Incoming and Outgoing calls not active

For past 24 hours my Airtel sim shows full signal but whenever i try calling some number it gets disconnected. And when incoming call, its telling phone is either switched off or not reachable. Airtel Cheating discount tariff online

I have recharged 89 rupees discount tariff on online. In online[airtel.in] the mentioned as local call at 30/min & STD at 40/min. But they are debiting 35/min for local & 45/min for STD. When enquired calling customer care about this, they are simply saying we need to confirm by calling customer care for each and every recharge. This really bad by airtel.
