Hi, My mobile number is [protected]. An amount of rupees 75 has been deducted from my main balance without my knowledge. After the amount got deducted only i got a message that i have been activated for some packs which i have not done. Please help me get back my balance. Thanks, Azar

      This is regarding false committment by Airtel Staff & poor Customer service Delivery agsinst new Airtel BB connection.
      I had applied for a new BB Connection.On 27/01/2014, an executive name Mr.Abhinav Kalsiya from Airtel visited my place, gave me full details about the plans & products.On 28/01/2014, I called him at his Mob.No. [protected], handed over all the formalities along with the SD of Rs.250/- for the same.I was given a Rcpt.no. 2723, dted-28/01/2014.I was informed that the technical team shall be coming on 30/01/2014 for cable set up & installation.
      I called Mr.Abhinav Kalsiya on 30/01/2014, at noon hours, I was told that he shall be updating me about the visit within an hour.When no revert from his end, I called him again, I was told that the installation shall be done the next day, afternoon, as the technical team are busy in some other cable malfunctioning issues.
      On 31/01/2014, I called him, he did not responded to my calls.Finally I called at the LL no.mentioned at his Visiting Card.Was mentioned, Anshika Communication & the LL No.[protected].A kind lady responded & bluntly told me that my connection cannot be processed as there is no connectivity & neither the technical team will accord for the same.Surprisingly, this is not correct.As two of my neighbours are having Airtel BB & it was by their word of mouth that I came to know about the satisfactory result of the connectivity.One of them share a common boundary with us.The other residing opposite.
      When I shared these details to the CC lady, I was told to enquire to these people about the weak service quality, as she is sure that the quality may not be at all satisfactory.
      I am surprised about the quality of work force, Airtel has employed.One who took away all the details & cash, but not responding after then, the other one who is giving such negative feedback about their product, even when the customer is sharing valuable feedback.
      Eventually my father called Mr.Abhinav Kalsiya from his no.& the same feedback was shared to us.
      If there isnt any connectivity, how my neihgbours are experiencing satisfacory results.And if it is so, why Mr.Abhinav did not shared this before login.Now it is told to me that I may be refunded back my cash thru chq.
      This seems unjust & unfair, as I was given false information.Sales team are bothered about their numbers, as it was month closing.Once the login is thru, let the customer keep on raising his voice & suffer.This needs to be addressed immediately.
      I want an appropriate resolution to be provided to me within 48 hrs, else I do not mind putting extra effort & few more bucks to approach the consumer forum & proceed legally, as well.
      This is an absurd, negligient & indisciplined act of the employess of Airtel.
      Need an immediate action & resolution for the same.

          Hi Its Ashutosh, new victim of Airtel and its fraud customer services. Its my 6th experience with Airtel customer care team. And this time it is for Airtel 4G connection. I am having Airtel 4G device since last few months. Connection was running fine and smooth for some time and one day Internet connection stopped working. I called customer care on 25th Jan 2014 and asked for resolution. After 7th attempt of resetting my device. Finally they said we will escalate issue to high level. After two days they said, its device problem and person will contact you for the same. It’s been 10 days since then and nobody ever contacted me regarding this. They closed my support request 3 times saying, "they tried calling me. I could not pick up. So closing ticket." I have called them 37 different times but still no result. This is company being run by goons and liars, who have absolute no command over their services. Before that I has problem with installing my digital TV, for which they took more than 2 months to install connection. Ashutosh Airtel 4G Number: [protected]

            On Saturday (1 feb 14) I requested to take airtel Broadband Internet connection and called airtel outlet, one of the representative came to my home and collected the document along with my photograph, Check of RS 500 and 100 rs he asked as a connection charge. He commit that, I will be getting the Internet connection by that itself till 6 pm but after that nobody called me and still I have not got my Internet connection . I called him hundred of times but he is not picking my phone as well.I complaint to the customer care as well(Complain[protected] but still no action has been taken from Airtel.
            I need Internet connection very urgently my work is getting affected by the delay. I am considering it as a fraud because the representative is not picking my call and not responding.
            Please take proper action to avoid misuse of the docs which I handed over to the guy.

              Hi, Since last 3 years I'm using Airtel with proper service, but I don't think the same service is providing now. I requested to shift my connection on 28th Jan 2014, from Velachery, Chennai to Pallikaranai, Chennai. When I contact customer care they said he having problem with the piller and its going to be fixed within 3days but its not fixed, for such kind of issue we already informed to them 1month before for the feasibility check, after their confirmation we shifted our office to the new location, even they placed a connection box in our apartment after our permission, but finally he saying we don't have a feasibility to provide the new connection. What is the solution for this?.

                  Am switching my phone number from Vodafone post paid to Airtel post paid with plan
                  Alive Net CUG 299 Combo Plan

                  I submitted the documents and two people came for verification (one for Office address and one for my room address)

                  Now my problem is my vodafone number deactivated(01/02/2014) and got airtel signal for verification of name and address. I called for 59059 .They are telling name mismatch.(Note :am not filled form, they told by seeing documents we will only fill the form) .

                  I called 59059 from Sunday moring they told they will initiate the process to update the name and address It will take 24 hours .Again I called for 59059 Monday morning they told same thing it will take 24 hours to update .Again today I called they are telling same thing it will take another 24 hours to update the record.

                  I called the people who took my address proof and given airtel SIM (Touch Point Services). For these procedure I called so many numbers which they called before getting to Airtel from past Two days more then 40 times. They are telling they are busy in meeting or we will get back to you or not receiving call.Its very bad.

                  I send mail to tps.airtel.[protected]@gmail.com regaring problem which am facing but no reply.

                  I don't know in airtel where the document goes and procedure what we need to follow and whom we need to contact for activation.people are telling its not coming under our work.

                  Am using only one SIM from past 3 years and its given to my client and registered with banks. Now I cant call to anyone and not activated my number. Its really a serious issue for me .

                    I was an Airtel customer for about 7 years for a number [protected]. I ported out this number on 16 Dec and paid bills upto 10 Dec. Subsequently I got bill with Zero amount for the period 11 Dec to 16 Dec. However, Airtel lateron started demanding Rs.622 as ontime charge for the period 20 Dec to 19 Jan when I was not using their service. Mails sent to them are unanswered.

                      Sir, I received a call on 02/02/14 at 10:49 AM from an Airtel number. It was a telemarketing call. The caller asked me about my Debit Card company, when I asked him about the reason, he just abused me and hung up. Since then, i am trying that number, but the calls on it have been diverted. I am not able to connect. It was an airtel mob no - [protected]. I request you to call the concerned party on which this number is registered and tell them about the incident.                         This is with ref. to Account Number:[protected] I know this is probably the fifth time I am writing to you. However, this time it is a serious case and it has cost me my prestige and image. I would like to let you know that I am a 15 year old airtel customer. Ever since I was old enough to have a mobile phone, I had an Airtel Number. I have worked with IBM and Ericsson who are partners to Airtel. I had heard a lot about Airtel ad that it cared for its customers. To my surprise, this is not the case. I have recently moved from New Delhi to Hyderabad. I had placed a request for cancellation of my Delhi as I moved to Hyderabad on Nov 18. On Nov 19, I took a new number that very same day To my surprise, my Delhi number never got disconnected. And whats more surprising is that I didnt even get a SR number. My bill kept rolling and rolling and rolling. Yesterday, the worst thing happened. Airtel set over some of its so called agents, who I think were more of THUGS (from the way they spoke) over to my family back in Delhi. Whats more horrifying is that those men did not have the courtesy to ring the bell and walk up to the door. Those men were screaming from the road saying that "your daughter has not paid the bill" My mother called me up and she was almost in tears due to the embarrassment. I then spoke to the men and took their names. One Dinesh Kumar from Rohini (his mobile no. [protected]) and his friend Amit had come to my house. It was horrible the way he spoke. Its as if some thugs were sent home. I called up the airtel customer care and spoke to them and they demanded that I pay a sum of INR 5000 rupees. And I did. Today I made a payment for 2 months out of which 1 month I have not used my number. Plus there is an outstanding amount of INR 1383 which I WILL not pay under any circumstance. I and my family had to face this embarrassment because of Airtel. I am appalled at the behaviour of Airtel. I am seriously thinking of shifting to Vodafone, as they will not harass their customers. Ever since I have come to Hyderabad, I have been harassed to the maximum. If you are what you claim to be, I am sure you will take this seriously and you will make the the effort to do something to compensate for this embarrassment that you have caused to me and my family I am truly hurt and upset at the way Airtel has treated me yet again. If this is how you treat your old people, how do you treat your new customers.

                              As I had been given offer to do recharge of Rs 249/= and will get 2gb 3g data and 1gb etc for 30 minutes, but when I did this I got only 1gb data. Its cheating you people had broken trust you are not keeping customers satisfy. Now I am going to close this number and will go for some other operator better than you. However ever since it I have been on airtel connection, i am not receiving incoming calls or sms.                                   I was in airtel for the past 2Years. But now changed to Vodafone past 3 months.

                                  I wish to come back to airtel. So pls do something like Boosting signal, so that we can get signal.

                                  If i get signal inside ODC, I will surely come back to airtel.

                                  Not only me using airtel, Many people almost in my ODC 300 people and overall 4000 people using Airtel inside TCS Siruseri campus.

                                  Very helpful if quick action taken.

                                  Recently contacted airtel customare care, they mentioned go to link www.airtel.in/leap. I already reported two times same issue. Still no response.

                                  First of all thanks for taking action that in our ODC reg the complaint raised, wirings, antenna has been fitted inside ODC.

                                  But the connection has not given means is not switched on.. Then what is the use of giving wirings and antenna inside ODC.

                                  We asked the person who gave wirings, he replied that some other team will have to connect this, then only this will work.

                                  Kindly take necessary steps.

                                    Hi there, 18th January I paid 2500/- for Airtel 4G router connection in Kolkata. I was promised that the connection will be given in 2 working days. But till date connection is not given. In the initial week I have tried contacting the reseller who contacted on behalf of Airtel (Shubho Adhikari Phone# [protected]). But soon he stopped responding to my phone calls. Then i contacted the Nodal authority, they responded with a mail and the verification happened. Again i was in the dark. Finally without getting any response from Nodal officer as well i tried calling their number and it said invalid SIM number. Then i contacted Appeltte authority with any response. Contacted multiple time asking to refund the amount again no response. I would like to request you to take up this case, so that I can either get my money back or the connection.I am pasting the detail mail trail exchanged with Nodal and Appeltte office.                                         Self-styled 'mobile behemoth', apparently, has a lot to learn from other smaller players in the field. Pay a visit to their website and you will understand why. All data about your calls, messages, etc. in 'My Airtel' are old and outdated. For instance, check the 'last five transactions', you will find that it is at least two days old!
