The Customer service At Airtel is patheetic and is unable to get someone to fix my DSL service Since 4the March. Every time i call i get a new person and after explaining all he will give some time, theat does not work. Then theey will transfer thee call to floor leader or escalation manager or some senior on thee floor. This has been a daily routine for me to call and talk to some one and wait for thee time given assuming theat thee line...

There is no proper response from any officer at Airtel after speaking to the escalation/ retention/ floor managers. The worst part is the Nodel Desk ([protected] reference number :[protected], after keying all the details like the land line number, SR number and it says please wait until we connect and disconnects the line. Would include my CDR if required for proof.

The service was never used by me.
On my request the service was promptly withdrawn.But the request for refund of the amount was not complied with,

The connection is damnnn slow in my area Bellandur ( Outer ring road ) although it is 3G connection with high speed connection of 7 mbps.

I have a complaint regarding the excess bill amount provided generated due to the wrong bill plan provided, despite of me requesting the bill plan of my choice as guided by the customer executive, and also after filing in several complaints still the problem hasn't being resolved but i do get calls again and again regarding my bill payment and every time i have to explain them that the problem i faced. plz help me out with this asap....

I purchased a nokia lumia 710 handset on january 2013 last week and my airtel 3G data 2GB/per month for 4 months has been activated on 7 feb 2013 but after one month that is on 6 march 2013 the offer for 1 month finished and auto activation for next month did not activated.

As i said , i have been receiving calls from the number '[protected]'. and the guy on the phone is like wanting to flirt and saying bad things. and he know's my both number which is the connection of airtel and docomo. and please block that guy from messaging and calling me. i humbly request you to block him from calling and messaging me.
