Billing Problem

Airtel Fixed Line Connection No.41734324

We had asked for our Fixed Line No:41734324 to be discontinued from Broadband, and for it to be used
as an ordinary fixed line number without broadband. Further, we had chosen the Plan with a Monthly
Charge of Rs.2350. However, we have received a bill with a Monthly Charge of Rs.817.07. Plus we

Internet Connection Deactivation

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have an 3G data card and I am moving to other location so I wanted to disconnect/deactivate it. I have been trying to deactivated it from past 3 days.

I called your customer care numbers lots of times. I sent emails, I went to the customer care center twice. But no one has taken the deactivation request.

I have paid my last month's bill and outstanding amount till 12th Aug....

obligation of paying due airtel bill

I ported from vodafone to Airtel last week. First airtel people messed with my request and my number was deactivated for 1 week. After that when they finally successfully ported the number, only outgoing call and 3g is working. I am not able to receive any incoming call. incoming/ougoing SMS also not working. Airtel money transaction failed and the amount not credited back my bank account

This post is to create awareness on how Airtel like companies tactically and unethically charge their customers. I am one of the victims of Airtel and would like to help others from falling victim to their trap.

Airtel will activate data (internet) plans by default. They call 10 paisa / 10 kb is a default data service (they do want to call it as "data plan" but "default data service"!)....
