Today i have got a msg stating that voice pack have been activated..i haven't got any clue how it got activated.Moreover 30 rupees have been deducted.I tried to call customer care,even tried to have a chat with your executive..but no joy..please deactivate this voice pack and credit the amount back to me..looking forward for your response.

    It is quite unfortunate that service provider like Airtel is lagging in customer satisfaction and exploiting their helplessness to its advantage.

    I got my Airtel DTH connection on 24.11.2012. I wanted the dish antenna to be installed on the front wall of my ground floor house as other’s had done, but the service engineer insisted on installing at the roof top stating that signal would be better. I didn’t object as they are professionals and know better than me. However, the cemented wall / bar on which they wanted to install the antenna was very thin and, therefore, not suitable for installation as 2 of the 3 nuts would have to be screwed on the edge of the wall, thus weakening its strength. When I objected, they assured me that it will remain intact and even if anything goes wrong they will reinstall. I had nothing to object then. However, while they were installing the cracks developed on the wall, as feared. Still, they insisted that nothing will happen and that they are there to set right the things. I accepted.

    On 28.03.2013, there was a squall and the antenna got uprooted from the same two places where cracks had developed and was hanging on one nut/screw only. The signal was lost with error code - B001. Despite repeated efforts, I could not get their customer helpline numbers the same day as they were busy. On 29.03.2013, I spoke to the executive, Mr. Hassan who told me that Rs.250/- will be charged for reinstallation. When I narrated the whole installation story he transferred my call to his senior, Mohd. Tarif. Mr. Tarif lodged my complaint under ref. no.29428908 and said that I would get a call from their office within 4 hours. When I did not receive their call even for 10 hours, I called them up once again. This time Mr. Akhilesh was on the line. Again, I narrated the whole story including the installation part. I was told that I should have brought the matter into their notice then itself when the installation was taking place as those were the outsourced agency staff. I questioned as to how do I know that they were outsourced agency staff when they were wearing shirts inscribed “Airtel”. Mr. Akhilesh then told me that he would register my complaint and get the antenna installed at the same place as relocation would cost me Rs.250/-. I insisted installing at the same place won’t be tenable and I will have to call you again & again. Also, charging Rs.250/- is unethical on the part of the Airtel keeping in view the facts I have stated. However, finally I agreed to get the same installed at the same place. My complaint was registered under ref. no.29445435.

    Next day i.e. 30.03.2013, I got a call from telephone no.43046026 that the man will come to attend to our complaint between 12.30 to 1.00 p.m. When no one turned up even up to 3.00 p.m. I called back on the number. A lady picked up the phone and told me that I had refused to get the antenna installed as I was not willing to pay Rs.250/-. I said, where is the question of paying Rs.250/- when antenna has to be installed at the same place and that it has not to be relocated. To my surprise, she mentioned installation at that place is not possible and that you will have to pay Rs.250/- for relocating the same. Without visiting the spot by any of their staff she mentioned that installation was not possible at the same place. It clearly implies that either they would have recollected the installation story on seeing my address as this is not a very old case or wanted to exploit the situation. I called back at the customer care without any positive results.

    It is not a question of Rs.250/- as this is a very small sum. I am not willing to pay meager Rs.250/- because their demand is unjust as, instead of finding fault in me/customer, they should have deputed their own engineer to supervise the work done by outsourced agency staff. A customer is not a technical hand and, therefore, it becomes the duty of the service provider to ensure that the work done on its behalf is perfect. I had paid the amount to Airtel and, therefore, can hold Airtel only responsible. Outsourced agency staff fooled me. They never mentioned that Rs.250/- would be charged for relocating the antenna nor airtel staff mentioned to me. Had I been informed earlier, I would not have allowed them to install the antenna at that place.

    To sum up, I can only say that Airtel is exploiting the situation knowing well that the subscriber has already paid for the set top box and monthly subscription and, therefore, won’t change to any other service provider. This is unethical business practices and won’t last for long. Persons like me won’t succumb to such extortion tactics and rather prefer switch to other service provider by shelling out another Rs.1500-Rs.1600. Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal must not forget that it takes years together to reach to the top and seconds only to touch the nadir.

      Have same problem .. get Rs 401 plan (399) e-recharged on 29th march 2013 with message successful time 2:47pm Transaction ID[protected] with 30 days validity..
      Still nothing is there as today is 3rd April.. I called them on there paid no. and it cost me around Rs. 200, as executives and supervisors are typical non-sense people know nothing.. only taking time to resolve ny problem in 24 hours.. then in 7 hours, then in 30 minutes..
      I totally spend Rs. 600 for a bbm plan activation..
      I got call from 1 supervisor from no. [protected] and told me will resolve my problem till 7 O' clock in the evening and will call again..
      No call and no plan activation

      Very Poor and ridiculous services airtel blackberry is providing.. Treating us like dogs after taking money from us..

        I had opted for A la carte plan on 28 March 2013 and after 2 days of service some of the channels were removed without my concession and a new channel had been added. I have tried calling the Customer care representatives several times and after sending numerous mails, I still haven't received any solution for my problem.

        Airtel — Airtel fails to provide offered plan

        Since Jan 08 I purchased a airtel bundle plan with LG phone offering Rs 2400/- airtel to airtel free talk time for 24 month & no terms & condition were told.

        Every month they have to credit A to A amount in my phone but always fails to do so. On contacting to customer care they will give some untold reasons which was not informed while purchasing. This month also the amount is not credited to my mobile no. [protected].

        AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Fraudulent change of plans

        Let me start by saying that Airtel is the NO.1 FRAUD in doing business, either mobile,internet or DTH. I took a connection with Airtel and had recharged for a whole year for all 3 regional top ups that i have selected. In the middle of the year, i had a problem with my set top box. The Airtel representative come to my house and changed the STB and also charged me Rs. 100 for it. After that, he only activated 2 regional topups instead of 3 that i had already paid for earlier. Multiple calls to call centers have not yielded any result. The call center guys are very rude and half of them dont understand a thing of what we say. When i shouted at one of them, he activated the one regional topup and charged me for it again even without me organizing. I am writing this now as I am currently on a call with call center person for about 15 mins with no response. I hope i dont get disconnected.

        Please, please...dont go for Airtel...they will suck all your money

        I received a message telling to continue the service recharge with 225 so I recharged my number with 225 for 2 airtel numbers for which i did not have the same service. I called to customer care, but i did not get proper response from them I called for more than 5 times and i'd not get any repectable answer I am not at all satisfied untill this minute. Can you give me the solution for the same.
        My customer ID is [protected]. I booked an Airtel Digital TV connection on 27 Feb 2013 and got 1 month free subscription due to expire on 27 March 2013. The monthly rental of the plan after the free subscription is Rs.445. I requested a change of plan on 26 March to A la carte with monthly rental of around Rs.200. It was supposed to be activated within 24 hrs. I called them again after 24 hrs to check the status and they told me to resubmit my request on their website and send them an email also. I did that and still there is no feedback nor my plan has been changed. It is now the start of the new billing cycle and I am being billed according to same Rs.445 plan.
        I request you to please look in the matter to the earliest.

            We have made cash payment of Rs.1824/-(Bill no:1345 and aitrel ID:[protected]) on dated 29th March 2013.The payment was personally collected from us by Aitel staff(Mr.Ajay).But at the time of installation the installation engineer (Mr.Rajat Das) of Aitel DTH told that it cannot be installed due to not reciving signal.So he told us to buy another DTH connection of other company.But when we asked him to return our money immediately he told us to talk to his head (Mr.Saiful Modi, Salt Lake Kolkata) .On conversation with regard to refund of our payment of Rs.1824/- he told that it will be refund after 24hrs or more .Since from many times we are approaching the customer care and calling they are not responding to us.If they dont installed anything then why are they not returing us our payment of Rs.1824/-immediately.Please take a strigent action against the Airtel company and its employees for cheating us and giving fraud and inconvience service.

                I have paid 1440/- for south ultra pack (1 month free) on Saturday morning (30th March 2013).

                Ashish assisted and shared one link. On confirmation I paid through credit card.
                As per sale person commitment same will be installed before on Sunday 6 P.M but till date no one called back on the status.

                I made close to 40 to 50 calls to 12148, 12150 and [protected] ( Ashish, Lakshmi and Mustafa naming few people ) but no one able to provide basic information on my transaction id or customer numbers neither status. How pathetic the service ..

                Worse part on customer care is disconnecting the call without answering my query neither they call back nor patient to stay on line to resolve my query . Finally I got some positive response from Rajesh and Ravi where they committed to install on 3rd April 2013. I am hoping at least issue will get resolved by 3rd April.

                On making close to 50 calls to get the above said information it’s really pathetic. I request you to provide proper training to customer care people. At least provide the right information in first call. As a customer we are looking for response not resolution immediately.

                It’s my personal experience calling 12148 or 12150 is useless.. No idea why they are keeping this as toll free number ..

                Request you all to think before you make the payment, i am not very sure on other DTH service but airtel is worse.

                I have purchased one airtel dth from M/s Variety store, Balasore, Orissa on 26 Sep 09. On payment the sales boy handed over STB, Stand Kit & LNB to me immidiately and told me that dish & wire will be taken by the installation boy tomorrow at aroun 1200 pm. Next day I waited till 4.00pm but they didn't turn up. Then i called Variety store and he connected me to the installation boy. The installation boy told me to wait in the main road as he will not find my home.I obiliged and waited in the main road which is about 50 mtr away from my house from 4.00pm to 5.00pm. When he didn't turn up i called him back he told me i have been assigned another work. When i asked when then when you will come he told i cannot give any time. Then i told him that i have been waiting for you since 12 pm leaving all important work and you have to give a particular time so that i can finish some important work and will be available in time. Then the person rudely told me that i cannot go you can make alternative arrangements. As the boy at Variety store is a knon to me very well i told him every thing and then he made other arrangement and it could be installed only after 3 days and could view programmes after around 5-6 days due to some hardware problems. I have made this comlaint after a very long period as i don't have any idea as where to make the complain. Expecting that you take some strigent action on these errant installation boys or else your sales is going to slope downwards. Presently I don't have my consumer id if you call me back i will definitely give you the same.

                Airtel Broadband Connection — Installation not Done(Not Providing right information)

                I have applied for a BroadBand Connection on 8thDEC2009 when i guy(Vishal: Ph No.[protected] ) from Airtel came to Collect the Documents and also took Rs1500 for installation of the Router. The very next day the verification was done from Airtel and the conserned person said that every thing is fine and the connection will be set up in next 3 days. After waiting for 3days when i called them they said there is a some problem in the Documents. So i said that someone can come and pick it up whatever they require. The very next day a call came and they said that every thing is ok no need of documents. I again waited and no response. i called again(REF NO:27574576. Date of Callback : 16thDEC) and the person(Vishal:Ph No [protected]) said it will be set up in 3 days. again no response and called gain and talked to Supervisor: Nisha(REF NO: 27704360,Date of Callback:21DEC ) , she also gave a false promise of 1days. Again i called and talked to Supervisor: Vijay (REF NO:27806572,Date of Callback:23DEC )and he again said 3-4 days as there are leaves in between. On 30th ie today i again called and talked to Nisha who transfered me to Supervisor: Ramdilas who was not ready to listen to me and was very asking me all irrelevent question and when i said i want to talk to your boss he said i dont have a boss and claimed himself to be the owner of Airtel.
                Please tell me what to do...atleast i should get the refund of the Rs1500 I gave them.

                Airtel/ DTH — Customer registration and poor customer care support

                I, Ajeet Singh, purchased Airtel digital TV in Nov. 2009 in Pakur district of Jharkhand, but till date my mobile no. is not registered with customer care. Neither the dealer nor customer care give me satisfactory answer about this. When I contacted customer care on phone then they asked my customer ID and when I spoke the ID then they replied that this is not your's ID. What can I do now? Whether go to cunsumer court or any other options left to me?
                Due to this problem I coldn't choose value pack or other services yet.

                AirTel — poor customer care and customer communication

                customer care of airtel is the worst service,as it has kept on hold for 30 mins and had disconnected my call after.I think they are now developing the strategies like decoits that to add VAS by default with new sim cards and then like beggars they just wait for customers to call there customer care service for which he has to par 30 paise for 3 min.

                in short airtel has changed it's symbol from the beggings of customer the better suggestion from my side is that it should be called LOOTEL........

                I am Vikas Shringeri, Jayangar 9th Block, Bangalore. I have taken a new connection of Airtel Broadband LAN on 2nd of July 2011. Customer Executive Murali collected Rs.1000 giving assurance of Activation in 2 days.

                Till Today activation is pending. I have called up many times both to customer care and to executive and I got fed up with their assurance.

                I am very disappointed with the worst service that your team is offering to the Corporate people like us.

                My Form Number is 265047. If you can not set up connection at least arrange for repayment of my money. I have to look for alternate service providers.
                I have also register more than 3 complaints but nothing is happened so far.

                I have selected ala carte package but selected channels are not displayed, When i called customer care as usual pathetic response and poor customer care...

                Not sure, when customer care response will improve. Whenever i call customer care response are not to the point most of the time call get disconnected without solving the problem.

                I called customer care to check on my ala carte package but response is to sent mail for any query related to ala carte. Not sure why customer care are not supporting ala carte package even online too not supporting .

                It seems they deducted 240 rupee but i am not getting the benefit ..

                I am not sure why every time we need to speak to escalation officer.. for simple problem .. Almost i wasted 2 hour on resolving this problem..

                    As mentioned earlier, i had given Airtel 24 hours time, you have failed to fix my issue, you no longer need to resolve my issue i will change my SIM in the next 48 hours.

                    Today i had 10 missed calls on my number from your customer care.i have other important work to do other then receiving your calls. Request you not to flood my mobile number and stop calling my number. Fix the issue if you can, if not leave it.I consider Airtel is incompetant in solving a simple issue over a period of one year.

                    i am not paid your helping airtel technical team to find the cause of the issue so request you to ask your technical team not to call me, i will change my SIM in the next 48 hours, if you can resolve my issue fix it and call me, not before that.

                    If you have a solution for me within the next 48 hours, i would consider your card, providedAirtel pays me compensation for the inconvenience caused, loss of mental peace, waste of my time and energy in making calls and receiving calls speaking to your customer care people.If not please do not waste your valuable time in resolving my issue.

                    I totally agree to your comments. I seems that they think that they are doing a favour, LET THEM REMEMBER THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB!!! Nothing else. They are here to serve us. People in customer care both in the counter and also over the phone behave weird, I have had instances where the customers wait in the line and these people keep munching and don't talk proper good English with the eatables in the mouth you can hardly understand them. Being the oldest network they should be proud of the company and it is an asset to INDIA. They are not at all concerned because no higher official cares. Office timings are only on the board, they come as per their requirement. (THEY SHOULD HAVE AN SYSTEM WHICH WILL LOG THE TIME OF ENTRY AND ALSO ACCESS CARDS HAVE TO BE PROVIDED TO THEM.) It should be tracked on a daily basis by the higher authorities. We pay tax for these people to serve the public and these people are not happy with the salary and they are not doing justice to their job. People should start to protest and strict disciplinary action should be taken against these people who do not do their job right. Incentives should be based on the number of satisfied surveys. All people who reach the customer care should be provided with the access to fill a form (PREFERABLY ONLINE) which will give the customers a hold on the service associates. Please try something like that which will be the best way or the only way to save our country. HELP INDIA. WHERE ARE WE HEADING. Is this all for go0d. This holds good for all the service providers.                     Airtel mobile connection — NOT ABLE TO MAKE OUTGOING CALLS TO RELIANCE MOBILES IN ANDHRA PRADESH

                    SIR,
                    1. I have taken a connection of AIRTEL on 24Jan10 with no.[protected] from RAJAN TELECOMMUNICATIONS IN N AREA, BEHLANA.
                    2. I am not able to make OUTGOING CALLS to RELIANCE mobiles in ANDHRA PRADESH from this airtel number.
                    3. I contacted the airtel customer care regarding this problem of outgoing calls. A complaint was done by me on 28Jan10 and my complain no. is [protected]. They told me that the problem would be solved by 03Feb10.
                    4. But it was not solved and without taking any confirmation from me they resolved my complaint as solved.
                    5. I got 2 falls calls to inform me that the problem was solved, but still the problem is as it was.
                    6. Even after my repeated reminders about my compliant they have taken least interst in this case and not solved this yet. I even tried to contact their NODAL OFFICER Amithab which always responded busy.
                    7. This is causing a great inconveneine for me as all my relatives numbers are of reliance connection in andhra pradesh. I am unable to contact my parents for this reason.
                    8. So please kindly look into the matter and solve this problem and help me utilising my full rights.

                      Dear Sir,

                      1month before I purchased a 3G Airtel Dongle/data card. It was not activated for 4 weeks. After I put a complaint in this forum. The person who sold it to me came to my home and gave new sim card stating that old sim card has an error. Then new sim card was activated within 1day but internet speed is 0kbps. The moment I connect, speed goes to 120kbps and immendiately after 1min speed goes to 0kbps and stays in 0kbps though the signal strength is 97%.

                      Airtel 3G Data Card — poor internet speed

                      Dear Sir,

                      1 month before I purchased 3G Airtel data card/Dongle. But unfortunately It was not activated for 4weeks. I put a complaint in this forum. Then the person who sold this data card came to my home and told that due to technical problem and sim card error my data card was not activated and he gave new Sim card. Thn it was activated on 23.03.2013. But speed is very very poor. mostly it stays in 0 kbps. the moment i connect it, speed goes to 120kbps and immediately after 1min speed goes to 0kbps and stays in 0 speed though signal strength is 97% and I dont get internet.

                          I owned an Airtel data card ([protected]) for quite some time and applied for its disconnection as i applied for Airtel Landline Broadband connection.

                          Please find attached the confirmation mail from Airtel about the cancellation of the number. (Cancellation Mail.pdf) dated 12th Jan 13.
                          Any one with a minimum level o[censored]nderstanding will presume that his account is closed after this confirmation.

                          Please find final payment on 25th Jan 13 for this account (Final Settlement.pdf) attached after i got the final bill for this number.

                          Later on 26th jan 13, i received mail from Airtel stating that as i was a long time customer with Airtel, hence inspite of going for closing this number, convert it to a prepaid account without any conversion charges (see Prepaid Conversion mail.pdf attached). I found the option good and hence i submitted the required docs for prepaid conversion.

                          After that i never heard anything for a month or so. Then i contact airtel and they informed me that i need to submit those docs hard copy to Airtel store. I did the same and again waited for a long time but never heard anything from airtel about the conversion.

                          On 24th feb 13, i recieved a bill of Rs. 906 for this number. I was shocked to see this. I called customer care on 5th Mar 13 and they raised a complaint request (Request ID - [protected]) and assured me that someone will call me in next 24 hours for the resolution. More than 10 days passed, no one called me.
                          Again i called customer care on 14th Mar 13, explained everything to them, then they said that "By mistake, while converting your account from postpaid to prepaid, we reactivated your postpaid number and forgot to deactivate it again and hence you got this bill of Rs.906." He raised another complaint request (request ID[protected] Person who raised this was Chandana ). He said that right away after this call, i will revert this amount back and close your account. I was relieved as i was assured that this issue is finally resolved.

                          To my shock, on 24th Mar 13, i got another bill for this number with Rs, 906 as previous balance and Rs. 1404 as this month balance and the total bill due for this account as Rs. 2310.

                          Now please tell me what a consumer is supposed to do and why should he pay a price and time for your software flaws wherein Customer care is not aligned with Billing department and consumer keeps on getting bills even after when customer care confirms the closure of the account.

                          I talked to customer care multiple times, repeating the same history all the time. They agree to their mistake, confirm me that the amount will be reverted back, but again, next month i get the added bill.

                          Please help me to get this issue resolve.

                          Airtel - Data Card — Receiving bills even after disconnection

                          I have disconnected my Airtel Datacard connection on 14-Sep-09 with clearing all dues of Rs.3329.00 with collection receipt Sl.No. AP/BAL/HYD 0087756. But again I have received a fresh bill for the same number charging Rs.257.36. I think they may continue this billing further. Could you please help me in this regard, so that Airtel will take care of other customers' requests in a proper way. More details are below:

                              I have been a regular Airtel customer since 6 years now and using Airtel post paid connection (Acc No.[protected]. I had opted for one time advance rental bill plan (Rs. 699). Every time I call customer care, they confirm that my bill plan of advance rental is active. However, Airtel has been deducting Rs. 300 every month as monthly rental. I have been calling to the customer care umpteen times and have conveyed my concerns (some of the many instances has been mentioned for your reference - 29 Jan 2013 -Faisal - complaint reference 76152809, 30 Jan Karan - Ref: [protected], Nodal Officer Saurita Bannerjee, request lodged at website - No. 48974853, 30 Jan - Sangeeta, Another girl today on 2nd April 2013). Even after my several complaints nothing has been done to resolve my complaint. I have requested Airtel every time to adjust the inflated bill amount with my call usage. Instead, they have now disconnected my number. I have spoken to so many representatives at Airtel but seems the brand is interested only in harassing its customers and do not pay attention to their complaints. I had this impression that Airtel is a good brand and their service is the best. But the response of their customer service has been so disgusting that I now plan to port my number to other operator and sue Airtel for the harassment and financial loss incurred to me.

                              AirTel — HARASSMENT

                              I DON’T RECEIVE BILL FOR THIS NUMBERS SINCE SEVERAL YEARS. AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS I GOT MY FIRST BILL IN FEB 2010. FROM WHICH I CAME TO KNOW MY SMS PACK WAS INACTIVE WITHOUT I ASKING TO STOP IT. SO I CALL CUSTOMER CARE SO CUSTOMER CARE PERSON SAID YOU ARE RIGHT YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY REQUEST SO YOU WILL GET REFUND. SINCE SERPTMBER 2009 IT WAS STOPED SO IM ENTITLED TO GET ALMOST Rs. 5000 to 6000 refund. AFTER HELL OF TALKING TO CUSTOMER CARE AND FROM ONE SENIOR PERSON TALK I GOT REFUND OF JUST 900/- SO DENIED TO ACCEPT OT AND SAID TILL YOU CLEAR MY THIS ISSUE I WILL NOT MAKE PAYMENT OF YOUR BILLS. SO ON 11TH May 13, 2010 MY OUT GOING WAS BARRED. IM CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL SINCE LAST 7 TO 8 YEARS PAYING ALMOST 5 LACS PLUS AMOUNT. IM ENTILE FOR THIS MENTAL HARRESHMENT ? IS THIS WAY AIRTEL PAYS TO THEIR LOYAL CUTOMERS ? WITHOUT LOOKING CUSTOMER RECORD OR COMPLAINTS THEY SIMPLY BARRED NUMBER ?

                              THIS IS NOTHING BUT SHEER HUMILIATION. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER ISSUES ALSO LIKE VERY BAD NETWORK, THEIR COLLECTION PEOPLE ARE USING LANGUAGE OF SADAK CHAAP PERSON. WHO WILL PAY FOR THIS INSULT, HUMILIATION AND HARRESHMANET ?

                              AirTel — Harassment of Customer

                              I had visited the Sec 35 Airtel office to convert my Airtel prepaid no. 9815XXXX8 to postpaid connection. I received a very response from the Mam there I was told that there is no procedure with airtel for the same. Then on being asked by me she plainly told me that yes you could easily get the portability done. On receiving such a response I got the portability no. then I received a call from the executive telling me that moving from prepaid to postpaid was possible he had noted my complaint & asked me to visit your office in sec 10. Today I had been there and I was again told the same that this facility was not available with them & I should go to the sec 32 office.
                              This is mere harassment of the valuable time of your customer. I have this no. from the past 12/13 years (magic sim) .

It is a practice that all of them escalate my concern internally to next levels in Airtel. The result is ZERO. This is happening since 2 months. I am really fed up of Airtel. What details you want me to share!

                              I have taken a duplicate SIM on[protected]. I was told my SMS services will be initiated after 24 hours. It's been 3 weeks and I am still not receiving or able to send SMS. I am being deprived of my basic right to even port to other connections because I cant send or receive SMS. I am going to wait for last 24 hours and then proceed to sue Airtel for depriving me of basic right to PORT per TRAI.
                              I have been using the Airtel broadband from last 10 years. in the last octorber time 2021 I faced issues continuesly with connectivity and then asked them to stop my connectin in oct 2021 and moved to ACT . Airtel stopped my connection and then charged rs 20 for doing online. But they keep charging monthly. Accidentally I paid once then they keep charging without using it from last 9 months. Now once I stopped they are harassing by calling daily.

                                I, Supanun S., mobile no. [protected] have activated the weekly internet bundle for blackberry of rs.100 last night around 7.30pm. My balance has been deducted and I have received a message saying that my request had been sent and that the service will be available within 4 hours. Till now 9.30 am. of the next day the service is not yet available on my blackberry. I called up the customer care twice and was told to call in a toll free number 7070 of which I was told again that this service is not available in my number. This is not the first time this problem is happening.
                                My last request is that most of the customer care assistants do not communicate in English which makes it really difficult for some o[censored]s to interact. Not only me, but many of the customers are hoping that you would make proper changes on this matter.
                                Kindly look into the matter immediately.

                                blackberry services — not happy with your customer services

                                Dear Sir / Madam,
                                Self is the branch manager of eastern travels pvt.ltd., bhubaneswar branch . Last month I bought a black berry handset from your 'Sahid Nagar web world', vani vihar square, bhubaneswar and since last 4 years we have been using your services and paying the bill through the above said office. As this month the bill has crossed more than rs.3, 500/- therefore I went to enquire about the bill detail as it was not in the present bill . I clearly remember initially it was coming with every month's bill .
                                ( please note we are getting the bill detail in our other phones, even we got these in this month ) .
                                When I stepped in I met Mr.Himansu of Reliance as he has helped in taking decision to buy the black berry . I told him that I found the black berry is really helpful to our business and planning to give it to all my executives. Then I asked him to help me in getting my bill detail . He suggested me to go to Gayatri again I returned back from her desk to Mr.Himanshu as it was written ' THE NET SERVER IS NOT WORKING, SORRY CANN'T SERVE YOU' But Mr.Himanshu again advised me to go to Ms.Gayatri to enquire about the bill detail . Then I went to Ms.Gayatri but she told me to wait, afterward she took the help of another lady who was sitting beside her desk . After long wait she asked me whether we were getting the bill detail every month then I said 'yes' as I have seen these previously . She took out six months bill and told me rudely that you are lying as the last six months bill doesn't have the bill detail . I really felt offended as she was trying to prove me a lyer . I am sure previously the bill was having bill detail and as the only authrized person I have never sent a request to deactivate the same.
                                However this could have been explained to me in a better way without blaming me . I sincerely request you to kindly give proper training to the front desk employees so that these kind o[censored]nproffessional attitude will not reflect . As this may effect the Reliance company's image and more over the clients may prefer to change their mobile to another company rather going to the Web World and get themselve insulted.

                                I will appreciate if you could lodge my complain and arrange to activate the bill detail in my mobile bill i.e [protected] .

                                Looking forward to your kind co-op and necessary action at earlest.

                                Pm — BlackBerry

                                I bought this cellphone from HeeraPanna. With a bill (paid VAT ). It has a Warranty attached to it for 1 Year too.
                                I asked if the cellphone is Mac compatible. & he mentioned yes. Only later next day i found out it compatioble with verision 10.5 & above & not older ones such as 10.4
                                So, when i ask for a full refund the shop mentions shall deduct VAT + Rs.2000.
                                So, now i have to pay Rs.1800 for upgrading my mac to 10.5 too. Is the only solution I have.
                                (What if it was some guy who could not afford to pay this cost ) I cant imagine the state of a Senior Citizen.
                                Be carefull people... real careful.

                                AirTel — Regarding blackberry service

                                Hello,

                                I am an Airtel prepaid customer bearing the mobile number [protected] using its blackberry service. Before I was using bb 299 plan which allows only mails and messengers, then after using it for two months I upgraded my plan to 899 by recharging my phone with RC 1111 and later when i requested for my plan change they told that there is some problem in server so I need to wait for it, as per them I waited for more than 15 long days and after that I again tried activating bb 899 plan n finally after deducting by balance I even got confirmation sms that my plan has been changed to 899 successful but when I tried using the browsing service its shows that I dont have data package active in my number. I contacted to BlackBerry customer support executive where he told me that there is some problem in server and my active plan is 299, and even asked me to contact 121 for the refund. When I contacted to airtel customer care they told me that within 48 hrs I will get my balance back and also given me the complaint number[protected] and after waiting for 2 days when I called them, they said that 899 plan is active on my number for that they can't refund my money, but still there is no 899 plan active on my number as I'm unable to do browsing, then I called BlackBerry customer executive, he told me again that there is some server problem for which 899 plan is not activating in my number and asked me to contact the nodel officer.
                                When I called to Nodel office ([protected]) I spoke to the lady name with Jyostna and told her my problem, she ensured me that she will get back to me within 24 hrs and also would solve my problem but still there is no response from the.

                                Hence I request airtel either refund my amount back or active my 899 plan.

                                Airtel Mobile — Blackberry Service

                                This is regarding my mobile number [protected]. Last month I've received a bill of 34387.84 INR. The bill says that I've used blackberry services continuously for more than 72 hours from 17th Nov till 19th Nov 2010 and during these 3 days the blackberry service bill amounts to over INR 29000. How is it possible to use the service without sleeping and eating continuously for 3 days and nights? I am using blackberry service from last 8 months and never got a bill of more than INR 2000/ month. I never use blackberry for checking my emails and use it rarely for browsing. I never downloaded any software on my mobile at least during this period. My mobile’s browser record doesn't show any such extensive usage. After running around [protected]@airtel, nodal office and now appellate offices of Airtel for last 3 weeks, I am told today that the charges are valid. They say it's charged for browsing. I am ready to settle the bill but want them to send me a proof of what sites did I browse continuously for day and night which they say they can't. How can they bill for something which I've not used?
                                Yes, this is something unacceptable. I have been using the BlackBerry services since last 3 months, but if this is the case I might think of changing my operator..

                                  I checked with my bank(chennai branch) they told that both transaction was successfull from bank end and amount went the merchant payment gateway(that is airtel).The bank gave me the payment voucher number [protected] with the trace number for both 076580/080074.

                                  On Mar 24, 2013 airtel asked me for bank certificate and i had given the certificate too.But still they are not adjusting my amount Rs.656.18.Please help me.

                                  Airtel Broadband — Not refunding the amount

                                  Hi

                                  I am Jayakumar from Chennai.

                                  I applied for new airtel Broadband connection on Sep 22, 2009. Application
                                  no: 906991

                                  But when I called customer care after a week, they said that we cannot offer Broadband Connection in my location.

                                  Why don’t Airtel check, whether new connection is possible for my location before receiving any new application?

                                  If else i would have approached another provider.

                                  They said that we will refund the amount Rs. 2700 I paid within 2 weeks.

                                  But I didn’t receive my amount yet.

                                  I am using Airtel Mobile (postpaid) customer for 3 years.

                                  Is this the way the airtel handles a customer.

                                    Under special plan for hsbc staff. Have received sim for the same the no is [protected] after paying rs 550 according to them I was supposed to get dongal in two days but not yet got. I called them twice in last week but they were unable to answer. I have stopped calling them and I fade up. airtel is least bother about their customers and make us fool. my 450 has gone for toss and apart from that I have been suffered a lot in these days

                                      I applied for a broadband connection on 28th March, 2013. On 29th March, 2013 I got a message that the request is in process and that airtel will revert to me within 48 hours. It has been more than 72 hours now since I have got any communication from airtel regarding the broadband request. Today when I called at "[protected]" for knowing the status of my request,I was asked to hold;I did so for more than 8 minutes without a word from the other end.
                                      I hope higher authorities take adequate action.

                                        I am using an Airtel prepaid number from July 2008. Recently when i downloaded a app on my smartphone it showed the number registered in the name of Chandan. Although i got it registered in the name of my father Mr. Rajesh Kumar Saxena. Now when i contacted their office, I got the answer that there is no solution to this Problem and the name cannot be changed. It would be a big problem for me in case the sim is lost or is damaged. So kindly help me in getting the number in my name or the original name i.e. my father's. Its the only contact number in all my Contacts and i cannot afford to lose it. I am ready to provide all my original documents again and all the details about this number in last 4.5 yrs.
