I am a existing consumer of Airtel Broadband. My plan is of 15GB for 1099 per month plus taxes. After i utlize my plan , the speed falls down to 256kbps. Today while speaking to airtel helpline, in between talks, i realized to my amusement , that there is already an existing plan of 15GB for 699 per month. After utlization of the limit, the speed falls to 512kbps. There is no difference in the plan. The new plan is just cheaper. After i asked why my plan was not changed and rates dropped, i was told that its my job to keep a track of it. I should be visiting their websites on regualr basis to find out if the rates are dropped.

    I pay Blackberry internet service charge every month and at the end of the month They are asking for Rs. 14,995.70 for internet usage on my mobile bill.

    I already clarified the issue with them by calling customer care on 29th December, and they confirmed that there will be no additional internet charges, and on 21st January they have sent me the bill of amount Rs.19875.12

      Airtel's have very Poor and BAD customer service at Present in UPW.

      This is a discussion on Airtel's poor customer service within the Mobile Services forums, part of the Mobile category;

      I had recharged my Airtel number ([protected]) at Fri, Jan 18, 2013 at 8:50 PM from Airtel website for 22 INR.. To get Rs. 22 All STD [protected]@30p/min … as Mentioned on Airtel website…

      Kindly Note: there is not anything mentioned about timing limitation on that category 22 Rs Recharge.. There was only Written: Rs. 22 All STD [protected]@30p/min.. While they have mentioned timing terms on 16 INR recharge as: - All Local & STD Mobile Calls - 30p/min (10PM-5PM), between 5PM-10PM as per Base Plan.

      After I have conversation with their customer support they said if you want 24 hours working plan for std you can go with 12 INR Topup… this will work 24 hours no any time limitations : -

      I have recharged again on: Sat, Jan 19, 2013 at 4:20 PM.. RS 12 - All STD Rs1/3min.Other calls as per tariff…

      But the same thing happening again with me on evening 5 to 10 PM if I make any STD calls for 14:30 Minute.. There 11 INR deducted from my main balance…

      Also Their customer support team not responding well on this issue.. They always said that sorry sir at present time there is Technical updating on our site so kindly call us after 1 hour…

      I Just want to know that this is the AIRTEL the brand WINs the best “Telecom Company AWARD”… what rubbish!

      I hope I will get solution on this issue soon… My main concern is this that, my mostly callings are STD... So I want a STD plan which will work for 24 hours.. No any time limitations…

      Airtel — AIRTEL'S EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

      This is to put on record my utter disappointment with the service of Airtel broadband customer care team. From the facts stated below, you will understand that the customer executives have been continuously lying and deceiving me:



      I have been a user of the landline number[protected] and broadband since August 2004 and I hold an excellent record for prompt payment of my bills. In December 2008 I had to leave the country for a few months on work and I had requested for cancellation of the aforesaid line.



      I returned India on May 30, 2009 and I immediately placed a request for re-activation/reconnection of the aforesaid line by calling the customer care number 4444121 and my request for re-activation of the line 4214 2887 was taken by Mr. Harish and given a reference number 20373010 on May 30, 2009. I was informed by him that the line will be restored before 11:30 am on June 8, 2009. He assured me that the date given is the maximum time they would take to restore the line but they would be restoring the line much before that.



      However, no one visited my residence or even made any call regarding the restoration of the line and nothing was done by June 8, 2009. Therefore, I made a call to the customer care number on June 9, 2009 and complained to Ms. Bharathi, who apologized for the delay and took a fresh complaint and gave a new reference number 20703734 and promised me that the line would be restored maximum by June 11, 2009. I called the customer care on June 10, 2009 and spoke to Mr. Sampath just to reconfirm that they had all my contact details and that they would restore the line at least the next day. He confirmed that the line will be restored the next day and I believed him.



      However, the line was not restored by June 11, 2009 as promised and I felt completely cheated. By evening I received a call from Mr. Basha from the customer care department apologizing for the delay and he transferred the call to Mr. Jeshan in the back end office, who promised me that the line would be restored by Saturday June 13, 2009. On June 11, 2009 an executive from Airtel visited my residence but instead of restoring the line he took my signatures on a subscriber enrollment form and promised me that the line would be restored the following day or latest by Monday June 15, 2009. However, once again I was deceived and lied to because the line was not restored as promised.



      I called the customer care line on June 15, 2009 and complained to Mr. Srikanth, who transferred the call to Ms. Genova, who apologized to me for the delay and took a fresh request 26548865 and assured me that the line would be restored within 4 hours. But once again it proved to be a lie. Nothing happened in the next 4 hours and I called the customer care number again and this time I spoke to Mr. Daniel, who after consulting his superior Mr. Blessing, assured me that the line would be restored within next 24 hours.



      After 24 hours, when the line was still not restored, I called the customer care number and spoke to Mr. Maniraj and thereafter to Mr. Srirangam who apologized, and took a fresh request 20801778 and promised me that the line will be restored as soon as possible. I once again called on June 17, 2009 and complained to Mr. Robert about how irritated and cheated I felt by the action of the Airtel executives.



      Today i.e. June 18, 2009 I called customer care again and spoke to Ms. Aysha, who said my request has been closed without giving any reasons.



      I am utterly shocked, disappointed, cheated and extremely irritated by Airtel’s service. I used to have great trust in the brand Airtel especially because I’ve been a user of their services for 4 years. But all that has been shattered now. Now according to me Airtel’s service has the lousiest service. I am going to dissuade people from choosing Airtel, which had become worse than the public sector service providers.

      AirTel — bad customer support

      I just want the Airtel higher ups to know that inspite of me calling several times on one issue, the problem is still not fixed. And everytime the CSR's try explaining me that its a problem from my end..
      there i a STD number from Gorakhpur(vodafone) which i am nt able to call from my airtel number.. in the mean time i am able to call the same number using aircel, vodafone & idea connections.
      I have contacted the Airtel customer support number of times but still the problem is not fixed.. i just want to know whether you people can fix it or u r not technologically equipped to get it fixed.

      I[censored] say that u dont know how to get it fixed i have no problem but please dont give all the Gyan to me and try to fool me because o[censored]r incompetence. Thanks

      AirTel — Bad-customer service

      Hi,

      Today I was trying to make online payment for my Airtel Fixedline while talking to the Airtel Customer Service rep who was helping. After I submitted my debit card infoemation there was an error so the rep transferred my call to the technical dept. for help however they kept me on hold for 10 mins and hung up. So i claled up the technicla dept. directly and they were helping me to make the payment online and again the same error occured once i submitted all the info of my Debit card so the technical dept. again kept me on hold and hung p after 5-6 mins. So the 3rd time I login to the airtel website and tried to make the payment and it was successful. After sometime when I checked my citibank account all the three transaction were successful. SO I called the complaint number for Airtel however they told me that they will not refund the 2 unathorized transaction and will adjust it for the furtute usage of the service and also denied to trnsfer the call to any supervisor.
      Never expected such a bad service from Airtel.
      Everytime you called them they will disconnect the call and it takes a long time to get conncted to them.

      Please help.

      I have received a call from Airtel however the reprsentative did not give me any resolution . She just asked me if i have filed any consumer complaint for m, y mobile number and I said that it was not for my Mobile number but for my Airtel Fixedline.

      I have not received my refund for my 2 unauthorized charged.
      I have also contacted citibank and they said that Airtel needs to refund me as the transaction was made from Airtel website.

        i'm using airtel 3G activated sim and my no:[protected].i activated 2GB 3G plan for rs.449.last time i activated the same 3G plan and the speed is good.but now the speed is really worst 5 to 9 kbps which is worse than a 2G speed,6 days has gone and the problem's not fixed yet.
        at the same time they have looted the money of rs.898 for two failed transaction during online recharge on 15.1.2013 for rs.449 twice and still no money refund where the transaction id are txn ID:369154 and txn ID:373206.

        I activated internet of Rs98 on 6june2010 on my mobile.The browising speed is very poor it takes about 7-10 mins to open website and sites like orkut doesnot open.I complaint to airtel but they told me it will be solved after 15june.Till that time pack is about to finish.please help me.
        i have also brought a new airtel 3g data card micromax 310G before i brought it the airtel customer care telling me this is a 3g unlimited 999RS per month plans and the speed is 3.1MB/sec but few days its giving me only 0,15 kbps/sec and i don't receive any bill information and etc.. and its giving fake plans. so I'll also suggest don't buy this data card and airtel 3g connection
        My airtel mobile office internet speed is 2-4kb/sec,earlier it was 10-15kb/sec.I am complaining again and again but the problem is not getting solved.My number is [protected].
        No, the issue is not resolved yet, the speed still is 3-4kb/sec, please solve it.

          I am an old customer of Airtel for last 10 years[protected]. Due to long absence from India, I got my this no. closed. Upon my return in October 2012, I asked them if they can give me same no. but customer care people said that I will have to wait since port is not available.

          After many calls for almost a month, I got a call from Mr. Sandeep[protected] & [protected]) who suggested to provide similar number[protected]
          and sent a field boy to collect Rs 500 and fillup the form. The next day when his boy arrived, I got a call from airtel for giving 41631924 within 2 hours. I told Mr. Sandeep about this and he said its and eye wash. Upon insisting to come back next day, coz I wanted to give time to old no guys, Sandeep advised to give the money to filed boy since he was already at my place. Sandeep told me that he will return the money in case my old connection gets activated. Surprising, old no guys worked diligently and old no started the same afternoon. I informed Sandeep, and his promised to send back the money.
          He lied and cheated, in fact he completed and signed the form and forwarded it for new connection. I was shocked to get first paper bill in which there were lots of discrepancies.

          Since then nobody is responding, answering.
          I have contacted all the concerned Grievances, Appellate, 121, but they have chosen not to read thru my complaints emails and all responses advise me to request for closure of the account thus making me liable to pay 2 bills along with my Rs. 500 adjustments.

          I have suffered a loss of Rs. 500
          I have received 2 bills
          One bill is paper bill with customer's details discrepancies
          2nd bill is ebill, where few of the discrepancies have been corrected based on my old no. I never authorized or supplied any information regarding this

          I want my Rs. 500 back & wish to have a proper investigation into this episode by Airtel or high managers of Airtel about this Sandeep and lower clerical staff of airtel on how or why they fill up details of the customer and with their sweet trustworthy talks, betray a consumer.

            Airtel broadband service
            In the month of july(cant remember the date) i activated the Airtel broadband service with Rs999 plan([protected]@2MBPS, post [protected]@256kb/s) for which their agent when visited my house to start the service, took Rs1000 as activation fees + Rs500(god knows for what) on the condition that these Rs500 will be deducted from the monthly rental next time my bill come for the next month. It should be noted that the modem was provided from my side. The agent assured me that not a single penny extra will be charged(if calls are not used) and the bill will be 999-500=499(due to pre payment), and then usual Rs999/month bill will be dispatched for which another agent from the company will come to my house to whom i have to submit the bill payment amount. But as i(came to) know that 'tax' too are added in each bill making monthly bill over Rs1100/mnth approx, i question why was i put into dark the whole time about 'taxes'?? The agent DID NOT tell me once anything about such taxes. Nevertheless apart from this, neither the bill came to my house nor any agent on their behalf(as was proposed by that initial agent) to collect the payment, In the mean time, i (relying solely on a WRITTEN BILL/AGENT to pay my dues) didn't took any initiative to recharge my account(unfortunate mistake on my account) due to which within 48 hours my internet connection was cut-off(i would like to remind the status-Rs1500 from me, 1 month use from their side) and till date(13th dec 2012) i HAVEN'T USED A SINGLE KB OF DATA after de-activation.
            Now its been over 3 months when their first executives called me and announced my unpaid bill amounting to over Rs3500!!!!(3 months amount about 3-4 weeks ago). I made him understand the whole situation right from starting till end, and again to another executive, and again to another, and again, and again till i started ignoring their calls(sorry from my side but i was forced too, i can't explain the whole thing to a newbie again and again, i am a university student, i got a college to attend).
            Recently some moments before i am writing this again one of their agent called me and i picked it up to resolve it completely(so irritating) and told my whole story again, they say i need to pay the bills, i say DID I USED INTERNET FOR THAT 3 MONTHS??? If internet was deactivated right after the end of 1 month usage, where does this bill arises, and if the bill arises, where is the usage from my side???, Are they expecting the customer to pay the bill for that purpose which he didn't even use(not even knew if he could even use as the service was deactivated). They now say that an email was dispatched to your id(that was my fathers email address) and that you should have known, i don't even open 'my' email account forget about my fathers(sorry from my part again)
            Now all i know that its NOT ME whose duping them of any disadvantageous usage, i had already (more than)paid for whatever i used and don't find myself liable to pay any further bill. Although i challenge the co that if they find me that i used atleast 10+10+10GB of data(3 months usage quota for which they are showing me the bill) I AM AND I WILL PAY THE DUE AMMOUNT(which they surely can know and prove whether i have used or not).
            I know this is a sticky situation but instead of pestering an innocent customer, one should question the agent which first activated the plan on my system and took Rs1500 from me. The modem is biting dust in my room as i have pledged never to use broadband in my life ever again(use a prepaid one or in my mobile) and so if they want can come and take it away and everything but please DON'T EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO PAY THE BILL FOR THAT SOURCE WHICH HE HASN'T USED EVEN A BIT.
            I thereby announce that i won't pick any of their further calls
            Hope they understand the situation and resolve the issue and stop buzzing me for that reason from which neither party can benefit anything.

            Airtel Broadband — Internet shut off even after Bill is paid

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            My airtel landline no is[protected]. I had been earlier billed Rs.2481 which was paid off online using my niece's creditcard from Deutche Bank XXXX1001 on the 16th of April 2011 @ 17.51 to Bharti Airtel Ltd. An sms confirming the above action has been forwarded to me by my niece. An authorisation code has been provided which the bank has asked Airtel to use to claim the money paid out before May 15. The authorisation code is R55743.

            It is quite terrible that Airtel has continued to shutoff my internet even after the bill had been paid off. Especially so when it states on their website that internet services would resume within 2 hours after bill has been paid online. Not to mention the "top-notch" customer care that I had to contend with especially with a certain Sunil who put me on hold indefinitely only for the call to get cutoff. Please kindly resolve this matter asap.

I made him understand the whole situation right from starting till end, and again to another executive, and again to another, and again, and again till i started ignoring their callls(sorry from my side but i was forced too, i can't explain the whole thing to a newbie again and again, im a university student, i got a college to attend).
            Recently some moments before im writing this again one of their agent called me and i picked it up to resolve it completely(so irritating) and told my whole story again, they say i need to pay the bills, i say DID I USED INTERNET FOR THAT 3 MONTHS??? If internet was deactivated right after the end of 1 month usage, where does this bill arises, and if the bill arises, where is the usage from my side???, Are they expecting the customer to pay the bill for that purpose which he didn't even use(not even knew if he could even use as the service was deactivated). They now say that an email was dispatched to your id(that was my fathers email address) and that you should have known, i don't even open 'my' email account forget about my fathers(sorry from my part again)
            Now all i know that its NOT ME whose duping them of any disadvantageous usage, i had already (more than)paid for whatever i used and don't find myself liable to pay any further bill. Although i challenge the co that if they find me that i used atleast 10+10+10GB of data(3 months usage qouta for which they are showing me the bill) I AM AND I WILL PAY THE DUE AMMOUNT(which they surely can know and prove whether i have used or not).
            I know this is a sticky situation but instead of pestering an innocent customer, one should question the agent which first activated the plan on my system and took Rs1500 from me. The modem is biting dust in my room as i have pledged never to use broadband in my life ever again(use aprepaid one or in my mobile) and so if they want can come and take it away and everything but please DON'T EXPECT THE CUSTOMER TO PAY THE BILL FOR THAT SOURCE WHICH HE HASN'T USED EVEN A BIT.
            I thereby announce that i won't pick any of their further calls, and if they want to talk, please come at my house(65/2 3-F Nehru Nagar) after 5p.m.(request)
            Hope they understand the situation and resolve the issue and stop buzzing me for that reason from which neither party can benefit anything.

              Today, 23 January 2013, Wednesday, i received a call at 7:41 AM, from an unknown number [protected]. I missed the call and didn't recognize the number. Later i tried calling back, but couldn't get through as i don't have ISD facilities and (Google) found out that the code is Pakistan's. This is concerning as i don't know anyone there.
              When later i googled more and found that this is problem faced by many.

              I would request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                  I am an airtel subscriber (number -- [protected]). From past several days I have been facing a weird problem, whenever I try to recharge my phone with 3g data the transaction is happening but the recharge fails due to some reason, because of this a sum of 900 rupees has been deducted but my phone has not been recharged with the 3g pack. I also tried recharging from the local shops but they also cannot activate the 3g pack on my phone. Apart from this I have another problem, when I am checking 3g balance there is still close to 200 mb data left but the speed has reduced and now I am getting 2g speed which is very unfair. And yes I have tried calling customer care several times but they din't have any solutions and most of the time I ended up waiting on hold which was super annoying. I would like you guys to resolve these problems as soon as possible otherwise I will have to consider switching to some other company.

                    tl;dr; Airtel's incompetence in issuing a new connection to an existing customer

                    Hi,
                    I recently moved to Bangalore from Chennai and applied for a new Airtel connection in Bangalore on 02-jan-2013. Being an existing Airtel postpaid customer for the past 4.5 years I was hoping that things would move quickly with Airtel. And they did intially, I got a SIM card and on the same day the verfication call to the local reference person was completed. The Airtel relationship officer claimed that there has been a change in the process and the SIM will get activated only after verifcation was completed but, assured me it will not more that 4 days.

                    For the next week there was no activity from the verification team. When I inquired with the Airtel relationship officer stationed in my office he conferred with some colleague on the phone and replied that verification had not happened as my mobile was not reachable. He inquired if I had left the city during the duration, which I had not. He said he'll raise an issue and noted down preferred timings for office and home visit.

                    Two more days pass and still I receive no call from the verification team. I go back to the Airtel relationship officer and we have the same conversation as 2 days ago. This time he has a list of people who are having problems with activation. He remarks that my current mobile number is a Tamil Nadu and dutifully adds a 0 to my mobile number in his tracking sheet. He assures me that he has indeed raised an issue with the verification team and they will be contacting me.

                    The next day (on 15-jan-2013) I call up the Airtel relationship officer and remind him that I have yet to be contacted by the verification team. At around 12PM I receive a call from a verification executive inquiring directions to my house. Soon after I receive a call from home confirming that the verification executive has indeed reached home correctly. I began having a faint hope that after all the initial delay I might get the number activated.

                    15-jan-2013 being a friday and the general lethargy one comes to associate with any large service provider I was hoping that the number would get activated by monday. Monday comes and goes without any change in the activation status.

                    So, today I go back to the Airtel relationship officer to inquire why my connection has not been activated even after successful completion of the verification. The officer surprises me with the information that verfication has been rejected. I press for details and he tells me that the home verfication was successful but, office verification failed as the verification officer (who incidentally is not the same as the one who verfied the home address) tried calling my number and was unable to reach me. I intelligently point out that how the person verifying my home address was able to reach me but, not the person verifying my office. To which he shrugs his shoulders and tells me it is a different team and he is not aware of such details.

                    So, I asked him if he can ask raise a request to redo the office verification (assuming that one verification was successful so, all he has to do is come to office and meet me on a any weekday as was agreed upon by the Airtel relationship officer). Well, that was not the case and the Airtel relationship officer informed me that the SIM card was useless and I had to apply for a new connection again submitting all documents and photograph again.

                    All this while the verfication team has been claiming that my number was unreachable I was regularly receiving and making calls. So, I'm mystified how a telecom company's verification team was unable to reach me during that time (incidentally my existing number also happened to be from the same network!!).

                    I'm really surprised by Airtel's total incompetence in issuing a new connection to an _existing_ customer. Having dealt with the nightmare that is Airtel customer service I do not want to get into a conversation with them anymore.

                    I'm not claiming Airtel customer service is a nightmare without basis. 2/3 months ago I got a call from an Airtel executive informing of a new iPhone-600 plan which they were offering for Rs.300/399 with 3G data included and asked me if I would be interested. I told them I was, and gave my consent to switch from my existing Turbo-249 plan at the end of that billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle my plan was duly changed but, 3G failed to work. I spent the next 3 days contacting Airtel customer care and technical support about the issue. After spending numerous hours on hold and being disconnected frequently, till one kindly soul in the technical support acknowledged that there was a problem in the 3G rollout for the iPhone-600 plan and allowed me to switch to another plan. I wanted to go back to my original plan but, surprise!! it was no longer available and I had choose another plan. It was classic bait-and-switch executed to perfection. The experience has tempered my approach to Airtel customer care.

                            Airtel has now become the most unprofessional and unethical organization. In the name of "value added service" - which we never opted or have our consent for, they have been deducting money from a pre-paid card service. Upon realising that this is happening, i checked with the mobiles of my parents, they are also unknowingly being deducted for vairous services such as cricket updates, bollywood updats, etc. Upon calling Airtel, they indicate that they willl refund only part of the money deducted. I would want to sue Airtel for all of this and the time i had to spend in having this resolved. I would advice the general public to be aware of this "day time robbery" being conducted by Airtel.
                            I completely agree with ArunKumar. Why does Airtel activate a service without customer's knowledge and then deduct money, when the service was not requested in the first place!!! This is unacceptable. Why should we send a STOP message to deactivate the service and the worst is to get in touch with the Customer Care to have money credited back. Firstly, you have to wait for a long time to get through the automated service and the customer care executives disconnects the call mostly when they claim that they don't have the so called 'authority' to credit back the money. My question to Mr. Rakesh is why does Airtel activate a service that was never ASKED for. We being aware of our rights can atleast fight back. What about millions of other customers who aren't even aware of how their money is geting deducted. This is a sincere request to Airtel Team, to stop activating any services without the cutomers knowlegde

                            Its always been a tough time talking to Airtel mobile customer services. 1st of all its been a new experience that we have to start paying to speak to customer care executives for all the mistakes they do. Secondly, my dad is a person who use mobiles only to make calls and does not know to check messages. There was some ad message that he was receiving for about 6-8 months about Amulya..I do not know who Amulya is but his mobile gets updates on what Amulya does everyday..and he's been charged Re1 per day. He was not aware of this. One day I called the customer care executive to have complained the same and de-activate. That's when I was even aware that his balance was getting deducted everyday. When asked about when the package was activated as i was worried if my dad pressed any keys unknowingly, I was told that a sms about the activation of this Amulya package was sent to him. It had an option whether he wanted to activate the package. If he said yes it would get activated..and if he does not reply its considered that the package needs to be activated..What rubbishness...?? Upon questionning further they only apologised and never spoke anything about the loss we made in the airtel pre-paid services.

                            Please tell me a solution to teach a lesson to Airtel and also how to get other mobile users aware of such unnecessary ads.

Quite often the the value service calls and sms comes in it and that to odd times. some times i don't even know when value added services starts on their own. the amount keep deducting from the balance. i already ask to stop my services by sending SMS to 121. the message had come back to stop the services quickly. but still the amounts are deducating. i would like that all the services should stop, and there should not be any sms and calls from the company for any services in my mobile no. Even in spite of my complaint once again at 4.06pm on same day I have charged with value added service of Meet and Greet they charged 30/- Rs. Regarding this I once again enquired with customer care they once again given assurance that will system Jenrette they will correct that regarding this they given reference number COVWC[protected], after that on same day at 9.42pm they charged with new value added service Games and Applications charged 5/-Rs. In single day I have lost my 100/- Rs from four day I have last 240/- Rs of currency without taking any prior consent of me and now they are not deducting it.                                 I'm Tejeshwar and I'm using Airtel Chennai prepaid SIM ([protected]). Recently, in mid-August, I'm receiving push messages containing Video Vogue everyday and whenever I receive them, Rs.10 is deducted from my balance. I haven't subscribed for Video Vogue services nor have I activated Airtel Live.

                                This is second time I'm facing this particular issue. They are unnecessarily deducting from my balance. Therefore, I request you to take appropriate action against them and refund my deducted amount.

                                  I am a subscriber of Airtel mobile number [protected] belonging to Maharashtra circle.
                                  I have been using this number since last more than 8 years and suddenly Airtel disconnected my number citing reasons that I requested for conversion to prepaid.

                                  I NEVER EVER CALLED CUSTOMER CARE FOR ANY CONVERSION FROM POSTPAID TO PREPAID.THERE IS NO EVIDENCE WITH AIRTEL LIKE NO SIGNED DOCUMENT OR CONVERSATION RECORDING


                                  I am putting fact by fact in the mentioned below points.

                                  1) There was no outstanding payment for this number since it was put on direct debit being charged to my credit card. Hence I am not the defaulter.

                                  2) I was asked to resubmit the documents which I did on 18 December at Airtel Relationship center Telesoft, Sinhagad Road, Pune ,(Contact person:-Rohit [protected]. They issued me SIM card however no activation was done. SIM card number is [protected]HLR4) and Service Request number: 47890505.I was told by Airtel Relationship center Telesoft, next week that they had misplaced the document.

                                  3) I resubmitted the document again on 19th January 2013 for which I did not get any response from Nodal office, Airtel customer care and at Airtel Relationship center Telesoft, Sinhagad Road, Pune.

                                  4) I have exchanged 35 emails with Airtel Nodal office , customer care ,Appellate authority but no corrective action was taken.

                                  5) Tried reaching Nodal office via telephone but there is no way to reach them. The IVR menu are all FALSE (Cheating). There is no option to talk to Nodal officer directly.

                                  6) Got calls from Airtel Delhi office 3 times but they did not take any corrective action.

                                  7) There was no notification by Airtel to me on my registered email ID or my phone regarding any alteration request or my number suspension.

                                  What I want now

                                  1) Restore my number [protected] immediately. Documents are already submitted to Airtel Relationship center Telesoft, Sinhagad Road, Pune ,(Contact person:-Rohit [protected]).
                                  2) Action against Airtel executives responsible for dereliction of duties. They are responsible for my mobile disconnection.
                                  3) Investigation by competent Airtel authority or Maharashtra police for missing my documents. These documents can be misused to get new SIM card which may amount to Terrorist activities.

                                      I have recharged on my AIRTEL with the amount rs.26/- for access the service 1.2p/2 sec on local calls. rather successful registration, it was charged rs. 1.00/- for each local calls (rs1.00/60sec). I have logged the complaints with helpdesk for 2 times and they have reverted as there is some technical issues at their end. So that the benefit amount will be provided/reverted on my mobile soon. Also the helpdesk person told that the Airtel will be call on 22 Jan 2013 for confirmations (after 2 days) on complaint logging on 20 Jan 2013 (at 11:00 am (ref no:[protected]) and 7:51 pm (ref no:[protected]).
                                      I have recieved the 2 messages on today (22 Jan 2013) as saying "Request no issue has been resolved. We tried Contacting you and were not able to contact you."
                                      Still the wrongly deducted money still not recieved/recovered on my account. It was rs 91.00 while services has been registered and now only rs.12/- pending in my account. I had not much calls made from my no from last 2 days (max 25 to 30 calls made in last 2 days).
                                      Could anyone please suggest why that much amount deducated from my account and what about the refund amount?
