Myself is kamal kishore verma, i am your prepaid mobile customer (no. [protected]). I had purchase your prepaid GPRS Card (amount Rs. 450 for unlimited internet access for one month) and i had registered 10 digits pin no. from my prepaid Airtel no. as i mention above on 28 march 2009, in reponse i got a message that service will be activated within 48 hours, but service is not activated till now. I call customer care so many times but i did not get any satisactory response so far from your side. If i did not get your assistence within 15 days i will consider a case of fraud by your Airtel Pvt. Ltd. Company and i will filed a case against you in Allahabad High Court Uttar pradesh.
