I have a mobile for 5 years in India and was paying my mobile bills from last 5 Years without fail. This so called Airtel have a good name, but it doesn't deserve the credibility for being such good company. I move to US few Months back and couldn't pay my bill for last 2 months due to some unavoidable situation. This company was happily adding the minimum payment and didn't realise to send a communication that any communication about the bill. If someone called on the mobile number to intimate the same, it will definitely be switched off as out of country. Now this company instead of sending a mail to me, they started calling people whom I called from my mobile, which can be my friends, relatives etc. Without my permission Airtel dont have the right to contact anyone whom I know and tell about airtel bill. Thats fine, some how this company got my number and called on my US number, now I have given them my cousin's India number so that they can contact his and get the bill paid. Again this company people called him, and the numbers he is talking also. IS AIRTEL HAVING ANY RIGHT TO CALL ANYONE IN THE WORLD AND TELL ABOUT MY PHONE BILL. WHEN I HAVE GIVEN A CONTACT TO CONNECTED THIS COMPANY CHEATED ME BY NOT FOLLOWING MY WORDS. All my family members using Airtel for last 10 years (atleast 10-15 numbers), Now I will make sure all of my family member numbers be cancelled as soon as possible. And when I comeback to India I will not use Airtel. Thanks Airtel for behaving in such a manner that my reputation is tarnished across my friends and relatives, I lost Credibility in your products and will never ever use your products. AIRTEL IS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF THERE IS NO RESPONSE ON THIS FROM AIRTEL, WILL GO TO THE NEXT LEVEL

    i'm using airtel broadband and airtel increased there price from 10% to 15% in the monthly rental, This is not fair to the customers who are using airtel from a long time If the prices are increasing they should increase the price for the new users please look into this matter i was using 1299 per month and it increased to 1449.. Rs 150 change and this is alot

      I have a Rs 175 corporate Postpaid monthly plan ([protected]). Under this plan, I am given free 100 local/national SMSs and 750 MB of 2G data. I got the plan around five months ago. My last four bill details are:- 1. Bill period: 05-Feb-2014 to 04-Mar-2014 --> Rs 446.22 2. Bill period: 05-Mar-2014 to 04-Apr-2014 --> Rs 529.77 3. Bill period: 05-Apr-2014 to 04-May-2014 --> Rs 3325.00 4. Bill period: 05-May-2014 to 04-Jun-2014 --> Rs 3177.34 Please pay attention to the last two bills. The bill shot from hundreds to thousands from March to April. When I enquired regarding my Apr-May bill by repeatedly calling 121, I was told that i had exceeded my data usage and this is the reason I got the bill of Rs3325.I was a little surprised that using 2G connection how can my data usage increase the limit.But still, I fully obliged and pay the bill. This month again I received a bill amount of 3177 Rs even though I was careful about not increasing my data limit. Upon calling 121, I was told a different story.I was told that 3G connection was activated on my mobile and I was charged 3G data usage the whole time. I had bought a mobile from snapdeal with which I got 1GB free G connection coupon.I had submitted a request to use that coupon in the month of march but Airtel has never stopped the service and never communicated about the start and stop of the 3G service.I am continuously being charged with the 3G data usage. If I have a 1gb 3G data coupon, shouldn't Airtel stop the service once the coupon is finished? Why I was not told about the 3G service activated on my mobile during the month of Apr-May.I could have stopped the service there and then? I repeatedly get the message that my account limit has been increased. Why I am not asked before increasing the limit of my bill? I am getting horrible service at 121 where each time It takes half an hour for the executive to understand my situation and then I get transferred to a senior executive. Then, I have to explain my situation all over again or in many cases the senior executive doesn't even pick up. This has happened to me at least 5-6 times in the last few days. Airtel has now blocked my outgoings and my mobile is practically useless. Could you Please waive off the data usage amount being charged on my mobile as obviously this is a mistake at Airtel side. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

        Hi, I have requested a migration from prepaid to post paid connection for [protected] on 25th June 2014. The SLA which they told me was 3 days. On 26th June 2014, my prepaid connection balance was debited to 0 and I couldn't make any outgoing calls. On 27th June 2014, I had to call airtel customer care and they have send a representative for address verification (after I called them) for follow up. I again called them in the evening where I couldn't get an update from the customer care. On 27th June 2014 at 10:30 PM IST or so, I got a message from airtel that the services will be activated within 2 hours. On 28th June, when I tried to make a outgoing call, it transferred to verification call where the person after verifying all my details informed me that it will activated in 15 minutes. I called up airtel customer care after 4 hours and the representatives transferred me to escalation department where the escalation manager said he is not responsible for this and he is not bothered at all. The escalation manager informed that me that they don't know when the service will activated(?????) I would like to know who is responsible if an airtel escalation manager is not? Pathetic services for a customer who used prepaid service for 11 years and irresponsible customer care agents Interestingly, the person who informed me of the corporate policy is not answering the calls at all.

          Hi, On 17th June, 2014 I spoke with a sales rep for a new connection. He checked on feasibility and confirmed that the installation can be done within 2 days. On 19th June, another person (Mob - [protected]) confirmed the same and collected the application (No. TBLR 6834261) and a cheque worth Rs 500. He books this deal the same day. Later on the same day, he informs me that it will take a week and asked me to contact Prashant, his area manager (Mob - [protected]). Prashant committed that the installation will be completed by 24th June. This did not happen and he did not take my calls thereafter. On 25th, I managed to find your customer service number and registered a complaint (No.[protected]. About 2 hours later, I get a call back where your customer service rep informs me that "as per records the installation has been completed". When I clearly told him that no one has even contacted me for the installation, he changed the status and committed to have this "installed within 24 hours". On 26th, I did not hear from anyone. On 27th, I called again, and although at first was given some excuse, later the customer care rep told me that I will NOT get connection. When I asked why I was lied to till now and why so far no one has contacted me on this, he apologized and told me that his manager will call back the same day. I never got any call ! On 29th, when I called to follow up, a rep told me that Airtel will not communicate that installation cannot be done until after feasibility is confirmed. What?? In the end, their sales rep gets a deal booked, Airtel gets a cheque and I have zero communication from Airtel about my money or absence of connection.

              This is to inform you that I, Santu Mukherjee, have purchased an Airtel 4G LTE connection 3-4 months ago. At the time of selling the representative of the said company ensured me that I will receive strong signal everywhere in my house but till date I could not use the 4G modem properly due to network being not reachable.I have already lodged 3-4 complaints but haven't received any response except network survey from Airtel.                     Hello Airtel guys, This is the message I receive when I try to access 'Last 5 transcations' since 8am today. This is outrageous. Could yout please DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT???? 'The connection was reset The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.                         I used my Airtel Prepaid Number from last more than 3 years. Yesterday, they stopped my outgoing calls diretcly without any notifications. When i asked to customer care that time they told me because of Tele-verification process outgoing calls restricted. After so many years how come its possible this reason and also this thing happened then its their duty to call me directly for tele-verification at any time. Directly stop all facilities it's not the right way. Please help out with the action against it. Thanks

                          Hi, I got SMS from airtel AM-ARWSVC your credit limit has been revised to Rs-5800/ with effect from 17th june-14. I don't know who said increased my bill credit give me the clarification who told to increased my credit limit. My previsious credit limit Rs-1000/ . I am request to cancelled my last credit limit & minimum credit limit Rs-500/ do it. I call customer care number for this SMS (for my bill credit limit complaint's) but they can no give properly answer about this & till i am not received massage from Ur side (AIRTEL) for cancelled my last credit limit SMS.                             I filed the complaint Number OT[protected]. It has been suo moto closed at customer care level without informing me the outcome. In view of substandard service I was forced to close the connection and gave the details of the person who handled it. The complaint has been closed without telling me who will refund the cost of the dongle which was one of the issues raised in the complaint. Now further complaints cannot be filed as the complaints page continues to reject submission of the complaing repeatedly giving the message that the authentication code in the black box is incorrect. I have taken screen shots to show how Airtel harass customers and waste their time..

                            No action taken as yet.
                            I was asked to provide the account number. As the ervice was not started and no such number was communicated to me, why this information has been asked, is not clear.
                            The SIM number for 4G, [protected], was informed by the Airtel executive, Mr. Anant, (mobile [protected]).
                            I have obtained a different service provider mobile connection [protected] and I can be contacted on this number, if required.

I am using a AIRTEL SIM (Mobile no:[protected]) for using 3G net/data facility through a AIRTEL DONGLE. On[protected] I did a online recharge of Rs.249/-.at 08:23:48AM (TXN ID:[protected] as per the available plan as advised in the airtel website for 1GB 3G Data Plan.After recharge I got the sms intimating about sucessful recharge.But I found that the 1GB data was not credited and later at evening again I did an another online recharge of Rs.449/-for 2.5GB 3G data plan. When on[protected] I inquired about the fact with Airtel customer care they are accepting about the recharge of 249 but telling that there is no such plan of Rs.249/- is available for 1GB 3G data with Airtel. Where as till now it is shown in AIRTEL website for online recharge. Now tell me how Airtel is doing this.Is it justified to their loyal customer.                                 My airtel prepaid mobile number +91-[protected] has been out of service for about 2 months. I am baffled at this sudden reckless folding of services, unduly and inordinately. My number was on roaming (Stationed at Rajasthan since December 2013) but it was under active usage. I recharged it regularly and made/received calls and SMS through it. My details are given below: Registered No. - +91-[protected] Registered Name - Sandeep Nammi E-Mail - [protected]@gmail.com Area Circle - Delhi NCR (Rajendra Nagar) Alternate Contact No. - +91-[protected] I have been unable to use it for more than 2 months now, Why this number was hibernated must be explained to me. The number should be made active forthwith without any delay and with recompense of balance therein.

                                  Respected sir,   Airtel customer care called me from no +[protected] to my Airtel no [protected] yesterday (26/06/2014) at 16.19 hrs which offering to recharge Rs 25 to get 250 MB 2G data ( 125 MB instantly valid for 5 days and rest 125 MB would be credited in next 4 hours valid for 15 days.)
                                  I have recharged rs 25 but got only 125 MB 2G data valid for 5 days. One day over, but rest 125 MB  is not credited to my account.
                                  To know the details, I called the customers care, one received the call & disagree to credit the rest data balance.
                                  Please solve the problem.

                                    Dear All @ Airtel, This is to bring to your attention again on the bad service and reception of Airtel services for which I have prescribed on both mobile services as well as broadband.. In spite of repeated complaints, no action has been sought.. I would like to take this on escalation path.. Please note my complaint again.. Mobile numbers – [protected] –Vedant Patel [protected] –ISS Intergrated services- User- Vedant Patel [protected]- Albina Patel(Wife) The reception in and around the premise of No 24, 3rd cross, Vaikuntam layout, Near Vaikuntam apartment Bangalore 560037 is very poor or negligible..We need to come onto the street to make or receive calls..Same is the issue with all subscribers in my neighborhood..All have similar complaints.. Do you suggest we go for alternate mobile service provider or are you going to do something..

                                      I received a call from[protected], supposedly promotion call number from airtel person at 14:03 on 26.06.14.He said that I was a valued customer and need to tell me about some scheme. I told him that I am busy in OPD (since I am a doctor) and please don't disturb me. He kept on arguing to explain me the scheme. He also went to the extent of saying that "jab paise katenge to pata chalega".I would like to look into ther professionalism of the team who are disturbing us at odd times and arguing with us and using offending language.If we are not interested to talk to them, thay should just say "thank you".

                                        The subject monthly bill has not been received for the month of June'14 subsequent to my consent for autopay option to HDFC bank . The payment against the bill amount has already been credited to AIRTEL based on the intimation sent by AIRTEL to HDFC bank Card Division but no bill has been sent to me so far . In absence of the bill I am in trouble to claim the amount back from my employer . Pls send me the bill immediately .
