Complaint Number with Airtel[protected] dated 12th June 2014 My Airtel 4G connection was working alright till 8th June but since then it does not connect at 4G LTE. It converts the connection to 3G (HSPA+). I registered a complaint with Airtel on 12th June with a promise from them that the issue would be resolved in 3 days. No one responded for a week. After contacting the helpdesk, they informed someone by name Arjun had tried to contact but we had not received any phone call or text messages. I took the number of Arjun from the helpdesk and he promised to send someone on 16th. Again no one came and I had to contact Arjun on 17th. Finally, Wasim turned up and he upgraded the Firmware of the Airtel router saying this should resolve the issue. He had given his number to call him back if the issue was not resolved. The issue still exists even after 12 days of reporting with Airtel and no one seems to care. I have called up Wasim, Arjun and the Airtel 121 number multiple times expressing my desparation to get this issue resolved to no avail. My wife works from home to cater to my children and this low speed has significantly impacted her ability to work effectively. Our family is going through a major issue since she has to visit office to do her work. Request your help to get this issue resolved at the earliest, Thank you. Sharat Dayananda

    I visited 'My Airtel' for my last five transactions. But the website is totally un-responsive and I am not able to view the any details. This is happening for the past 3 days and it is very irritating. This is what the page says: Server Error Access Manager WebSEAL could not complete your request due to an unexpected error. Diagnostic Information Method: POST URL: /prepaidaccount/PSC_Web/RechargeL5DViewAction.action Error Code: 0x38cf04d3 Error Text: DPWWA1235E Could not read the response status line sent by a third-party server. Possible causes: non-spec HTTP headers, connection timeout, no data returned. This is not a problem with the WebSEAL server.         I decided to port my number into airtel so i went to local airtel office in karnal, haryana.
        The office name is pns telecom and its address is it is situated on ambedkar chowk, karnal-132001 (Haryana).

        I want to port my number into airtel, the airtel person asked for rs.50/- for new sim only ( no talktime included) whereas the general fees for mnp is just rs.19/-.

        And the person said that they will do frc (First recharge ) of minimum rs.200/- not below that.

        When i asked for receipt of money they refused..
        And the behaviour was just unacceptable..

          when i sit inside my home there is no 3g signal.when i come outside i can find 3G that to on the road only.the same thing in 1st floor inside the home there is no 3g signal and outside there is 3G.the 3g signal which is coming also is not constant it is showing sometimes 2g and some times 3g. worst signal strength in terms of 3g. i request u the solve the problem as soon as possible other wise i will port my number to other network immediately. even IDEA 3g is much better than airtel. my num:[protected] alternate num:[protected] adress: D.MohanKumar 1-4-187, kk road, suryapet, dist:Nalgonda, state:Telangana

            With reference to your letter cited, I am to inform you that I am your regular customer for pre paid service since five years. During the month of March, 2014 I want to change my pre paid service to postpaid service and contacted your local agent to provide post paid mobile service with a condition not to exceeding monthly billing of @ Rs.300/- per month basing on your best available network. But, it is surprise to note that there is a deviation on the terms and conditions as said by your agency to provide telecommunication service for monthly billing of Rs.300/- and raised the credit limit of exceeding of monthly billing amount of Rs.300/- in the same month ie. March, 2014 without my consent by your company. Further, there have been regular commercial mgs on my mobile for pretty long time for which I had been bearing the cost of such unwanted services and the matter was brought to notice of local Airtel office and the agent there was no response to settle for the time being. It has been costly proposition on my part to bear with regular Rs 3 / 5 overnight deduction from my balance . While trying to bring to notice on line customer service, the other end do not sound any option for complaint and as such matter left unresolved. Finally, I made a request several times your agent and your local branch through toll free no. to discontinue my post paid service on phone from April, 2014 as per conditions stated by your agent, but in vain. Further, the same service has continued till May, 2014 by your company without considering my personal requests as made, which leads extra financial burden and also against law. In view of the above circumstances, I am unable to pay the prepaid billing amount and it is unfortunate to inform you that the same was brought notice to the TROY authorities as last resource against your company for failure to provide prepaid customer post paid service as per my request ie., not to exceeding monthly bill of Rs.300/- to do justice in this regard. Even though, I am not hesitated to continue prepaid customer service as per request without enhancing my monthly billing amount of Rs.300/- subject to condition to reduce the excess arrears amount charged as I was not utilised airtel service during the months of April and May, 2014 keeping in view of the best customer service by your company. Other wise, on receipt of the decision taken by the TROY authorities against my complaint, I will make necessary arrangement for realisation of arrears.

                This is to bring to your information that I started to have issues with my Airtel 4G Connection for number [protected] from 6.4.2014. The same was resolved on 23rd or 24th April (13.4.2014 and 18.4.2014 complaints were raised for the same ) and then again it stopped to work after 3-4 days. Complaint was raised again on 5.5.2014 and 7the May they said it was sim card issue and I have to get it replaced. If they take a month to get to the core problem and then tell me to change the sim, I'm unnecessarily paying rent. I've been told to change the sim at airtel outlets, which is about 12-15 Kms one way from my residence. At the time of installation, router and sim were given at my residence and when there is a problem, I need to travel 25-30 Kms to get it rectified !!! Meanwhile I had someone from airtel calling and assuring waiver of the bill as I had requested for a closure of my connection during my complaints given in April but nothing happened and a bill was generated. One Mr.Harish called on behalf of Airtel and has assured giving a home delivery of working Sim and Waiver of my Bill. Then one Mr.Joseph ([protected]) assured waiver n sending a sim to my residence. My subsequent calls to him goes unanswered. They have also raised the bill for May month also for Rs 2195/- without having used their connection. Please find the complaint numbers and dates 5757361 6.4.2014 [protected].4.2014 [protected].4.2014 [protected].5.2014 [protected].5.2014 [protected].5.2014 I have made unnecessary payment of 2347 today so that no more bills are generated and one Ms Aarthi[protected] have confirmed closure of my connection with a waiver of May Bill (26th April to 25th May) I need a refund of my payment of 2347/- at least on pro rata basis as I 've had issues with their connection in their bill cyle from 26th March 2014 to 25 Apr 2014.                   Dear Sir/Madam, I, K.C.S.Desikan from Plot No.23, "VISHNU", F-2, Arignar Anna Street, Vellakkal, Nanmangalam, Chennai – 600117 am making this complaint with regards to the broadband connection which is yet to be established. Your agent collected a cheque for Rs.1099/- on 06/06/2014 from me towards new broadband connection. SIM No. given by him is [protected].Installation request No.24356232. (Your Agent's Mobile No. [protected]) Against the payment made I have received a message from your end on 10/06/2014 at 20.37.19 hours, stating that my installation request 24356232 is being processed and will take approx. 3 working days. We have received not even a single proper feedback from either your representative or your customer care for the past 3 weeks. We even got a feedback from one of your representatives saying we will get a cheque for the mentioned amount returned to us and we will not be provided with a broadband connection. We do get frequent calls from different Airtel Representatives requesting for our address, landmark and location & I have been patient enough to reply them each and every time and I am really unhappy to say that till date no one has really turned up. And another interesting fact is that there is already an existing Airtel broadband connection in my flat which was provided in the year of 2014. The latest communication I had with Your Representative identified as Venkatesh was on Wednesday (18/06/2014) and his confirmation was that we will get the connection by end of day, still it has not been initiated so far. To be frank, there has been a lot of mental unrest for the past 3 weeks due to all the false promises from Your Representatives and Your Co-ordinators. With all the above valid data I think You have been clearly violating the guidelines laid down for the minimum and maximum turn around time for establishing a connection and I am entitled to seek some legal advice if necessary. Requesting you to take this up urgently and respond aptly & be compensated for the trouble I have been through with Your Representatives. With regards, KCS Desikan

                    Hi, I am presently on international roaming in Sri Lanka on Airtel network. Suddenly on June 18, the SIM has stopped working and teh service has been discontinued. I need the connection restored and SIM re-activated immediately . thanks Srini

                      Hello Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your kind attention that i have been charged a bill of Rs 3802.06 due in June. I have been texting airtel( Data Use to 121, 3G use to 121) to unveil or inform me about the current internet usage as the airtel team changed my 3G internet plan, but every time i received a text, saying due to an intermittent issue, we are unable to process your request. try again ...had Airtel team informed me about the usage my bill would not have been remarkably high. I am very disappointed at the service provided to me by Airtel. Somehow, I believe this was deliberate attempt by airtel to not inform their users about the usage so they will pay extra, which will be a business to Airtel. This is not acceptable at all this is embezzlement. I want someone from Airtel to either waive off the charges or i will disconnect this mobile number and will got to other service provider. Also, if the bill is not waived of i will file a case in the consumer court. i am attaching the screen shot of the messages i have sent to 121. my mobile number is [protected].                         Yest night my balance of rs73 from the main account was falsely deducted my airtel in span of two minutes in name of internet usage. I still had internet balance of 94mb left. I want action to be taken as soon as possible.i want my money back. This wrong balance deduction is highly unethical.

                            In the website ie https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaidResponse.do Rs.49 1GB of 3G of 28 Days has been updated and I have done this recharge.Yesterday i.e 22 June 2014 at 1.20am but to day when I am trying to connect the internet its not accessing and I called to customer service they informed its 1day pack only and I questioned them if its for 1day then why 28days wrote in the website? The agent name is Gollapudi Anil Kumar & Santosh responded too badly and unable provide me any solution and they are not taken my complaint and asked to update in the website also but they did not reply even it will update or not.Mr.Anil is such an he is unfit for customer service and he don't have patience to listen the customer query completely.Due to this bad service I lost my work and money as well I am too much irritating with airtel customer service.Requesting to update the website quickly and how can I get the solution for this immediately.Please find the attached snap shot which can gives you better idea how much airtel website is effective.

                              I would like to tell you that a scam which is going on OLX.com Though the site is safe to use and its intension is to help people to buy, sell and advertise about own products but some peoples are using OLX.com to loot innocent people like me ( Anil).


                              While surfing on OLX adds, I found sony bravia 47” inches KDL 47 X 800A television Selling at cheap price of Rs 52000 /- which includes free shipping and handling charges from UK by the name of the company HOME MAKERS ELECTRONICS UK AND ELECTRONIC TRADERS LIMITED . Later I have been come to know that I have been cheated at OLX.COM by a fake advertisements . He had not provided his phone number .So, I mailed him and expressed my desire to buy the above model television to present my Sister on her birthday cum anniversary day .


                              Later, I got an email from fake adds person is Mr .Robert dennis & Mr. Mark stating that the price list of cheapest television list . He told me to deposit initial shipping amount of Rs 5500 /- and remaining amount after delivery at door step .


                              After payment of Rs 5500/- they given me tracking number DSC38956 on fake created courier web sites http://dynetuk.ciki.me/track.php & www.widerangelog.com/home containing no contract office numbers . The bank numbers which they given to me to deposit money is beneficiary customer name as FABRICE ZOUONI and HDFC acoount number [protected] bearing branch no Kalyannager Bangalore Karnataka 560043 HDFC 0000353 .                               Later again they called me to deposit of Rs 12100 /- ( twelve thousand and one hundred rupees ) towards customs charges . I agreed and paid the same amount and provided fake customs and excise receipt in my name .Again the same called and inform me that security person not allowing then to take parcel at New delhi airport on 10 June 2014, I they request me to pay Rs 16000 /- towards Anti terrorism clearance certificate which I very much denied to pay the amount .


                              Later I taken the above issue to my Wife classmate friend who is working in Karnataka as DSP Terrorism department to trace out their mobiles networks and bank details . After deep investigation, it is realized that this a cyber scam and they cheated me .The police officers told the mobile sim and bank accounts are not in their name .So its very difficult to catch them & they simply escaped as its non-profitable case to them . It was explained to me till date 400 to 500 cases are booked and non of the cases are sorted out . It is observed the police is very negligence in India and they are no responsible for this fakers .


                              The Indian government having lake of poor knowledge and not taking the responsible to this to take precautions such frauds and eliminating methods are not implementing . The person who comes from other countries doing fraud in only Bangalore city and booked cases 400 to 500 cases, but none of the person is least brother as they getting monthly income time to time and I have estimate this fraud cases in other states . I have doubts they may be terrorist roaming in india and thieves harm human life …………………… ANIL [protected] & [protected]

                                We have 4 connections of airtel running in our home . We are facing the same problem with all numbers . When it is the time to activate our net pack automatically, the company does not activate it and starts cutting the net usage from our mobile balance . We have tried to complain about this no. of times but they say that they received such request from our mobile no. which is a pure lie . I was having more than Rs. 380 in my mobile no. [protected] which they swapped in just 1 day saying net usage . Calling again and again to the customer care one gets a different statement each time and the executives hold the line to transfer the call to their seniors but it always gets disconnected . After repeated complaints, one lady executive assured me to return back the amount within 4 hrs. and said their will bwe a confirmation msg on my mob. in the next half an hour . When there was no msg till 1 1/2 hr. i again called their customer care and they bluntly refused to give back the money .Our no. [protected] also faced the same problem on 21st june 2014, as an amount of approx. 170 was also wiped away.

                                  I own a airtel broadband connection in Pune[protected] . I am facing connection issues from last 2 weeks. When I called customer care, as usual they gave me resolution time of EOD of next day. When I checked next day, the issue was still there, when I called again they gave me new time, and this goes on and on.. When I escalate this, they told me issue will be resolved in next day. I waited and issues was resolved. But again there was a disconnection next day. I again raised a complaint, and story continues. Now when I am writing this, its 3rd time, I am facing disconnection issue. I really want to go for disconnection, and cancellation of connection. I really think this is very poor service, and Airtel is not giving correct resolution. Even I found in area, the Cables in area is in very bad condition, spread on roads. Its really irritating, There are other operators also giving good service. Airtel should rethink on service and customer satisfaction. Without informing customers, why they are going for an outage. But now, I really want airtel connection out of my house. They even take time in disconnection.. Shame..

On May 7, 2014 when I called they mentioned that there is some issue with the cable & the connection will be done by May 9, 2014. Today, on May 11, 2014 when I called the customer service & gave them the complaint number, they bluntly told me that the connection is not possible at my location. I don't want this connection any more and anytime in future. Based on your executives commitment, I purchased a router & waited for the connection to be established. Nobody turned up at my location on Sunday, May 4, 2014. I was told that there is some problem generating a work order & hence the connection will be done positively on Monday. Monday onwards, this person stopped responding to the phone calls. I sent him multiple SMS, to which I received no response. I called this person from different numbers, where he committed that connection will still be done in a days time. I contacted your customer service at [protected], where they first mentioned on May 5, that the connection will be done by May 7, 2014. On May 7, 2014 when I called they mentioned that there is some issue with the cable & the connection will be done by May 9, 2014. On May 9, 2014 when I called I was given a complaint number: 45814236 with a turnaround time of 24 hours & the connection will be made. On May 11, 2014 when I called the customer service & gave them the complaint number, they bluntly told me that the connection is not possible at my location. Based on your executives false commitments, I purchased a wifi router & wasted number of days waiting for the connection. This caused an un-due amount of delay in my work & lots of stress. I want this router to be adequately reimbursed by AirTel & a closure report sent to me stating clearly that why the connection was not provided. Failing which, I will register a complaint against Airtel for cheating, metal harassment & making false commitments & other applicable clauses.                                       my ID is [protected] To my utter surprise, i am informed thru your TV that my account is suspended due to low balance. when i log in to my account the balance shown is Rs.1.85 only. As you are aware that i have recharged my account with Rs.1830/ - on 13.06.2014 and i even talked to your staff thru toll free number on many occasions after recharge about non receipt of some tamil channels and validity of my account etc. Today since 4 AM i have been trying to contact your staff thru toll free number but there is no response for that also. I am very much disappointed about the poor service being rendered to your customers and i strongly protest your failure to activate my account in spite of the fact that i have already recharged my account and i will have no other option except to proceed against you legally through consumer forum for tthis kind of poor service.Your immediate action and reply is awaited
