I have recharged with tariff voucher with Rs. 23 on 21 July 13. This plan is costing me more,so I want to switch over to another plan. On 25 July 13 I have recharge with tariff voucher with Rs 24/- for reducing STD call charge. Getting calls to pay bill even though billed settled

Dear Sir,

I was using Airtel mobile no: [protected] for which I had requested to terminate my services and had paid final bill at Airtel outlet at Supela, Bhilai dated 15/06/2013 SI No : 509446, Book No : 20378, Amount Rs. 1800/-.

Even though I have paid all the bills they are calling and mentally harassing me.

CHEATING BALANCE DEDUCTION

Disconnected using Airtel number without notification

I have couple of my Airtel Numbers [protected] and [protected] which has been disconnected for more than 15 days for a simple CUG transfer and Airtel customer care and local service center are totally unaware of what they are doing and the process. Getting calls from Airtel even when DO NOT CALL Registry is opted

I have been getting calls from some executives from Airtel using a reliance number - [protected] and ask me to convert my prepaid number to postpaid. I am registered at "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" on Airtel website but still keep on getting calls. I am surprized that how Airtel is giving Reliance mobile phones to their employees and ask them to use it???

Would request Airtel to have a look at the complaint. If needed...

Charged illegal internet charges

I have taken the corporate plan from Airtel and my number got activated on June 28,2013. At that time I was told by one of the Airtel representative that internet usage will be absolutely free for one month’s time. And now I have been charged approx. Rs 600 for internet usage. And the bill has been generated of approx. Rs. 724.42 only for 7 days till July 4,2013. And I am not at all liable to pay this amount as the fault is from Airtel...
