Received a call from a number [protected] telling that my Airtel phone no has won a sum of Rs. 25 lakhs and the call is mentioned as from Mumbai airtel office.
I am a high ranked Govt. Officer, kindly take legal action against these cheaters. As an Airtel Customer I feel it is bad impression for the Airtel-India and not safe for the customers also.

Hi,

I was Airtel prepaid customer for 4 years, suddenly three months back got a call from airtel office saying that they are interested in converting my number from prepaid to post paid. I paid them 300 rs for conversion. But after that neither I got my money back nor they received my calls and above all my prepaid number stopped working. I went to airtel service centre :

They have funny menu. Customer care people lack empathy. I told them I am in train. They kept me waiting so that signal is lost. Wish them bad luck. They use Govt. Guidelines to harass. Hope they stick to airtel all the time and we customers switch....

I had requested 121 Airtel to convert my stand alone DSL connection user id [protected]_dsl to Combo connection.
