-Dish got damaged due to dust storm on 31st.
-Registered complaint that very day.
-After repeated calls a person visited on 3rd May.
-Comes unprepared without a new dish.
-After that no representative form Airtel came even after 20 calls.
-They closed the complaint on their own.
-We have been receiving promises that the complaint will be resolved in the 'next 24 hours' for the last seven days.
-We are being harassed by allegations that we have refused service charges and that was the reason of our complaint not being adressed.
-The customer service representative promise that there will be a callback from higher executives in a few hours, but we receive no calls.
-These people are really callous are taking present consumers for granted.
-There is absolutely no customer feedback system. They are closing complaints on their own without any feedback from the customers.
-We are really helpless now. We have dropped mails with no effect. Really helpless.

hi.. ditto same thing happened with us. same dust storm - ours got damaged on the 30th, same damage, same wait - same issue of fresh SRs (5 of them) raised by the call center to ensure TAT is not crossed. plus i haven't had an engineer visit yet. have sent a mail marking a ton of different mail ids.

the call center is useless - they will only give you platitudes and not be able to help.
i've finally just got a call from an engineer saying he is on his way. not sure if the emails helped, or screaming at the call center helped. got my fingers crossed that he makes it this time!
hope your issue gets resolved soon. do check - they should ideally not be deducting your daily balance while the TV is out of commission. They have charged me for it - and that is a separate battle we are fighting. all the best!

    I am Sadhvi babbar ([protected], [protected]) an airtel retailer having sales of RS 90000 on easy recharge and i want to register a complaint against an airtel distributor named Mr.Ashok gupta from western telecom ([protected]) is continously forcing me to makes of airtel coupons of atleast 25% which is impossible in this area because people don't even buy any single recharge coupon of Rs 10 so tell me how can i make sales of Rs 25000 and having very rude behaviour with the senseless way of talking and he don't how to talk with females, he is most disgusting man i have ever seen, its a humble request kindly change my distributor, there is huge queue of people waiting to get the distributorship of airtel, these kind of persons are just nothing more than just a freak and this type of attitude of these freaks affects this reputation and goodwill of the company, even if he cannot handle this authority, i am ready to take the distributorship of airtel, kindly take quick action against him because that person is contiously forcing me to make sales and taking name of higher management that he is getting pressure from higher departments kindly take some actions against him or please change my distributor, i hope you will take some action regarding my complaint..

      On[protected] I recharged my Airtel Prepaid number +91 [protected] for Rs.200/- and today on[protected] my Balance drastically came down to Rs.108/- when contacted Airtel they said Rs.70/- has been deducted due to data usage. No information was given to me about the expiry of my data validity/30days. Airtel started deducting from main balance without any intimation. This is business malpractice, please refund my money back. If internet pack is over, Airtel should have stopped providing me internet services rather then deducting main balance. Please refund!!

        Dear sir, Todaay i had recharged Rs.11 on 10 a.m .payment is deducted from my a/c but there is no balance coming to my mobileand one messege is coming with recharge successfully with talktime credited with rs.1 rupees and processing fee 8.39 rupees. i donot know what is processing fee. plz consider this matter. mobile no-[protected]

          Horrible experience buying Airtel 4G dongle. I bought an airtel 4G dongle in Kolkata from your partner NEST Nirman on Saturday 31st May. After making the payment, I had to call up the Sales Rep 4 times to get the dongle in my hand. On 1st May, I received the dongle. All documents had been handed over on 31st. I was assured then that activation will happen by Monday 2nd June post Televerification (TV). On Monday 2nd June the dongle was still not activated. I had to call up repeatedly your Sales Rep on Tuesday, who said that you will receive confirmation call. I did receive 2 confirmation calls from Airtel that day. I received an SMS on Tuesday 3rd June evening for TV. After calling for TV, I was told that your SIM is already activated. When I tried using the dongle, it did not work. After calling your TV desk, they said due to some "system issue", I will have to wait 6 hours to use the services. On 4th June morning, the dongle still wasn't working. I again called the Verification Desk when after lot of waiting I was told that the 4G DEL no was not mapped to the ESN of the SIM I was given. I was given the option to go to the gallery and change the SIM. Please note I am a working professional and have no time to chase you around for services I am paying for. On informing your Sales Rep of the mistake from your order login team he put me through to your Zonal Sales Manager who very confidently assured me that problem will be resolved by 5th June. That was yesterday. Yesterday, the dongle was still not activated. On calling your ZSM, he did not respond to my calls. Finally, when he picked up he said he was surprised your problem is not resolved and will call me later. He did not call me back. After calling him again, he said that your SIM number has changed and that you have to do TV again. How was I supposed to know that the SIM number is changed? No one called me, no one informed me. I was told he will call after 10 min. He smsed me to "support him". After that he has stopped picking up my calls, responding to my SMS. On calling TV desk with new SIM no, they asked me to wait for 24 hours yesterday. On calling them today morning on 6th June, again they ask me to wait for 24 hours because documents are not uploaded in the system. How is this possible? What gross mismanagement is this? Also, I received SMS last evening i.e. 5th evening that Address Verification is pending. Why does your ZSM make false assurances if he can not deliver on them? What is going on? One week will have gone by and I don't see any hope of the SIM getting activated or getting any response from you. On wanting to escalate the matter to nodal officer, I was asking to provide SR #. On wanting to register a complaint to get a SR#, I was told because your account is not mapped to a DEL no, we can not register your complaint. What a vicious circle... I can not even register the complaint. I wanted to put this out for prospective buyers of airtel 4G services. I don't think airtel is equipped to handle the customers here. Buy at your own risk and be prepared for mental harassment and agony. This may not happen to you, but it could. +91-[protected]

            My airtel 3G dongle sim number [protected] I got this dongle in chennai and the speed was bit ok. But, on travel to Bangalore though the dongle light indicates a blue light hardly i am getting 10Kbps. I called up the customer care and got a msg to reach Chennai customer care. I called up customer care but, got a reply saying technical lead is on leave and asked to call me after 2 days. I have tried more than 10 times but, still no update. Would like to know is there any specific settings that need to be set in the dongle to get better speed ? If its not possible would like to disconnect this connection and go for local service providers. thanks

            There is no special settings for 3G, Already your datacard indicates blue light so without any doubt its working in 3G network. Even though there is an option to increase your speed. Please follow the instruction below.

            Go to >
            Tools>
            Options>
            General>
            there will be two connection types RAS and NDIS
            select NDIS and then click on OK
            Again come back to
            Tools>
            Options>
            Network>
            Select Network type as WCDMA only

            And then remove your device, change the usb port and plug it will be working propery.

                I had Airtel data sim # [protected] I stopped using this number before one and half month, so I ordered for the cancellation of this number in a Airtel showroom, but I did not get any document / receipt regarding the cancellation. Later in May I got a call from customer care telling that I was charged Rs 780, and told me that I need to pay Rs 780 for the next 2 months even if I am not using the number so I told them that I am not going to pay. Later on 04-June-2014 I got a call back from customer care asking for the payment of Rs 780, this time I told them that if they conform me that this number will be cancelled and no more billing will be done for this number then I am ready to pay the Rs 780, but they are told they are not going to cancel and not going to assure me that no more billing will be done. And today 05-June-2014 one more bill of Rs 780 has been sent to me so now the total bill on the number is Rs 1, 560.68. So I called customer care 121 and they told me that they cant provide me any information on the data plan I am still ready to pay Rs 780 (1st bill amount) if airtel cancels this number and assure me that no more billing will be done for this number.                   Hi, My number is [protected]. With having all proper documents twice AIRTEL has disconnect my prepaid service. This is worst bull service by AIRTEL. I will sue this company & show the real face how they are cheating the clients. Today i spoke with Manager Jaya from chennai & she assure that my connection will not get disconnect. Please never believe on this service & customer care people. people. If you have any share for your client restart my service ASAP.                     I have recharged, 198 2g internet pack (Orissa) . mo no.-[protected] As per the internet pack it valid for 30 days, with 2gb of data, add unlimited at 40kbps. At first i was happy with the plan and its speed, but as soon as my 2gb data ends, the speed becomes 10 kbps. I have called cos care, but they failed to resolve. But the intresting part is ::: after few days it stopped working, giving an error message of '''''''''PACKETDATA AUTHENTICATION FAILED'''''''''''''' I called cos care countless time, following by complains . But they say it was ur Handset Problem. I told them the sim is'nt working on other handset too, , but they won't agree with it. THE REAL FRAUD IS, AS SOON AS MY 30 DAYS DATA VALIDITY ENDS THE ERROR MESSAGE GOES AWAY. AT THE END, I NEVER EXCEPT SUCH A CHEEP TRICK FROM THE MO OPP LIKE AIRTEL, so much for their 198 unlimited plans .

                      I have called up Airtel's customer care atleast 10-12 times to get my DTH reinstalled (Account number [protected]) for which the company claims the maximum time to action is 24 hours. Its been 4 days now and all I get is new deadline for it to get reinstalled. The customer care people are so adamant to accept their mistake and place my call on long hold just to make sure that I hang up and they can get rid of me. My account balance is getting deducted every passing day without availing the services just because of Airtel's inconsiderate behaviour and service.

                        Sir, Today i recharge 100 rupees then i take plan of 9 rupees for 45mb net . I use 2g net phone and, 2g network, In one hour 45mb deducted and 70 rupees also without informing that you have no data plan. Airtel should provide any alert sms so that i can stop. Even it is impossible in 2g network I wanna my money back as possible as.

                          Today I received a call from Mr. Kapil ([protected]) and the guy says that there shows a usage of 3MB for an entire month, and they are expecting me to pay Rs.523 for that. I tried to explain that I keep the dongle connected to the Laptop and hence when the laptop starts it tries to update the software. And hence the 3MB usage is shown.

                          I still say that I am ready to pay the amount that have used and it is only two bills (144+430) and nothing more than that as the connection was closed after that

                          I am fed up of it now. Please come with the resolution or else don't call any more.

I was given an assurance that money will be credited to my account by 27 may 2014. But when the same was not credited to my account, I had dialed your customer care team on 31 May 2014, who refused to remember the promises which the last representative has made on 26 May 2014. Representative has asked me to send the payment snapshot so that they can track the payment however the same was asked on 26 May 2014 ( My Card number, Date of transaction, Bank Name and PAY TM Order Number ) . I am failed to understand why the same was not resolved when I had shared all the necessary details on the very first call which I have made to your contact centre, even if your team were not able to track the payment then why didn’t they own my case to resolve. I am extremely dissatisfied because of the services which I am getting through AIRTEL. Now, I request you to please resolve my issue and recharge my account of Rs 300 which was wrongly recharged by me against the Customer ID @ [protected]. Please find the below snapshot of ICICI Bank which has clearly mentioned that the money was debited from my account using the Pay TM application for recharging the AIRTEL DTH account. My card number : 4375 xxxxxxxxxxx9000 Amount : Rs 300 Date : May 25, 2014; 20:29:05 hrs using PAY TM ( Order Number :[protected] My Customer ID : [protected] Ph Number : [protected] You can easily check the Customer ID -[protected] and track if the recharge of Rs 300 was made to this account on 26 May 2014 or not and if the same was made then please terminate the services of Rs 300 which was wrongly recharged by me and transfer the same to my customer id : [protected].                                   To whomsoever it concerns ( IF It REALLY DOES), I requested for installation of airtel digitel tv about 20 days back. Two guys came for installation next day, they supposed to come at 11 am but they came 6pm so I was waiting for them to come.Called up several times but every time they said they are about to reach. My case is shifting case so I provided nuts, bolts n dish for assembling. And very surprisingly they don't bother you to ask before changing any part and later on they come up some defective parts and charged you as well.Not everyone is technically sound enough to understand that the same part was working fine before shifting. There is something called HAPPY CODE that I came to know when I called up customer care for the complaint about my issue. The person named GAURAV came for installation with one more person he himself asked someone at the airtel office and he has done the formality of so called HAPPY CODE(they don't care is your customer is happy or not, because there is no intervention of a customer). As an installation part they have done very inferior or low quality work, I could be more happy n satisfied if I had ask some local electrician to get the work done. In spite of providing everything he screwed my dish on single bolt instead of two n he didn't make the fresh hole to make it compact, assemble it on existing hole that someone else has taken out his dish. Because of that reason I suffered signal problem so I called up GAURAV([protected]) (he gave me his number if I face any problem).This guy made fool of me for three days every time I call up he said coming in 1 hour and that 1 hour is not come in three days he stops taking calls n switch off his number next morning he called up n make excuses he was very busy worked late nights n promised me to come same day.Same thing happened that day too. Then I called your customer care, the so called CUSTOMER CARE team mentioned, that there is nothing they could do.For rectifiying the defective service I have to pay again for engineer visit. I was having no choice because spend 430 Rs monthly charge using set top box, no option running on another service.So I agreed to pay for that visit too. After having words with customer care I was allotted a time of 7pm that is perfectly fine with me till that time I come home from my office. In the morning at 11am engineer called up n he wanted to come up for the installation, I told him to come at 7pm that was decided by your representative and by the time I will reach home. I was surprised to see the attitude of the so called engineer(don't know his name but his no. is [protected]) he said he cant come at 7pm n told me if I want to get my work done i'll hv to come by 6:30. Its like they will work according to their routine not the customers need. At 7pm when i reach home make a call to engineer he said he will come but they way he addressed was so disrespectful.he said AYEE HELLO 150 RS DENE PADENGE. Got an impression that your company is hiring some uneducated fellows instead of engineers. For relocation i have paid 410 bucks on that half of the part done by me and other half done by engineer that is not done properly. Seeking your understanding on the matter n assist in installation, as such an irresponsible behaviour was not at all accepted from a company like Airtel. I think i m done with airteldigiteltv, i'll prefer to buy another service or take a connection from local cable guy. i don't care if my experience will be noticed or not by the airtel but i request people who is planning to buy a digitel tv connection give a thought once if they don't want to suffer with lame n pathetic service.                                     I never expect these type of worst service from "AIRTEL EMPLOYEES",
                                    Actually I want change my postpaid connection to one of the corporate CUG connection.For that reason i approched one of the person in AIRTEL OFFICE in begumpet location 2 months back.I submitted all the required docs to him 2 months back only, but the person still didnt convert my number, i supposed to call every day from mng to evg since 2 months, he didnt lift the phone yet frankly am telling, the most IRRESPONSIBLE and UNWORTHFUL employees in AIRTEL.In Worst conditions he used to message that is "SIR AM BUSY IN MEETING" this word also am listing from last 2 months.
                                    This type of WORST bebaviour you people how to survive and how to satisfy the customers?
                                    Even customer care executives also giving Wrong information to customers this would be the great sign to satisfy the customers right ?
                                    Other companies giving fast services to customers, but you are in shameless situation about customer satisfaction.

                                        I have Airtel post paid data card connection and i try to stop this services from 2 months but Airtel not stopping my services forcefully till date. please find mail received from Airtel on 26.04.2014: This is with reference to your request for stopping airtel data card number [protected]. As discussed with you we have registered your request for cancellation. Your Reference number is 56035304. Please quote this in any future communication. Our team will contact you by[protected], 09:30 AM with an update on the same. Further, we hereby confirm that a credit of Rs.111.24/- towards rental charges has been posted in your account on[protected].
