Hi,
I had airtel broadband connection number "[protected]", in noida. This connection was not working properly from so many days, so i put a complaint with reference no. "31088152" dated "06/Aprl/2013". But as airtel technical executives couldn't fix this issue, so i put another disconnection request on 08/Apr/2013 at 23:24 PM { The reference number for this request is "31164138" }. But even calling multiple times they didn't inform me about my final bill amount & kept charging for subsequent months. I was very much harassed which you can see from below attached mails. Then after so many months, i received a call from airtel executtive to pay Rs478/- to get my connection disconnected, and committed me to pay NOC after 2 days. I paid the amount and then executive didn't picked any of my call. I also called customer care and sent mails as well. But they didn't respond for more than 2 months. Now again they are saying that my connection is still active and again started calling and harassing me.
I hope this forum will help me out from this mess.

I received a call from airtel to pay final balance amount RS478/- to permannetly disconnect the services. So, I paid Rs478/- towards final payment, please confirm my connection has been disconnected.

My concern is still not resolved. As per below mail as per below mail i should have been charged upon 8th April, but i am getting calls and they are charging it uptom my previous mail date.
Please rectify this and let me know the bill amount upton 8th April so that i can clear out the balance. However my connection didn't work even a single day in april.
I hope i wont get harased much now.
