As Iam complaining since from past 15days regarding my amount deduction and technical problem. But there is no any response from the customer service, I don't know why airtel became such a bad provider and now due to your bad service Iam porting myself to other network I feel bad to say that Airtel has became the worst service provider.

My airtel number with mobile number [protected], firstly get deducted 5rs from my main account, without any notification yesterday(03/01/2013). And i have recharged today morning and again got deducted 3 rupees two times, after sometime again deducted 10rupees, i tried to contact with airtel customer care but the call could not connecting. I hope i'll get the right solution,

This airtel customer service is very poor... the customer care people behave very rude. without the permission of the customer they take money from their account. If we call to customer care and make complaint their response is very worst...With out the knowledge of the customer how can they take money from their account......

When any customer purchase new Nokia lumia 710 handset then air tel & Vodafone gives the 2GB data free at 3G Speed ( per month for 4 months ) but they don't give my data pack...

i am a regular gprs user of airtel 98 plan. On 4th jan my data plan will expire. The same day i call to airtel customer care to renew my plan and deduct the amount from my balance. They inform me that they give 1GB data for 30 days for regular user. But after deduction they gave me only 650 MB for 21 days only. Please do something for that....

On December 8, 2012 the service provider "Airtel" has deducted money from my prepaid account by dumping services like "Mobile internet", "Hello tunes" without my consent. I am (*Logamoorthy) getting unnecessary calls on my mobile number from Airtel. They call me often from the below given number and when I attend the call no one speaks & after few minutes they disconnect the call. And when I call back at these numbers to trace them they do not pick the phone

I have got my balance deducted (Rs. 99) for some "The avenger" downloading which I have not done.... this is not the first time happening, every time I keep my balance above Rs. 50, it happens with one or the other services. On talking to Ankur Bhatnagar CCE, he bluntly refused to refund the money.... this is a way to serve customers, its better to have postpaid connections and then not to pay back.

I'm a customer of airtel using a postpaid connection..this month I have received a bill of rs 4817.74 which where i never cross my bill of rs800 every month..when i checked my bill they charged me for internet usage where in i got 2GB (2048MB)free usage but i consumed more i,e 2651MB means i have to charged for 603MB only..so according to the charges it is 50ps/50kb..so if calulated my bill not even...

I'm using speed airtel 3g on my pc and getting hard open to even google home page. i mean, i'm getting extremely slow speed of 4-10 kbps. Even worst than 2g for number [protected]. My signal strength is fair and using in network mode WCDMA or HSPA. this is an all time problem, i can hardly get good speed....

Dear Sir / Mam,

I am an Airtel Prepaid Customer From past 10 years and have been using the number [protected] since then. The number was completely active till yesterday 3rd jan 2013, 9:00 Pm. Suddenly my Phone started showing my SIM card to be invalid. When called Airtel customer care they are not ready to give me relevant answer against my number been permanently disabled from the system.

I went to a shop for recharging my airtel internet in mobile for Rs.98/- but the shopkeeper mistakenly charged it by Rs.98/-
Unfortunately I have not got any balance,any talktime, or any internet usage balance..I called up the customer care immediately but one lady picked up the call and she misbehaved with me to her level best..!! I am just surprised how come such company like AIRTEL could do this with customers..!!
