I had recharged my Prepaid number with 1GB, 2G data pack as per the below mentioned transaction

I have been using the 1GB, 2G data pack for more than two years now, and had never required more than 1GB data for a month.(I understand my data usage need)
It was all working fine until I received a promotional on 15th November 2013.
It said, that a DATA PACK TO ACCESS FB HAS BEEN ENABLED, (I never asked for any offer) which was valid for three days.
I did not concentrate much on the message, as I already had my monthly internet data plan in place.
In these three days, whenever I tried accessing any weblinks, You tube from FB, it gave me a pop up, "Extra data charges will be incured for the usage".
This sounded weird, and I immediately tried accessing the weblinks and You tube, checking the MAIN ACCOUNT BALANCE, which was around 106 rupees then.
As there was no remarkable change in balance, I ignored it, assuming, my MONTHLY DATA PLAN is in place and that would continue once this offer expires.
Problem arrived, when i realised that, the OFFER is expired and my DATA PLAN showed the LIMIT to be "0".(Offer should have got expired on 17th November 2013)
I realised this, after losing my 100 rupees from the MAIN ACCOUNT BALANCE (on 18th November late night).
I immediately called the Customer care who was incompetent to listen to the issue, empathise, or clarify but hung the call without even trying to understand what my actal issue is.
Please check and get it rectified, reimbursing or refunding me the amount incured on the data charges, from December 18, 2013, 12:00 AM.
I would also request for a customer confirmation received before activating such offers, which would save lot of trouble and stress.
