Hello, This is regarding my no. 991059XXXX. Its with great pleasure to say that Airtel site is not working well... AGAIN... I am really sick of this Airtel site and not able to pay my bills 99% of times. Either you don't like your customers to pay bill. You can do one thing... Just shutdown it down... that will be good for you and your customers.. Is there any special settings we have to do in our browsers to open Airtel great site. I don't think so. Please don't mind my words its just because of the Airtel Services everytime. I complained previously also for this. Can i get the personal mail id of your manager who is looking into the customer complaints???????? Its better to get it resolved... otherwise i have the solution with me to switch to the great VODAFONE.. At least it works... Thanks a lot for your patience and promt reply on my mail.

    I had purchased from airtel online website airtel DTH 12 month platinum pack on 5th Feb 2013. I had paid Rs. 5450 for the connection and was given connection number [protected].

    Before purchasing the connection, I contacted several other providers. I was informed twice by the Airtel representative over phone that the connection would be installed the same day or latest by next day of the payment and after installation the connection would be activated within 1 hour. I was also told that after making the purchase online I would be given a gift voucher of Rs. 750.

    After making the online payment I didn’t get the gift voucher. The connection person called on 7th and promised to come in the evening after I am back from office for installation, which he never came. I spent the entire evening at home thinking he would come. Next day, the connection person came at around 10:00am and I had to come back to office so that he can make the connection. I spent more than Rs. 100 in to and fro travel and had to stay late in the office to make up for the lost time. After making the connection, the person told me that the TV would start working in 1 hour. I came home from work at around 8pm but the TV wasn’t activated. I then called up the person who had installed it. He told me that he would resolve the issue within 5 minutes. I tried calling him for 30 mins but he didn’t pick up the phone. After this I called up the airtel helpdesk. During the first call my connection got terminated after I was holding the line for around 10 mins. During the next call I got connected after which I was first told that the activation takes 24 hours and as it hasn’t been 24 hours my connection cant be activated. When I insisted that this was wrong, I was passed on to the supervisor. To my great shock, the supervisor passed the blame onto me. He said that since I hadn’t called up the activation number my connection couldn’t be activated.

    When I told him that this was wrong as I had used DTH connection in other cities he said I was wrong. Then I asked him why I wasn’t told about this by the person installing the connection or by the previous person who said I had to wait 24 hours, he didn’t give me a response. I asked why anyone hasn’t said sorry for the delay and he didn’t respond. I then called up the number given by him. I waited for close to 30 mins on the phone but no one picked up the phone. As a result of all this I picked up a fight with my girlfriend as she couldn’t watch TV and we ended up with a broken phone of over Rs. 15000.

    On 9th Feb I got a call from them saying that the connection has been restored. I told them that this isn’t acceptable to me as they have caused me significant harassment. I asked them to either (a) take away the instrument and pay me back my money of Rs. 5450 and pay 15% interest p.a. for any delay for making the payment or (b) compensate me for the loss of phone and trouble and money I spent to get the service and send me an apology letter signed by all those people who have talked to me.

    I got a call from them on 10th Feb. The executive agreed that they didnt deliver the installation as promised. They also didnt activate the connection as promised and that the service wasnt as per Airtel standards. They said that they won’t accept either option and they wont even refund my money of Rs. 5450 and that I can do what ever I want.

    This isnt acceptable to me, this is a clear case of a company selling a product while making false promises, then harassing the customer once they get the money, and then when they customer raises serious issues and says that he will go to court …saying a simple sorry and getting away.

    I want them to take back the connectiona nd refund me Rs. 5450 I had paid for a service that isnt as they promised.

      Dear sir, This is really very rediculous the way you pepole treat an issue related to service, I have been writing about my problem but still can't get a proper response from you lest the solution of the problem . As I have written numerous time that my 755 pack of 3g which provide 4 gb 3g data and after that unlimited data @80kbps is not working since 2nd of february 2014 although I have taken the plan on 24th of january 2014 . I contacted your customer care so many time on this issue but they are not helping, today i talked your customer care executives mr. Virendra kumar who was by the way a rude and irresponsible person and doesn't know how to talk a customer was trying to force me down by saying the problem has been resolved I tried to reason with him but he was a impossible man . This is 3 months in a row with the same problem . I have been told by your side that my problem will be resolved by 9th of february 2014 from your side but some how I dought your sincerity .         I recharged my mobile through a online recharge website( www. freecharge. in). Though the recharge was successful from the online website but my mobile was not recharged and money was deducted twice from my bank account. On registering a complain on the online website, they simply said that the recharge was successful from their side and hence I have to talk to the operator. In a single week I called thrice to Airtel customer care and they said that the money will be refunded in a day or two. But it never happened. After a week I got a call from airtel, saying I have to go to the airtel office to show my bank statement and then only the money will be refunded otherwise forget about the money. This is how Airtel and freecharge. in is handling their customer; by keeping their money.

          Dear Sir, I karan Manchanda purchased a SIM card (Post Paid Data Card)from Airtel Store, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi on dated 16/17 January. They told me, within 48 Hours, our executive will verify your address & and after ur SIM card would be active than you dial 59059 for te5lephonic verification. Once these process would be done than your SIM card will be activated. But till now my SIM is not activated. In this regard, i contacted so many times to customer care(121) of Airtel but every times i got wrong commitment from them. Today i got an SMS from Airtel i.e. "we have received your document for ur Airtel Mobile Number-[protected]. confirm ur details by calling 59059 & ur service will be started after that verification.". i done same things, & verification done accordingly. They told me, "your verification is done. you can start your services after 15 Mins." After 15 Mins, i insert the SIM([protected]) on phone, i would be surprised, the same initial problem persist. i.e. the message "Invalid SIM Card". In this regard, again i call to Airtel customer care(121), and again they are helpless, they told me you are not purchase that SIM card from customer care, If the SIM card shows "Invalid SIM" than what we do. You go to that store and ask to them. My question: Is Customer care sale the SIM Card ? As a customer, i purchased a service from airtel, than these responsibility of airtel. I have no time to talk always Customer care & store without using any services and spend 250 Rs also. Finally as a customer point of view, they make me fool. Because i purchased the SIM from Airtel store, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. Kindly help me. I don't want to use the service of Airtel.I want to refund my deposited amount back & also the compansation of my dificulties & mental trauma. Pls help me... With Regards, Karan Manchanda

            I am talking with airtel customer service through mail and phone over exorbitant charges for Internet exceeding the basic 1gb limit for more than ten days. Ref no [|BAL|Qrc102021421023526679651|]:have not received a basic SMS to say that the limit has been exceeded and they started charging for the extra data usage. This phone is used only for call purpose, only for limited purpose it's used for net. I don't know how it can exceed 1gb, and even in rare case it has been done, I don't see why they can send a basic alert for exceeding by which customers can be aware. I will be unwilling to pay for the extra data usage. I am yet to receive a favourable reply from them Please take this a a complaint and let me know the way forward

              airtel digital tv login in airtel website account ... it very poor. mostly it is not working.. i was tried 100+ times its error error west of times. some time conected. but most of menus not working. says many times error. add pack, modify pack, remove pack recharge amount also not working... then why this option put in website.. please remove net login or modify it. i was try last 2years same broblem untill today.

                I have registered as a dnd customer three years back but i receive unsolicited calls and messages daily on my airtel mobile.

                Even though i have raised several complaints with airtel, no appropriate action is taken.

                I am also receiving promotional messages from airtel (Ad-alerts) even though i am registered as a dnd customer.

                Does airtel have any ethics as an organization???

                what is the guide line to extend temporary expiry date for prepaid Airtel ?

                Why are customer service asking to charge in spite of balance is above Rs 200 in the a/c?

                If need to be charged what is the minimum amount to be charged.?

                If the charge is done what will be the new Temporary expiry date?

                How come number locker facility is not known to Help desk?

                How This facility can be availed. Is there any special Charging code either on line or with vendors

                  Mr Balakrishnan/Mr Trivedi, Let me start off by saying that I have made the BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!! Opting for an Airtel connection. My internet stopped working at night 2 days back. I assumed it was a one off issue and did not bother to call considering it was 0100 hrs at night and obviously I did not want to spend my night haggling with your reps. Yesterday evening, I come home from work and GUESS WHAT, my net is still not working. I spoke with a rep who hung up on me, dialed again and spoke with someone who told me that “my line is problem”. He cannot troubleshoot online, has filed a complaint and someone would look into it in 24 hrs. Just like a parrot I heard him say the same thing over n over again. Today, I again come back from work and (surprise surprise!!!) my net is still not working. I again call and speak with someone, who does not want to listen to me at all, was extremely rude and to put it in the most polite way possible, did not give a about my problem. He again asks me for 24 hrs at which point I want to speak to a supervisor. Apparently, his supervisors are talking to other customers. I had to scream at him a bit and then got my way. I then get connected to a supervisor by the name of Prem Kumar who again told me the same thing. I have not had this connection for even 30 days and have been continuing with it in spite of getting a speed of less than 1MBPS even though I am on an 8 MBPS plan. But this is the limit!!! I am super frustrated with the treatment I am getting and believe me I will advocate against getting an Airtel connection every chance I get.

As i had moved out of mangalore and settled elsewhere, I had stopped using your services from June - 2012. I had also contacted your customer care requesting them to suspend my services henceforth and also i will pay the outstanding amount payable on it. But, recently i got a notice to pay the outstanding amout of Rs 2537.20. My relationship number is [protected]. Please tell me a way to settle this dispute even if it means paying some amount.

                    I have converted from postpaid to prepaid on 18nov2013. I need to get refund of Rs.2550/- . They informed me that i will get a cheque in 45 working days. more than 3 months passed away...am unable to get back my money...if i pay my bill 1-2 days in delay you may charge fine of 100Rs extra. But you haven't refunded my amount till now...will you pay fine now...Please justify my question...

                      Hi, I brought a 4G sim (No: [protected]) with 2GB for Rs.450/- monthly rental plan. Before selling the sim, the airtel executive informed me that after 2GB usage, the speed will decrease to 3G speed and completely free. Now, I got a call from Airtel, who explained me the Rs. 450/- plan. He suprised me saying that after 2GB consumption, I will be charged for the extra data usage upto a maximum of Rs.1000/- with 5p/100KB and for further usage, there is no rent but the speed will decrease to 2G speed which is contrary to the information provided by the executive who sold me the sim. I asked the person to show me where it is mentioned in airtel site. He has no idea about that and he himself do not know which documents contain all these information. He said he forwarded the call to supervisor and he will be calling me in 30mins which never happened. Next I called on [protected]. Here I received another information that after 2GB usage, I will be charged 5p/100KB till extra 1GB and 2G speed for further usage. This person do not have idea about the difference between 128Kbps and 128KBps. He himself agreed that the person who sold me the sim might not be having enough information on this. Now, I only want the promised 3G speed by the executive who sold me the sim. Regards, Rajendra

                        I received a sms from airtel that "transfer an amount of rs 1000 or more and get free std calls @ 0.30/minute on your mobile" on my mobile no. [protected]
                        And this also mentioned on www.airtelmoney.in
                        I transferred the money from my mobile 3 or for time from last two month's but
                        the benefits did not get till yet. I have used my calls more than rs. 330 @
                        1.5/minutes, it was more than 220 calls.
                        As per revers calculation the amount of my 220 calls should be rs. 66 (as per
                        std tariff @ 0.30/ minutes) but airtel charged rs.330


                        I request to you please check thoroughly of my all transactions of my airtel
                        money account and airtel mobile account and refund my rs 264 and activate these
                        benefits for future as I again transfered rs 4000 from my airtel money account
                        which I was supposed to get

                          AIRTEL BROADBAND sunrise enterprises (begumpet) Took an advance of rupees 2599 for installing airtel high speed internet in our house about a week ago. since then I have made around 50-60 calls out of which 40-50 calls were unanswered and when they answer, they say we will install in an hour/ this evening/ tomorrow/ in 24 hours and so on... so far they have not installed the connection. I want them to refund my money since the customer care is terrible and I don't want any further dealings from them. Their numbers- [protected], [protected]

                              I recharged my airtel prepaid phone ([protected]) online on 01/02/2014 on airtel's online recharge site (www.airtel.in). I did a full talktime recharge of Rs. 300/- and made the payment with my Visa ICICI debitcard. But once I made the payment, THE RECHARGE WASN'T DONE ON MY PHONE NO as well as THE TRANSACTION WAS MADE FROM MY ACCOUNT. Transaction ID given was[protected]. No action taken till now.                                   I converted my number [protected] into postpaid. According to Myplan services provided by Airtel I chose to activate 999 plan on my number but they actually activated 299 plan. Notwithstanding the grievance, I thought of converting back to prepaid but the customer care replied that I cannot do it before 90 days from activation.In view of this I wish to bring to notice the perfidy of the agent who offered me the postpaid plan: When asked about converting back to prepaid if I don't like the present plan, he replied that I can convert back to prepaid at any time which made my consideration to take up postapid but now they say that it is not the case. In view of this I feel that Airtel can take any arbitrary decision to charge me more when the billing is entirely in their discretion and later convince me on their charging pattern, policies etc which reflects the companies exploitation of the trust of customers and their ignorance.

The same reply was provided even for another customer, which I found on checking other complaints (Bharti Airtel - Defamation of Customer). Please try to resolve the complaints in a sincere way rather than usual frivolous way of replying to protect the brand value of your organisation.I would appreciate if an appropriate action is taken and the issue is properly resolved.

                                  The resolution provided was not at all satisfying. The Postpaid was converted while sitting in the home, but requires to go around Airtel relationship centres to convert that back into prepaid. It reflects Airtel's values and morals in treating its customers on a basis which serves their priority(financial gain).

                                  I am aggrieved with the way Airtel treats its customers. They are purely a profit oriented and are apathy towards its customer grievances. I have recently converted my number into postpaid specifying for a particular plan activation, but later I found that a different plan was activated which fell much shorter than my usage: this on my ignorance could have charged me a heavy price and Airtel simply wouldn't have bothered about that, defending that calls were already made.
                                  Also, after knowing about this I thought of converting back to prepaid for which I called 121 and they never responded for my requirement. They now ask me to go around searching for a relationship centre and get it done. So people just a caveat: Please do not convert into postpaid even though the agent tries to pursue you relentlessly. In case you have converted please check what plan is activated.AIrtel is never going to respond properly if you are already into the problem.

                                    This is completely irritating. Even after furnishing all the required documents to the company, my number has not been converted from prepaid to postpaid. I've been getting calls from the customer care just to confirm whether my number has been activated or not. I don't understand how the system works in Airtel such that the calling team can't check the status of any number whether it is active or not. On a daily basis, I'm getting these calls which is making it even worse instead of funding a solution to the problem Really dissatisfied with the way my query has been dealt with.

                                      My mobile no is [protected]. I have recharged my phone online with 198 rupees for 30 days validity, but company gives me only 28 days validity. When i asked to customer care service than they told that company has reduced all tariff validity to 28 days. I have recharged online . In official website of airtel they shows the full 30 days validity for the same scheme but company didn't provide me the full validity. I have already registered a complaint to your company .
