Am an airtel dth subscriber from last four years. Iam paying for them to view my all channels which in my pack. But they not provided a normal selection for DD MALAYALAM. When i want to view it i have to go for red button and then select the channel and it will open the it tv then it comes in a small screen of view not in full screen. I complaint to airtel more than four times by phone and by mail. But yet they not...

1. During Nov 2012, Airtel changed the existing Tariffs for Broadband, I was

Airtel seems to have the worst possible customer service. They have been harassing me for the past few moths and now it has increased many folds. I wish there was some other network who takes care of their customers. They activate the packs on their own and the customer care executives are hopeless. they dont know the meaning of customer service.

Airtel does not seem to give any kind of training to their executives, it is so...

This is a very serious issue that ALL Airtel broadband users will face that will make their broadband useless. Here is the issue. When the usage of bandwidth goes below 80% they will start spamming you with "Airtel Smartbytes" which is some stupid on demand bandwidth increase service where you can buy more bandwidth.
