Hi,
I am Madiha Aftab and I just switched to airtel from vodafone. The main reason behind leaving vodafone was sim related issues.
I witched to airtel as it says "its the best network for smartphones" but to my surprise its nothing like what is promised.
I took the connection yesterday, 20th December from S.R.Communication, Shop no.CG-79, Unitech Arcadia, South City 2, Gurgaon. I was told the sim will get activated in a span of 16 hours, that is, by today, 21st December 2013 around 10 AM. Even after constant reminders to airtel customer care my phone was not activated.
I called your customer care 5 times, and all your representatives were rude and highly inefficient. I just remember one name, Narendra Kumar, he asked me to get the payment back from the dealer and also said that airtel cant do anything about it.
DISAPPOINTED is the word. You all wont survive for long in the market if you cant satisfy your customers.
