Dear sir I am using airtel digital TV since 2009.My customer id is [protected]. Their service is very poor. Recently on 16th May 2014 I have requested them for keeping in safe custody mode. They had also conformed me regarding safe custody activation. Since 16th may 2014 I was out of station. Yesterday I came and found that has been not been activated. When I complained today a message came regarding account balance low and account has been suspended. Though my account validation is up to 28th October2014. Yesterday their Engineer visited my house and charged Rs150/. Today when i complained this thing again they are telling that another engineer will visit and again i have to pay Rs150/ which is completely injustice to me.     I was a subscriber of Airtel for last more than 8 years and recently for my windows phone, I have activated internet pack which I got confirmation from airtel also. But, they have charged Rs. 2000/- for internet and when I approached Airtel they are not ready to reverse the same. Also they are confirming that internet pack has been activated but again deactivated for reason no one knows.

    Morever, when i was on travel (during May 25 to 29th), Airtel have called all my relatives and kins and used very very abusive and unparlimentory languages.

      Hello, I have been using Airtel for 4 to 5 years. But over past 3 or 4 months i am unable to access internet in day time. This issue is more from 12:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs every day. I have called and complained to customer service but no concrete solution has been provided so far. I am not the only one who is facing this issue.       Thanks for the response. As informed, I was contacted by a customer service executive who asked me the details of the issue. I told all the details and the next day i was told the issue was resolved which i was happy to know.But the very next day, issue has reappeared and i am still unable to access internet in day time, Please could you inform me on the status of the issue..

      I am also facing the same issue as mentioned by Aravind. Most of the days in the morning by 10 am my 3G connectivity will be lost and will connect back only by night. Its really sad that we are paying for 3G services and we are not able to access internet when we need it. Please do the needful .

        am using airtel dongle no [protected]. on the day of 9-06-14 i started checking mail. with in 7 minutes net link stopped working, then i disconnected the net, for 7 minutes o[censored]sing date it charged 54 mb of data deducted in my amount. n this is not the first time, this happens from simular time's. Bloody airtel sucks blood money from the users. n the network is soooo n soooooooooooooo bad, even aircel network signel is so strenth in my area. i have a suggestion is dont use this bloody airtel network. then dint have any scheme to deduct the data charge. you bloody airtel see BSNL, aircel, uninor, they deducted the data charges, then what happens to you. ok if you dont want to deduct the price. why you sucking too much of data amount, while not that munched used. MY DEMAND (NOT REQUEST) IS TO PAY MY DEDUCTED DATA AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT. BUT ONE THINK IF DATA AMOUNT IS CREDITED OR NOT CREDITED I DONT WANT USE THIS BLOODY AMOUNT SUCKER NETWORK,

        Airtel is very bad and very very very worst customer service. They deducted my 27.24rs money without using anything. I don't using this Worst Network anymore. BSNL and Aircel is providing good offers and speed also high. Don't use AIRTEL network anymore.

          Airtel is a very bad bad bad bad service provider, m complaining you from past days and your engineer is not coming to resolve our problem, I am daily complainting your customer care center and they always said that engineer will come tomorrow but your tomorrow is not coming, I paid you in advance till July, Plz refund my money back and disconnect your connection, if my money is not refunded me then I will go to cunsumer court. I m suggesting you everyone ply do not buy airtel dish tv, I have three connections in which I have close two connection, and that is last connection which I am closing tomorrow.

              Hi Team, I have purchased a new cell phone SONY XPERIA ULTRA T2 ULTRA and i have seen there is offer on box of cell phone a sticker is there that "If i insert my first airtel sim then i will get 1 GB 3G data for 2 Month free of cost."So please activate this offer on my number . I have purchased this cell in last week and i have inserted my airtel sim so please activate this offer of 3G data 1GB for 2 month.This offer is valid till 15 June it's also written on box.If you are unable to process my this free component then please don't make fake promise by giving you ads on Mobile Box so please give me free data and send me confirmation as well. But now airtel not providing me free 3G data for 2 month and making exzcuse that there is no such offer but i have mobile box and sticker is also there so please deduct the amount from my bill either activate 1 Gb 3G data for 2 months.

                  I am using airtel for past 6 years.i am using Prepaid. I had 32.67 rs main balance on 09.06.2014 till 3.19pm. Today (09.06.2014) sharp at 3.20pm airtel deducted my 27.24 rs. At 3.22pm i switch on my data connection and send one message via whatsapp and checked my mobile balance i was shocked i had only 3.02 rupees. i lost my 27.24 rupees. I confused and DIAL 198 airtel customer complaint centre. Ms. Jenifer (Customer Care Exe) responds my call and i asked about the balance deduction she said" Due to data usage i lost 27.24 rupees. she ask me to dial *121*7# for detailed information. I received a message of data usage. Please Note: I switched on my data connection at 3.22 pm. and they detected 27.24rs at 3.20 pm itself. How come?????? our conversation time is exact 6 minutes and 20 seconds. But, She didn't answered my question. I again dial 198 Mr. Kamalesh response my call and he said the same thing i said the same thing to him too. I switched on my data connection at 3.22 pm. and airtel detected 27.24rs at 3.20 pm itself. How come?????? He didn't answered then he transferred the call to Higher Executive Mr. Prem has spoke with me he said the same thing later he transferred the call some to Raj (Mr. Sathiyaraj or Sumith Raj or Anantharaj ) i don't know the name clearly. He too said the same story. He too didn't answered properly. The total duration i spoke with these 3 exective is 30 minutes and 2 seconds. Finally he said i won't give your 27.24 rs money . However you spoke it's waste of time like that. I want my 27.24 rs to refund. Atlast they wasted my time, energy and stoled my 27.24rupees money. This is not fair. I am using data connection for past 2 weeks in main balance at very rate time. Note: I don't use it continuously i used it at emergency time. I will off my data connection always, will on only if needed. I am totally upset and really disappointed with airtel. I don't want to use airtel anymore. Thank you very much for wasted my time and energy.

                    Sir this is Rajesh Raut mobile no [protected] (airtel). on Saturday night i have done two recharge of 100 and 149 for calling and Internet usage respectively. but co is deducting balance from my main account for using Internet, but i didn't used internet at all, and if i used it they should deduct bal from Internet acc. i have called customer care for 3 times they said senior executive will call back, but no call from last two days. reply from customer care care are very poor. plz do the needful

                        Hi, Account No. [protected]_kk - Ph. No. [protected]. Last Month i.e., May 2014 i had frequent disconnection issue i have raised an compliant on behalf of that. Technician from airtel came to my place and updated the firmware of my modem and they have changed some setting on my wifi router. But still i had the frequent disconnection issue i have called the cancellation department and told them to resolve the issue permanently they promised me they will resolve the issue within 12 hours. But after 2 days only the technician came and told me there is some problem in my wifi router which was they earlier techinician who has spoiled my router. I called the customer care and told them to disconnect the connection they try to convince me but i have not accepted any of their promise because of the earlier complaints. Later someone from cancellation department and promised me they will replace my wifi modem free of cost and given an waiver for the disconnection days. The replacement happend immediately but on June 6, 2014 i have received and SMS saying that due to the rise in inpucost my rent has increased with 100 rs. which is definitely and hidden charge for which they given the modem . The airtel is cheating the customers by this way. I am looking for some alternate connection once i got the connection i will definitely not stay with airtel becuase they are cheating their customers with these hidden charges. Also i have 4 Mobile and one more broadband connection in my name i will cancel all the connection. Please be aware of the hidden charges and raise your complaint here so that other customers will understand the charges pur by airtel. Thanks, Saravanan

                              My mobile number is [protected]. I chose airtel connection in Mar 2014. Since then what I faced was the most unprofessional and worst service. First in Mar-Apr billing cycle my net bill was higher even though looking at the bill one clearly see that there is some problem in bill generation. Reason my total MB consumption was 300MB from 1 GB pack that I activated on my number. Even then i got charged for over consumption of MBs. After mailing dozens of mails and then telling your associate about where billing part is wrong with all the screenshots and examples; my bill was rectified. I wonder if airtel has such a low standard of customer care support that they hire anyone who is as useless as chocolate tea pot. Again the same issue in my Apr-May billing cycle. Last time Airtel staff(I can't use executive word for them) cared to respond to mails (wonder how busy they are that they got the didnt had the time to call the customer to resolve his query after so many mails are exchanged) this time they didnt respond. Being a IT professional I can see what wrong is being done in the bill. But there are so many people using airtel who dont even know how to message. If such blunder is happening in their bill they are blindly paying the bill and airtel is generating revenue by wrong means. This is my request to take action is against this way of illegally generating revenue by fooling people. I am writing about this practice of airtel since april but till no one has responded or guided me how to make a statement. I hope you will help me in this.

                                I had a post paid connection at Airtel (Mobile Number:[protected]) in Chattisharh. I Continued with the same for pretty long time. I had a balance of Rs 5000 in Airtel money of the said account. During the bill period 20.02.2013 to 19.03.2013 my bill was 5971.49. I requested airtel team to use my airtel money amount for payment purpose. Residual amount will be paid by me in cash. But they didn't agreed . In a fine morning I got a call from Aitrel Delhi office who introduced me as Legal officer and informed me to pay immediately otherwise legal action will be initiated. I paid the amount and deactivated my connection. They are now telling that it can't be paid as the connection has been discontinued. Kindly help me in getting my deposited amount back with interest.                                   I have taken Airtel Broadband connection 10 days back . I paid 2400 rupees . I have not yet received the connection .No one is responding to my calls .There is no proper response from the Customer care people as well . We have got manager sales manager number as well .He is also not responding to my calls .If i call from other numbers he is picking up the calls, means they are intentionally not attending my calls . Its already 10 days, still we don't know what is the status of my connection . I never except such a worst service from the AIRTEL .

                                    Hi Friends, I want to share my bitter experience with Airtel and it's Nodal Authorities. I just want to you all to be aware of the Airtel's fake offers which they post in the newspaper to promote the sale of Phones or Tablets. Couple of months back, I was looking to buy a Tablet and I came across an ad in Sunday Times (Bangalore) in which the ad was for Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Neo. Airtel offer for the sale of this tab was 300MB of free data for 12 months. I believed in the Airtel offer and purchased the tablet and a new Airtel connection for the tab. My experience with Airtel and it's Nodal authority to get the offer is very bad. I am copying the mail below which I had sent to the Nodal officers. In the first month, they were in favour of the customer and from the second month onwards, they have started to work for and in favour of Airtel. Note: After the last mail, I shared my personal mobile number with the Nodal officer and they never called back. In the tab with Airtel Sim, I never got any call from anyone as I have not shared this number with anyone. ================================================================================... Today again I called the Airtel CC 10 minutes back to ask about the offer. I had called the CC from the tab using the new Airtel number. For this, Airtel CC told me that I was calling from Nexus 7 phone and that I was lying. When I again confirmed that I was calling from Tab 3 Neo, they told me stay on hold and after making me wait for 10 mins and then, they disconnected the call from their side. This is very insulting for the customer. Why should the company post the Ads in the newspaper and cheat the customer. And when the customer call the CC, why should they insult the customer? I am very disturbed that I have been cheated and insulted for no mistakes of mine. Hence, I am approaching you. Need your help in this regard.                                     Airtel also offers fraud offers on prepaid my offers *121# where they say Rs5 charged for 900 local and STD seconds valid for 2 days but money will be charged from main balance and the offer will be valid only for one day because they dont mention time at all. Airtel cant manage compitition hence they are doing thiese frauds to survive...but they will loose customers for better networks

                                      Note in IVR, there is no word about black berry or internet, else I won't have recharged with this amount as my device is not black berry and a partial blind person can't access internet in mobile.

                                      After hearing this, I asked my friend who does recharge to recharge my mobile [protected] with a sum of Rs 399. He recharged with the same amount. I got message as recharge successful with no additional balance.
                                      I called customer care. They said that 399 was for black berry phone to use for internet purpose. Not satisfied with their reply I asked them to transfer my call to senior authority Mr. Omendra. He agreed that the fault was with airtel. He said that he will send an email to higher authority after that within 24 hours I will receive a call & instead of 399 my number will be recharged for Rs 398. I agreed to that.

                                      As till the next afternoon I did not get any call from airtel, I again dialed customer care number. I asked the operator to forward my call to senior. This time Mr. Shaikh said that I will have to visit nearest gallery & let them hear the voice which I have recorded from IVR. He also said that there was no email being sent from Mr. Omendra as he said he will the last night.

                                      On same evening I visited airtel gallery at Dombivli W (opp railway station) and let them hear the IVR directly. People at gallery said that they can't send email, instead the person who recharged must take the recharge back. They were not even ready to speak with my friend who recharged to tell him the procedure of reversal. But when I urged them, they told him what to send as SMS for reversal. He sent the same. He got the reply that SW transaction cannot be accepted on automation.
                                      Again I called customer care and as usual asked operator to forward my call to senior. This time I got to speak with Mr. Prashant. I explained him the whole situation. I also said that I was at gallery and if required he can confirm with their own staff whether there was an error in their IVR. He said that there was no need for such. He registered a complaint & committed that I will get call from senior within 4 hours. If not I can contact Nodal team. He gave me the complaint number[protected]. Reference number:[protected].

                                      As the problem was not yet solved, I called today again. This time senior Mr Khan was asking me to let him hear the recorded IVR.

                                      My phone model is Nokia X2-00. This does not support playing audio while in call. My question is why there is such difference between different people of same profile. If it was necessary to hear the recording, I was present yesterday at their own gallery. They could have confirmed with their own team.

                                      Note on all calls, I had informed that I am blind person and not to harass me and also requested them to solve this matter on priority as I've to recharge with 398 and continue my work. My usual recharge per month was more than 500 - 700.

                                      Till now no call from any airtel person.

                                      If required, I can mail my blindness report also.

                                      My writing this mail is not just to tell you about my sad story. I want my mobile to be recharged with Rs 398 immediately. Because of low network of Vodafone at my house I ported to airtel. Do you want me to port out from you?

                                      With the hope of solution, I've written this mail & told you my grievence. If you too don't do any action, then without another option I'll have to publish this same mail in youtube & social networks as a voice against airtel

                                        We had filed a complaint around 15 days back, the technical guy comes on 15th day and rectifies it. Once he leaves, again the same connection problem continues. I have filed a complaint again today, i hope the guy comes and rectifies it within 2 days hopefully.
