Hello Team Airtel,

I have been using Airtel CUG connection tagged with Capgemini India Pvt.Ltd. since last few months. Now, I am in roaming inside Orissa circle for few days.

I had a network connectivity issue this morning like "Emergency Calls Only" for an hour long.
Hence, I had to visit to nearest ARC in Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa named "Asiatic Agency".
The way those executives responded was really ridiculous and pathetic. It felt as if they don't have the basic manner and etiquette to deal with a customer. First of all, the girl who was sitting in postpaid counter was so arrogant and poor by behavior that when I said "Excuse Me, I am having problem with network connectivity and not getting signals." She didn't respond a single word even till 5 minutes. And at the other counter they asked me to wait for some time reluctantly. I stood there for 15 minutes and nobody responded.

The way I felt as if Airtel customer service in Orissa circle is very poor and below standard.
Now-a-days, we say "Business is social" but people working with such leading service providers are not having the least manner to deal with customer. I have been using airtel service extensively but now I feel that the time has come to find other alternative. This is really harassing and discouraging and can be considered as a push factor to avoid such cheap places.

    Dear Sir, This is Shashikanta Sharma from Kolkata i have applied for Airtel Broadband Service at my office premises on[protected]. The details for which are as follows CRF No/serial No : KLPA215791, Log in Date: 04.09.13.No given: [protected] For new installation i had given them a cheque Ref No : 706841 amounting rs 2750/- On enquiry about the status of my installation i was told that due to some technical and other issues my installation could not be processed at the address provided which is 71 Canning Street, Bagree Market Kolkata-700001. But the amount of rs 2750 was debited from my account and no refund had been made to me till date..I have tried contacting them several times but till today i havent got any satisfied answer to my query as if these people are there to loot people money.Before i was told that my amount paid will be refunded to me by 20th december, 2013 and its 28th today still not a single credit from them.I seek proper explanation for this delay and want my refund as ASAP.     how much more time you people need..?? Isint 4 month enough to refund the payment against service not received. Never you people give a straight answer to customer query...as such i dont have any opetion but to move to consumer court.

But to make a duplicate sim I am having two problems. 1) For my job perpose I am used to relocate very frequently. Now I am in Andhra Pradesh.so ineed to get it from here. 2) As my sim is very old, so i could not remember it is registered in which name. It must be with my mom/dad's name. expecting your help and support for that concern. As my no is for official use, so I am facing too much trouble due to this.           I had applied for a Airtel 4G Dongle connection on 17th from Banaswadi Main Road, Airtel relationship center, Bangalore. Application number is KKPA900169 with Rs 1500 for the Dongle Device and Rs 199 for the SIM Card. It was assured the connection gets activated with in 48 Hours from the time of Application on successful physical verification and Address verification. I don't have any service activated so far despite continuous follow up with the useless executive who have no concern toward the customer grievance.

                Dear Sir, This with reference to my prepaid connection [protected].Dear sir my balance is deducted continuously in roaming unless the roaming pack is activated on my number.Then I launch a online complaint.Then I got a call from Air tel costumer executive name as Ir shad mobile number is [protected].This person refund me Rs100 and when I ask for remaining amount Then he told me that just I calculate that amount and refund to you on next Day.Now when I call to that person from one week He is not picking my call and when pick my call then He told me that I will not able to Refund that amount.just file a complaint to higher authorities .Now the disputed amount is Rs40. Please look into this matter on urgent basis and resolve the issue as soon as posible. And for kind information to Ir shad without costumer you will not able to survive on that post in Airtel soo please respect your costumer.

                  Recently i have mad payment to airtel mobile through online net banking from credit card.The amount has deducted but airtel customer service is telling they have not received cash but the amount has deducted with indiaideas.com limited.On internet Indiaideas is IndiaIdeas is an electronic presentment technology and payment services company. The Company is focused on leveraging technology to enable banks, businesses and other institutions to present invoices, statements and bills to consumers or businesses and receive payments against them. IndiaIdeas offers these services under the brand label of ‘BillDesk’. And airtel is biller in one of the listed biller in this site. Please help me how to get back my cash back

                    Respected consumer forum department, I am Gaurav Revatiya working in a private company. I took the internet connection(A/c No. [protected]) from AIRTEL broadband company on 21/9/2013, when the connection was given to me it was in service only for around 10 days, and after 10 days my connection was terminated by the airtel company without any information/notice. After 3 days of this incidence, When I contacted to the airtel office they told me that my address is not confirmed by the airtel executive. But I already given the exact and correct address proof then after they given me the connection. If the address proof would be wrong why should I given the connection by airtel? After my lots of efforts my connection was re-activated, but after 3-4 days they again deactivated my connection before any notice/warning/information, but this time when I made the call in the airtel office they said that the company in which I am working is not registered in the database of airtel. My question is that if they didn’t verified my address then why should I given the connection, and also when I already mentioned the name of company in which I am working they should check it before giving me the connection and neither the Airtel company nor sales executive of Airtel company informed me about this rule before giving the BB connection to me. When I gone to Airtel office to meet Airtel officer Mr. Jayesh they told me that we can’t do anything and if you want your Airtel connection back then you have to pay 2000/-Rs in advance. Due to all these matter I really suffered mentally as well as physically, as I have to go to the airtel office again and again due to which I have to take the leave from my company. Its clear that to complete the monthly target of airtel executive(Mr. Subash Thakur) the connection was given to me against their company rule, and now the company executives are calling me, teasing me to pay the bill of 2 months. Now I simply want to say that please refund my Airtel connection Installation fee 500 Rs and close my connection to stop non usage future billing.                       Dear Sir, I have purchased an airtel 4G wirlessSIM. This was on 21.12.2013. The 4g number given was [protected] Sim no[protected]. I was told that within a day the connection will get activated. Now its almost 2 days still the connection is not been activated. Within these 2 days i have called many times to airtel customer care [protected] and even the shopkeeper who sold the SIM. One says that the documents are not submitted other says we are working on it and other says that there is a problem with airtel activating SIM.

                          We had made a recharge for 3G Airtel from the website www.pay.airtel.com, vide transaction ID 984545 of Rs 655.
                          While checking through internet offers, the no. of mine was having a internet offer that the plan of Rs. 949 3G recharge will be available at Rs. 655.
                          i.e. In Rs. 949 we are getting 7GB and through the offer, we will be enjoying the same benefit of 7GB in Rs. 655 recharge.
                          We called the customer care many a times. When the call was transferred to the supervisor, and while giving me the complaint no. disconnected the call. Two times the customer care executive disconnected the call.
                          Finally, a customer care executive raised a complaint no.[protected], saying that you will get the same through message too. Still the message is in transit. I am unable to understand, is the complaint no. valid.
                          We had only received 3GB data through this recharge, however, we were supposed to get 7GB data.
                          Even the customer care executives were first not believing on the offer. However, I asked them, that we can mail you the print screen of the same. Than they checked the same. And said yes it was available.

                          Through such offers, the company is defrauding the customers. while not giving such benefit as displayed.

                            My name is Rajesh Madan Over three months back I had requested for phone transfer from my company Le Meridien Bangalore to my personal name as I was leaving the organization. All the documents and around INR2500.00 were collected with the forms and all the attached documents were varified. Since end of September I have been following up via phone/SMS and no result till date. I am also paying more money for the mobile phone plan as still it is on my company name. this has been going on since September 2013. After follow up for over three months finally last friday (20th December 2013) I had a visit at my residence from Airtel Repersentative for address varification. My phone was disconnected on the same day as I was told I will get new SIM card same day and my phone should start working same evening. SIM card was sent to me on sataurday and till now for five days my phone is not working. Yesterday I had a call from Airtel to call 59059 for another varification, after making the call for verification I was told that I can start using the phone after 15 minutes, my mobile phone number is not working till today. I do not have any answers to what actually is the problem. I am shocked the kind of service and response from a company like Airtel.

                                i have applied for a new internet connection to prepare my compitative exams 3months back so, AIRTEL people collected 500/- from me but within 2days i have returned back the application for new connection and given request to back my money due to my house shifting problems, i had plenty conversations with AIRTEL coustmour care executives but no output, till today i did not get any 1/- rupee, just had a conversation with SURESH Manager AIRTEL he also giving conversations like do what you can do. so, i am very much disappointed with this type of people conversations and money. even SURESH Manager not caring Consumer Forum. This type of way diccourages the student life goals.

                                  Sir, I regret to inform the poor service by Airtel on 121 and 198. I have been trying to call these numbers but after 4 options it goes back to main menu after dialing '0'. It has been very difficult to talk to an Executive on bill related problems. I have following complaints : 1. My bill of Rs 1823 has been paid by me on 8.12.2013 by cheuqe no 953288 drawn on State Bank of India, I.P.Estate Branch, New Delhi-110002 dropped in the drop box kept at Engineer Park, Sector Omega 1, Greater Noida, 201308 but I keep on getting calls even today on 23.12.2013 about non payment of Bill. 2. I do not get my bill on my email at madan.[protected]@gmail.com and the bill sent on [protected]@GMAIL.COM, I do not know how they got this mail id. 3. I had shifted my plan from 699.00 to 1199.00 unlimited on 6.12.2013 and I got SMS that my bill is Rs 2182.73. I do not understand as to how the bill can exceed Rs 1360 paid by me on 5.11.13 even if I add proportionate charges of 699 plan. I would therefore request for immediate change of my email for airtel bill and send me the last bill for Rs 1892.00 being shown now which was Rs 1823. I suspect that late bill charges have been levied on earlier bill of Rs 1360.00 which was dropped by me at the above mentioned drop box and might have been got collected by your Representative for which I cannot be held responsible. If my complaint is not addressed, I would like to get the connection disconnected before the NEXT BILL DUE DATE failing which I shall NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any payment after the next billing date.                                       Dear Sir, I have purchased an airtel prepaid SIM. This was on 21.12.2013. The mobile number given was [protected]. I was told that within a day the connection will get activated. Now its almost 2 days still the connection is not been activated. Within these 2 days i have called many times to airtel customer care 121 and even the shopkeeper who sold the SIM. One says that the documents are not submitted other says we are working on it and other says that there is a problem with airtel activating SIM by weekends.

                                        I was using Vodafone network, My GF was using Airtel Network. Actually i'll call, messaging everyday to my GF. Somebody is liking my GF on oneside, But he have the friend whos working in Airtel Customer care. That boy was asked to his friend for collecting my GF call, message details, finally they got my details, this was really cheating, This is nonsense, rude, this really hurt me more,
