Hello Prabhu (Airtel team),
The bill amount for the month of Nov 2012 is paid already.
I have registered so many complaints since 23/Nov/2012 for non-working of the connection and no one has turned back to solve the issue. I have also sent many mails and complaints which is of no use.
Even the internet was not working since 23/11/2012, i paid the bill till 5/Dec/2012 which includes no usage of internet for 12 days which Airtel should refund me.
So by 27/11/2012 i have requested to cancel the connection which Airtel has not taken any action.
Also
1. No one came to rectify the issue after my complaint 23/11/2012.
2. I have not got any letter / mail for any reminder like this email earlier. (This is not re-iterated reminder for the payment. This is the first mail i got after i sent several mails of Airtel disconnection.)
3. I would like to face this issue legally with all my mail proof / complaint numbers that has been sent to Airtel customer care since 23/11/2012 and proceed further for compensation if needed.
4. You can always request for the mail proofs / complaint numbers which i have sent to customer care since 23/11/2012.
