Hi, 10 Days before we booked for Airtel Broadband Connection (Booking Number : tnpb032739) in the amount of Rs.1849. Still now there is no updates from Airtel. We have called the Executive ([protected]) to get an updates but he didn't response properly.Again next day we called to the same Executive and Manager ([protected]) to get an office address details to meet them directly but they didn't open the mouth and silently cut the call in middle. On that day itself we went to some Airtel Showrooms and got an details as they didn't submit the application still. We was really disappointed by airtel and their service. We think they did personal expense in our cash.The Executive and Manager are planned and going the business to get the amount from people for connection and using for they personal use. Why Airtel giving dealership for these types of Agent?? 100% Airtel is response for these types issue. We need an immediate answer and amount. Our Contact Number : [protected] ; [protected]

Hi, 10 Days before we booked for Airtel Broadband Connection (Booking Number : tnpb032739) in the amount of Rs.1849. Still now there is no updates from Airtel.     I tried to recharge 3G internet for mobile [protected] on 6th-June-2014. Amount of Rs 449 has got deducted from my citibank credit card but recharge was not successful. Its been more than 10 days but amount has not been refunded. Tried reaching customer care several times but not response.       One rascal on behalf on airtel called me and used very bad abused words and frightened me that he will come to my adress and shall beat me for bill payment. I want that rascal to say sorry and if not I will take compensatory action in court on airtel and him and majorly on airtel for hiring such illiterates. His number is [protected].

        I have been using the Aitrtel prepaid service for the past week and have been receiving anywhere from[protected] unwanted messages each day. Most of the messages (> 99%) provide zero information and I have listed it below: LastCall Charge Rs. 0.00, Last Call Duration 00:00:00, Current balance Rs. XXX.XX. For instant help please dial *121# I have called their customer care number (121 and 198) a minimum of 100 times and have even visited their relationship center to get this problem resolved but have failed. The message I got from the relationship center in Rajajinagar, Bangalore was to turn of cellular data, which is a very dumb thing to say as I'm paying for the service and unable to get application updates and e-mail message updates on my phone. The customer support section is horrible and the support personnel simply cutoff the calls if they are unable to help, which in this case is most of the time.           I sent the below emails to Nodal Office, Bangalore - 17th June 2014 Hello again, After lot of complaints and follow ups I finally got the 4G LTE wifi router connection after getting the demo. However the speed and connectivity with which I was impressed in demo now it is totally opposite case. In the demo I got 14MBps speed and the device I got gives me 1.2kbps. I raised a complaint and a technician came to upgrade the firmware after which it worked only 30mins with 3-5Mbps speed and samething after that, most of the time it disconnects. I raised another complaint and no one has contacted me till now, I took the device to Airtel store - Nandi durga road. They got speed on 12kbps in there showroom, they raised another complaint. Is there not a problem with the device? Reference no. 56725563 for your airtel mobile has been registered on 16-JUN-2014 11:51. The same will be closed in next 4 days. For status update, SMS SR (ref. no.) to 121 Reference no. 56734313 for your airtel mobile has been registered on 16-JUN-2014 18:51. The same will be closed in next 4 days. To my surprise, when I called customer care for my 4G issue again, I spoke to Bhushan pal who tells me my request is closed and disconnects me when I ask for manager because the request was closed without my knowledge. How can someone close the ticket without my knowledge and without resolving the issue? Shouldn't I get a text message when the request gets closed? Bhushan Pal disconnected me, I called back and spoke to Sushma BS who politely gives me all the details, promised me a escalation mail will be sent, which I am not sure how far this is true. She tells me her manager name is Harish H and Bhushan pal is her colleague. I request Airtel to resolve this, replace the device, get this taken care at the most priority level as the issue is from the day one I got the device. Never got the speed as shown with demo piece, never got least expected service from you guys, at least get me a good device and connectivity for the amount I paid to get the device. If I had not called now, I would have never known that requests are closed, because sending an email has never been effective. You people never action any email ASAP. Every email sent to you takes 24-48hrs to reply, then why is this given to escalate or complaint anything? Please get this working for me quickly, I can't pay the bill for something which I never used. I got the sim around 3pm and till now the sim says Registration Failed. I called them again, I was told they will check and call back but never did and now they dont receive my call - I got the Airtel 4G router device on 6th of June 2014 and till date I have not used even for a day. I feel helpless, dont know where to go whom to ask and get this fixed :( :( :(

            sir i lost my mobile on 17 june along with my airtel no [protected], so i went to the nearest airtel office for a duplicate sim with same no.they told me that this will activate in 3 to4 hours but sms service will take around 48 hours but till date nothing happend inspite for calling cutomer care for about 30 times my problem remain the same now i was told that it will take about 72 hours more what the hell is going on please help me.

              I contacted from my postpaid number to change it to prepaid. Contact customer care on the same. After arguing for half an hour they said me to visit nearest airtel office at (near police station) Rammamurthy nagar branch, Bangalore. There the person gave improper information stating you can contact again customer care to argue again and they will not change to prepaid and every month I need to pay the monthy rental. This is not at all happening. I am going to complaint in many complaint forum as well and social network for everyone to know the service of airtel. It depends on the action they take or solve it.

                Hi, I had using Airtel postpaid number [protected], due to some personal reasons I was not able to pay bill, after some days airtel executive start calling on my family members number (they have taken numbers from my call history) and started using abusive language. I called their customer care and they had settlement this case and i paid settlement amount Rs.2000/-. After 2 month today i got a call from Airtel lawyer and he is saying that You have to pay again pay 2800/- Rs. I am feeling very stress Here this person even recorded the conversation with so called lawyer. I just want to be inform people to be careful of Airtel before availing their service. Please do share this with your friends and family. I am surely going to share this on people on facebook, twitter and other social media.

                On which number you were trying to calling me as [protected] airtel number had disconnected/cut off by airtel 3 month ago.

                Still I am receiving call from Airtel layers, I am wondering why they are calling me and disturbing me everyday as 2 month ago I did settlement and they were agreed to send me NOC but they didn't send me yet. Airtel taken numbers from my call history and used abusive language. This is really illegal. I will never pay any amount.

                I am going to fight for this and never ever any of my friend, family and relatives will use any airtel products.

                If you want to call me on then call me on my temporary mobile number [protected] around 5.30 pm.or give me your number I will call you.

                  Irrespective service and untolerable feedback from the person at airtel office. Went to convert to post paid to prepaid. Starting itself warning statements, bill payment only through cash. Stepped out for various reason like, id proof(xerox is more black, need cash no card accepted, need another photo. For one post paid to prepaid need to walk many times. I am going to convert all airtel to other service(number portability). Also I will take superior officer to that center to take necessary action on the particular center at (Opps to church) Rammamurthy nagar, Bangalore 560016

                    Hi, I have put a complaint regarding the signal disturbance of airtel tv and they came down and change some device for which I have paid extra money along with their service charge and just after one day after they replace the device the same problem started again so I call up again at their local office no.([protected]) which they have given me but no one pick up the phone. It seems like the service engineer who came here doesn't even know what the problem is. This is not the first time that this problem is happening. Whenever there is rain or a little bit of wind the problem start again. They should declare that their service won't work at the rainy season and also if there is a little bit of wind. What kind of service they are providing. They said that they will charge for the service if the problem start again 15 days after their service engineer visited. So may be they are waiting for 15 days so that they can charge again for their service.                     I Just don't understand what kind of services you are providing. It's been more than 20 days since I put a request to find out my signal problem and they (airtel) don't send anybody even I put a complaint on consumer forum. I have received more than 15 calls from different personal from airtel enquiring about the problem. I am fed up to explain the same problem to everybody in airtel who made a call. In fact an Airtel engineer had call me and asked my convenient time to visit my place so I asked him to come at 1 pm and he agreed to come but didn't show up and call up at 6 pm and he wanted to come at his convenient time.
                    This is my humble request to airtel to please come to my place AT YOUR CONVENIENT TIME and rectify the problem. FIFA World Cup is still going on and I have a TV which I cannot watch the greatest event of the world.

Details of transaction ID date and time is already furnished through my mail dated 10.06.2014 to the customer care department of the company.                         My Postpaid Mobile No .[protected] called ID List has been misused by one of the staff member of Karvy Consultants Limited, Banjarahills, Hyderabad, My call ID List consisting of Bills Nos .[protected] dt[protected] & Bill No.[protected] dt 12th Jan 2014. I understand that Airtel is having Data Management services joint venture business with Hyderabad based Karvy consultants Limited Hyderabad. My caller ID List as mentioned above has been misused to the maximum by damaging my personal image & reputation . Culprit who has managed to get my Call ID List operating through Airtel Mobile No. [protected], & [protected], Please cross check my ID Nos of [protected] with the call list of Culprit who is operating Airtel Nos as mentioned above. This is a very serious grievance and it will be viewed very very seriously. This matter has been complaint with No del officer Airtel, Hyderabad who has conducted some preliminary enquiry, but it is not satisfactory. I kindly request Airtel to conduct through investigation in the matter and necessary legal action may be initiated. I am not going to spare all concerned who are directly or indirectly involved in misusing my call ID List for un known reasons, my grievance will be filed with all the public media relations if appropriate action is not taken against my complaint . Because of frequent disturbance and misuse of my Post paid Airtel No [protected] i was forced to get disconnect my services.                           I am working for Cognizant Technology Solutions Chennai. My office in DLF, Porur. While at office, mobile is not getting proper signal, Not able to sync-up my company mail, not able to make call, sometime I could here the other end but mine not audible at other end, Signal very poor .. You are Cognizant preferred vendor and have a huge CUG base. I complained 3 times about this and no remedy was given to us. In DLF more than 1 lakh folks working and so many might have airtel connections. So have to install a booster to solve this. Otherwise phone is working fine at home, on the way and other offices.                               I have taken a new airtel pospaid connection. It was a corporate plan where sales person told me that if i will take plan of rupees 98 then i will get 300 mb 3G and after that unlimited 2g in normal speed but they are providing me controlled speed Which is very poor. Shame on airtel.

                                I can't see my TV enjoy fully as in every five minutes I got banner on whole screen that balance is low recharge with 310 and get 15 extra. Due to this it is causing too much trouble and airtel is not attending call if I call them they just end the call. The service is very bad. Some day before my dish on roof was defected due to storm they had received call after attending more then 10 times after waiting even for half hour the call end, due to this I have to call private company person and have to pay them. Service is getting worst day by day no one is helping rate got hiked channel is decreased. Take some action as soon as possible.

                                  Folks, Wanted to share a pathetic(refraining stronger words that better reflect my present experience) with airtel's LTE/4G service. Sharing this to both to find from other users about their LTE experience and also to escalate to higher levels to get not only a proper resolution, but also an explanation if this is how the service would be in LTE so that i can decide on continuing with them. I am particularly talking about LTE/4g service and i have been fairly satisfied with 2g voice/data and also 3g data, although late 2013 i was a little dissatisfied with a few CC interactions. I have been using LTE service(wifi router option) in Bangalore since October 2012. I have been very happy about the speed. However, on a very few occassions i have had to interact with their customer care in the past, it wasnt great compared to 2g/3g/voice customer cares that i and my wife have been patterns for nearly a decade. Here are the specifics: Original Issue faced: bad LTE signal for the last 2-3 weeks resulting in internet connectivity loss that forces me to restart airtel LTE router, which restores connection for a few minutes. Essentially, when LTE signal is good a green "internet/data" indicator glows. It turns off, when internet is disconnected due to lack of signal. This was happening every few minutes requiring restart. First complaint date: 9/6/14 Complained about the issue after having confirmed that there is indeed a connectivity issue and not a one off issue. A case was deligently opened. However, the following day, a support guy called and said a few steps to verify(some of them were not even related, which makes us feel if the complaint was firstly captured properly by the CC agent). While these steps were being verified by me and my wife, the support guy said he would call back after some time to confirm. He also gave his mobile number, when we insisted. He neither called back nor did he pick the call for 1-2 hours when we tried several times. Upon calling the customer care number, i learnt that the case was closed as the support guy had informed that the problem was resolved. Extremely unprofessional. I requested CC agent to reopen the case and not create new one as it would impact SLA for case closure. But to no avail with a standard reply : "our process doesnt allow us to reopen closed cases". Second complaint date:10/6/14 When the second case was filed by CC agent after the first one was unprofessionally closed by the support guy, within few hours, the same support guy called and started giving some excuses after intially arguing that "indeed we had confirmed that internet worked!". He started off all the way with some irrelevant troubleshooting steps over phone when i stopped him and said the relevant problem i was facing. He offered to send some technical guy. Within few hours another guy from his office called(looks like they are franchise of airtel and a different colleague of the initial support guy called this time). He agian was talking all over without knowing/attempting to understand the real issue. When i stopped him and told him the issue with lte signal going off on the router panel, he offered to send field engineer and upon insisting, he said he would come the following day(11/6). On 11/6, no one turns up or calls. I followed up with CC on 12/6. I even escalated to karnataka escalation number, when i was promised a "speedy" resolution. Within 2 hours an engineer did turn up at my site. He checked the router and acknowledged that the LTE signal indicator was going off because the signal may have been weak and eventually the internet(indicator) goes off. He upgraded the router software, claiming that software update would ensure that even if LTE signal is not found router would revert to either 3g/edge signal and internet would continue. I had requested him not to "close" the case until i call and confirm to the customer care. He agreed and left. Rest of the day(12/6) and good part of 13/6 i observed that the internet was slow and not stable. Upon noticing the light on router, the internet light was green only intermittently(LTE signal, which is what i am paying for) and blue for rest of the time(90% times - blue indicates that LTE is not available hence 3G/HSPP is being used). I again called the customer care escalation number, they heard my problem and promised to followup with the field engineer who visited my house(Mr.Abhishek, who was actually professional unlike the other support guys who spoke on phone, except that he closed 2nd case without confirmation from me about resolution). I followed up on another call to the CC escalation to provide the field engineer's mobile number and was promised due deligence. However, when i logged into my airtel web account, i saw that the second case was closed too. I again called up escalation team, and they said following(in summary: - the case was closed because the earlier case was about device issue. and now it seems like its a network issue - they cannot reopen the case, what so ever once closed. I asked/requested to be put in touch with Airtel's customer care's management who can provide a proper reply, but the lady was arrogant saying that it was the ultimate escalation point and cannot be forwarded further and the problem would be looked into 3rd case on 13/6/14: - The escalation team lady, offered to open another case saying the issue would be closed in upto 48hours. i refused to accept a new case being opened but it was in vain as she said, she doesnt have a choice. I vociferously discussed that, to me as a customer, its one issue " internet not working at LTE service level" and this series of cases being opened/closed should be their internal organizational stuff(like passing the case from one device department to a network department etc). For me its one problem, one case with one SLA(its a different issue that they come back on the same case and request more time, if there is a serious problem). Only on saturday, someone called up once to talk about the issue but neither did they visit the site nor did they followup. Again, I called up CC escalation team on monday(16/6) which is well beyond offered 48 hours resolution from the start of 3rd ticket, but the lady committed that someone would take care of the same on Tuesday(17/6). No one has called me till date today. My specific dissatisfaction and frustration is this: 1) cases are being closed unprofessionally(atleast thats how it looks to me) without engaging the customer 2) from 9/6/14 to 17/6/14(today) i have 3rd case open for the same issue. Airtel CC explains this as the only option because a) earlier cases were closed and cannot be reopned b) earlier cases were tagged as device issues and the latest case is markaed as network issue This has in effect, moved my "not able to use stable LTE service" resolution time to multiple days spanning across week with 3 cases, with each case having about 48 hours timeline. Even in that case, the 3rd case is open for more than 4 days. 3) Why should i as a customer care about which departments in airtel fix my issue(like device team, network team etc). For me, as a customer, i need to get my 4G/LTE service up and running. "period" I am hoping to hear from senior folks of airtel for an explanation, if they care at all for a loyal/long-term customer(with 2 voice subsciptions with 3g data, 1 3g data subsciption, 1 LTE/4g data subscription). If this is the level of service on LTE front, in my view i think a great brand seems to be falling short of it(atleast in this case).

                                  I want to conserve time talking to you folks if you are higher in authority than these 2 folks mentioned as enough energy has been spent in talking to various people and the issue still being open.

                                    I purchased a Samsung galaxy s duos 2 GTS 7582 mobile handset On 25 may 14 from chroma retail Nashik. the box of my phone mentions that i[censored] use a new air tel sim card in this phone u will get 1 GB 3g data per month for 2 months from air tel . so I purchased a new air tel sim with no [protected] but up till now no data has been credited to my account I had lodged a complain with air tel on 09/06/2014 ref no cnbra [protected]. on 12/06/14 they replied by sms that aapke account mein uchit recharge laabh jod diya gaya hai. but no 3 g data has been credited to my account yet.when I call air tel on 198 it takes 1/2 hour to talk to the customers care executive and then he assures that u will get the benefit in 1-2 days . but nothing has happened I urge Samsung & air tel to stop such gimmick offers i[censored] r not intending to fulfill them .                                       My airtel no. is [protected] . im started DND before 25 days and not responcing of the complain by compony (Airtel). a have one by one three times complained on costumer care. and im not saticfied by them. so please help me and free me from harresment.
