Yest night my balance of around 73rs we deducted in a span on 2 minutes for god knows what reason..i still had internet balance of 90mb...now my balance is zero. This is fraud b airtel...cutting money in name of internet even when internet balance is there...i want my moneyyy back nowww! They keep deducting money for no reason

    In the website ie https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaidResponse.do Rs.49 1GB of 3G of 28 Days has been updated and I have done this recharge.Yesterday i.e 22 June 2014 at 1.20am but to day when I am trying to connect the internet its not accessing and I called to customer service they informed its 1day pack only and I questioned them if its for 1day then why 28days wrote in the website? The agent name is Gollapudi Anil Kumar & Santosh responded too badly and unable provide me any solution and they are not taken my complaint and asked to update in the website also but they did not reply even it will update or not.Mr.Anil is such an he is unfit for customer service and he don't have patience to listen the customer query completely.Due to this bad service I lost my work and money as well I am too much irritating with airtel customer service.Requesting to update the website quickly and how can I get the solution for this immediately.Please find the attached snap shot which can gives you better idea how much airtel website is effective.

      I would like to tell you that a scam which is going on OLX.com Though the site is safe to use and its intension is to help people to buy, sell and advertise about own products but some peoples are using OLX.com to loot innocent people like me ( Anil).


      While surfing on OLX adds, I found sony bravia 47” inches KDL 47 X 800A television Selling at cheap price of Rs 52000 /- which includes free shipping and handling charges from UK by the name of the company HOME MAKERS ELECTRONICS UK AND ELECTRONIC TRADERS LIMITED . Later I have been come to know that I have been cheated at OLX.COM by a fake advertisements . He had not provided his phone number .So, I mailed him and expressed my desire to buy the above model television to present my Sister on her birthday cum anniversary day .


      Later, I got an email from fake adds person is Mr .Robert dennis & Mr. Mark stating that the price list of cheapest television list . He told me to deposit initial shipping amount of Rs 5500 /- and remaining amount after delivery at door step .


      After payment of Rs 5500/- they given me tracking number DSC38956 on fake created courier web sites http://dynetuk.ciki.me/track.php & www.widerangelog.com/home containing no contract office numbers . The bank numbers which they given to me to deposit money is beneficiary customer name as FABRICE ZOUONI and HDFC acoount number [protected] bearing branch no Kalyannager Bangalore Karnataka 560043 HDFC 0000353 . The indian mobile numbers of Robert Dennis [protected], Mr. Mark [protected] & fake courier delivery officier Norman Bruce is[protected]. UK nos Robert Dennis

      Later again they called me to deposit of Rs 12100 /- ( twelve thousand and one hundred rupees ) towards customs charges . I agreed and paid the same amount and provided fake customs and excise receipt in my name .Again the same called and inform me that security person not allowing then to take parcel at New delhi airport on 10 June 2014, I they request me to pay Rs 16000 /- towards Anti terrorism clearance certificate which I very much denied to pay the amount .


      Later I taken the above issue to my Wife classmate friend who is working in Karnataka as DSP Terrorism department to trace out their mobiles networks and bank details . After deep investigation, it is realized that this a cyber scam and they cheated me .The police officers told the mobile sim and bank accounts are not in their name .So its very difficult to catch them & they simply escaped as its non-profitable case to them . It was explained to me till date 400 to 500 cases are booked and non of the cases are sorted out . It is observed the police is very negligence in India and they are no responsible for this fakers .


      The Indian government having lake of poor knowledge and not taking the responsible to this to take precautions such frauds and eliminating methods are not implementing . The person who comes from other countries doing fraud in only Bangalore city and booked cases 400 to 500 cases, but none of the person is least brother as they getting monthly income time to time and I have estimate this fraud cases in other states . I have doubts they may be terrorist roaming in india and thieves harm human life …………………… ANIL [protected] & [protected]

        We have 4 connections of airtel running in our home . We are facing the same problem with all numbers . When it is the time to activate our net pack automatically, the company does not activate it and starts cutting the net usage from our mobile balance . We have tried to complain about this no. of times but they say that they received such request from our mobile no. which is a pure lie . I was having more than Rs. 380 in my mobile no. [protected] which they swapped in just 1 day saying net usage . Calling again and again to the customer care one gets a different statement each time and the executives hold the line to transfer the call to their seniors but it always gets disconnected . After repeated complaints, one lady executive assured me to return back the amount within 4 hrs. and said their will bwe a confirmation msg on my mob. in the next half an hour . When there was no msg till 1 1/2 hr. i again called their customer care and they bluntly refused to give back the money .Our no. [protected] also faced the same problem on 21st june 2014, as an amount of approx. 170 was also wiped away.

          I own a airtel broadband connection in Pune[protected] . I am facing connection issues from last 2 weeks. When I called customer care, as usual they gave me resolution time of EOD of next day. When I checked next day, the issue was still there, when I called again they gave me new time, and this goes on and on.. When I escalate this, they told me issue will be resolved in next day. I waited and issues was resolved. But again there was a disconnection next day. I again raised a complaint, and story continues. Now when I am writing this, its 3rd time, I am facing disconnection issue. I really want to go for disconnection, and cancellation of connection. I really think this is very poor service, and Airtel is not giving correct resolution. Even I found in area, the Cables in area is in very bad condition, spread on roads. Its really irritating, There are other operators also giving good service. Airtel should rethink on service and customer satisfaction. Without informing customers, why they are going for an outage. But now, I really want airtel connection out of my house. They even take time in disconnection.. Shame..

I was told that there is some problem generating a work order & hence the connection will be done positively on Monday. Monday onwards, this person stopped responding to the phone calls. I sent him multiple SMS, to which I received no response. A copy of these messages is enclosed herewith for your reference. I called this person from different numbers, where he committed that connection will still be done in a days time. I contacted your customer service at [protected], where they first mentioned on May 5, that the connection will be done by May 7, 2014. On May 7, 2014 when I called they mentioned that there is some issue with the cable & the connection will be done by May 9, 2014. On May 9, 2014 when I called I was given a complaint number: 45814236 with a turnaround time of 24 hours & the connection will be made. Today, on May 11, 2014 when I called the customer service & gave them the complaint number, they bluntly told me that the connection is not possible at my location. I don't want this connection any more and anytime in future. Please make sure that the documents collected are sent back to my residential address, clearly stating the reason for denial of connection.The router I purchased based on your commitments, should be reimbursed to me in total.               my ID is [protected] To my utter surprise, i am informed thru your TV that my account is suspended due to low balance. when i log in to my account the balance shown is Rs.1.85 only. As you are aware that i have recharged my account with Rs.1830/ - on 13.06.2014 and i even talked to your staff thru toll free number on many occasions after recharge about non receipt of some tamil channels and validity of my account etc. Today since 4 AM i have been trying to contact your staff thru toll free number but there is no response for that also. I am very much disappointed about the poor service being rendered to your customers and i strongly protest your failure to activate my account in spite of the fact that i have already recharged my account and i will have no other option except to proceed against you legally through consumer forum for tthis kind of poor service.Your immediate action and reply is awaited

                  I use to recharge my airtel prepaid sim with 3G. But for last 3-4 months it has been working so poor that it is sheer wastage of hard earned money. The whole idea of connectivity gets defeated. waiting time for opening of any website is very huge which irritates. Please address the issues immediately. You have moral obligation to provide services to your customer who pays you.

I had requested for a broadband connection on 13/6/2014. I paid the guy 1000/- towards installation charges.( Name -Santhosh - [protected]..same as Seema's number in the thread above) and emailed all the documents to [protected]@rediffmail.com. I received no receipt or reference number.He seems to have vanished after that with no response. I have visited the airtel showroom on Bannerghatta road, Bangalore and they told me file an FIR. We have called the Executive ([protected]) to get an updates but he didn't response properly.Again next day we called to the same Executive and Manager ([protected]) to get an office address details to meet them directly but they didn't open the mouth and silently cut the call in middle. On that day itself we went to some Airtel Showrooms and got an details as they didn't submit the application still. We was really disappointed by airtel and their service. We think they did personal expense in our cash.The Executive and Manager are planned and going the business to get the amount from people for connection and using for they personal use.                                   I have been using the Aitrtel prepaid service for the past week and have been receiving anywhere from[protected] unwanted messages each day. Most of the messages (> 99%) provide zero information and I have listed it below: LastCall Charge Rs. 0.00, Last Call Duration 00:00:00, Current balance Rs. XXX.XX. For instant help please dial *121# I have called their customer care number (121 and 198) a minimum of 100 times and have even visited their relationship center to get this problem resolved but have failed. The message I got from the relationship center in Rajajinagar, Bangalore was to turn of cellular data, which is a very dumb thing to say as I'm paying for the service and unable to get application updates and e-mail message updates on my phone. The customer support section is horrible and the support personnel simply cutoff the calls if they are unable to help, which in this case is most of the time.                                     I sent the below emails to Nodal Office, Bangalore - 17th June 2014 Hello again, After lot of complaints and follow ups I finally got the 4G LTE wifi router connection after getting the demo. However the speed and connectivity with which I was impressed in demo now it is totally opposite case. In the demo I got 14MBps speed and the device I got gives me 1.2kbps. I raised a complaint and a technician came to upgrade the firmware after which it worked only 30mins with 3-5Mbps speed and samething after that, most of the time it disconnects. I raised another complaint and no one has contacted me till now, I took the device to Airtel store - Nandi durga road. They got speed on 12kbps in there showroom, they raised another complaint. Is there not a problem with the device? Reference no. 56725563 for your airtel mobile has been registered on 16-JUN-2014 11:51. The same will be closed in next 4 days. To my surprise, when I called customer care for my 4G issue again, I spoke to Bhushan pal who tells me my request is closed and disconnects me when I ask for manager because the request was closed without my knowledge. How can someone close the ticket without my knowledge and without resolving the issue? Shouldn't I get a text message when the request gets closed? Bhushan Pal disconnected me, I called back and spoke to Sushma BS who politely gives me all the details, promised me a escalation mail will be sent, which I am not sure how far this is true. She tells me her manager name is Harish H and Bhushan pal is her colleague. I request Airtel to resolve this, replace the device, get this taken care at the most priority level as the issue is from the day one I got the device. Never got the speed as shown with demo piece, never got least expected service from you guys, at least get me a good device and connectivity for the amount I paid to get the device. If I had not called now, I would have never known that requests are closed, because sending an email has never been effective. You people never action any email ASAP. Every email sent to you takes 24-48hrs to reply, then why is this given to escalate or complaint anything? Please get this working for me quickly, I can't pay the bill for something which I never used. It is of no use writing it to the Nodal Officer's email address - as he never gets to know - its a small team who works on it and none are bothered about what customer is going through. None from the team have called me to have this taken care of. I walked into the Airtel Store of Nandi Durga road yesterday (19th June 2014), Mr Akhil Kumar checked the device - got me a sim replaced and promised the activation in 2-4hours. I got the sim around 3pm and till now the sim says Registration Failed. I called them again, I was told they will check and call back but never did and now they dont receive my call - I got the Airtel 4G router device on 6th of June 2014 and till date I have not used even for a day. I feel helpless, dont know where to go whom to ask and get this fixed :( :( :(

                                      sir i lost my mobile on 17 june along with my airtel no [protected], so i went to the nearest airtel office for a duplicate sim with same no.they told me that this will activate in 3 to4 hours but sms service will take around 48 hours but till date nothing happend inspite for calling cutomer care for about 30 times my problem remain the same now i was told that it will take about 72 hours more what the hell is going on please help me.

                                        I contacted from my postpaid number to change it to prepaid. Contact customer care on the same. After arguing for half an hour they said me to visit nearest airtel office at (near police station) Rammamurthy nagar branch, Bangalore. There the person gave improper information stating you can contact again customer care to argue again and they will not change to prepaid and every month I need to pay the monthy rental. This is not at all happening. I am going to complaint in many complaint forum as well and social network for everyone to know the service of airtel. It depends on the action they take or solve it.

                                        My name is Divyesh. Contact details [protected]( this number is prepaid for more than 5 year; hope I am valued customer). I have 4 Airtel prepaid connection for family and 2 post paid which I dont want to be post paid anymore.
                                        Customer service: Sumshir (Airtel call center) was very rude, missed to record the conversation for complaints. Hope Airtel show room (Rammamurthy Nagar) has a video capture for complaints.
