before finally the cancellation request was raised on 5th June 2014 (Reference number:[protected] On 13th June 2014, I have received a bill for connection usage until 10th June 2014 Hence I sent a request to send me the bill only upto 29th May 2014 as I was not provided any service after that date. I also requested for an itemized bill with usage details after 29th May 2014 To this I got a standard reply from esMr. MOHAMMED ZABIULLA ********************************************************************************... This is with reference to your email regarding concern in which you have requested us to cancel your airtel 4G data card number [protected]. We regret for the delay in responding to your email. We have already registered your request to cancel your airtel connection on 05/06/2014. Your unique Service Request number is 56581547. Currently your number is suspended effective from 10/06/2014. As a process, the number will be permanently disconnected after 45 days from the date of suspension. Further we would like to inform you that we have attached the bill in this email kindly find the attachment as there is usage in the bill. Currently your outstanding is Rs.2102.22/-. We kindly request you to clear the amount as soon as possible. We are truly saddened to learn that you are considering moving out of the airtel network. Are there any service/ operational issues related to your current mobile number that we can assist with? Is there anything we can do to improve your airtel experience? Please share with us and we would be delighted to assist. airtel thanks you for using our services.                       Hi, I am really disappointed with Airedale services. Have given several calls to customer care and always get to hear from them that there is some technical issue so please call after 2 hours. Tired giving calls almost 20 times but still same reply. Seriously I don't know whom to call as they are not even serious to solve customer problem. My Outgoing calls are being blocked as I have not paid my bill. Reason behind that is the bill added with some fake calls and Internet usage. Its cost more than 2k(for 2 months) and as you can check my monthly usage bill amount does not exceeds 500 Rs. So just need response from your side like can i expect a call or should I have to take other serious action against you. Really fed up !!! Ph No -[protected]

                        my self naresh, i take 4 g dongal at 6/6/2014 for 45000, with 12gb data for three months . airtel guy came to me for internet speed verification with id card no. DS 5160001, after checking every thing, i gave 4500 to him . four days later address verification guy come for me, he took sign from me and asked for extra money . i did not give extra money, after that my sim did not get activated . this is almost one month, i daily calling to harshavardhan and norman. these to people are airtel managers for marthahalli area . i got very bad response from them . this is very bad to airtel . please check my connction and re do the verification . my mobile no [protected] regards naresh

                          I have airtel postpaid connection of punjab circle mobile number [protected].
                          I approached to airtel showroom in karnal, address: pns telecom, h-35, ambedkar chowk, karnal-132001 with address proof (Rashan card/ adhaar card)to update my address, but the airtel representative refused to provide me such service for the reasons best known to her.
                          Kindly intervene the matter to resolve the prolonged captioned issue since jan. 2014 for not issuing me paper bills since jan.2014

                            i am saranga satapathy(nabarangpur, odisha) and i have been using airtel Internet services on my mobile phone for the past 6 years.last 2 month me & my friends are not getting Internet, but network are OK, when we visit other place internet network are there available, we are complain to supervisor & S.e, but despite of complaining again and again no useful action is taken against the complaint and every time i get assurance for a resolution but nothing has changed . i am frustrated with the kind of service airtel is providing.if someone can suggest me a strict action against them please contact me at [protected]. i have checked Internet s my friend's mobile and he also same problem in last 2 month if i don't get any resolution sooner than i would have no option other than switching my network provider. the airtel tower is near nabarangpur bus stand (dist-nabarangpur) odisha

                              I have done recharge of rs. 145 (500mb 3g data + extra 500mb data 28 days) through airtel website on jun 18 01:31pm.

                              But i didn't get the extra 500mb data till now.

                              I have contacted the customer care, but they are telling that there was no offer there like that now.

                              The transaction id: 723637

                              Now i came to know that each and everytime whenever doing the recharge, we need to take the offer's screenshot for proof.

                              Please resolve it asap.

                                I am a post paid users of Airtel for last five years. I am facing network problem from last one and a half years. I so many times logged complaint for my problem but there is no response. many time i missed important calls, today on 02 july 2014 at12:10 PM I called 121, and want to register my complaint. but the exeucutive denied to register my complaint and told me to switch on to other network. I am very much hearse the way airtel respond. I am now thinking to switch on to other network because I think Airtel do not need valuable costumer. Rajiv Dhiman

                                  To The Service provider, I have been called by one of your channel partner of name Viyania Business Solutions Pvt Ltd whose address details etc I will attach in form of the cash memo which they have provided me while taking money amount of Rs.300 for selling a postpaid connection saying that nowdays Airtel takes this amount to issue any postpaid connection. They told me this Rs. 300 will be refunded to be as it gets deducted from the billing amount for the 1st 3 months, which is also difficult for me to believe now after seeing all these fraud games. After taking this amount and documents they did not submit the docs to airtel ( As told many times by Airtel 121 and 198) and neither taking my calls to resolve the problem for last 4 days. So as a harrased customer should I conclude this as Airtel is also a crime and fraud partner along with this channel partner of yours? I guess both are equally responsible and action should be taken against both unless my problem is addressed and resolved.I am attaching the cash memo provided by them using which filing a case in consumer form will be easier but am willing to do an FIR to file a criminal case of Fraud done in the name of selling connection by airtel. We therefore request you to reopen the said fault ticket and continue with the same Service Reference Number 17932368 dated 30-June-2014 @8:20AM. This type of fake service assurance is not expected from Bharti Airtel. If possible please escalate this issue to higher level.

                                      We are having one Airtel Internet Leased Line (CRM Order ID & Logical Circuit ID : 1011762 & 5129161) Please Note That the Service Reference Number : 17932368 generated on 30-June-2014 @ 8:20am. Surprising that issue still not resolved and Airtel CFM team forcefully closed ticket without resolving the issue. Info mail from CFM mentioned below. We therefore request you to reopen the said fault ticket and continue with the same Service Reference Number 17932368 dated 30-June-2014 @8:20AM. This type of fake service assurance is not expected from Bharti Airtel. If possible please escalate this issue to higher level.
