Hello,
1.aitel very frequently changing prepaid customer plans, when we ask them they are recommending for offer recharge.And also they never inform customer about change in the plans, they endup charging more to customer.
2. Data Plans:- 199 plan upto 2GB good speed, later controlled speed, when they say controlled speed for opening gmail system need five min, hence customer will irritate to use, he goes for new plan airtel endup getting new business, so logically they cheating customer.

Yes Mr . Rakesh spoke to me regarding data plans, however i don't see any improvement on speed.
My Question to you that, when you know that 40 kbps speed will not help to open a web page, why are you offering such plans to customer? i want some solution on this.
i am yet to get revert on plans, complaint number 1.
