I have recharged, 198 2g internet pack (Orissa) . mo no.-[protected]
As per the internet pack it valid for 30 days, with 2gb of data, add unlimited at 40kbps.
At first i was happy with the plan and its speed, but as soon as my 2gb data ends, the speed becomes 10 kbps.
I have called cos care, but they failed to resolve.
But the intresting part is ::: after few days it stopped working, giving an error message of
'''''''''PACKETDATA AUTHENTICATION FAILED''''''''''''''
I called cos care countless time, following by complains .
But they say it was ur Handset Problem. I told them the sim is'nt working on other handset too, , but they won't agree with it.
THE REAL FRAUD IS, AS SOON AS MY 30 DAYS DATA VALIDITY ENDS THE ERROR MESSAGE GOES AWAY.
AT THE END, I NEVER EXCEPT SUCH A CHEEP TRICK FROM THE MO OPP LIKE AIRTEL, so much for their 198 unlimited plans .
