Dear sir, Please consider it as an emergency . I got a bill for my airtel postpaid no. [protected] for an amount of Rs:3288, I have been trying to contact your customer care centre for the last three weeks. I didn't get any response from your side. The only answer I'm getting is your server is down. I checked my bill and found that the amount billed is for my internet usage. I'm using the connection only for mobile not for a system. So my phone data usage system shows only 847mb I used from July 16 to September 16. I already activated 1gb data pack for 2g internet. I cannot pay this huge amount without any reason. The only wrong decision I taken is I chose your network. The same kind of mistakes happened previously from your side.. And I spoken to your official and they helped me to sort out the issue. Now the officials not allowing me to talk to their superior officer. I believe this is your business tricks to cheat the customers. So after a long thought I decided to move to Consumer court for the justice.. I'm waiting for your response. I'm pretty confident that I can prove my side . I recorded all my calls to customer care, and I have my data usage count. The worst thing is its not a one time mistake, it's happening every month. Hello,
I am Airtel post paid customer since 2006. I was satisfied by my bill until they charged an additional amount of Rs 794.50 on my february 2008 bill. As per Airtel, this is an outstanding bill of february 2007 (One year back) which I didn't submitted. When I called customer care they provided me with an option to wave off rs 250 only. I am really very dissappointed as I don't want to change my mobile number.
To add upon this when I checked my bill I found that there is discrepencies as well. As per my bill plan I shoud have got a discount of 444 minutes including my Local and STD calls. But I have got only rs 132 local discount and rs 13 on std. My local call was 136 and STD 97 respectively.

Don't know what to do.

I am a very dissatisfied customer of Airtel.I have paid 2200 INR on 24th Nov'08 for my airtel postpaid number.The agency who took this cash from me was actually a Fraud one.They took this money from me and gave me an Airtel payment slip.The address of this agency was somewhere in Janakpuri in Delhi.But when we went there, to my our utter dismay we couldnt find such an agency there.Airtel says that they haven't recieved the payment and rightly so.As they were fraud.

Please someone- help me what to do.Airtel wants me to file an FIR for this and they had also stopped my connection( outgoing and incoming).

what should I do??

with reference to the mail its more than 25 days my mobile number is disconnected and in spite of repetitive calling to customer care and telephonic conversation with Ur executives reff: complaint no 28455027 dt 19/09/2009 & F[protected] dt: 28/09/09.
and i have given a cheque and cheque number is mentioned below with receipt no bearing 493746 dt 16/09//09.
and its been more than a month no action has been taken from Ur end. if concern is not resolved with in 24 hours i may have think of legal proceedings. with this problem my business has suffered a huge loss . thinking that the Air tel stands for the customer service once again i am requesting you to do the need full at the earliest.

Mobile bill is in the name of Mr.Mahadeva Swamy.

Sub: Waiver of old charges. / Disconnection of services.

This is with regard to bills pertaining to the month of September, October,
November 2008. I was promised waiver of delayed payment from your airtel
office and your executive, but it was not done. Innumerable complaints to
your office fell in deaf ears. Further more my bills were never delivered
before the due date. Every month i used to get the bill only after the due
date.
In the current month i.e, one executive by name Mr.Javed promised me an
waiver of my DPF, on his advice i made the payment, the payment was
collected by Mr.Anand on 16/09/2009. (Cheque No:010101, Amnt: Rs.1973/-)
Two days later both my numbers were disconnected resulting in a loss of
Rs.10 laks. I had to participate in a tender, but due to this problem i
lost the tender and the EMD.All my customer are unable to contact me, which
is creating severe problems and loss of money. I am totally disgusted with
your beureucratic attitude and poor response. In this regard i have decided
to lodge a complaint to Consumer Forum, before that i would like to inform
you. If you are interested in solving amicably kindly resolve the issue at
the earliest.

Every time I use To get Wrong Bill, and every time I had complaint for the same, after my complaints, i use to get my correct bill.
On 12 oct with out informing me and sending any bill to my address, my airtel services had been stoped ,I am not even able to call to some of Imp. Nos. , I again complaint on 15 oct to airtel customer care, they had activated my no. and after few hrs agin they have stoped my post paid services.
They told me that I have to pay 1600 Rs bill, but didnot send any hard copy of my bill,

Pls help me and show me My bill as well give me my call summary because I am sure again You have charged me for my free CUG nos. as you have done it twice earlier.

Pls help me to know my correct bill, with my plan and pls activate my no. as soon as possible.

So from the company referred Airtel associate, I got 2 sims. Plan of the sim is 1 lakh SMS free. One sim got activate PH#[protected] within a week and i just sent 40 sms and not even made any call except to airtel customer care. Later the airtel deactivated all the persons who got airtel sims through the part time office stating they don't give this offer to part time job. So overall my sim is activated only for 4 days. later I received the bill for Rs.214.43. I used only 40 sms ( its free) and they disconnected connection without prior information. I am looking for some justice. Pls help me.

Air tel_postpaid — Bill Payment

Dear Sir/Madam,
I made a payment of Rs.995/- by cash at "Bangalore One" collection centre, New BEL Road, bangalore on 24th-Dec-09, which was due for 6th-Jan-10. Till date this is not posted on my mobile account of [protected]. I have writen about this with scaned copy of the receipt to [protected]@airtelindia.com & reminded several times, but no change in the account status.

My outgoing calls were charged at 1.50/min even after me opting for a
service which bring down my call charges.

I have mail proofs for request for activation of the service, but the
customer care refused to activate this service for no reason.

I have raised this request on July 27th 2010. But was not having any
change in the bill amount. They continued to charge me. After raising
concern through several calls and mails, Airtel has not changed it.

This is not the first time I am getting this response. Please provide me with the details that will help me get a permanent solution
I have availed of 3G services from Airtel. My mobile no:[protected].The company had set my credit limit of Rs.2,500/-. I have gone in for Rs.750/- plan with 2GB free. After 25 days my service was disconnected. The bill generated was Rs.6700/- for the month of April. When i enquired i was told that i had utilized only 900mb out of 2GB and the customer service/support promised to give me a call back but that never happened.Second time when i called up i was told I had utilized 1.5 GB which was below 2GB and the customer support/service could not help me with the details the third call i made i was told that i had utilized 3GB. The fact of the matter is all along i was keeping a track of my usage because i was getting unbilled amount to a tune of several thousands every time. I confirmed with them that my bill would be of only Rs.750/- for using 3G service if the usage is limited to 2GB . I never had any problem with Airtel earlier but this consistent change in their statement regarding my utilization shows that there is manipulation from their end. I want this problem resolved.

I was having an airtel postpaid corporate sim of no [protected] from last year and my credit limit was 1200. I have activated mobile 2G internet pack of 1GB of 98 rupees from last 3 months. This month i got bill as a Rs.3698/- (Bill Number :[protected] which is 3times of my credit limit (Rs.1200/-). So i called customer care to ask how could be possible this, how it crossed limit. They replied like your credit limit got changed to 3000.
Then I asked like I didn’t get informed about this and I didn’t get any message. How you people changed without telling me and you people didn’t inform me after changing also. And bill generated PDF says that my credit limit is still Rs.1200/-. They couldn’t answer and they replied like our manager will call you within 4hrs once they told and 2hrs another time they told. And till now I didn’t get any call from them.
And they told like you have used 0.3Gb extra internet so you got the more bill. But when I used last time more internet I got message after crossing Rs.1100/- telling that your limit is exceeding please recharge it. I thought this time also I will get same kind of message. But this time it didn’t happen like this. And they are not responding properly. It is purely Airtel mistake that they changed my credit limit without informing me and still my bill says that my credit limit is Rs.1200/-. With this I got very bad lesson and I hope I will get some good reply from them.

This is reagrding the bill settlement for the above mentioned number -

I have had numerous discussions with your team regarding the same and
everytime they have given me false promises regarding the bill
settlement.

After long discussions, recently I got a call from another executive
on 25th jan 2013, 1.00 pm, asking me to pay Rs. 700 towards the bill
and promised to settle the remaining amount as it was all excess. She
also promised that she will be sending me the confirmation of the same
by the end of the day.

I sent ther the below mentioned details at 2.00pm:

It is 15 days now and I have not got any confirmation yet. I am

Request you to take action immediately and settel the bill without any
further inconvenience.

sir. i am p.hari krishna used airtel postpaid sim card(phone no-[protected]) having an offer of 300rupees plan having 600min free, 600 sms free and 1gb free internet per month. after i&#039;ve taken the sim with in 10days it showed that the sim registration was failed, i went and give my proofs again but again after some days it showed that registration was failed, this time i gave a complaint to airtel operator mustaffa in mehadipatnam, hyderabad .but they didnt give any response to me, so i have taken another network sim but later after 2 months the airtel operator manager ranga nadh, begampet airtel office manager called and said that i got a bill of 6000/-. he is giving warning saying that i&#039;ll put a case on me. late i went to airtel office and register a complaint for that they said that if registration is failed all the offers will be cancelled and u&#039;ve to pay the bill, because of fearing for case and all i paid 2500/-, but how it will be possible. i used according to the plan, airtel operator saying that it not possible if registration is failed, every time im giving the correct documents but they are failing to register it again and again and now saying to attend in the patiyala count in delhi.. please take relevant action on airtel and make my amount back...

I am the customer of Airtel from last 2 year approx. My plan is Teacher Govt. Employee Plan. In this plan Airtel gives me 500 msgs on every local no. but this month it changes to msgs only at local airtel number without any comfimation msg or call and my bill for this month is huge and i can&#039;t pay it. I called to customer care and they said that they send my complaint to higher authorities and i will get the call for this complaint till 27th april evening but till now i didnt receive any call from airtel. My reference number for this call to cstomer care is 50153455.

I am using airtel corporate mobile phone number ([protected]). Usually my mobile bill comes around Rs.300 without any internet package. I activated 3G services a couple of weeks ago for a data plan of Rs 250 for 1GB data. But, till data i&#039;ve used only 250MB of internet data and when I check in the airtel website about my unbilled amount it is showing Rs 690/-. How come is this possible??? I have not even made more phone calls too.

When i call for 121 customer care I am not finding any option to speak to the customer care executive. I need detail explanation on this.

The way these people are working is quite surprising.

False promises: their representative sold me a postpaid simcard (Airtel) telling me that this plan (395) consist of free 2g internet data specially for HCL employees.

but my bill told me a different story than their representative&#039;s.
they charged me for internet also and the bill was huge i wanted them to close my sim and send me an Email containing final bill at first there was merely a response from their side for five months.

Suddenly they started ringing my cell phone six times a day forcing me to pay my dues amount which was triple of the last bill.
This was really annoying that at first you are not responding at all and when you do, you are doing it like i am a criminal.

the guy who called me &quot;Manish Sharma&quot; is brilliant in his job, he said that he is going to call all the numbers whom i have called and make your mom and dad suffer. &quot;his original wordings&quot; (I HAVE ALL THE RECORDINGS WITH ME).

he was not listening to me at all.
all he wanted is his money, as i wanted to talk to higher authority who can at least listen quietly.

Finally i made my payment and pledged to keep a good distance from airtel canopies :D

my last month postpaid bill is rupees 3500.Its because of extra internet usage i.e. above my monthly package.i was not intimated by airtel about exceeding of my internet plan.my montly bill never exceeded 500/- Rs kindly look into the matter as early as possible or I will be porting all my 7 airtel connections. mobile no [protected]

In the beginning the speed is 7.2 every time. After one month the speed is only 236.8 kpbs. Till this day. I contact services centers in Kurnool (AP) in this matter. But they not giving correct response and give different mobile numbers to Contact which are switched of 24 hours.. Most of the times not able to contact toll free and other customer care numbers.         I have requested to discontinue with this company on 17-Jul-13, as I was not satisfied with Support from Airtel (was facing Network issue at Dankuni Location, but receive no response from Airtel) After that I got a call from Tech Engg from Airtel (Ref#[protected] & he accepted my request & offered me two options 1. Take 4LTE in place of 3G dongle with concessional rate. 2. Go for 2G unlimited connectivity for 2 months free subscription. I accepted the 2nd option, hence he has converted my Connectivity speed to 2G. But he has not sent any confirmation on this (neither in SMS or Mail). Hence I sent mails thrice to get confirmation on this to 121, but never got any response. Hence I continued to use that 2G connectivity thought of that has been accepted. Then I got a bill for Rs. 1685.41, which is huge compare to my usual billing amount (which is around Rs. 500-600). I sent mail to 121 asking for help. Then there was many discussion with Tech People/Billing People. And every time there was a new person whom I need to explain the entire scenario every time (over phone &/or mail as well), as they were not aware of previous history. Although I explained every concern to those person but no one has came back (although promised to get back to me later) with proper conclusion. I forwarded the mails to Airtel Nadal Officer, after that forwarded to Appellate Authority also. Yesterday I had talk & today I saw a email from Nadal Officer, stating that provide the information who given this info to you. As usual I forgot this info. But they never accepting that they have not responded to my mails, which I sent to get a confirmation on this. Seek your help on this. Thanks!!! Airtel Presence & Nadal Officers are telling that the Bill levied is proper as per the Bill Plan. But as per the commitment from Airtel Tech Executive, that Bill Plan was suppose to be changed. But I have not got any intimation that it was not changed, even I have sent a mail to get a confirmation abt the free Bill Plan to 121. Even that was not responded. I would like to know what else Airtel expect from me. While I already decided to Discontinue with Airtel. I only used Airtel last month as per the free commitment from that Tech Guy. Attaching below the correspondence I made for terminate Airtel Connectivity & the Mail which I sent to get a confirmation from 121 in this free bill plan. If that was responded then certainly I will stop Airtel that day itself. Hence request you to revise the current Bill. Please help to get rid of this issue. I already have waste lot of time discussing on this...

            Hi, . i took a new Airtel 4g LTE dongle connection on 20th-Sep (friday). The sales rep told me that it would be activated withing 48 hours. till not its not activated. Address verification was done on monday 23rd. when contacting the number [protected] they say that they could not find my record. my number[protected] dongle IMEI [protected]. please let me know whom and where to contact to find the current status.

              Hi, Due to relocation to the place where there is no airtel broadband connectivity is there, I requested airtel customer care to close my connection on 9th September 2013, complain number is 38301608, when I called customer care once again on 14th Sept. these guy are told upto 16-17th my connection will be closed, When I called again on 22nd Sept.these people saying your requested is closed, as you ready to continue your connection. These people never call me, but they are telling that they called me on 12th Sept. but reality is these people not called me till yet. So, as I requested them again that I already moved out from my previous house on 9th Sept. only How I said that I to continued that service, then these people again lodge a complain for the same complain number is 38891950 and my executive calls you within 24 hrs but till yet no one called and yesterday when I called these people they again saying that I agreed to continue with the service as somebody called me and confirm it and when I disagree with that then they again lodge a complain complain number is 39034332. Mine concern is how I will agreed to continue with that connection as I already moved out from my previous house on 9th Sept. only. I dont know what I will do now, please help me to close the connection. Mine fixed landline number is [protected]

                  [protected] - Sathish This is the guy who gave the connection to us. we actually have two 4mbps connection in our office. Sathish talked very well until we opened the connection. He told to contact him if there was any problem at all. when we were facing the connection problem we called him and he didnt respond properly. he spoke very unprofessionally and disrespectfully. He told he wont be responsible for any of these problem. i am very disappointed because he was all good until we open the connection then he didnt respond or respect when we have problem.

                  We are a leading internet marketing company in tamilnadu. Our business is based on the internet services. i would strongly suggest other companies not to get airtel connection for their businesses.

                  We lost more than 3 lakh rupees last month because of this problem. We called customer care daily, but no response.

                      This is to inform you that i took an airtel postpaid connectionon 26 /07/08 thru ur sales executive Mr Puneet Sood ([protected]). I paid up a securtiy of 500 Rs and the form was fileld b ur representative, even a letter from the comapny was also given along with that. Address verificationwas alos done and suddenly yesterday at around 1830 my outgoings were barred .When I contatced ur customer care people theysaid there is soe problem u need to resubmit the documents after that i contatced the same gentleman Puneet who told me taht he has already doen the needful and i will activated by 1700 hrs tomorrow ( ie today) but till now nothing has been done . He is ur representative and u shud ask him to verify the problem why a customer has been asked to penalise for this . Was it my fault, u rgetting salry from our money and this is what ur givieng back to us, i mean this is ridiculous.

                      We are alos in sales and if a customer creates a problem we held our person responsible and ask him to resolve and not the customer. Thisis a pathetic service provided by Airtel. Please make sure my outgoing gets restored. Contatc ur person and ask him the story, now he is not evenopicking up my phone . This is disgusting how can a sales exectuive do like this .With this type of service i am sure atleast i am not goinmg to receommend anybody to use airtel.

                      I bought a airtel lifetime prepaid sim at madhapur, hyderabad on feb 11, 2009.. they have barred my outgoing on feb 19th and asked me to submit my proofs again.. i have submitted my proofs again to airtel showroom at madhapur on feb 21st morning.. he said that it ll take 48 hrs to activate.. but still(feb 24) its not all activated..

                      I have taken the Aitel Sim from a dealer in Domlur office submitting the photocopy of Electoral Card and photos etc.Later afer 3 days a message came stating my documents has not be submitted and they barred my out going.
                      Then I went to Airtel office at KK nagar and resubmitted the form and asked to wait for 24 hours.
                      Even after 24 hours my outgoing is not enabled.A friend who was also in the same situation has resubmitted the document along with to Airtel office on the same day had got the connection.

                      sir,
                      I address to you that I have bought an airtel sim no. [protected].last week with submitting all my documents required. The shop (Bharat Medical Store)where the sim was bought by me has sent all my document to airtel shop. the shopkeepar of Bharat Medical Store has no fault in it. I also recharged Rs. 100 for using internet. Now airtel service has closed my sim. so how can I use internet via this sim and where my documents gone. Only airtel and its employees are responsible for this matter because they can lose my documents.
                      Therefore I request you to ask airtel customer care to activate my airtel sim. Please help me.
                      I have recharged my airtel prepaid mobile on 27th march 2010 for Rs.50.On that day itself within a hour the company deducted Rs.15 from my balance.I doesn't bothered because it is the period for renewal of caller tune.But on 28th march also they deducted Rs.15 for caller tune.Now the main problem is my out going calls are barred even my balance is Rs.8.04 and special balance is Rs.9.80.Even i cannot contact 198 complaints also.How can i approach the company and register my complaint.

                      Incoming and outgoing was barred, call to customer care was not getting connected, after going to relationship center and calling nodal office it took 40 hours to start incoming and outgoing, they are cheaters, charging and not providing benefits.

                      Airtel Sim — Sim Barred

                      My Airtel sim has been barred.I am not even able to call the customer care.
                      When i contacted the shop owner from where i purchased the sim , he told to contact the Airtel showroom.But the place where i live, there are no Airtel showrooms.Could you please help me with this.Its urgent.I need to get my sim working as soon as possible.

                      I would like to inform you that I have submitted the proofs for the mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] according to the msg I received from your service.I am lot of problems after subbmitting my proofs and my numbers are getting barred. When ever I contact your show room or customer service they are not helping. but to some extent I got help from your show room but there is no help from your customer service people and they are disconnecting the calls.I am very disappointed regarding your service and I am using your network for more than 5 years.

                      I am Prateek. I have an Airtel prepaid connection, no. [protected]. It is in my father's name 'Sunil Varma". After receiving a message that my documents have to be submitted, my outgaing has been barred.
                      Now I have been using this number since 2004. There has to be a valid reason. My family has been using Airtel since more than a decade now. We have 5 Airtel number and I am not amused by this move by Airtel.
                      I am having Airtel prepaid number [protected] for the past two and a half years. I had submitted all proper documents at that time. I even got a call after few days to confirm about my documents. Today they have barred all outgoing calls without my knowledge and without any intimation. Kindly restore outgoing call facility.

                      This is to let you know that I got my airtel number converted from postpaid to prepaid by airtel retention department as i had opted to port out of airtel network because their network is not as good as it used to be earlier and at my residence I never have good signals, no resolution taken even after repeated complaints. Over a period of time airtel has developed, "taken for granted attitute". Now they have barred my outgoing calls giving reason that I have to submit my documets which I had already submitted to their retention department guys, It is clear that the people who are handling the documents are utter careless or airtel wants to test it's customer's patience to the core. This is happening with my second connection and I have heard that many others also have faced a similar harrasment. Now I totally want to get rid of this useless network and have no option to port out as outgoing is barred. Can someone help me?

While changing my number Idea to Airtel i have provided all the valid document and its has been verfied by airtel pepole then its got converted to airtle.                       My phone no.[protected] Sim was barred which i am using till from last 6 years without any intimation.when i was approached the local dealer they were telling me that it was become a free number you cant get the number again by that i was very much disappointed.being a businessman i am loosening my business i had produced the required documents.
                      My Airtel mobile no. [protected] outgoing has been barred 2nd time in 10 days. The customer representative of Airtel behaviour is very bad. They do not try to understand the problem of customer at all. They say it is barred due to credit limit. Previously also it was barred due to credit limit. Now when I had taken connection the credit limit alloyed was only 500 which is not conveyed at all. So when it had vtoaaed the limit they barred outgoing without informing. Then I called and asked for credit limit increase to 5000 , they have agreed for the same and phone was started . Now after ten days they've again barred the outgoing . When I talked to Airtel they say your credit limit is increased to only 1600, which is exceded so we are stopped the outgoing. Now sir when the first bill amount is 1794 which I hv to pay by 27th feb as per the Airtel bill then why thy have wrongly fixed the credit limit to 1600 and for 10 day it has worked now suddenly they are stopping outgoing and telling pay the deposit and service will be started.

                      So this is totally unlawful behaviour by Airtel and I will not recommend any body to take Airtel connection . If my complaint is heard kindly call me on [protected].

                      !)I have been informed my address verification is rejected despite of
                      verification agent visit.

                      2)Again reinitiated the verification request on 27th, an agent by Name Mr
                      Vijay( Mob: [protected]) visited my office and took the verification and
                      collected 100/- for petrol so as to submit the documents at office

                      Now my outgoing calls have been barred because the agent didn&#039;t submitted the
                      documents till date.

                      when called 59059 yesterday they informed me that address verification is
                      completed successfully and because of technical problem outgoing suspended and
                      they directed me to call 198.

                      Have been calling 121 &amp;amp; 198 from yesterday but they are neither taking
                      complaint on backend team nor reinitiating verification request/unbarring of
                      service

                      one of the executive by name afzar advised me to though the sim card out

                      I have requested a call back from backend/concern team yesterday but no one
                      tried to contact me

                      And i am not in position to visit the airtel outlet and am new to Bangalore.

                        Reg. Airtel SilverLine Network – Adyar

                        I took the Airtel post paid connection from Airtel SilverLine Network at Adyar (Besant Nagar Road).
                        I paid Rs: 300/- against this and took monthly 250 plan. I have given the copies following docs for the identity proofs.

                        • Passport
                        • Driving License
                        • PAN Card
                        • Work ID card

                        I was told that the new number will get activated within the same day probably before 8PM, I was actually waiting for the same which was not happened for 3 days.
                        Third I called the person who represented me at Airtel SilverLine Network showroom to issue the new number and I really shocked that they sold my number to other person post it was issued to me as it was good number and the person may be closure to them.

                        I understood the situation and accepted for the new number as well, for the activation they told the same similar to fist number.
                        I called them many times and was getting reply as they will check and activate immediately…one week over.

                        After a week the executive was stopped picking my call.

                        *** NOW AIRTEL MAY HAVING ENOUGH CUSTOMERS AND NOT WORRING ABOUT NEW, BUT AIRTEL SERVICES VERY BAD NOW A DAYS***
                        I am customer of Airtel for 10 years, now by seeing current situation I am changing my service provider.

                        Earlier, I was struggled for 2 months to get my Broadband connection changed to new location. They took a month for placing the cable in my new house and another month for giving internet access.

                        With best of my knowledge I am posting this, it’s up to you that whether you can believe or not….?

                            I had subscribed for Airtel 3G connection which was running fine. Sometime later I felt a drop in speed and overall performance and I logged in a complaint. First Airtel did not expect that there is any problem, upon giving relevant examples they took down the complaint and asked me to wait till 4 days for resolution. In the interim I opened a compliant on their website through my online account. To my surprise, the company representative called and told me that it is my misconception and the services are running fine and promptly closed the ticket even though I had specifically asked him NOT TO. They also closed the ticket on the website without any proper resolution. S.No. Ref.                               We are using Airtel braodband 80Gb @2000 rs per month.
                              we are living in PTC , Chennai area.
                              Airtel DSL is down from 13-sep , there is no resolution provided.
                              service becomes pathethic. I guess they are going mad after seeing their competitiors collapsing their business by cheaper offers, only thing we opted for airtel is because of reliable network, now that is also gone.

                                after i conform from airtel helpline they told me i[censored] got sms then u can get the benifit of 2GB 3G internet in 255 then i recharge offer but i not got the benifit of 2GB...

                                I got airtel 4g connection([protected]) on june 11th 2013, at the time of new connection, they verified address at home and also at office, and I personnally signed during personnel verification, and I got first month bill and paid it, but after two months they have barred my services saying that my home address is negative, without any intimation. due to this my business losses has occured almost 1 lakh,. In addition to this, further I have provided the asked documents, on 18 sept 2013, with deadline of 3 working days, still no one is properly responding to my call and continuously sending the bills promptly, I request the concerned team to please take appropriate actions on this issue.                                   Im the customer of Airtel DTH Customer ID [protected], 2 years back I have upgraded my STB with HD STB , 6 months back I had faced the remote control problem, so I tried to use the switches fixed on STB. To my surprised I have noticed that all the switches provide on the STB are getting stuck inside the STB, as the design of the STB is faulty means manufacturing defect. Now the company is not ready to accept the fault. Yesterday ie on 11.07.2013 I was asked to pay Rs. 350/- as an service charge for replacement of faulty STB free of cost . But when I recd the STB I noticed that the STB which is given as an replacement is a secondhand and repaired one. So i refused to accept as why for the fault of company I should take the defective/ repaired STB. Now, the persons with whom I was coordinating has refused to give me replacement. I would like to bring to your notice as how the customers are cheated by such a big companies. Also I would like to inform you- all the set top boxes which are supplied to the customers across the India must 100% facing the same problems., but no one has noticed the same. I would like to request you take immediate action against such company and help the citizens of India from such a cheating and get me the replcement of my STB with fresh one. The government of India is promoting the campaign for installation of STB all over the India, should also listen to the peoples and help them in getting the problems solved.
                                  This followup is being done by me for the last 6 months, but company is firm on its decession.
                                  I would like to request all the Airtel DTH users to check their set top switches working or not, if not then every one should ask for replacement of the same. It is a right of customer.

                                  For the last 6-7 months Airtel is not interested in solving my issue, After fooling to the customers like me Airtel is giving me the second hand / repaired set top box against my new unrepaired set top box.
                                  I have recd a call from Airtel DTH by Ms. Sutapa Sarkar - [protected], first of all she told me that my set top box has been replaced in the month of July 2013 which is absolutely wrong.
                                  Secondly she is asking me why I have noticed this fault after 1.5 yr.
                                  Thirdly as per companies policy Airtel is not in a position to replace my set top box freely & with new one.
                                  I have to pay Rs. 350/- & I will get second hand / refurbished unit which is not acceptable to me.

                                  Pl let me know what resolution you have shared with me ... without giving any solution what nonsense you are writing --- dont you people feel ashmed that a customer is facing the problem because of fault of a company and chasing the company for 6-7 month just following.

                                    sir,
                                    i am using my airtel mobile service since year 1994 when it reaches in h.p. i was the 3rd customer in shimla region. as i am facing problems of over charging of the company since the first day. sir, now as a matter of fact i am to submit that i am receiving wrong bills since last few months and again and again i am complaining the authorities for the same.sir, sometimes they send their representatives for resolving the complaint and the said persons gave us the written settlements but even after settling the matter and taking the full amount in shape of cheque they send wrong bills, not only this they even disconnected my numbers many times which cause me a big inconvenience. sir, these people are not a people of faith so please take a strong action against them at earliest. sir you are also requested to give me a some other relief such as compensation for the inconvenience caused due to company . sir bills and receipts given to me are also attached herewith for your strong action please.
                                    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Hello , This is with regards to cancelation of my Airtel number [protected] which i was using since 6 months. I have cleared all my outstanding bill for the months and request you do the needful ASAP. Please do cancel the connection with immediate effect. Reason - Seems this is a recycled Number & i am Frequently getting calls from unknown numbers which awful. Please do the needful so that i can apply for new number. For further contact please refer my alternative number which you have in your Sys Refer below screen shot for your reference for payment confirmation.
