Sir, on my post paid no.[protected], scheme of 1000min free airtel to airtel started since last 7about 7 years. In the month of August'13 I had renew my advance payment of rent for two years. I not received my bills since August to Sept.13. So I inquired for bills & visit to consumer care center at Ahmadabad. discount since Sept.13 to Dec.13 not allowed in my bills for facilities of 1000min.free facilit4ies disconnected without notice. Pl discount amt be credited to my account & be adjusted in the next cycle bill. At the time of offer of 1000min. started it is given for lifetime but without notice it is discontinued & discount not allowed in the bills for Sept.to Dec.13 & facilities of 1000 min. be started.Pl solve my complaint urgently. Thanking u.

    My complaint is that: I ([protected]) am on Airtel MY PLAN 999 (which give me 50 pack to change according to my usage), so I get to change my plan once in a month according to my usage in that month. So as i am on the roaming during the November 21 - December -18, i.e. most of the days of my billing period, so my usage was only outgoing on roaming during that time. So I called on your customer care no [protected] (proof of my call to this number can be seen on my itemized bill dated 19 Dec on the said date) on 7th of Dec opting for the change in my plan, i.e. assign all my 50 packs on outgoing roaming which should give me 2000 minutes of outgoing roaming minutes during that billing period. so i should get discount for the 2000 min of roaming outgoing minutes. Insipte your customer care executive has confirmed the change in my plan according to my instruction. So from my total usage minutes of 2670 odd minutes, i should get discount for 2000 min of roaming outgoing minutes. but my bill was generated on the basis of my old plan giving me only 400 min of discount, but it is supposed to be generated with discount of 2000 roaming outgoing minutes. when i observed that my bill was generated without the change in my plan I called on 121 and 198 to register my complaint and obtain reference number for my complaint, but they have not given me any reference number for my complaint till date. After my continuous emails they repeatedly reply to my mails that the billing is correct. My complaint is that I have got an option to change my plan once in a month according to my usage that month, which i opted for change on 7th Dec and your customer care executive confirmed its changed. so you are supposed to generate my bill according the plan i opted for on 7th Dec. which is not done, and my bill is generated on the basis of my previous plan. Awaiting reply ASAP. I have already paid an advance of 1800 during the above billing period, now I have not paid my outstanding due to disputed billing form your end, i have fulfilled my responsibility asking for change of my plan according to my usage well in advance to of my billing date, but you have not done it. why should i pay a disputed bill from your end??? Even my outgoing was stopped inspite of dispute was from your end, and you are goping to charge me for this month without giving me service? Note: I called your 121 asking and 198 asking to register a complaint and give me a reference number, but they failed in doing so. After i will try write a complaint to TRAI also. Attached my bill with call highlighted on 7th Dec 2013, requesting for the change of packs allocation on to roaming minutes. Regards, Christian Kotana. [protected]

      With great regrets I am writing this complaint after using Airtel Services for few years .On 7th September, 2013 I have raised a request to disconnect my Airtel Number([protected])having service of 3G internet. On the next few days I got calls from several associates from Airtel who were negotiating with me to use the service. After around 10 days I got a call from another associate who offered me to convert me the service from Postpaid to prepaid, and verbally guaranteed me that there will be no further billing. For that reason I had used the connection and paid out the bill on October. But from October to till date no body contacted me for transition of the service from Postpaid to Prepaid. Today I got a call from one of the Airtel associate stating that I have to pay last 3 months bill, otherwise Airtel will be sending me court notice. It seems a very cheap strategy of airtel guys to control the customer churn. I am a regular user of Airtel with for last 3 years with 2 more mobile postpaid connections. If this the way how airtel deals with its customers to hide its own fault, then the best way to mitigate this is stop using their services. Hereby let me inform you that within this month I will be surrendering my rest of 2 postpaid connections and will shift to other network who has better tariff/network reachability in my city and will be expecting better service in terms with dealing with customers Thank you for showcasing your great technique to cheat peoples and hiding your own associate's faults

        I filed an complaint for wrong recharge done, as Top-Up recharge for talk time of Rs 103 on 09/12/13 for prepaid no. [protected] and the amount was credited to 3G account on this Mrs Tanpreet Kaur, Customer Services, has deceived and fooled me instead of replying “why the recharge was not credited to main account, transferred to 3G account”, she had not given any explanation and by fallacious means she is deceiving and harassing by replying same thing that recharge was correct if she can’t understand the problem, please transfer the matter to competent person.

          I am a airtel broadband user. It is 10:15pm right now. At 9:23pm i received an sms that Smartbytes has been activated for 1gb. Firstly, i did give any such request nor did i get the smart byte page. Secondly, i have more than 1.3GB in my account which is sufficient for my usage for this month. I called up customer care to inform them but they refused to accept that i am correct and that their data being shown in correct. I had a word with Sudesh with interaction number[protected] but i am sure that these people never accept their mistake. I Guarantee that this request has not been given by me.

            Ref No. : [protected] Registered : 22/12/2013 Request : Add landline connection and increase broadband limit Today's date : 01/01/2014 Number of follow ups with customer service : 6 Result : Nothing. I have been using an airtel broadband connection in bangalore for the last 6 months. I now want to migrate my plan to another one with more bandwidth since my usage has increased and I wanted a landline connection as well. I called the customer service regarding this, and they promptly promised to take a service request and get it done. I waited for a few days, and nothing. No request number, no notification, nothing. I then called them again and they said that there was no request registered, so this time I made sure that the request was, infact registered and I got the request number. Again, the only thing that happened was the registration of the request itself, but nothing was done towards the request. Whenever I called the customer service representative would be very very sorry about my request being pending still and would offer to 'personally follow up' on the status. Again, they would shamelessly do nothing about the request. I am sick of this kind of customer service and am contemplating surrendering my connection and moving on. This is my last attempt at trying to get this change done.

              Airtel Digital TV customer care service exicutives keep on calling sice i have deregistered my cell number from thier data base. actully this number was used by some other person before i started using this number and that user must had registered his cell number in Airtel Digitel TV but since i am using this number from almost 2 year and still i am receiving those calls at all the times and distrubing my person and professional life.
              I want to register a case agaist them for this metal torcher.

                I am writing this email to let you know about my disturbed situation due to Airtel services. I have contacted Airtel customer service's to check if they have International roaming in New Zealand but they said that I cannot use Airtel number while roaming in New Zealand. Main reason to port my mobile number from Airtel to Vodafone. On 22-Nov 2013, I have went to Airtel service center in Annanagar, chennai to cancel my numbers. I am aware that the billing cycle date is 24th of every month, so I have given port request to vodafone from airtel and done the payment of INR 987 for [protected] for Customer A/c no : [protected] on 22nd Nov 2013 at 17:06 hours in IST. Also I have cancelled the other number [protected] and done payment of INR 462 at 17:07 IST hours and got the cancellation acknowledgement. Note: I have attached the copies of the receipts as jpg file in this email. Not only me but many customers felt very uncomfortable with the lethargic attitude and worst service by the airtel employees out there. After 2 weeks I have checked twice with the Airtel service center in West Mogappair, they have stated that both my accounts are closed clear with no pending amount to be paid. On 28th Dec 2014, I have got message from Airtel stating that "Please clear pending bill of Rs. 313 " Screen shot attached for your reference. Today 30th Dec 2013, I have checked with Airtel service center in Mogappair on this issue. I spoke to Mr. G. Balaji Mobile no: [protected] check my account and apologized for the mistake. He also checked for the other account and stated there is some pending amount in the other number aswell by mistake which needs to be rectified. He said that he need to check with his team in back end to rectify the issue. He also promised me that he will reach out to me on 1st Jan 14 on this. I informed Airtel folks that I even paid one month rental bill to Vodafone service provider. On the same day today evening at 17:06 got call from +91-[protected] from Kavitha stating that she is calling from Airtel Collections team for the pending bill amount of INR 313 for my number [protected]. She also stated she cannot give any more details. She said that I have to pay the bill and after my request and insisting about the details she gave this breakup of the bill for the number that was not used with Airtel service provider from 22-Nov-13 onward's., which i feel very ridiculous. Super saver 119 20th to 25th Nov 2013 Rental: 46.43 GPRS Charges : 199 Rental Charges in INR: 245 Call charges : 48.70 Discount on call charges: 16.35 Message : 1 Tax : 34.47 Total Bill Amount for Dec'13 = INR 313 I also have Airtel 3G dongle connection, after this horrible experience with Airtel. I wanted to cancel my 3G dongle connection as-well. I do not want to default in any of my pending amounts which would impact my CIBIL rating. Person responsible from Airtel and TRAI should look into this matter. Please resolve my issue and take necessary action on the recalcitrant employees of airtel service provider.                   Hi I've req. for a new no. in airtel. Those ppl said i have to pay an amount of 250 rs. as activation charges and then they will send person for house verification. I paid them and what i get after that is, they came to my place verified everything and after a day when i called them back to know the status they said your house verification failed due to House lock but those ppl already verified everything from my mom dad. Its been more then 3 weeks that i'm following up with them but no solution from there side. And now today when i called them there [censored]in manager is saying Customer hamesha sach nhi bolta and when i want to talk to they manager they disconnected the call. Name of the Concern Person - Mehak [protected] No. Which i took from them - [protected] I called there service centre too but nothing helped. Please help me.

So I submit my document to vodafone, But airtel's customer care person call me and give me some benifit to my number and say that i shall not port my number in vodafone. CHARITARTH FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD, HE ASSURED TO GIVE CONNECTION IN 3 DAYS TIME. HE HAS TAKEN RS.1200/- TOWARDS CONNECTION AND RS.2500/- TOWARDS MODEM COST. I HAVE RECEIVED SMS FROM AIRTEL ON 9.12.2013 STATING THAT MY NO IS [protected] AND MY REF NO. IS 40309798 AND MY INSTALLATION REG. IS 19481311 INFORMING THAT I WILL GET CONNECTION IN 3 DAYS TIME. I HV GIVEN SEVERAL COMPLAINTS BUT TILL NOW THE CONNECTION IS MADE.

                        FURTHER ON 19.12.2013 I HAVE RECD A MESSAGE THAT MY FIXED LINE NO IS[protected] AND ASSURED THAT IT WILL BE RESOLVED IN 8 HRS.

                            Hello Team Airtel,

                            I have been using Airtel CUG connection tagged with Capgemini India Pvt.Ltd. since last few months. Now, I am in roaming inside Orissa circle for few days.

                            I had a network connectivity issue this morning like "Emergency Calls Only" for an hour long.
                            Hence, I had to visit to nearest ARC in Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa named "Asiatic Agency".
                            The way those executives responded was really ridiculous and pathetic. It felt as if they don't have the basic manner and etiquette to deal with a customer. First of all, the girl who was sitting in postpaid counter was so arrogant and poor by behavior that when I said "Excuse Me, I am having problem with network connectivity and not getting signals." She didn't respond a single word even till 5 minutes. And at the other counter they asked me to wait for some time reluctantly. I stood there for 15 minutes and nobody responded.

                            The way I felt as if Airtel customer service in Orissa circle is very poor and below standard.
                            Now-a-days, we say "Business is social" but people working with such leading service providers are not having the least manner to deal with customer. I have been using airtel service extensively but now I feel that the time has come to find other alternative. This is really harassing and discouraging and can be considered as a push factor to avoid such cheap places.

                              Dear Sir, This is Shashikanta Sharma from Kolkata i have applied for Airtel Broadband Service at my office premises on[protected]. The details for which are as follows CRF No/serial No : KLPA215791, Log in Date: 04.09.13.No given: [protected] For new installation i had given them a cheque Ref No : 706841 amounting rs 2750/- On enquiry about the status of my installation i was told that due to some technical and other issues my installation could not be processed at the address provided which is 71 Canning Street, Bagree Market Kolkata-700001. But the amount of rs 2750 was debited from my account and no refund had been made to me till date..I have tried contacting them several times but till today i havent got any satisfied answer to my query as if these people are there to loot people money.Before i was told that my amount paid will be refunded to me by 20th december, 2013 and its 28th today still not a single credit from them.I seek proper explanation for this delay and want my refund as ASAP.                               how much more time you people need..?? Isint 4 month enough to refund the payment against service not received. Never you people give a straight answer to customer query...as such i dont have any opetion but to move to consumer court.

                                    I had applied for a Airtel 4G Dongle connection on 17th from Banaswadi Main Road, Airtel relationship center, Bangalore. Application number is KKPA900169 with Rs 1500 for the Dongle Device and Rs 199 for the SIM Card. It was assured the connection gets activated with in 48 Hours from the time of Application on successful physical verification and Address verification. I don't have any service activated so far despite continuous follow up with the useless executive who have no concern toward the customer grievance.
