    Airtel Fixed Line — POOR SERVICE

    I HAVE FOUR AIRTEL FIXED LINE PHONE CONNECTINS PLUS TWO BROADBAND CONNECTION. I SWITCHED FROM ANOTHER PHONE COMPANY TO AIRTEL AGAINST THEIR FANCY PROMISES FOR BETTER SERVICE HOWEVER THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO EVEN REPLACE ONE FAULTY TELEPHONE INSTRUMENT AFTER NEARLY ONE YEAR OF PLACING COMPLAINT.

    Airtel — Broadband and Fixed line

    (1) Fixed line Telephone Instrument not working.
    (2) After ringing twice, Telephone automatically cut.
    (3) Cradle Receiver push Button is not working.

    Airtel Broadband — withdrawal of broadband

    I have placed a complaint about the withdrawl of connection of my broadband on 11th sep 2011. until now i didn't receive any mail or call from airtel. I have mentioned in the earlier mail to withdraw connection in 24hrs but there is no response. if there is no response i won't pay the bill.

    I have placed a complaint about the withdrawl of connection of my broadband on 30th aug 2011. until now my cacellation not executed. Every time they are replying that your connection will be cancelled in 24hrs but there is no response. if there is no response i won't pay the bill. we are are having all the mail records.     Airtel Broadband And Fixed Line — updating of email id and contact number

    kindly update my email id and my contact number which is as follows; [protected]@yahoo.co.in and my mobile number is [protected]. thnx for doing the needful.

    Airtel broadband and fixed line — Harrasment and Poor Service

    From past 6 months the Airtel DSL Broadband service has been harassing me and looting me.

    The internet doesn't work atleast 10-15days in a month from the past so many months and they told me that I wont be charged for the days my internet is not working due to their fault. Howsoever, still I'm being charged for the whole month.

    Also, my internet package has been changed without any notice. Plus they are now harassing me with calls for payment of the bill. It was promised by Airtel that their Senior Manager would first speak with me regarding the whole issue.

    Please guide me what to do.

        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

        The recharge options given on the Airtel website and the actual recharge which is done is not the same.
        On complaining, I was told that the customer centers are informed of the change in rate plans.
        Do they expect all the customers all over India to go to customer centers to know what recharges gives them what plans?
        And such is the pathetic state that they claim of sending an sms which according to them stated the change in rate plans. Total nonsense.
        I also tried connecting to the supervisor to which nobody answered. I simply want my money to be credited back to my account.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I , Arya A, working as a senior scientist at Biocon for past 5 years. I had taken the corporate connection from airtel and the number is [protected]. I am using this connection for past 1 and half years and the bill is getting reimbursed by the company. The bill payment details are getting posted to my official mail ID i.e., arya.[protected]@biocon.com. Since I was in a medical maternity leave for past 3 months, I couldn’t pay my bill for past 3 months and the bill due amount was 4630. The connection was disconnected for past 1 month. I came back to Bangalore 5 days back and I didn’t get the chance to pay the bill.
          I’m writing this letter to inform you a very bad experience which I had to face from a business executive from airtel today morning.
          He called me and told that he is calling from a courier service and he need to dispatch a courier in my hand. I have directed him to my PG address and when I met him out side the PG he told me that he is from airtel and this is regarding the bill payment. He introduced himself as Dhanush and he had called me from the number [protected]. We were talking on the road side in front of my PG .Since I didn’t have that much amount in my hand I told him that I will pay the bill in very next working day. He was not willing to listen to me and started raising his voice and started threatening me. He started using foul language. People started noticing us and felt much insult which is hard to explain.
          Then he called somebody through phone and made me talk to that person. He told that he is the legal consultant from airtel and I explained him my situation and told that I’m willing to pay the bill ASAP. He told to hand over the phone to the executive and they continued their conversation. After that he forced to get my blank cheque to him. Since I shifted two days back to my PG I didn't carry my cheque book with me. He started making a scene in front of my PG. He told me that he will come inside my PG and insult me in front of my PG owner and will insult me in front of everybody. He threatened me to get on his bike and to go to Banargatta office of Airtel even though there is an office in Koramangala
          Since I’m 4 months pregnant and I didn’t want to go through that embarrassment, I told him that I will pay the bill today itsel[censored]sing my credit card. He was waiting near the gate till I got ready. I started getting scared and I called my roommate to come along with me to the airtel office. He forced me to take a auto-rickshaw and follow him. Even though I was advised not to travel by auto as I have a complicated pregnancy and have high chances of miss carriage, to get escaped from him, I had to take an auto. The executive was following our rickshaw and one more guy joined him and all the way they were staring me and my room mate. We were very scared by the time we reached Koramangala airtel office. By the time I returned to my PG, I had a high BP and started vomiting. I was not able to face others due to the insult feeling caused by executive.
          Since I had taken the corporate connection they could have contacted me at office rather than harassing me at my living place. I had not delayed my bill payment ever before and this was due to a solid reason. If I’m not paying the bill after the bill due date they could have taken a legal action rather than sending Gundas to threaten the customers. If I had to face any medical issues due to this incident the loss was only for my family. 4630 was not a big amount for me but due to my circumstances I delayed my payment. But nobody has any right to threaten a lady who stays all alone like this. I hope that this kind of situation shouldn’t repeat to any other person.

          Airtel — Harassing/ forcing the customer too much

          I am an Airtel customer for the past many years. during the recent years, I had changed my local address many times. today by about 3.45 I got a call, claiming to be from AirTel. she asked me what is my address, saying that that was for address verification. I said, years before i took the connection. the precise address i had given then is not known to me. Presently you can take my address as G-5. Ramanujan Computing Center Anna University.. Even before i could finish it, she said, "wrong address, mismatch with what is given and what you are saying, You are to give a fresh address proof". I asked what address is written there in my form?. she said, nothing can be divulged to the customer? I asked, if do not furnish fresh address proof, what will happen? For which even before she had answered, failing which, your connection will be cut. I said, I can not and need not do that. do as you like. Evey now and then, go there, do that, i can't do. I asked whether i can talk to any body above you? she connected me to a team leader? He said, he was Charles. ... i said, my name, and details, like different addresses and so how can you say wrong address? how can you say, once again address proof?... then he began to say, it is that rule, (DOT... ? ) that i should do so, ie go to teh nearest AirTel Show Room and furnish address proof and one pasport size photo. I asked what if i do not? in how many days, are you going to cut my conneciton? he says, he can not say that! then i said, i will not go to nearest..... if they come i can give them. he was asking me how do they know my address? i said, whichever address is there in my original form, to that address they can come or send a copy of the new rule. I asked how can i know who is calling me? cheating or not?.... i also said, when it comes to giving away a SIM card, in evey petty shop, it will be available. when it comes to our submitting anything we should go to nearest Show Room. I saidm if there is as how room like that in 200mts of my place, i will do. else will not. your duty is to send an information to the address specified there in the application. if the customer is not responding, let him lose the conneciton. I said, i am not going tto a Show room to submit records, rather, if they want a customer, let soemoen come collectiong these from me. ot him also i asked, if i do not submit what willhappen and in how many days? he says, he can not sayt that? how can i belive him then? I told him to send a copy of the ruls, to RCC Anna University, iuf they want a customer. Else i will go get another connection with the same effort. he was asking me to call 198.... some customer care or .... But my experice with all these numbers i told him "electronic reply, the purpose of mine will never be addressed in the options, and will be spending half an hour there. no humans will talk to us or solve our problem".
          in between he was saying the address i said, is right. nothing wrong with it. then why should he get one more copy of the application? the why should the first girl say wrong address! this or that way you want to force the customer do all for you?
          so i decided to go for a new connection if AirTel can not convince me of the rule and collect the details from me than i go in search of them.

          this type of forcing one to their network can not be tolerated
          This is insane. The lady had to go through so much trauma by taking Airtel connection. I see Airtel service agents responding about the issue being fixed. Was it required for Airtel collection agents to act in such irresponsible manner. Will Airtel now reimburse the lady for the trauma? Inconvenience regretted statement from Airtel service agents is very convenient. Being an Airtel customer I am ver disappointed with such practices of Airtel..

            Sir iam using airtel mobile network cug plan, i have a scheme of in internet usage about 512 mb is free in every month,my usage is actually abe the required plan so i activate a new scheme of a Rs 149/- after the customer care conversation tey said there is no problem to activate the new scheme so that i activate the new one, nut nowin problem they are cheating me ith wrong information ,so i request you to give me the justice sir iam not a rich man to pay bill like these ,so please help me sir

                  I'm from Delhi and I have got Airtel 1699 unlimited plan. With this plan the bill comes as Rs. 1909.

                  Recently, the bill came as Rs. 2022.48. I emailed them on 26/12/2012 asking the Airtel authorities to explain the reason for the bill hike so that I can pay the bill as per the due date. I got a revert that I have 1800 UL plan and till date no reason has been given to me professionally (in written/email) for the bill hike. I paid the bill amount as there was no revert from Airtel authorities even after repeated emailing to : nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com .

                  And since last night 11/1/2013, my internet is not working. After making a complaint for inactive internet, the customer care told that the broadband has been disconnected because of non-payment of bill. Even after telling them everything the broadband is still inactive (12/1/2013, 11 pm)

                  Firstly, the airtel authorities do not revert on the bill hike even after repeated emailing to their highest authorities. Secondly, my plan old 1699 UL is seen as 1800 UL plan as per customer care. Thirdly, nobody from the Airtel contacted for "perceived bill payment issued" before disconnecting the broadband. Fourthly, it has not been reactivated even after telling them via phone and email about the problems being faced by us.

                  The above situation has been conveyed to highest Airtel authorities via : nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com . I believe there is no policy in Airtel for customer satisfaction, customer retention and reverts as it is pretty evident that they like to disconnect without prior notification and resolving the issues.

                  I want to move to the consumer court against Airtel broadband and I request your help in this regard.

                  I had booked a airtel broadband connection and had made a payment for the booking through a standard charterted bank cheque no: 568687 of Rs. 350/-. The connection was neither rendered nor the money returned. I have been trying to contact the executive Mr. Sandeep who collected the cheque but he never answered.

                  AirTel — Not Reverted to my original Plan

                  Hello, I am Tejas from Nagpur. My no. is ([protected]). On 7'th Aug Value added pack (RC 58) was Expired and the company started charging Daily Deduction Rs.2, I had gone 2 Retailer to Recharge that 58 pack, but it was unsuccessful as that Rs.2 Daily Deduction was started, so I called Customer Care Center, they told me to Send SMS as (USUB DD) to 51619, dud to Network problem that SMS was sent twice.. After that I had Recharged 58 pack which was then successfully done.
                  But now main problem is that they have converted my FRIENDS card to normal ONE AIRTEL card, without asking me.. Now they are saying that the message which was send by me to Deactivate Rs.2 Daily Deduction which was also told by them, due to that my FRIENDS facility is stopped and converted to normal ONE AIRTEL plan.
                  So I kindly request you to see on the above matter and take the action as soon as possible for the same.

                  Hi,

                  I have an airtel sim and having friends plan in which 10 paisa per minute to airtel mobile and 40 paisa for any other sim. by mistake i have recharded with 60 rupees top up. hence my plan is vanished. when i came to know that plan has changed i tried my best to revert my plan and it was just top up what i was doing but there is no proper response regarding issue. Airtel is having good brand they should care of the customer requirements atleast they should give what we had in previous not just making profit in anyway.

                  Bharti Airtel Limited — Airtel broadband plan changed without prior notification

                  I have a broadband connection from airtel and my montly bill was 799 + taxes.
                  Now all of a sudden this month I received a bill where the charges were 899 + taxes.

                  It is very inconvenience, because if we call the customer care, they will charge for that call.

                  I want my old tarrif. and if my present plan is going to be discontinued, I want the prior notification.
                  Now here's the job ticket which was to be resolved by 12.30 pm 14th Jan 2013 => 27348558 . They keep on ignoring, expect payment at its earliest and disconnect without even notifying without any reverts. Shame on Airtel.

                    to my complaint made yesterday for wrong deduction of my main account balance i have not yet received any positive feedback neither there has been a refund of my balance that was wrongly deducted for the phone no [protected].

                    there is an internet pack of Rs of 149 activated on this no but according to the prescribed speed the facility is not provided by airtel,trying to contact customer care for some feedback and help their helpline no 198 has also been blocked and sometym they are not able to properly give the reason for less than said speed.

                    please take a note of the problem and necessary action for AIRTEL.

                    I am a deaf person and have been using Airtel pre-paid card (mob : [protected]) mainly to keep in touch through SMS, since the past 2 years.

                    Note that my mobile services were de-activated around May 14, 2008, after I got an SMS stating "As per TRAI guideline, your verification is unsuccessful. To enjoy continued service, please visit your nearest ARC within 48 hours with original documents". My papers were submitted at Airtel Retail Centre, Naupada, Thane on 19th May 2008. Inspite of that, my services were restored only after a week, putting me through a lot of inconvenience.

                    I got the same SMS from Airtel 3 days back and would like to know what the hell is happening? I had submitted my papers twice, last one was 3 months back and Airtel is again troubling me saying "Verification is Unsuccessful." I am not gong to submit my papers again and note that if my services are disrupted again, not only am I going to change my service provider, I am also going to sue Airtel for the mental torture I am made to undergo every 3 months.

                    This time I didn't submit my papers, hence they have blocked my SIM card.

                    I am thoroughly fed up of Airtel services and would like to obtain a re-fund of the balance on my card, which is about Rs. 350/- and Airtel should also pay me the cost of another SIM card (Rs.400/-), that I intend to obtain from a better mobile service provider like Vodafone or BPL.

                    Airtel might not be scanning terrorists or their mobile SIM cards the way they are troubling a deaf tax-paying citizen like me. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for loosing documents every 3 months and then harrassing the consumer to submit it again, else they will block the SIM card. Who the hell do they think they are? Since my SIM card was blocked for no fault of mine, I want Airtel to make a quick re-fund to me at the earliest.

                    I am being sent the standard "auto-acknowledgement" emails in response to my emails. Have a look at the their response so far...What a shame!

                    In the month of November I converted my prepaid sim to postpaid,they took 300 as deposit amount.After 2 month I again converted back to prepaid.I paid all the bills on time.
                    When I asked for the deposit amount,which they promised me return back after 3 month or after cancelling the postpaid.It was 162 balance left which they were supposed to return it back to me.They told me it will be transfered to ur main account(prepaid acc).
                    1 month gone,still they are just giving me time,it will be refunded.And still i haven't yet received.And even we cannot call customer care and talk.They say call to postpaid customer care with another number.And that not atall get connected.

                      hello sir, i purchased an Airtel dongle mentioning a download speed of many mega bytes, i can not afford to use it on 3g plan, so i am using it on 2g plan. They are mentioning a speed of many hundred kilobytes on 2g network, it doesn't give me a download speed of more than 5 kilobyte, which was 40/ 50 kilobytes when using simple nokia 2g phone as modem. what is the fun of selling a product in a market which doesn't do anything more than duping a customer. I wanted to convey the same problem to them via toll free no [protected], where the call is transferred to 121 who say that they cant address such problem. Now i am confused, what one has to do with such toys,

                          This is to complain about the internet charges got created approx. Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand ) for one or 2 hrs roaming during my current visit to Dubai -strangely today is only 1rst of Jan,2013 and since 26th of December when i landed in Dubai after coming out from airport my subject no. + 91 [protected] automatically got disconnected /unregistered and when my back up office person called Airtel customer care on 27th , 28th & 29th we got the reply that we have to contact and get registered with DU OR ETISALAT NETWORK operator to enjoy my roaming services and when i contacted both operators they conveyed that my services are deactivated on 26th December same day of arriving by Indian network provider i.e. Airtel.Finally when we spoke to Indian customer care at 121 we were SHOCKED TO LISTEN that in 1DAY on arrival date 26th dec.,my bill got generated to approx. Rs. 50,000.00(Rs. Fifty Thousand ) against my credit limit of Rs. 5000.00(Rs. Five thousand only) and they(Airtel India) themselves took decision to disconnect my services of there own even without any intimation or prior warnings. Reason given by Airtel Indian Customer care was my 3 g data /GPRS plan was activated till 31rst which is IMPOSSIBLE because we were after airtel from 26th December ,2012 (for its activation since itwasn't working) as peryour telecall records for getting registered to Dubai network provider which was the issue .
                          The charge OF Rs.. 50,000.00 (Rs. Fifty Thousand ) in unbilled amount in one day is baseless as It is not possible to use internet without getting registered with Dubai local providers DU & Etisalat .
                          and secondly, If my credit limit was if Rs 5000 then how My bill can be generate for Rs 50,000.00 (Rs. Fifty Thousanfd in one day of my landing ) and How my Data usage can exceed to this much amount. Now your folks are defining the criteria of credit limit to me ,they say that it could be barred at Rs.5000.00 if it was individual account and they say that it is under corporate plan -please note that the co's name mentioned on my each bill is of the co. where i left the job 3 years back and issued application to Airtel 2 years ago -unfortunately we could not get the acknowledgement of the application in which it was mentioned to terminate the name of co. i worked with and make it under individual name but till today we have been getting bills with co's name where i worked in the past 4 years back.

                          .Even when we made request on 22nd to activate my roaming no one took initiative to explain us your charging criterias if on ISD Roaming .Ridicullous anyways when registration didn't took place then thisisn't possible .
                          If you peoples don't gave full Information to me then why should I suffer or afford excess billing as a customer but the shocking episode is when i couldn't got connected to none of the Dubai network providers DU or Etisalat for not more then 1 hr or so or may be couple of hours then how GPRS could remain activate till 1rst Jan ,2013 and why Airtel decided to freeze my account at approx.Rs.50,000.00 against my limit of Rs. 5000.00 -why not at Rs.6000,7000, 10,000 or any other figure ......After struggling for 10 years to explore any work opportunity on economical ticket on sponsored trip i have been able to come to Dubai my Telephone bill is 3 times expensive then of my Indigo flight ticket up n down ,Rs. 50,000.00 bill in only in one single day how will i servive .I am a BP Patient and in great shock after getting this information from your customer care in Delhi sitting in Dubai i.e. also when we called then we got the information otherwise . ALSO THE 2ND POINT IS one call only received by me after landing at Dubai Airport may be due to WIFI ACTIVATION .
                          Now i m still in dubai and writing in grief at mid night 2 o'clock (14:00hrs) dubai time and has no way of communication other then mail or wifi - which is connected to my visa/trip sponsors house in Dubai .Today by Airtel customer care senior person I was asked to wait till 7th Jan ,2013 so my bill will get generated formally after applying rest of the charges -TILL THEN WHAT SHOULD I DO - I CANT ACCESS TO MY CONTACTS IN DUBAI .INFORMATION ON UNBILLED could be right for you peoples as you are representing AIRTEL. but BILL is not right BECAUSE this is not possible and BASELESS .
                          I will never ever pay the bill if it is formally so huge since there is never a 366 days in any calender year like this landing at Dubai Airport couldn't cost me Rs.50,000.00 .
                          ALSO FOR YOUR INFORMATION IN MY SAMSUNG ANDROID MOBILE IN SETTINGS OPTION I HAD PERSONALLY DEACTIVATED THE DATA ROAMING FACILITY ON 26THE DECEMBER ,2012 ONE HOUR AFTER LANDING and HWN I TRIED TO RECONNECT I WAS GETTING ONE LINER MESSAGE ON MOBILE WAS " GET REGITERED WITH YOUR LOCAL DATA PROVIDER" THEN HOW RS.50,000.00 BILL CAN COME IN UNBILLED AMOUNT.i..e of ONE SINGLE DAY[protected]NEVER EVER POSSIBLE.
                          this is the headline for tomorrow newspapers .Will not pay any charges other then which are actual or charged under our credit limit of Rs.5000.
                          Still if Airtel will not resolve by leviving same mmediately and reactivate my roaming -sitiing in Dubai - will definately file a suite against Airtel and will discontinue using any other airtle nos. as well also will got to consumer court,

                          This is to bring to your kind information that I D. S. Negi was having Mobile Nos [protected], which is disconnected by Vodafone on March-2009, Reason being Monthly rental plan change by Vodafone from Rent 149 to Rent 274 without any instruction by the User, hence I have asked for the said increase, but I have not get any response from the said increase Rental, Finally they have disconnect the Nos. At the time of disconnect the Mobile connection net uses charges including the Rent charges for the current month was Rs 600 Hundred.
                          Wich till date they have added further 3 to 4 month rent, and asked for Rs. 1700/ Hundred. which is totally unjustified.
                          being this scenarios I have show the interest again using the Vodafone connection, and purchase two more connection i.e. [protected] and [protected]. on 4th of October2009.

                          Above this suddenly Vodafone Barred the out Calls against Mobile connection nos-[protected], without any prealert and I have got lot of problem due to this .

                          In this regard kindly surrender my Nos-[protected] after adjustment of security deposit for Rs.250/ against Cash Receipt No-1106 of Saral Cellcom-Vasundhra Ghaziabad., and Credit balance laying in my prepaid connection nos[protected] Rs.110/ at the time of Convert from Prepaid to Post paid, (as confirm by Vodafone Executive that Said credit balance will be adjusted in your Current Bill) and issue us the No Dues Certificate. Accordingly.

                          In ths regard I Have attached my Ids Proof(Election I Card Alongwith The Copy Of Pan card for your further Action.

                          Befor Surrending of Above Connection I would like to put to following option for continuation of 3 connection(1)- [protected] (2)(2) [protected] and (3)[protected](PREPAID)
                          OPtion-

                          1> If the vodafone settle the dues Amount Rs.1700/ against Mobile connection [protected] below Rs.800/(which is the actual useases chargess. and reactivate the connection with monthly rental plan Rs.149/+Service Tax + Uses chargess.
                          If the same is not consider by Vodafone then surrender the connection as requested.

                          Note that All the contact Nos which is currently using by us will be deactivate from my end I will apply for the other network.if the problem not resolved by next Three days.

                          Airtel Broadband — Wrong plan activated and registered name also wrong

                          Dear sir,

                          Past 1year i am using reliance broadband connection, on 5th jan 2011 Mr praveen came for bill collection. He said iam part timly working in airtel broadband. That time he explain about the airtel broadband plans. He said Rs.500 plan gives as unlimted browse.

                          So i inform tat plan as ok. i disconnect tat previous broadband. On 7th jan 2011 tat guy activated airtel broadband with landline. I give tat check of Rs. 500. Next day i receive cal from customer care. he explain abt my plan and broadband register name also. Tat broadband as register in my father name,he is expired past 1year befor and my plan also changed tat is Rs899 plan unlimited. both plan n register name also wrong.

                          Tat day itself i call ta praveen. These r the thing s as happen. so u disconnect tat plan, I am nt ready 2 continue tat Plan. Pls deactivated. next day itself tat guy disconnect my broaband connection.

                          But still he is not disconnect tat landline connection. And my cheque Rs.500 also not return back. Iam nt satisfied with his explaination. And i shouted tat guy regarding of that, so he giv me ta Rajesh Team leader Ph. no.. his explaination also not satisfied. Both r saying sum story this this this.

                          i got this 2 messages. thank you for downloading hungama content games from airtel live. you have been charged 99 rupees. & Thanks For Downloading WWELengendsofWrestlemania from airtel you have benn charged 99rs airtel deducted 198rs suddenly i never downloaded any thing i have not even used airtel live.customer care is saying that you have followed a link on airtel live and therefore you recieved this message.when I call Customer care He told me to wait after some time he told hello i said yes the he is saying he not able to listen my voice and dropped the call.what type of service is that i have not received any content games, though i have been charged. is there any way i can get refund.moreover is this a subscription service because i received a message thank you for subscription.can anyone help me regarding this.

                          Mobile Data Usage — wrong charges of Data usage

                          Hi,

                          My Complaint is regaring my Number [protected].
                          i have got exceptional (beond thinking) bill for Data usage.
                          even after makeing hell number of calls to Airtel Customer service, and requesting thm to disconnect my all Data application i have got Rs. 1200 for first month and again similar for second month.

                          i am surprised to see the way of Airtel Customer support and i am passing through the worst experience of my life with any servise provider. they dont listen any thing and even i requested to disconnect my services a long time back still i have got such bill.

                          kindly help in resolving or let me know the way of filing a legal case against Airtel.

                          Bharti Airtel — heavy charge in wrong way by BHARTI AIRTEL

                          AIRTEL charged me 15 Rs for ISD calls instead of 10 Rs. 10 Rs is it's rate given on website and even customer care executive also tell 10 Rs for calling to[protected]xxxxx. and these days customer cares giving wrong information to postpaid customers they know that once postpaid customer will use the service then they must have to pay the bill maybe due to which they have trained there customer care executive to provide wrong and less information about tariff so they think that the value added services are very good. i get problem like this from airtel i called to ask about GPRS pack then the customer care executive described me about the pack as per the prepaid customer even my call gone to postpaid division but executive not told me the right information due to which after a month when my bill generated there is 1300 Rs added in my bill so it's also abvious that i have to pay this bill but i already registered complaints about some issues like GPRS, ISD rates and some other services which they start automatically without coming in knowledge of customer. so i need help in this and after all this the nodal office is saying your charges are right you have to pay the bill. i want to ask why i need to pay bill i want my problems get resolved first only then i will pay the bill.

                                still getting bill for airtel postpaid number after submitting cancellation of number

                                i was using airtel postpaid number [protected] with account number[protected], i gave it my bro, since he moved out of country, i completed he billed amount and asked you to cancelled that number 3 months back. When i checked that number after a week it was coming invalid number i thought it was cancelled. but 2 days back i have received an email saying pay the postpaid bill Rs1500 for last three months.

                                I have tried changing my Prepaid Airtel number ([protected]) to Postpaid last month. In our company (CRM Services India Pvt. Ltd.) one of the Airtel Distributor is giving CUG plan that has monthly rental of Rs 199 which has 600 free national/local minutes with 150 free Local SMS + 150 National SMS. I have submitted document to the executive who came from the distributor point but my verification went negative by saying they have not found any Such Flat in my locality. I resubmitted the document and again they said they can't verify and find the Address, even after giving two major landmark in my locality.
                                Everyone in my office is using the same plan and i am still using Prepaid just because you can't find my address. I called customer service to register a complaint but they denied to do so. I spoke with Supervisor named (Sandeep) to get this issue resolved, he gave a nodal office number ([protected]) to talk to which give only two IVR option: 1. Enter SR number 2.Dial 121 or 198, which doesn't make any sense to me. Again i called customer service and asked for the Supervisor this time i got 'Naveen' on line as another supervisor and he also denied to help and when asked for the manager he denied that as well.
                                Now my question is can i get my Prepaid number converted to Postpaid with same plan which we have in our company? If yes please send me anyone to my residential address to collect the document again else i am happy to port out it to Idea again. So far it was the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. Please do not tell me to go for a normal plan as everyone in my company is enjoying the CUG 199 plan.

                                Dear Sir,
                                The Complian is agianst Upcountry TM ( Teretory Manager) Of Himatnagar - 383001 ( Town In Sabarkantha, North Gujarat, India+91) AMIT JAISWAL, that he is doing fake activation of prepaid card of Airtel Prepaid Ltd from distributor point and he also suggest the all distributor to submit the dumy documents, and all customer who have no document he can sell the cards and also he give him xerox of the proof which is already submited by him or when customer give the orginal document for sim card he use in another card. he is doing this for show his performence in the company. please stop the dumy documents policy as soon as possible.
                                Sorry but no resolution yet. I resubmitted all the document last week and on 14 i got a message saying your number [protected] has been initiated from prepaid to postpaid conversion and address verification will happen in 72 hrs. On Monday itself i got a call and some one told me that form has been sent to wrong dept and it will take three days. Today morning again i got a call saying we will verify it today before Six. No one came up for the verification and no call to confirm the address. Today evening i got a message your number can't be converted to postpaid because of incomplete verification. Now tell me what bull is this?

                                  It says that i have won a lottery prize rupees 25 lakhs and they have been threatened me to put 1.5 lakhs to their account so that they can pass the cheque of 25Lakhs.

                                    I am vipul singh, resident of Delhi. in 2011 i was using airtl postpaid connection and i regularly paid the bill on time without any fail you can see the track record

                                    I the month of April 2012 i got transferred from Gujrat to delhi in month of may i paid the final bill as asked by the executive present at the airtel store located at vikas marg, new delhi. after that i closed that number.


                                    After few months my friends and family members started receiving call from Gujarat about the pending payment and saying about me.


                                    I tried to tell this thing over the phone to more then 7-8 people, also one day i got a call from gurgaon office of airtel. that lady told me not to close my number as after few months roaming will be free and i can continue using that number as I am you premium customer she will get my number converted in to prepaid free of cost and later on when roaming gets free it will get converted into postpaid so i agreed to her but nothing happened.


                                    Once a guy from airtel Gujarat called my female friend and said that she needs to pay my as she used to talk to me and that guy also stated using abusive language for which i tried to launch an FIR but when i talked to the guy he apologised and promised to delete her number. which is not at all acceptable.


                                    And on top of everything today i again got a call from some girl from No.[protected],[protected], she stated that she is calling from high court and a case has been received from Gujarat and when i asked her where you sit and whats your chamber number she was blank. how can someone use wrong government body identity.


                                    I was not using the number but the number did not get disconnected due to which the renal was getting added and it become a good amount of bill now for which you people are tracking me which is not my fault. in all of my conversation to airtel people i asked for all the details from march 2012 so that if anything is pending i will pay but no one gave me the proper details.


                                    Kindly go through the matter and get it resolved. or else i will be having no other option than going to consumer forum and take this matter to media as i dont have that much free time to talk to your fake court people or to tell the whole incident in airtel company.


                                    I am also a retailer and i was a very loyal customer of your service but never thought of having such a and cheap behavior from this so much reputed company.


                                    I hope you are responsible enough to resolve the matter.

                                    Airtel — using abusive language

                                    sir with respect i request u that this number [protected] is using abussive language regularly please take some serious action

                                    AirTel — Harassment by the company

                                    This is to bring to notice about the harassment caused by AIRTEL and their third party recovery agents to the general public. I myself have been the recent victim of the same. I was using an airtel mobile number[protected] in Mumbai and due to some service issues i decided to close this number. now after 4-5 months i am getting calls from airtel regarding non-payment of the bill and they are using very abusive and bad languages. They are also calling to my friends and relatives and doing the same. The number from which i am getting calls is[protected]. I request you to take some action against these kind of recovery procedure.

                                    Airtel — Harrassment and use of Abusive language

                                    I have been receiving threathening and abusive calls from Airtel for pending payment of Rs 3464.07/- from the last one month. My cell number is not operative as it has been disconnected by the telecom company, but they are calling and harrasing on my mothers number and using cheap vulgar and abusive language. A female by the name of Deepika called from [protected].She has called several times and is using threathening and abusive language. I do not know whether my complaining on this site would be of any help. I am willing to pay the pending amount but i want to take some seroius action against this women DEEPIKA. who claims to be calling from AIRTEL PUNE. Do please help me out how to go about this harrassment issue., So that some innocent people like my mother and others are saved from the harrassment and mental tortures from recovery agents or so called recovery dept personnels from AIRTEL.
