I am N.Srinivasa Phani Kumar, have an account with Airtel Digital TV with cust ID:[protected] on the name of Mr. Nisanth Guru.
I had worst experience with the customer care of Airtel Digital TV. I have recharged my account on 9th of December and came to know that there was some problem with the set top box after recharging. I don't remember the exact date, but I have spoken with one of the executives (lady) and asked to hold the amouont for 1 month as I will not be home for 1 month and she forgot to do it. I came to know that she forgot to hold the amount in my account when I got a message that the expiry date is within 5 days. On that day I started calling Airtel C.Care and got a promise from supervisors that they will return the amount by the Time when I repair the equipment. And, from the day when I got the equipment repaired, I have been calling the C.Care and they are least bothered about the problem. They promised me every time I called them stating that they will get back to me within 1 hr, 2 hrs, 24 hrs and even 2 mins and 5 mins once. But out of 31 times I requested them for a call back, they called me only twice and in that calls also they said that they will check the records and will get back to me. Nobody care if I don't call and everybody will just try to escape from the call. Some rectless supervisors with names Parthivan, Naveen even have disconnected my calls and also some of the agents put me on hold and disconnected the calls. This happened for 8-10 times atleast. Every supervisor: Hrace, Supriya, Parthivan (2), Venu, Srinivas, Naveen assured me and fake promised me. Why do I have to beg for the money for which I have paid? Please think on my part and please look that My amount will be refunded to me. I too work for a customer care and have never seen anybody around me in the 4 companies I have worked for behaving so irresponsibly like this. I demand a strict action against the agents and demand the immediate return of the money I have paid.
