Airtel sales manager promised me a broadband connection after coming to my premises, and collected advance money from me.
My location is a new apartment building, which the sales person knew very well at the time of getting the form filled from me, and promised me a new connection within a week.
Its been close to a month now, hearing updates from the sales manager that the connection will be provided soon but nothing happened. Finally, after registering a formal complaint with Airtel, they said sorry we can't provide the connection to the new apartment building due to unfeasibility.
My complaint is, why did the sales manager make me fill the form before enquiring about the feasibility of the connection, and even after that, never gave correct updates to me. I would have gone for another vendor from Day 1 had I known this before. I had to call them everyday as absence of broadband connection seriously affects my work. They made me suffer every single day by not even picking up my calls.
