This is SAMARJIT SINGH CUSTOMER ID-[protected](AIRTEL DTH CUSTOMER ID), RECARGED MY DTH ON 5Th OCTOBER 2013, THROUGH THE INTERNATE BANKING OF AXIS BANK, BUT I DID NOT GET THE AMOUNT IN MY DTH ACCOUNT, ALSO I HAVE LODGED COMPLAIN SO MANY TIME BUT THE CUSTOMER EXICUTIVE DID NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSE SERIOUSLY, AND ALMOST ALL TIME ASKING FOR PROBLEM, GIVING THE COMPLAIN NUMBER BUT NEXT DAY THEY FAILS TO SOLVE THE ISSUE, ALSO WHEN I WANT TO TALK ABOUT MY PROBLEM, THEY KEEP ON THE HOLD MY CALL FOR LONG LONG TIME, KINDLY RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AS SOON.
