. I'm a customer of airtel using a postpaid connection..this month I have received a bill of rs 4817.74 which where i never cross my bill of rs800 every month..when i checked my bill they charged me for internet usage where in i got 2GB (2048MB)free usage but i consumed more i,e 2651MB means i have to charged for 603MB only..so according to the charges it is 50ps/50kb..so if calulated my bill not even...

I'm using speed airtel 3g on my pc and getting hard open to even google home page. i mean, i'm getting extremely slow speed of 4-10 kbps. Even worst than 2g for number [protected]. My signal strength is fair and using in network mode WCDMA or HSPA. this is an all time problem, i can hardly get good speed....

Sir pls. enable my handset Micromax Q2+ for internet surfing at your earliest.....

Dear Sir / Mam,

I am an Airtel Prepaid Customer From past 10 years and have been using the number [protected] since then. The number was completely active till yesterday 3rd jan 2013, 9:00 Pm. Suddenly my Phone started showing my SIM card to be invalid. When called Airtel customer care they are not ready to give me relevant answer against my number been permanently disabled from the system.

I went to a shop for recharging my airtel internet in mobile for Rs.98/- but the shopkeeper mistakenly charged it by Rs.98/-
Unfortunately I have not got any balance,any talktime, or any internet usage balance..I called up the customer care immediately but one lady picked up the call and she misbehaved with me to her level best..!! I am just surprised how come such company like AIRTEL could do this with customers..!!

Three days before I bought one 3G Mobile of Sony Company. Today when I see my bill of Airtel I found that in three days they charged me approx 2500 Rs for downloading on less than 250 MB data download. I have been charged for some value added service without my consent and i am not able to contact airtel customer care because they are charging for that call too. this is not fair charging without my consent and then i am not even able to raise my objection without paying money to them...

Hello today at 1.30 pm date 2.1.2013 i have dialed *121# with my airtel no. I.e. [protected] i have checked monthly internet pack of rs. 98 with 1 gb data and 30 days validity .ok after that i recharged my no. With 98 rupees but i got only 650mb with 21 days validity ,after recharging i have again checked the monthly internet pack by dialing *121# and it was showing the same i.e. 1gb data with 30 days validity .
