I am subhamaya kamila my mobile no [protected] i m airtel prepaid customer at kolkata in west bengal.i was rechaged rs 20 on 11.4.13 next day i will active rs 5 net pack 30 mb but i access 25 mb from my main account .next day i will chacked my balance0. 00 with out activet sms then i will calling 198 number sourav saha received my call but he did't give any appropriate answer that why i informed u.why my airtel prepaid balance 0.00

Airtel Prepaid — balance detect without active any service

I AM DEEP MISHRA MY BALANCE DETECT WITHOUT ACTIVE ANY SERVICE.
NAUKRI KE LIYE 10 RS & 1.5 CRICKET KE JO 100% GALAT HAI

Airtel-Prepaid — SMS Service

I have prepaid Mobile No. [protected] and recharge for Rs. 36/- to get 1000/- SMS Local & National. I received transaction ID[protected] in which 1000 SMS Local + National was mentioned. But the amount was deducted from my balance whenever I sent National SMS. I called customer care and asked the problem. He told that the plan has been lapsed and I would get only Local SMS.

The terms & conditions of service or plan can not be changed once it has been paid for the service and for the particular period. I had recharged for the national SMS only and I could not get the benefit of the plan. Hence the amount Rs. 36/- must be paid back to me once I was refused for the service.

    Hello,
    This is the 3rd time that there has been a delay in shifting of landline from Airtel side. Despite repeated emails and calls at the customer care, there has been no resolution of the query (Refernce No:[protected]. The resolution time was 11th April. Last time too we have faced a similar issue. Also, the technical team behaved very improfessionally and rudely. The customer care too was not of much help. They keep mentiontioning about a revert in 2 hrs time. However that is not the reality. Also, we have faced billing issues and have had to call to resolve the corrresponding billing issues several tmes in the past. As we are working proffesional it has become very difficult to manage this considering we have taken leaves from office which seems illogical.

      Hi,

      I have given a request to close the connection on 23.01.2013 - 9:43 am with the request number 27745720. I have been contacted by Airtel customer Care for change in plan with a lower rental , i have strongly requested them to close the connection as i dont require it any more. and also to make a point the Modem and the Phone connection are taken away and got disconnected around 25.01.2013. Also we have not used the connection after that. There wont be any usage on Feb Month. It is certainly not my problem to keep the account as active and charge me even after not using the connection. I have got a call from customer care around 20th march for the Request 30067062 which is raised on 15.03.2013 3:30 pm. I have stated the same and they mention that they will waive off that since i have not used it. Please note i have been using this connection for around 4 years and have never defaulted. Why should i pay rental for which i have not even used.

        This is Udaya Bhaskar from Hyderabad.Recently two months back I had portability of my mobile no [protected] from Tata Docomo to Airtel.After conversion i made first recharge with 153 for 1p/sec and full talk time offer for 6 months.But I am not getting full talk time.The 121 customer care executive is not responding from my mobile.
        Today I had done 200 recharge to my mobile.As mentioned in their website https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaidResponse.do#write-review today[protected],It is full talk time offer. But I got only 175/-.They are taking more money without responding.

            Dear Sir,

            Two three days back some one from Airtel Park Street called up saying there is some low Rental Plan for LIC Agents Only and the Plan details they have told me are as follows: -

            Monthly Rental - 99/mnth
            Free call - 500 all local call free in a month
            Call Rate - A-A 20 paisa, A-O 30 paisa, Landline - 50 paisa, CUG - Free, STD - 50 paisa, SMS - 200 Local + National after that 20 paisa local n 50 paisa STD...

            As from my concern plan is really good only the negative point is there is no STD free minute in the above plan.. To confirm the above plan i have asked the person to mail me the same thing.. after 2-3 days when i havn't recd the mail i have called up that person and request them to send me the mail of that plan...that time the concerned person is saying we can do the mail but in that we can only write 300 free minutes (whereas over phone they told me 500 minutes) but will give you 500 minutes for sure and rest others are same..

            As per mail everything is write only free minutes is 300, whereas they promised me to give 500 minutes (this confirmed Only Over Phone)...

            I know there is no written confirmation for this extra 200 minutes but still i have agreed to change my prepaid to postpaid connection..

            Now the twist is next day when they have called up for the address from where the docs shd be picked up i have given my office address which is near Howrah, just after 5 minutes the same person called up and saying SORRY SIR YOUR NUMBER CAN'T BE CONVERTED INTO THAT LIC PLAN BECAUSE ITS STARTING FROM 990..

            I Think this is very stupid reason because on the same they have called me and have explained the whole plan now they are saying its can't be convert because my number starts from 990????? I guess its only beacuse of less commission in changing prepaid to postpaid.. and i am not taking any new connection

            To check whether its true or not i have send my person to another AIRTEL customer car to validate the actual plan they said there is the same which called SUPER GAIN PLAN but its for Individual n there is nothing that its only for LIC agent and there is only 300 minutes free and there is no scope of increasing this...

            I really can't understand how can the 1st person say like this>> I guess its only for selling the maximum Airtel connections and after getting the connection i dont know what will happen..

            Its better i will drop all my 4-5 Airtel connections and will go for VODAFONE cz nw they are ready to give me the same plan wit STD free minutes and also they give in written all the thing what they said not like AIRTEL...

            also i would request to all my colleagues to switch from AIRTEL cz might be in future they will be the next victim..

            AirTel — Wrong information given by C.S.R

            I had called your Customer Care regading your tarrif plan of Rs49, I have Already existing a plan of SMS package in which Rs2 deduct and there is 1 paise SMS, I specificically asked your Exicuteve If I have one plan with me can I take another Plan, He told me you can use together this plan, I asked twice or thrice can i use both Plans together he said YES..!!!
            When I Haven activate your tarrif Plan Of Rs49 on 06/12/2008, the service of SMS package has been deactivated from my number, I called your Customer Care divison regarding the same & get the revert that I didn't do any conversation regarding SMS pack..

            Please look after this & Update me for the sameASAP.

              We relocated to a different flat within the same apartment complex and wanted to shift our Airtel DTH connection. We raised the request with the call center and they told us that the shifting would be done in 3 days. Anyhow, no one turned up after 3 days and after few more reminders an engineer called me at 10:00 am that he will be at our place at 11:30 AM. I waited for him and he kept giving me some excuse or the other on why he was getting delayed. Finally since I was getting late to go to work, I left for work and asked my elderly parents to get the installation done. The engineer finally turned up and installed the dish in the middle of the balcony without any regard to the asthetics of where the dish should be put up. When my parents complained that the dish should have been put in the side, he flatly refused and was very rude in his behavior. Also, he charged Rs 375 whereas I was told that the expense for the installation would be Rs 250.

              I contacted the call center again and the person at the call center was after some coaxing agreed to get this fixed. Now, another engineer comes to our place and says that he will charge Rs 400 for shifting the dish to a different location. On telling him that we have already pais Rs 375 for shifting once, this engineer then tells me to contact the same engineer who had come to install the dish. I check my phone records and found that the phone no of the person who had come earlier was t he same as the one who had come second time. On telling this to the engineer, he became bellergent and started asking for the name of the person who had come to install. Of course, I do not keep track of the workers who come to do installations and such at my place. On insisting that he should come and fix it as I had been assured by their call center that it would be fixed. This person turned abusive on phone and started threatening me. He also flatly refused and asked me to complain to the call center if I would like.

              I get a feeling that the service operations of these operators are run by a bunch of rowdies who have no fear of the company (perhaps because the company is paying them peanuts), I think having such people visit our residences while we are away at work is a security threat as well for our families.

              This is to share my bad experience and caution everyone about engaging with Airtel DTH service.

              For the record, the mobile phone no of this engineer was: [protected] (he refused to share his name with me).
              The location of the incidence is Sarjapura Road, Bangalore.

              Airtel DTH — Stay away from Airtel DTH-Worst services

              I am facing audio complaint with Airtel DTH for more than one month.No audio for none of thechannels, I am using HDMI input. Customer id is [protected].

              Please refer below Service request numbers:6773818, 6709414, 6157201, 6046021, 5992564, 67171636, 6800141. Every time service executives visit my home and tell different things. Initially they started with cable, they changed. Then said settop issue, put new one..then they said TV issue. I call TV service exective they verified and told no issue with TV.
              Again Airtel started the same series again...one day they tell Cable, next settop box...

              From last February '11 onwards I have this disturbances, still they debting from my account . Other wise please let me know whether Airtel set-top box will support HDMI output or not...If not, I can throw this scrap and go with any other DTH provider.

              Also I want tell about Airtel customer support executives...two times they disconncected my call after hearing all these histories...this is the my first experience with any such cusotmer support cells.

              This is the only experience with me or Airtel Service is always like this ? My humble request to public is to stay away from Airtel Products...
              I am getting the same response from Airtel DTH. They are the most pathetic service provider out here. They have oursourced all their work to some cheap vendor and there is no response from them.

              Hi Team,

              Your service is one of the most crappies and pathetic service I have come across. I have logged a complain for my Airtel DTH on 2nd April 2011, the day there was final match of World cup. All of sudden the DTH stopped working and this is not the first time this has happened. I have logged many complains from that day and till now I have no resolution for it. Every time I make call to Customer care they tell me that it will be resolved by tomorrow. If I ask them to handover the phone to their supervisor then all they do is to disconnect the call. I think its complete hopeless case.

                  I have booked DTH Connection through online after conversation with your airtel executive.He forwarded a link to me to book DTH Connection.I tried to book the connection but after payment i didn't get any confirmation message.So i tried again and my money was debited twice.After some time your executive made a call to me and said "Sir your booking is done".I explained the same to him and asked him.He said "Money will be refunded".I asked him to send a confirmation message.But no mail from him.I called Customer care 10 times they are disconnecting simply without any information.Shame on Airtel.

                    My name is Pratik Gaikwad. And my mobile number is [protected].
                    I had called Airtel Customer care on Thursday 29th March, 2013 at around 7:30pm to start GPRS service on my mobile. I was told that only unlimited plan of 199/- is available. I told them that one of my friend has recently started a 9 1 GB plan of 98/-. The response I got was all other plans have been shut down by the company. I told the representative that I need GPRS service for 4 days only and asked how will I be charged for that. I was told that I will be charged on daily basis. I have called again Airtel Customer care on Monday 1st April,2013 at around 5:30pm to deactivate my GPRS service. So in total I used GPRS service for only 5 days, yet my bill reflects that I have been charged for a month. Kindly do the needful and help me.

                    This is regarding GPRS serivice that airtel has provided to you.

                    Once we send SMS to 121 as "AGPRS" to 123, we get SMS saying your GPRS service will be activted within 4 hrs. But actually it starts after 1 full day and which is totally fooling to me.
                    Also when we send SMS to 121 as "DGPRS" to 123, we get SMS saying your GPRS service will be deactivted within 4 hrs. But actually it starts after 1 full day after. so i am not responsible for extra pay but still i have to pay for it.
                    For this case, i also talked to call center but it will not affect to them. But finally i have to suffer. Also i demanded for a report mentioning, time difference between when i send SMS as AGPRS and whwn i send SMS as DGPRS, they are unable to provide it.
                    So i want this report and action plan for not avoiding this fool to me.

                    AirTel — GPRS service

                    Hi,
                    I am facing GPRS problems in Airtel.I already given many complaints regarding the GPRS problem, they are simply holding the complaints 5 days after that the are sending the message as your concern has been resolved.But my concern is still same like that.I am staying.This is shame to Airtel and there customer care exc'tiv are not able to give specific reason and answer, they talked very rudely. My cell no. is [protected].

                    AirTel — Airtel gprs service

                    Airtel cut money from a/c before it activated gprs service. in my case i was using blackberry 8110 and customer support assistant infromed me that blackberry is good for gprs and i activated. i got a message that automatic configuration is not supported. when i call support they said you have to come to our place to do that. it was 150 km. i asked for refund. one support assistant said there is no way we can refund and we will fix your problem in 2 days as there is a ticket. i called another day and support assistant talked to me rudely about refund and said who told you to use blackberry. so funny statement. i called third day and i got my refund. support assistant was nice person.

                    my point is support assistants are not well skilled and they donot know how to talk to customer. I have very bad impression on airtel and disconnect and use BSNL. there is another issue i triggered that if your support call picked up three times then it wont go through. it will just drop when you enter 9 for customer support.
                    i just wanted my gprs service activated in my blackberry 8110 as it is used earliar in my nokia and other phone

                        I had done an online recharge with following details:-

                        Mode of recharge (online/easy/paper) : Online through Airtel Website

                        Transaction id : [protected]/0 dated[protected] for Airtel recharge of Rs 200/- for Number [protected]

                        I informed the same to Airtel Gold Care Executives who failed to settle the issue. I then wrote to Airtel Live but till today they have been only replying saying : No alternate number is provided so unable to settle the issue inspite of giving an alternate Vodafone No.[protected].

                        The matter is pending and earlier instance after doing a recharge for the same number of Rs 110/- showing as full talk time on the website, I was credited with Rs 94/- only. The Customer Care Executives claimed helplessness in the matter.

                        AirTel — no recharge talk time credit

                        I have a Air Tel prepaid connection on my mothers name since a long time about 3 years which was purchased in punjab.
                        My mother has been telling me when she recharges the phone with a particular amount sometimes the recharge fails
                        and somtimes she gets the talk time which is very very less( for Rs.100 recharge the talk time is of Rs.10). this has happened
                        many many times.
                        Today I got it recharged at Rohtak Haryana from- Malik Communications, Power House Market, Rohtak Haryana for Rs.50 and the talk time we got is of Rs5.50 only. I got it recharged by the so called
                        'flexi' method (which the dealer was eager to use). I asked her for a coupon, she said it might not get recharged
                        the other method(?flexi) is better.
                        Transcaction Id is done on 14/02/09 at 05:17pm.
                        The balance in the phone is Rs.03.22only.

                        I want to know when I am paying Rs50 I am not getting any talk time I sould get at least a talk time of say Rs.45.
                        Why is Air Tel looting the poor customers.
                        Please have it sorted at the earliest and I should be given the service for which I have paid.
                        That is nothing, I recharged with 500 rs and lost the lot. I said to the in the shop for full talk time with no time restrictions.he sent the recharge with one month's time restriction, in other words, must use the phone to make sure the call charges within the month must exhaust 500.

                        my mob. no. is [protected]. i got a sms from airtel on 29/11/2010 if i recharge my mob. with rs. 32. i will get rs 32. first day rs 25 and 2nd day rs 7. but till date i have not recieved rs 7. i talked with airtel customer care 4 times . 2 time they said servor is down and two time they give me complin no. CBNRA[protected] and second isCBNRA[protected]. but till date i have notrecieved my left balance. i am claiming airtel that airtel makes fauls commitment. so plz. take is seriouslly.

                        Dear Sir/madam

                        Myself Raghavendra,K and my airtel mobile no is [protected]. To this no on 6th of march, 10.15 pm currency of rs 99 recharged but i got only rs 10 and my tariff plan also changed (from 1 p/s to 1rupee/min). Earlier i was getting full special talktime for the same. Regarding this issue i spoke to customer care executive twice (request reference no CMBNR[protected]) and they promised that my no. wil switch over to old tariff plan and the full special talk time availble to my no. by by march 10th (11 am). But till now the problem has not yet rectified. Now i am not able to contact customer care executive from my no. If they provide this type of service they will loose the faith of the customers.

                        i am in Hyderabad(in Roaming),I recharged my mobile with 200Rs,After recharging i got only 1Rs remaining money i don't know where it goes when i asked the shopkeeper he told me i also don't know but you are charging your mobile in roaming so i can't help you better to talk to customer care,I tried several times but the 121 number does not exist,I have already lost my 200Rs and now i am feeling very frustrated .I am very much shocked that the Airtel did this cheating with the innocent customer which is a largest service provider,It is very shameful .

                          I have sent at least 10 mails to the customer care but the reply seems like it has been written by a 5 - year old. I received inflated bill of about Rs. 4000 and therefore I wrote to the customer care and they said that the problem will be resolved.

                          But, after 10 days me and MY FRIENDS started getting calls from Airtel mumbai (Which I guess were the vasuli people) and they misbehaved and called ME a fraud. Anyway I settled my account by giving Rs.2500 and started using the phone again.

                          After 2 weeks, my father got a call from delhi saying that he was a lawyer and if I dont make the more payment he will file a case. Although my father is business man with an army legal consultants, he decided not to get into unnecessary hassle for such a meagre amount.

                          The purpose of this complaint is not to get back the Rs.1500. Airtel can very well keep that money. You guys need it more than I do. But, I now know, the difference between an Indian company and an MNC. You just want the money anyhow, you dont give a rats about your brand image and value.

                          I would have used airtel for the next 50 years with a monthly average bill of Rs. 2000 and would have bought multiple connection for business purposes, but just because YOU sent me an inflated bill and were NOT READY to step down and broke the code of settlement. Your company also misused my private information and called my friends and relatives. It wouldn't take me a lot of time to sue your company, but I rather invest my time somewhere else.

                          If you want to improve your collection processes, please contact me on [protected] or the above e-mail id. I have all the numbers form which I got the call, and the emails and the hoax names used. Or in a few years, your company would meet the same fate at KFA.

                            Myself Kapil with Airtel Mobile number : [protected]. I had activated 1GB net data on 9th of April on Airtel. Since then i am not been able to use the data because of worst connection speeds provided by the Airtel. Mostly net is not showing server failure. I have been living in area where full network coverage of airtel is available. Inspite of this the speed of the internet is very low and mostly internet connection does not occur. Due to this i have already suffered loss in terms of the time lost in connection as well as some business loss. When contacted to customer care, they do not give satisfactory answer and solutions to problem. Even the airtel customer service banned me from calling when contacted for solution of the complaint even i did not have 3 attempts. As a result i have suffered a significant time wastage from my official work. Moreover i have not been able to use the net in my laptop via mobile through Bluetooth. The speeds are very low and even i cant open even a single webpage.Moreover non-cooperation from the customer care executives of airtel had made the things more worse as i feel like wasting the money on GPRS without taking any benefit as customer.

                            So i request airtel as a responsible service provider to look after problem as if ,me or any other customer is not getting the services for what we paid, then it is in no sense to continue the service as well as continue using airtel connection.!!


                            Hope the issue gets solved ASAP as i have already wasted much time in contacting to customer care (still i m not able to contact them) as well as connecting to internet.!!

                            Please airtel give the improved speed so that i can use the internet facility.!!

                            i amrendra kumar jha have taken one new postpaid connection of airtel .my plan name is 699/- corporate plan, having mobile number [protected], in which franchasee told me that he will provide me mobile office internet facility (unlimited surfing) in just Rs 99/- per month only.Same thing he mentioned in my application form, but even after one week this facility is not started in my mobile.kindly take necessary action against this deed.

                            I am using AIRTEL prepaid to connect with INTERNET through GPRSfacility via Blutooth.
                            Hence, when i send the Activation message to connect INTERNET just for One day my balence reduces with 30RS. while it shuld be reduced by 15RS.

                            GPRS on laptop — worst GPRS service

                            i took on aircel connection, specially to check my mail while on move. as the aircel staff committed, the speed is very good.

                            but i want to suggest you new buyer of AIRCEL GPRS service. this is the worst service i have seen, u can't even open a single page in 1 hrs either rediff mail page or yahoo page. even i[censored] try to open any search engine ie goggle, u have to wait at least 45 min, i had unlimited 98/- scheme, ya its good to satisfy u mentally that u have an GPRS connection.

                            I want to suggest aircel people stop frauding with users by false commitment.
                            I use another service connection pretty much with the same result. At times it can be due to the network coverage in a particular area or it can simply mean the cache memory on your phone is low as you might have opened multiple web pages. Else the i- speed on mobile phones is generally the same in all service providers. In fact I was planning on switching to aircel because of the economical plan rates.

                            Airtel Broadband — Non Fulfilment of Commitment - Loss occur due to that

                            I had applied for a new Airtel Broadband connection on 3rd June . The vendor has given me the assurance of fixing the connection by 4th june but till now i have not got the connection. Also the technical guy which came to my place told me that the connection is not possible since the availability is not present in that area . Now Airtel is not refunding my money and saying that it will take 21 working days to refund my money ,

                              Hi,

                              I am a customer of Airtel 3G Datacard (No: - [protected]) since Oct'12. I opted for postpaid plan of Rs 999p/m (6GB at full speed and there after limited speed).

                              I started facing connectivity and speed issues in November'12. Frequent disconnection and average speeds not more than 200 kbps (despite the claim of "Upto" 7.2 Mbps), I contacted and lodged complains with the airtel customer care several times (Complain Number - [protected], CC - Nirmal Prasad). Once they reverted, saying this issue is resolved but most of the times they closed the complain even without confirming from me.

                              This dragged untill January'13, without issue getting rectified. I decided to apply for dis-connection.

                              Immediately after raising the request for disconnection, I got a call back from Airtel, saying that they will resolve the issue withing 48 Hrs. Again the issue did not resolve. I called again for disconnection and Airtel called back saying they have identified this as a signal problem in the area and they will rectify this within 7 days. I got a call back saying that the issue is resolved.

                              After a couple of days I started facing the issue again. This was month of February'13 when Airtel admitted that it was a technical issue from their side and it could take upto 3 months to resolve the issue and gave me an offer to either keep the number dormant or convert to prepaid. They also promised me to give discounts on the period I faced the issue - i.e I will not be billed for the period.

                              I turned down their offer decided to switch the provider and hence raised a request for disconnection as well as waiver for February months bill.

                              The disconnection has happened but the waiver has not happened. I have not paid the bill for January'13 and February'13 demanding that first the waiver for February'13 to happen and then I will clear the January bill.

                              Now comes the worst part.

                              I am getting threatning and abusing calls from Airtel (Bannergatta Main Branch - so they say), to clear the bills. The last call I recd was from [protected] on 27th March 6:51PM. They claim to visit my office and home and hit me.

                              Further ahead, I have received a mail from corporate.[protected]@in.airtel.com <corporate.[protected]@in.airtel.com> on 10th April demanding that I clear the outstanding bill or else a legal letter will be initiated from Lokadalat.

                              Please help me and let me know is this legal? What options I have? I am happy to pay January's bill but not February. My protest is only to see if as a consumer, we are adequetly powered or we are puppets in the hands of corporate mafia.

                              airtel says in there ad one for every one it means local calls to any no. is rs.1 in any bill plan from 15th of Jan 2008 but in my bill you have charged me rs.1.20 till now so what dose this ad means that you are making fool your valuable consumer my mob.no.[protected]

I had terminated this service on September-2008 after settlement of all dues but still Airtel is generating invoice for Rental Amount whereas every month My credit card service provider is paying bill payment to Airtel due to auto Bill pay service. I request Airtel to refund amount paid by my credit card service provider or to me as early as possible. You are very well aware Credit card service provider is charging Intrest and Late fee for that Airtel shall be eligible.

                              Dear Mr. Amitcumar,

                              Seems like we both are sailing in the same boat. I've an Airtel Land line connection with broadband service. The free limit was upto 3GB per month. I had no issues untl upto almost 6 - 8 months. However, the month after, my billing was more than 100% of what I was usually paying and since I was aware that I had used a bit more than usual, I paid the amount claimed. The next month also, inspiteo[censored]sing within the limit, I got a similar shock. Still, this time also i ignored it and paid fully thinking some technical glitch at their end. To my surprise, the third month also, I got a similar bill and I wrote a strong letter intimating them to revise and rectify the bill and send me so that I can make the payment. I was then told to make the payment in full this time and they would adjust the same in the next bill. I was hell bent in not doing that. I too claimed that I shall be charging Rs. 100/- on them for "early payment" as they charge the same amount for "late payment" to us. They blankly rejected it claiming that the company policy does not permit it. I said my policy ( come on, not only those companies have policies, I too have a policy of my own) does not permit to make the payment against the error bill. I witheld the payment. It was more than 45 days since the payment was overdue. The telephone line was disconnected, still, I did not contact them for restoration.

                              Then, I got a call saying that my bills are adjusted and I was made to make a discounted payment. I made the payment. The next bill was for an even bigger shock. I was made to pay for the period where their service was disconnected to me. Again, I witheld the bill stating that I shall not pay for the period when I've not been provided service for. Their claim was that the service was witheld because I had not paid the bill. My claim was that the bill was not paid because those people did not provide me with a revised invoice. Finally, I got a discount for that also.

                              Now, these discounts are not being reflected in my successive bills and still is showing as "outstanding amount". Even after making 100s of mails and calls, it was not rectified, I too started to ignore it.

                              The problem with Airtel was started sometime around Sept. 2011 (yes, two thousand eleven). Everymonth, I shall calculate the amount for the particular month only and make the payment, simply ignoring all the other outstanding dues.Everymonth, I'm being charged Rs.100/- towards late payment fee, I shall deducted that amount also, along with all the "non existent" outstanding amount.

                              Here comes the best part. My billing date is on 06th of every month. And I start to get calls close to during that period only to raise the invoice. After speaking everything, I would be told to visit my nearest Airtel relation ship centre to get it sorted out. For which, i tell, I cannot waste my time to make payment for you people, if required, send your representative to our home, else, forget it.

                              I get the reply back stating that the issue will be escalated and within 24 hours, I'd be getting a call back to confirm the representative visiting my home, only to get back the call after a month, just before my billing date to continue with the same conversation.

                              I always record the conversation with these people on my mobile phone "for records purpose" as I have lost trust in them as they say one do another.

                              Since, they are at my mercy, I make them to accept what I say.

                                On last 6the of April 2013 I have recharged My Air tel mobile withe Rs.274,3g Data recharge online. But after recharging I have observed theat I am getting 2g connectivity. As showing in Air tel Recharge portal Its valid for 90 Days and thee data usage limit is 2GB in 3g speed. But Air tel is selling 2g in thee name of 3g I theink. While talking to customer care one of executive has confirmed me theat Rs.274 recharge is not 3g its thee recharge for 2g data usage.

                                I have another 2 complaint for the same number. Due to auto balance deduction I am not using this number for out going calls. I don't know why every time when I am recharging this number system is automatically deducting my balances and starts a new service. But last time I have recharged with Rs.10 top-up voucher before 3 days (I think) and till yet balance is not deducting. I am requesting you to not to activate any services from your end. Please confirm with customers before starting (or Auto starting) any services which is chargeable to my number.
                                Secondly, I have registered with Full DND. But after that also I am getting some unwanted sms like (Follow Katrina, Katrina Image-Kehna he padega), (See I am a married person and why I should follow Katrina?). Kindly stop all these. And please let me know the meaning of FULL DND registration. I think its not applicable for junk messages like this for AIRTEL. Isn't?

                                  I have purchased 2 sim cards from Airtel- Post paid sim cards. I have been charged the extra amount - 183 RS. When i called Airtel customer care but no respoonse so i decided to portable my service provider to IDEA. When i have requested for portability, i got call fvrom Airtel customer care. The execuitive said thatif you stoped the portability, i will refund your amount so i have stopped the portability. He said that it will be deducted from your next bill and the amount willl reflect in your Dsicount amount.. When i have checked in my next bill nothing deducted so i called again.The Customer Care Executive(CCE) lodhed my complaint and ask me to deduct the refundable amount in the bill and pay rest amount which i did. I tought that issue is resolved but i got shocked when my next bill came. The amount which CCE ask me NOT to pay , reflected in the bill stating that pending payment. Again i have called CCE and he said it will be deducted in next bill but the money is getting increased in the evey month.

                                  I dont know what to do but this is ridiculas and annoyed. Its really difficult to call the customer care every time for such an issue.

                                    I was having one airtel mobile no [protected], I have been charged every month for value added services I have never requested never used, In the month of October I have been charged Rs.410/ for SMS other which I try to find out but they never told nor reversed. I lodged a complain and requested to refund but I have paid the bill so they sold they don't have enough outstanding in my account to reverse, there after also they charged like vise for game club and similar other charges. Even after writing to they ombudsman nothing happened and I stop paying bills and finally they stop my outgoing but not reversed excess amount charged. They did it intentionall to extract money from poor consumer like us. I recived some phone calls but I politely asked to reverse all excess charges and late fee charges so actual amount I shall pay to you. but they never come back. I want to raise the grievences of consumr like us so people beware of airtel service, even they come with correct bill amount I shall pay to them but I also need a compensation to troubling me mentalle so more than 6 months and I claim for Rs. 5.00 Lacs from Airtel. Peole should use some other service provider like BSNL or other with whom I never had any problem in last 11 years.

[protected], Accont No.[protected], issued in favour of my father in law Mr.G.L.Verma.For last few months unwanted value added servives like Hello tunes, Music On Demand, Chatting E.T.C are being charged in invoices.After checking invoice details i have to call the coustomer care people and they always tell that by mistake it has been charged in my account and they waive off with in 72 hours.
                                    inspite of this they have repeated the same mistake in my September Bil number[protected].
                                    I believe this is Not only fraud But it is also a case of Harrasement.

                                    I am a mobile holder of Bharti Airtel (No. [protected]) since last two years.

                                    I have received a bill for the month of November 2008. In this bill, Rs. 2366.00 has been charged for Value added services (i.e. 2366 Nos of SMS). The call charges is Rs. 75.00 only.

                                    I am using this phone since last two years, and the monthly average SMS are around 50 SMSs only. It is beyond my imagination that how can we made 2366 SMS in one month.

                                    It seems that sothing is wrong.

                                    I request to investigation should be made how this mistake has been happened.

                                    I was having Airtel Post paid service since last 4 years (In Gujarat- No.[protected]) and it was good. Due to my job, I was shifted to Bangalore on 24.12.08. My Airtel post paid mobile was stolen on 05.01.09 from Bangalore. On the same day I informed Airtel customer care at Bangalore, but they simply told me that they can't help me for Airtel Gujarat sim card..
                                    Finally I contact to the Gujarat's customer care and request them to stop the services of the post paid sim card.They also told me to continue with the same no., but I denied to have the post paid service. So they stop the services of the sim card. As the sim was inactive since 05.01.09, Still I am receiving the bills from Airtel office at my Gujarat address.
                                    I am not going to pay any of the bills after 05.01.09.
                                    Please do the needfull actions..

                                    Airtel GSM — VAS not provided but charged in the bill

                                    I am user of AIRTEL GPRS since last few years.
                                    This time they disconnected my number as I could not pay my bill for another number on time.
                                    But even after paying the bill they did not started until I made a call and that too for 11 days.

                                    I am an airtel customer and using my current no. [protected] for last 9 years. I am using GPRS service on my phone and i was planning to go to US in Nov. Before leaving for USA I called the customer care on 2-3 Nov 2009 to inquire about GPRS charges while I will be on roaming in USA and I got the answer that I am using unlimited plan and there will no extra charges for using GPRS while on roaming in USA. When I came back I got the bill for Rs. 22830 including Rs 15277 for GPRS.
                                    Since then I have given n number of calls at the customer care executive but I have not got any resolution. This is just cheating customer.............I specifically asked the customer care executive three times that "R u sure" there is no extra charges for GPRS in international roaming and I got the same answer saying "no" everytime. After lot of efforts I got the nodal officer no. but of no use as it is busy all the time.
                                    Can I get a resolution please as i have been asked to pay what I have been committed as no charges.
                                    The height o[censored]nprofessionalism is that one customer care executive today hang up the phone as she was not able to provide resolution and she was not sure what answer she should be giving to the customer.

                                    I have been charged Rs.792 in jun 2009, Rs, 50 in Jan 10 & yesterday i got a message u have been charged Rs. 50. I have requested to airtel excutives. they always asked me to ignore the message & assured me amount will not put in your bill. But always it has been charged & I will have to pay. I request you to stop such facility, phone calls from my no. [protected] immidiately.

                                    Airtel — Excess/Wrong Billing

                                    I have 5 lines with Airtel and recently have recently been faced with excessive and wrong billing on one of my numbers which is [protected]. Last month I have received a bill of about Rs 10,000 while my credit limit is 5000. In the itemized report there are a lot of numbers including six and seven digit numbers that do not make any sense and a lot of other numbers with which I have had no communication whatsoever. Upon registering the complaint many days ago now I was passed from one executive to another and was then promised by an executive in billing complaints department called Sapna that the Rs 5000 will be refunded into my account and I will receive a text confirming the same. When no text was received we called up again and were told that the amount being refunded is 2000. Then I received a notification stating that Rs 500 have been credited to my account. After this notification we called up Customer Care and are again being transferred from one executive to another stating that there is no record of discussions relating to previous promises on refunds. Then again when we have asked to speak to Supervisors they disconnect the phone. The last person to do that introduced himself as Shanku

                                    As a consumer this is absolutely terrible treatment where we have to spend unnecessary time trying to rectify mistakes and issues created by Airtel who we pay money to provide us with a service rather than hassle. I am extremely disappointed by the treatment given to what could be called a priority customer having transactions worth thousands every month across all lines I have with Airtel. I would really appreciate a speedy closure on my complaint and prevention of similar wrong billing issues in the future

                                      I have Airtel postpaid number [protected].My bill amount for the month of March 2013 is amounting to Rs.10000/- plus approx. That is an impossible figure. My previous bill amounts haven't exceeded Rs.1500/-. The bill details say i have exceeded my internet usage. I do not accept this.
                                      My sim was blocked without even informing me 1 week before the generation of bill and yet i had to make a payment of Rs.3150/- before the bill was generated.

                                      Today telephonic conversationl with Mr. Rakesh from your Noida Office, sector 57, regarding the adjustment of unpaid bill against the 599/- plan the bill was raised by your company is Rs. 4000/. monthly bill. This is very unjustified and want to check your side the DSL line is using parallel any where or other mistake. After Sevral time requesting reminder, no action taken aginst the complaint. Finally I was disconnected the Phone and DSL Line.

                                        My name is Arun I booked Airtel Digital Tv as on 06.04.2013 Customer ID - [protected], Transaction ID - 870349 for a rupees of 1999. After I booked I got the information which I furnished above none other response are there from the Airtel people till date they didn't provide the product and not even get a phone call till date. I called to the customer care which they mentioned in their website I can assure this is the worst customer care I ever called I called more than 7 times to 7 different people who are all repeating the same answers which is utterly useless. After a long wait some people will pick the call and they will ask my customer ID, transaction ID and phone no..... etc., then they will say we will connect to the technical persons please be on the line more than 3 min the phone will be in hold then it will automatically went to the main menu welcome to the Airtel customer care press 1,2,3 etc.,

                                        This 7 times when I call to the customer care I never spoke to a single technical person which means there is no technical persons in the customer service. They are running a customer care with people just to say we will transfer to the technical persons, even though their website doesn't have any options to register or inquire this kind of inquiry the website is totally designed for getting money with a convenient way from the people if they got money they left the customer unnoticed. 5 days completed still there is no response about my Digital Tv after I spoke several times to customer care for past 2 days still nothing happened.

                                        I decided to quit all my Airtel services and I want to punish this kind of irresponsible sector who thinks public can't do anything against their careless activities, they cut the service very next minute if we didn't recharge then why should a customer wait for 5 days? Which means they have a standard but when it for customer they say sorry for the inconvenience this should not go further. This kind of customer cares should be checked by the Government whether they have adequate technical persons are there or not and need to take severe actions against them to not do it again and again.

                                        If they can't achieve what they promised why should they have to be here. The government should banned this kind of fake report providers from the service. They promised me the product will be delivered with in 24 hours. 5 days fully completed not even get single phone call from Airtel.

                                        Please take a severe action against this kind of providers for further improvement of the country

                                        Airtel — poor care towards coustmer

                                        I have an Airtel prepaid no.[protected] (SIM no.[protected]) was taken in Chennai on 9th November 2007 and the same was activated on same day, which worked up to 22nd December 2007 till 11 O’clock. After that there is no tower in my mobile. Then I approached customer relation centre (Laser Valley Telecom) at T.Nagar in Chennai on 22nd November 2007 around 6PM, where I have submitted my documents initially and explained the issue to Mr. Ram (mobile no.[protected]), Mr.Pandian/Miss. Kamakshi (Mobile no.[protected]). They have verified their dispatch list and found that they have submitted my documents to Main office at Chennai on 23rd November 2007.
                                        After that on 26th December 2007, I have approached Mr.Nithin (mobile no.[protected]) at Head office at Santhome in Chennai and explained the issue. He took two days time and told me to refer their colleague Mr.Ganesh (mobile no.[protected]). I referred Mr.Ganesh over phone, he took days and finally he told me refer one more his colleague Mr.Karthic (mobile no.[protected]). Mr.Karthic has took three days and told me refer customer relation centre at T.nagar where I have submitted my documents.
                                        Again I came back on 2nd January 2008 to customer relation centre (Laser Valley Telecom) at T.Nagar and discussed the issue with Miss.kamakshi. She ask me to give one day time. Then again I went customer relation centre (Laser Valley Telecom) at T.Nagar on 3rd January 2008 and discussed the issue with Miss.kamakshi.
                                        Nobody is even trying to me helping me out or responding positively…. Every time I am even a period of time committed…
                                        Finally I kept my SIM card in front of Miss.Kamakshi and came out side.
                                        Poor customer care services :- The reply by customer executives are generally misguiding and the customers have to bear

                                        I am from New Delhi. I have an airtel prepaid connection.I noticed that without my subscribing to Java Games I received that SMS on my mobile that Rs.99/- have been deducted. When I spoke to the staff of Airtel on 121 I was told that they cannot do anything and were very harsh.
                                        If you want, I can name the persons to whom I had spoken.
                                        This is not the only case. Without subscribing to Hello tunes, Airtel has been deducting charges @ Rs. 30/-per month for the last two months. When spoken at the customer case service, I was told that same answer that we cannot do anything.
                                        Now, When ever I called to that no: that they have given, they dont pick up the phone and other no: is not availabl.
                                        If this kind of service is being provided than in near future all customers will shift to other service providers.

                                        For the last 4 days I have been going round to various Airtel outlets in Noida to get a recharge card for the Digital TV service. I am told recharge cards are out of stock. I am trying to recharge a sum of Rs 48 only. Result is that all channels have been blocked. What does one do ? Terrible service .

Money is already claimed by bharati from ICICI big bazaar visa card (Bank Transaction id is - 673570, information received from icici bank) but still my digital TV a/c showing negative balance. I raised a complaint (838654) but instead of action I have been asked to submit scanned copy of credit card bill.

                                        I am sorry but i could not understand the logic when I have transaction id why scanned copy is required. I can submit scanned copy but I will get it by end of the month i.e. July 2009 whereas you can easily find out through transaction id (673570) whether or not money has been credited in your a/c or not.

                                        I am user of airtel services for last 10 years (M - [protected] Dehli no.) but instead of getting good services it is getting bad.

                                        Now, after installation and I am viewing the airtel digitaltv for a week, I have registered myself for airtel digital website for easy recharge options and to view the account statement.
                                        I can see now it the 3 month offer is not given to me, it is 50 days only,

                                        suggest dont buy a Airtel digital TV. They are the worst and preety professional in fooling customers,they just call once or twice and visited once after that its stalemate/status quo. My registed no. [protected] .                                         My name is Pushkar Joshi and I am a Airtel Digital user (Customer ID :
                                        [protected]). I am facing issue in STB box since last 17th February.

                                        I am here writing the summary of support which I got from Airtel department.

                                        1) After raising complain on 18th feb. One technical guys came
                                        next day (Tushar : [protected]) and took the setup box and made a
                                        promise that he will solve the issue and give back to next day. After
                                        doing number of follow up calls with that guy he returned the box
                                        after 5 days without solving issue and said Next technical person
                                        will come and pickup the box and will solve.
                                        2) After waiting 1 -2 days, I again called to customer care and
                                        got the feedback from them that my issue has been resolved, I was
                                        very much surprised how they closed the complain without getting
                                        feedback to me. Then customer care open new complain number and give
                                        assurance to me this time issue will resolve.
                                        3) At 28th feb one technical guy came again (Vishnu :
                                        [protected]) and took the box again, next day he came and setup the
                                        things and any how he did something and we were able to see TV that
                                        time, he took 100 Rs as fees and said if you face issue again then
                                        call me, Same day when we start TV again at next time again we faced
                                        same issue(Stb box issue)
                                        4) Since the day 1st March I am calling to call center. They
                                        generate one complain number immediate I got SMS regarding this and
                                        after some time I got another SMS that your problem has been
                                        resolved. This is going on in cyclic manner and I am very much
                                        disappoint now. Even then yesterday I had world With Mr Manish(1st
                                        escalation) but final result is that Still not working box is with me
                                        no one is coming to resolve this and I am getting SMS from Airtel
                                        that problem has been resolved. One number is also given in SMS
                                        [protected] but it is a useless number.

                                        Is it some kind of Joke going on? For how long I will be made fool by repeatedly sending such messages whearas in reality problem remains unresolved and my services are not resumed.

                                        I need to lodge the same complaint or shall I simply forget my money and opt for some another DTH service provider. I am really getting fed up and mentally harassed by the mockery that is being made out of this "Customer Care Process".

                                        For your reference I am listing the Complain number which I have raised 2 – 3 days and got SMS for all from Airtel that issue have been resolved while actual picture is none of the complain is actually resolved.

                                        Bharti Airtel (Airtel Digital) — Poor Customer Service

                                        I am a customer of Airtel Digital with customer id [protected] and had been trying to get a service from Airtel to remove my DTH connection from my previous residence and re-install at my new residential address which is within 1km distance from my old residence, but was frustrated to the core. I had called the call centers for more than 15 times in the last three days and still have not got my service done. I feels it is shameful for me to still continue as a customer of Airtel Digital.
                                        The call center service is the worst I have ever experienced. It takes 5-10 mins to get connected to an executive and after I get connected to an executive the quality of discussion is very very poor. After I finally converyed my message of request to shift the connection, I was given a date & time before which the service request would be completed and now its two days after the deadline that I am still complaining.
                                        I would like to ask one question to you all in AIRTEL organisation; " Is there a sensible and responsible person in this organisation to attend to customer queries ?" My answer to this as of now is "NO !"

                                        Airtel is the worst service provider for Digital TV connection.


                                        they have no transparent accounting syste, . They charge the customer at will.Even their hiogher upps don't respond. Call centre staff is the worst trained ill mannered and arrrogant. The senior people never come forward to listen to the complaints of customers.

                                        Thier telephone numbers are also not made available to customers.

                                        we should file a class action complaint against them in TRAI as well as consumer courts.

                                        i have even offered to return the set top boxes if they refund my advance.

                                        Coming from teh house of Mittals this is a disgraceful way of dealing with customers.
