Hi, Airtel agent informed me that they will provide internet connection in our area, inspite of me warning them that there is no junction box available in our area. The agent came to my house and collected an amount of Rs. 500 and said the connection will be available in 3 days. This happened on April 2nd. But there was no response from them even after a week, inspite of me calling them every day. Finally they said that they can't provide the connection and will refund the amount in 15 days. The complaint number was 45541698. It has been more than 65 days and I still haven't received the refund. Whenever I call the customer care they keep telling me that they have already sent the cheque, but they have no way to check the progress. These people are simply cheating the cutomers and swindling money. I request you to take action against these cheaters and get me my money refunded.     Dear Sir/s,
    I am of the opinion that it is the appropriate time to write to you in relation to the sordid
    quality and severally fractured integrity of Airtel services being provided to Airtel
    customers in Mumbai.

    I am and have been a consumer of Airtel mobile services in Mumbai, owning and operating
    Airtel mobile phone number [protected] since many year within the prepaid segment and I
    must state that I have been spared the horrors of having to interact with the customer care
    channels, whether online or otherwise.

    However, my horrendous ordeal began on the fateful day of 21st May 2014, when I
    received a call from one of the Airtel DSAs operating in Mumbai, namely, Rapid
    Televentures situate at Andheri. The following is a seriatim summary which leads to this email;

    1. The tele-caller employed with the aforesaid DSA contacted me in terms of porting my
    existing Vodafone postpaid number to Airtel postpaid.

    2. Upon inquiring about the plans he was offering, the following shall be relevant to record;

    2.1. I was offered a Rs. 299 (with tax) rental plan which contained the
    following benefits, viz;
    2.1.(i) 1GB 3G data service or in lieu thereof 2G unlimited service.
    2.1.(ii) 800 free calling minutes, which subsequently changed to 300 -
    400 free calling minutes.
    2.1.(iii) 300 free SMSes.
    2.1.(iv) Airtel - Airtel free calling 24 hours a day, everyday
    2.1.(v) 30p per minute Local and STD calling upon exhausting 800 free
    calling minutes.
    2.1.(vi) Free roaming in Maharashtra, Goa, etc without any rental

    2.1.(vii) Incoming calls while on roaming chargeable at 30p per
    minute
    it is important to record that all the benefits stated in 2.1.(i - vii) have unconditional lifetime
    validity, unless specifically asked to be deactivated by me.

    2.2. Alternatively, I was offered a Rs. 399 (with tax) rental plan which
    contained the following benefits;

    2.2.(i) 1.5 GB 3G data service.
    2.2.(ii) 600 free calling minutes.
    2.2.(iii) 300 free SMSes.
    2.2.(iv) Airtel - Airtel free calling.
    2.2.(v) Free roaming similar to 2.1.(vii) above.
    it is pertinent to record that all the benefits stated in 2.2.(i - v) have unconditional lifetime
    validity, unless specifically asked to be deactivated by me.
    Finally, when the office boy came over to my place to fill up the customer acquisition form
    and collect my documents along with Rs. 200 in cash, as security deposit I was offered the
    following the following benefits with the Rs. 399 rental plan;
    2.3.(i) 1.5 GB 3G data service for life.
    2.3.(ii) 900 free local calling minutes.
    2.3.(iii) 300 free STD calling minutes.
    2.3.(iv) 100 local + 100 STD free SMSes.
    2.3.(v) Airtel - Airtel free calling.
    2.3.(vi) Free roaming.
    all the benefits stated in 2.3.(i - vi) to be in continuation with 2.1.(v) and 2.1.(vii) above.

    Upon accepting the said offer as detailed in 2.3.(i - vi), the customer acquisition form was
    executed (xerox copy available) and my identification documents along with Rs. 200 in
    cash was handed over to the office boy Vinayak Birje at my residence in Mumbai.
    When the new sim card provided to me continued to remain inactive till 29th May 2014, I
    approached the Airtel Relationship Centre situate at Hill Road, Bandra West, to enquire
    about the needless and unnecessary delay, I was directed to one Mr. Akhilesh Dubey was
    claimed to be the store manager. Upon discussing the aforesaid plan 2.3.(i - vi) with him, it
    came to light that all the commitments made to me were false and Airtel does not in
    anyway, whether at the store level or otherwise offer the plan set out in 2.3.(i - vi).
    It is also important to record that similar plans have been offered to numerous customers
    in Mumbai, clearly with ulterior and mala fide motives to facilitate illegal and unjust
    enrichment of all concerned.

    Thus from the above, the fractured integrity of business practices being adopted becomes
    abundantly clear. It is also important for me to record that all calls received from the said DSA and all calls
    made to the employees of the said DSA are recorded by me and shall be produced before
    law enforcement machinery and / or the telecom regulator in the interest of innocent and
    unsuspecting customers to protect myself and them from entering into illegal contracts
    based on blatant fraud and shameless misrepresentation.

    Also, despite several assurances, the above mentioned mobile phone number continues to remain inactive and the last status was that the number did not exist any longer.

    This especially after several persons from the Regulatory Team have been assuring me since the last 10 days that the matter would be resolved to my satisfaction, note than I do possess call recordings of all communication with employees / agents / servants / officers of Airtel Ltd.

    Also, despite several false assurances no action has been taken against the defaulting DSA.

    Dear Airtel & Airtel Money Team - Bharti Airtel owes me Rs.46, 105 since Sept 2015. After wasting about 3 weeks, they have not refunded it and have asked me to contact Airtel Money. Have already sent ALL the payment receipts, as CASH payment was made. Backgrounder on the Account & Payments -- the account was opened for my mother, who stays in Varanasi. Since she travels, during the course o[censored]sage, we found the network coverage to be unsatisfactory. While she was abroad the phone usage was heavy, so I made extra buffer payment to ensure her services are not hampered at any point due to lack of funds. Upon her return we decided to port to Vodafone and close the account. Please note -- this matter has gone way beyond indecency and customer harassment. I DO NOT WANT TO PING PONGED BETWEEN AIRTEL & AIRTEL MONEY. If you are unable to refund the money please let me know so that I can proceed with legal recourse. I don't want to make this unnecessarily difficult and time consuming process, but if there is no cooperation from Airtel, I will be left with no choice. Thank you.

      Hi, This is Rohit Kumar from Rohini Delhi, I am facing issue with Airtel Digital since more than a week. I've already logged a complaint since Saturday 7th June but no body has responded in the manner. I am already wasted more than 3 hours everyday to speak with various persons at customer care but seems nobody is having any solution to my issue. Respective dealer and engineer is not responding anyone's call, I don;t know if they don't have sufficient staff then how can they run a company. I am very frustrated and already decided to discontinue using all airtel services (since number portability is also there now) including my and my family's postpaid numbers. We are more than 12 years old customer of airtel and were very much happy since then but this time Airtel has not maintained it's service level and not providing satisfactory services to its consumer.         I had a 3g data usage balance of 60mb available on my phone @ 11am on 12th june which was valid till the 13th of june. i recharged my phone for 3G data usage of 2.5 gb @ 11:45am on 12th june itself, before my previous data usage balance was over. but airtel still deducted whole amount of my main balance which was around 250Rs. in those 45 mins i made sure not to use any data. even if my apps where working, downloading or uploading data(as airtel executive said), i dont think it can consume that much of data. and to add to it, when i called airtel for any clarification, the airtel executive said ur balance was valid till 11 june only. how can it be possible when on 12th june morning i check my balance on *123*11# and it says avaliable 3G data in my account is 60mb valid till 13th june. i still dont understand why the amount was deducted. there is an exclusive web offer on airtel 3G data rechrge of 2.5gb data for RS449. I think by giving a little benefit of .5gb data there, they are ddeducting balance from our main account. because same thing happened 3-4 months back too.. but that time i thought may be i did check it wrong, but this time i am damn sure that it was valid till 13th june. and today is 12th june only.

          Dear sir I was using the Airtel number [protected] of which Rs 5007 bill was pending due to that my number was disconnected. I did not use that number since 4 months. But airtel personal calls me and say that you pay 2500 and do the full and final settelment or you can pay Rs 3500 and we will activate your number. As per their commitment i pais Rs. 3500 but now they are giving no response. My payment reciept number is 9197901, book no is 983, payment date 12.06.2014. Concerned person is Mr. Sumit Pls help

              We started using the above dongle No :[protected] and getting regular fixed amount bill for 6GB with tax.In March we extended to 10GB and informed the fixed tariff as Rs.999/+tax .Now Airtel official saying that the bill has come to Rs.5500 for excess usages.And also 2nd month also the same amount has come. As per seller information the amount are fixed.We don't know how has this amount created.Solve this issue or treated the dongle is cancelled. Thanks Nallasubbu.N [protected]

                Sir/Madam, I am having a postpaid airtel connection- [protected] which is on the name of Mrs. Sushma Malhotra. I had bought a new handset- Sony Xperia C on 5th June 2014 and its IMEI No is [protected]. There is free 1GB data of Airtel with this handset for two consecutive months but I am sorry to say that in spite of repeated requests and reminders at airtel customer care, the data for the 1st month has not been activated till now (6 days from putting the Airtel sim in my new handset). I even visited the airtel office at Kingsway Kamp, Delhi but they refused to help me and told me to again contact customer care(which I had already done a dozen of times but it was all in vain). I request you to please take the matter into consideration on top priority and get my 3G data activated immediately. Thank you

                  As i topuped my accout with 100 rupees and made a net balance 3g with 1 gb.the balance after usage of net was 200 mb . But suddenly airtel made the net balance as 0.4 mb. but i was using only facebooK which dont consume more than 1 mb O[censored]sage.And also they withdrawed my 100 rupees from my account, with a net balance remaining of 0.4 mb.So please give me a justiCe for me.. And this is repeating again and again by airtel. so please kindly make them to refund my Account balance. THanking you.

                    Hello, I was using Airtel # [protected] when I was in India. In December"2013 I decided to move to Canada and went to Airtel Store in Dwarka Sec-4, New Delhi to change my post paid number to a prepaid. The executive asked me that I need to fill out a form and submit ID proof. Also, I have to make the entire outstanding payment. I submitted the documents. The executive told me that the outstanding balance is of INR 950/- and I made the said payment on Dec 24th 2013 at Airtel Store. I received a new sim card and was told that this card will be activated in 24 hrs. Next day after I waited for 24hrs I called the customer care to confirm that why my prepaid sim is not yet activated. I was told that I still have balance of INR 430 on my account. I made the payment online Transaction ID# [protected] on 25th Dec 2013. After that the executive confirmed that I have no pending balance on my account and my pre-paid sim would be activated soon and post paid connection would be deactivated. I left for Canada on Dec 26th 2013 and by then my pre-paid sim was not active. But I didn't bother much. But after my arrival in Canada, Airtel started the harassment of my family. First they started calling my mom and asked for bill payment. She told them that there should be no bill since I made the final payment on Dec25th and haven't used phone after that. But they kept calling her and at times the guy misbehaved with her. When my mom stopped taking their calls they started calling the alternate number on my account. That number belongs to my sister. Right now Airtel executives call her everyday. They talk to her rudely and misbehave with her every. First we thought they would understand but it seems they do not understand. This harassment must stop now or else I am filing a case against Airtel for Mental Harassment of the consumer.

                      Hi, I am lodging a complaint against AIRTEL for the pathetic level of service, cheating the customer and making huge profits at the cost of customer satisfaction. This issue started when I shifted my residence on 15th May 2014 within the same area and there was no 3G coverage. I initially lodged a service call on 15th May (Ticket number F[protected]) regarding my AIRTEL Dongle ([protected]) which stopped working when I moved to my new residence. I was asked to make certain changes on the settings and issue was partially resolved however not to my satisfaction. The technical team informed that they would get someone to call me back for full resolution however no call back was given. I then called AIRTEL regarding my other AIRTEL no which didn’t have 3G connectivity ([protected]) on 30th May ticket number 56487665 . Someone called to get this resolved however the issues was not resolved. I also informed him that I am facing same problem with my third number [protected]. The ticket number was 56493892. I suppose Jagdish promised a callback from the technical team however no one called me. I then called 121 on 10th June 2014 at around 8 PM and to my surprise I got to know that the call was closed. This time around I spoke to John and when I requested to speak to the manager, I was told that everyone is busy and I was promised a call back within an hour. The ticket number given to me was [protected]. Today 11th Jun 2014, I am still waiting for the call back. I am so disappointed by the level of service given the fact that I have 3 different no’s of AIRTEL all 3G activated and 3G is hardly working on these no’s. On the name of collecting bills they keep sending messages on due dates and if not paid will be disconnected however on the name of service what we get is all cheats and false promises. I would like to file a case of INR 5, 00, 000/- against AIRTEL for the mental trauma they have caused. I would also like to highlight that many times I call up the customer care, while having conversation the calls are being disconnected. Also I would like to get this complaint to be escalated to the highest level to make sure that senior management is aware of what kind of employees they have in their organization and what level of pain they are giving to the customers. I would also like to highlight that during the last one month or so from the time I have shifted my residence the data usage has gone down drastically which provides the proof what issue I am going through.                       I don't think you are taking this issue seriously, can you please look into the complaint for my concerns and ask.

                      I would like to file a case against the company.

                      Even if you think that you can call me for discussion, that might be not possible as we hardly get network coverage and most of the callers complain of "Phone not reachable". It's only in office hours when i am in office, you can contact me.

                      I have already request CNBC Awaaz Pehredaar team to intervene in this issue, you can't even understand what level of pain we have been going through because of this problem.

                      As i told you that there is network problem and 3G issue at my residence and my phone at most of the times is not reachable. However I don't agree that i didn't respond to any of the calls and again this is false statement from your end. Also someone by name Lakshman came to my house to check the network/signal strength and he confirmed that there is a issue with the coverage. He came on 18th Jun and he informed that he would pass on the feedback to backend team post which i will get a call from backend team however till now i am again waiting for the call...

                        I have not activated this service but don't know how z this been rendered to me and I have been charged even for this 10 Rs every10 days, , I tried to stop this service through message..and approached to customer care but no use, ...please stop this service as immediate as possible, ..as I really not at all interested in paying for it.

                          My airtel postpaid number 9971263475 is dropped since 1 month when asked to change to CUG 99

                          I am was in My plan 299 when I have requested to change this plan to CUG 99 but Airtel Company has dropped my number since one month. My contact likely stopped as is my primary number. I don’t know how to regain this number. I visited to Customer Care Center where they provide another SIM and asked to wait for some days to get your number activated. Every time I visit to Customer Care Center they asked to wait for some days again....

                          Dear sir I am using airtel digital TV since 2009.My customer id is [protected]. Their service is very poor. Recently on 16th May 2014 I have requested them for keeping in safe custody mode. They had also conformed me regarding safe custody activation. Since 16th may 2014 I was out of station. Yesterday I came and found that has been not been activated. When I complained today a message came regarding account balance low and account has been suspended. Though my account validation is up to 28th October2014. Yesterday their Engineer visited my house and charged Rs150/. Today when i complained this thing again they are telling that another engineer will visit and again i have to pay Rs150/ which is completely injustice to me.                             I was a subscriber of Airtel for last more than 8 years and recently for my windows phone, I have activated internet pack which I got confirmation from airtel also. But, they have charged Rs. 2000/- for internet and when I approached Airtel they are not ready to reverse the same. Also they are confirming that internet pack has been activated but again deactivated for reason no one knows.

                            Morever, when i was on travel (during May 25 to 29th), Airtel have called all my relatives and kins and used very very abusive and unparlimentory languages.

                              Hello, I have been using Airtel for 4 to 5 years. But over past 3 or 4 months i am unable to access internet in day time. This issue is more from 12:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs every day. I have called and complained to customer service but no concrete solution has been provided so far. I told all the details and the next day i was told the issue was resolved which i was happy to know.But the very next day, issue has reappeared and i am still unable to access internet in day time, Please could you inform me on the status of the issue..

                                am using airtel dongle no [protected]. on the day of 9-06-14 i started checking mail. with in 7 minutes net link stopped working, then i disconnected the net, for 7 minutes o[censored]sing date it charged 54 mb of data deducted in my amount. n this is not the first time, this happens from simular time's. Bloody airtel sucks blood money from the users. n the network is soooo n soooooooooooooo bad, even aircel network signel is so strenth in my area. i have a suggestion is dont use this bloody airtel network. then dint have any scheme to deduct the data charge. you bloody airtel see BSNL, aircel, uninor, they deducted the data charges, then what happens to you. ok if you dont want to deduct the price. why you sucking too much of data amount, while not that munched used. MY DEMAND (NOT REQUEST) IS TO PAY MY DEDUCTED DATA AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT. BUT ONE THINK IF DATA AMOUNT IS CREDITED OR NOT CREDITED I DONT WANT USE THIS BLOODY AMOUNT SUCKER NETWORK,

                                Airtel is very bad and very very very worst customer service. They deducted my 27.24rs money without using anything. I don't using this Worst Network anymore. BSNL and Aircel is providing good offers and speed also high. Don't use AIRTEL network anymore.

                                  Airtel is a very bad bad bad bad service provider, m complaining you from past days and your engineer is not coming to resolve our problem, I am daily complainting your customer care center and they always said that engineer will come tomorrow but your tomorrow is not coming, I paid you in advance till July, Plz refund my money back and disconnect your connection, if my money is not refunded me then I will go to cunsumer court. I m suggesting you everyone ply do not buy airtel dish tv, I have three connections in which I have close two connection, and that is last connection which I am closing tomorrow.

I have purchased this cell in last week and i have inserted my airtel sim so please activate this offer of 3G data 1GB for 2 month.This offer is valid till 15 June it's also written on box.If you are unable to process my this free component then please don't make fake promise by giving you ads on Mobile Box so please give me free data and send me confirmation as well. But now airtel not providing me free 3G data for 2 month and making exzcuse that there is no such offer but i have mobile box and sticker is also there so please deduct the amount from my bill either activate 1 Gb 3G data for 2 months.
