I have recieved a call from airtel customer care regarding new postpaid plans for prepaid customers. I have finalized one plan and submitted all fees and required document to company executive who came to my office to receive the same. A week later my postpaid plan have been activated and I noticed that a wrong plan has been activated to my account. When I have tried to contact the same executive he did not replied to my call. Then i have launched complaint of the same on customer care number. At that time I came to know that the plan explained to me is no longer valid. I have also contacted to customer service centre but they say that they cant help me and suggested me to go for other plans. This is truely a fraud and an unprofessional business by Airtel.

    I did online recharge of Rs 400 for my prepaid Airtel no. [protected] on 30.09.2013 through Axis bank but the recharge was not done and amount was debited to my account. Next day I again did recharge of Rs 400 through ICICI bank but same way amount was debited and recharge was not done. I have lost total Rs 800. Till today this amount is not credited back to my accounts. Please take action.

      Hi, Can you please deactivate datacard connection immediatly. Datacard number ([protected]). I have taken my datacard on 30_09_2013. For activation i have given following address HCL Technologies Limited, ETA SEZ Unit-III Block-2 And 3, No-33 OMR Road Chennai Navalur, ., Chennai, TN, 603103. After verfication call i requested my billing cycle they said that it is 12_10_2013. Then i requested to change my bill plan between 1st to 5th.One of the executive created requested for the same req no :[protected]. Then same day(30_09_2013) evening i used my datacard . After session over it is displaying session statistics is as follows. upload :150 MB down load:130 MB. I never uploaded even single KB. Next day morning (1_10_2013) i used once again my datacard . After session it is displaying upload:40 MB download: 130 MB(approx) . Never uploaded single KB. I called customer care regarding usage they said that out of 10 GB 400 MB used. (10gb-400mb=9.6 GB). Then i felt that some problemcheating is there with my datacard. So i decided to cancel the deactivate datacard connection immediatly. I called at 9:00 AM on 1_10_2013 then they said that our server is slow call us after 4 hours. Again i called after 4 hours they said same issue call after 4 hours. Again i called after 4 hours said that call today.(02_10_2013). But today they are saying that my address is incorrect to deactivate the connection. Find our ddress at www.airtel.in and i found that same below address only. HCL Technologies Limited, ETA SEZ Unit-III Block-2 And 3, No-33 OMR Road Chennai Navalur, ., Chennai, TN, 603103 I don't know why customer care people include suprivisors are behaving like this..         Hi,
        I regret to inform you that my airtel corporate no [protected] i want to change my plan super saver 199 that gives me 600 minutes free 300 smas and airtel to airtel 20, other local 30 & std 50 Paise/minute as per commit from airtel executive Amit but currently my plan is 9000sec free per month 199 plan i called to customer care Mr sandeep Deepak & Abhishek on 30th sept 2013 Deepak told me your plan change till 24hrs i submitted the request but when i call to c care on 2nd October 2013 they told me there is no any request for change what;s the c care doing they giving wrong information my family using airtel but i did not face that type of rudely & wrong information. the company want to print my visiting card but unable to print because we have to wait almost 12 days for activation and activate different plan so i faced lots mental problem. so i request to consurn person take action regarding this issue and give me feedback why they do like that.

        Comapny Plan is Airtel Special Value 199 CUG Plan but i got mail from appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com he demanding again company id scan copy it means repeating problems i request you activate this plan or deactivate my sim card and return my deposit money and thanks a lot for this painful service

          Hi,
          On September 3, 2013 morning, i got a message from airtel saying " Thanks for downloading Video from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99.0." I had not made any such download. I immediately contacted the customer care . I was informed that i would have to wait till the next bill is generated. If an amount of INR 99 shows up in my bill then that amount would be waived off. Now, i have got my bill and rupees 99 is reflecting there, so i alled up airtel Hi,
          On September 3, 2013 morning, i got a message from airtel saying " Thanks for downloading Video from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99.0." I had not made any such download. I immediately contacted the customer care . I was informed that i would have to wait till the next bill is generated. If an amount of INR 99 shows up in my bill then that amount would be waived off. Now, i have got my bill and rupees 99 is reflecting there, so i called up airtel customer service only to be told that i have made the download and I'll have to pay up. To let you know, I have not been sent any download link by airtel either. This looks like a pure case of fraud. Later the customer care executive asked me to pay 99 rupees less on my bill and that the same would be reflected in the next bill. Can i trust you to keep your word, Airtel? Or maybe i should change to a better service provider and inform TRAI on behalf of myself and the other sufferers of your fraudulent ways?

              Hello, I am an Airtel subscriber from Mumbai circle. My number is [protected]. Last month i activated 2GB 3G pack of 450. From the day i activated to this date, i was constantly getting 2G speeds capped at 200-220 kbps. I already complained about this to Customer Service department many times but they failed to resolve it. I have tried all those things that i was told to: setting up APN as airtelgprs.com, manually searching for Airtel 3G network, deleted temp files but no luck. There ain't any problem with my data card as i am currently using Reliance 3G in it. Lately, i tried another Airtel Sim card by activating a small 3G pack and i was getting 10mbps speed on it. So, the problem lies with my particular Airtel number. I suspect the plan change had created a nuisance. I was using a 3G plan previously, then i thought of giving a try to 2G and activated 2G, since the speeds were not good for me, i activated 2GB 3G for 450 however the speeds this time didn't step up to 3G. And i am left up paying 450 bucks for 2G? The plan expired on 29th September and i had not even used 50mb out of it since i am not used to slower browsing When i had called Airtel CC, they advised me to wait till 29th September, and told me that i would get a call on my alternate number. I patiently waited bu did not receive any call. It really annoying that a reputed company like Airtel is doing such malpractices. If it was for 100 or 200 bucks, i would have forgotten about this. But i have paid 450 for the service which i never got. I have all the proofs as well as the call records and i am going to take this to the consumer court if i am not given a successful resolution. I want the company to refund my balance or unused data ASAP To add i had also sent an email to [protected]@in.airtel.com but did not get any reply even after 3 days

              Well, i would like to know how much more time would Airtel need to resolve this. It's already a week since my 3G plan is expired and i never got the service which i had paid for.

                My Name IS Dr Amit Vispute am port my tata indicom number to airtel post paid after that i cant get indoor network after complaint they told me in your area tower r locked and halt, after few hour they call me again and they say their is a full coverage but i cant get indoor network

                after again taking feedback they say their is a partial network and we will work on tower and u get good signal after that but i cant get indoor signal l i cant connect with 198 as well as 121

                i want to start my miss call alert since last 15 days they cant activate it

                network affecting are is in the nashik city they cant provide network in city and say airtel have good signal

                my mobile number is [protected]

                so airtel is bor in nashik and they dont have good relation shop in nashik city am visiting all the shop but they cant activate my miss call alert facility

                so dont get airtel

                  I'm Prince Bhowmick from mumbai, my Airtel number : [protected]. Date 27/9/2013 evening time about 5 pm i see my talk time balance 294 & 3G internet balance 297 mb, that time im calling 121 (customer care) reporting i'm not receive proper net speed, he say it solve after sometime, after 10 min i'm try to call someone but i see my balance is 0.00 & internet balance is 1.22 mb, from that days i'm calling continue customer care this matter, someone say's yes sir we are check, it's our fault then your amount will be return within 2 day's, i'm waiting ... this is my ref. no : RCRCB[protected] & RMOAC[protected] & CLTNM[protected]. but today 30/9/2013 evening 6.11 pm calling me from airtel customer care number : [protected], she say's we can't refund your amount, because here no record your deducted amount... sorry & cut my call, this is stupid Airtel matter & now i want to take action...

I told Airtel dth customer care, a service engineer come and collect rs .175, but problem not solved. Two times i told Airtel dth customer care. Please help and solve the problem.

                        Hi, I am a Airtel platinum customer, I have this 3G wireless broadband connection. The number is [protected]. I have been them Rs. 955.06 every month and from last 2 months I am not getting the service as committed by the company. I have complaint just last month to Nodal officer Airtel in Bangalore but the issue has recurred. I get 0.00 kbps speed and not 3G speed. I have attached pictures of it. None of the sited open. Not even speedtest.net. This denial of service and violation of consumer laws. It just shows EDGE on the airtel application. I am tired of complaining to them I have made 3 complaints so far. Airtel is cheating and looting me every month. I cant even do my office work from home. I have this issue to be resolved ASAP. I am not paying the bill for the days I have problem with my internet. I havent even completed my 6GB data as per the plan. Please see the picture for the latest usage.

                          I am very irate with what is happening with me from the date my number was port from Vodafone first i was offer a plan from Airtel Customer care[protected] which was "Special 549 combo 3g plan" in which i suppose to get 1800 min local/national to any network( after that 10p/min A2A, 30p A2O, 40p A2Lan, 50p A2STD), 200SMS local/nation(after that 10p/local and 30p/STD) 1GB 3G data plan(after that 3p/10KB) but after porting my number to airtel i call verification number and over there they ask me all my detail one by one and provide and in the end they were give me plan details that somethng different from the plan that i choose.I called Customer care for help and over there they told me to send a mail copy and provide the complaint number they told me sir aap hume time di jiye hum check krkey solution jarur denge mean while aap ek mail sent kariye @ [protected]@in.airtel.com hum jarur aapki help krenge.. but till nw no help instead of that i received mail from Nodal team that this offer is not in airtel. from 20-Sep-2013 my Number is port to Airtel and i had no other work beside to call airtel customer care for help they promise me for the solutions but after some time i received call regarding complain number that this plan is not there. Its been more than a week but i am unable get any solutions please help me . Nisha[protected] who called me first and told me about plan and convince me for porting my 2 years old Vodafone number to airtel by offering Special 549 combo 3g plan.                             I would like Airtel Kerala to restore my deactivated line. I have had this sim on the Airtel number [protected] for a long time, registered under my name by submitting all required documentation. As I fancied that number, I bought it on a premium from the retailer and now I cannot use it, I was made to understand upon purchasing it is a Lifetime SIM or Lifetime activated or the likes. I can load up the phone as required, provided the services are restored at the earliest. This has been my preferred way of communicating with my family back in Kerala from here in the UAE. Please rectify, reactivate, restore my Airtel mobile services and advice me at the earliest. Thank you,

                                I have taken the corporate plan from Airtel and my number got activated on June 28, 2013. At that time I was told by one of the Airtel representative that internet usage will be absolutely free for one month’s time. And now I have been charged approx. Rs 600 for internet usage. And the bill has been generated of approx. Rs. 724.42 only for 7 days till July 4, 2013. And I am not at all liable to pay this amount as the fault is from Airtel side of making false commitment with the customer. For the same, I spoke to one of Airtel's representative. He told me that Airtel will compensate Rs 300 of my bill. I would wish to continue using their services, only if they will waive off all of the internet charges that they have made to my bill else I’d prefer to go back to Idea network. Also, for the next month as well, I received a message from Airtel on July 09, 2013at 4:22 PM which states” Mobile internet usage for your Airtel mobile [protected] as on[protected] is approx. 23.59 MB. Charges applicable as per your usage are Rs 241.56”. Also in month of June while coordinating for this connection, he told me that internet will be free of cost for one month’s time. So, as the number got activated, I was in that impression that internet is free till 28/07/2013 and that is why I kept using internet and suddenly on 09/07/2013 I got one message from Airtel for the amount that has been charged for internet usage. This is completely unacceptable. While I got this connection, I was told that this would be a corporate connection, with a monthly rental of Rs 199, with 600 free sms per month and free internet. Post which I got my first bill which was unbelievable. I was happy with my prepaid connection and the only reason I agreed to take this post paid connection was to lower down my mobile expenses, however, it looks like am cheated with false promises after I had a word with the customer care department. I am told that none of the above deals were a part of the plan I have opted for. Also, this isn't a corporate connection either. I do not have 600 sms, neither do I have free internet usage. This is unacceptable from a reputated brand like Airtel fooling their customers with wrong and false promises. I would appreciate if a waiver can be raised to waive off the charges for the internet use as it was a wrong commitment made to me which I was totally unaware of. Also i dropped an email to Airtel for the same but there is no response as yet. I have clearly stated to them that If this issue is not sorted out I am willing to approach the consumer court to fight for my rights but there is no way am paying for these illegal charges. I am mentioning twice a time here, and still my issue is not resolved. Nobody is responding. Its still on the same status. Although i have reached you thrice a times and atill there is no action made. Could you please look into this issue ASAP as these airtel people are harassing me. herewith am attching the email that one of airtel representative sent me and false commitment was made by from their end.
                                Please look into this issue and i can not handle this harassment by airtel representatives and am not at all liable to pay illegal internet charges made by Airtel. Please find attached email for your reference.

                                    I am very much frustated with cheap & poor service from Airtel customer service / technicians. ** there was no need of Antenna change, they made me paying for that. ** set up box changed 3 days back but swapping was not done & till now it is giving error that the card inserted needs to be changed (error 14) ** from last 3 weeks Dth not working & deduction from Dth account is very much on.

                                      On Wednesday at 8:30 i hve done an easy recharge of 399 for blackberry internet plan. After calling the customer care i found out that they have activated my std plan not the blackberry plan and they told me that you have to type BB from your mobile then you would able to activate your plan and through easy recharge you cannot activate like this. So i asked them to shift my plan and they said we cannot do the same. I request the executive to change my plan as this std plan is of no use of me and my main aim was to have the internet plan otherwise my 400 rs would go waste. Then the executive passed the complaint to an senior manger, he listened and told me that we will activate the internet service as you said in 24hr but please till then do not call from your mobile as the other plan is already activated and he told me to not to repeat the same mistake again. I didn't call to anyone from my mobile for 24 hrs. After that on Friday at 12:30pm i called the executive again to know the status of the problem but after listening they said we will be transfering to your call to the senior manager and they disconnect. This happen to me 3-4 times and i am not able to talk and discuss my issue to anyone. Now i am not able to connect to customer care of airtel by using 198 and 121. As i feel they have banned my number to not to take my calls. This is highly disappointing as i m using airtel since 2005 and today m really regreting to have this connection as no customer satisfaction and no customer service is there. For 400 hundred Rupee airtel is doing such things, this is unbeliveable. My whole family is using airtel and being a loyal customer i never expected such service. I kindly request you to please solve my problem.

                                      Dear Mr. Saurav,

                                      Till now i didn't get any satisfactory call from the Airtel and when i asked the Airtel supervisor to transfer my call to a senior manager who have the power to take action against my problem then they made me hold for 15 mins and then disconnect. I am very disappointed to say that Airtel being a top telecom company recruited such stupid people who are afraid of handling customer grievances. Also disappointed by the Airtel for just a small issue Airtel employees are taking so much of time to resolve this problem. I am using Airtel since 2005 and this is the first time i get into such problem where i am expecting full support from a company with whom i am associated with quite a long time. Till now those who have called me from Airtel gave me no solution. Companies do so many things to gain customer satisfaction and loyalty but here i cannot see anything till now. I am hoping being a top brand Airtel didn't disappoint me and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        I have paid deposit of (Rs.300/-) for converting my [protected] prepaid number to postpaid. Representative from impression marketing came at my residence for taking deposit and collection of document On 12 September 2013 but did not gave receipt by them, so i had to visit impression marketing office to collect the receipt. They told that within 48 hours it will get converted, But yet not converted in postpaid, So i once again gave my documents at airtel goregaon east gallery, but they told that my number [protected] and request is blocked by impression marketing so i cant convert my number [protected] into postpaid and i tried calling the executive of impression marketing (Prachi [protected] / [protected]) they are not receiving the call by me.
