      I am a very old customer of airtel and in my family we are using 1 airtel broadband, 1 airtel 3g usb and 4 postpaid airtel mobile connections.

      I Applied for a another new Airtel broadband connection on 10th Jan 2013 and submitted all the papers on same date.
      Till today Airtel didn’t installed the broadband and they are not replying when it can be installed.
      A representative from Airtel came and agreed to provide the connection within 2-3 working days and took Rs.500/- for the security deposit but after taking money he didn’t come back at all. Almost 500 times I called him but he is not at all responding to my calls. The representative’s name is Kapil (his number [protected]) and Sujeet Kumar (his number [protected] ) The worst part is that they are not responding on why there is a delay?
      Finally I called him with some new number and I asked him about my broadband connection on which Kapil replied that its in process. But Sujeet Kumar never picked the call after taking the money.
      It’s a complete mental harassment by sales executives.
      I also received some messages on my mobile from airtel “your airtel fixedline installation request 12300073 is being processed and will take approx 3 working days....3.26pm 13 jan”
      Today on 24th jan 2013 at 2:38pm I received a message on my mobile “namaste! welcome to airtel! your airtel fixedline service for account number [protected] has been started. thank you for choosing airtel” however no activity at the place of installation and nothing is done yet.
      Several calls made to these sales executives but no response.

      Below are the details, which might help in tracing the application.

        Airtel has deducted rs.80 from my mobile no. [protected] telling that i activated some internet package and when i called the customer care they told that i have used service from nazara portal. I don't even know what this stupid portal is. Airtel is looting it's customers. I want my money back.

          Airtel is deducting money from the number [protected], I had spoken to customer care many times but of no use,instead i loose some amount talking to customer care,the customer care people tell different answers each time for the same amount of money deducted, how it could be possible , as the deduction amount is same everyday and the reasons are differen. Moreover they promise it won't happen in the future, if it happens we will refund the amount, but it is not solved. I am requesting t

          This is for your information ,although this is happening very often with me,my mobile balance getting deducting anytime when you asking them why you cutting this they are saying your mobile activeted with some kind of dialogue few days back some redio before that i can't remember the name .....why you all are doing this this is not a great business you just cutting money without any valid reason.

          i activated daily bonus message offer for rs.5 on one day but they deducted money from my account everyday.they renewed it on their own. now also they are deducting rs.2 from my account daily

On[protected] i applied for mobile number portability from airtel to reliance with documents but on[protected] i received massage from reliance that airtel has rejcted the application due to invalid unique porting code.             AirTel — about portability

            i have three airtel prepaid connection.from which i want to port [protected], [protected], in other companies. for this i get unique port no. & contact to vodaphone & reliance respectively. after contacting with these companies the airtel refuse the request due to port request within new connect.but this was a wrong information given by airtel, . after this they have blocked 121 & 198 services of my mobile, so that i am unable to contact airtel. the company did not want to porting the number on any way. pls. give me solution

              Sir I had.just taken airtel postpaid connection my airtel number is [protected] and my name Nikhil gaikwad .airtel guy told me that I will get a plan of 249 in which I will get 200 mb internet 1000 local min and 250 sms ...I got the card on 16th of January 2013 and on 21 January my bill was generated which was 337 rs which is far more then my plan and my usage when I called airtel customer care they say they just gave me 5 days plan benefits since it was just 5 days left for bill generation they didn't even inform me about it ...for 5 days I just got 32 mb of downloading which was very less than actual plan of 200 mb .my data counter indicates that I have just used 71 mb and they are saying I have used 176 mb and when I asked them that I want to close the sim card connection or convert to prepaid they are asking me to pay 337rs plus 250 rs just within 8 days they are asking me to pay 600 total amount which is 3 times my usage ....plz help me I m just a student I cannot afford such heavy bills .....airtel has not been true with me

              Airtel Postpaid SIMcard — poor network coverage of airtel

              i am using airtel postpaid simcard for last 6 year.but for last 3 month i am facing a poor airtel network coverage.and also inspite of so much complain nobody givng a responce to me yet.even their head boss name MR KEYUR also not able to responce the probllem and also airtel customour care execitative are not able to listen any thing and also not able to resolutation. inspite of giving a so many complain.so requesting to you if you can understand the problem so please please please please solve problem.and rply to me as early as possible.hope you can more knowledgable person to understand.waiting for your reply.

                I am receiving unwanted phone calls from a girl +91XXXXXXXXX5 and speaking "I am sexy and have sex with me one night ..phone sex is free". I am really irritated and told I dont want to receive calls from you. But she keeps on calling me again and again and irritating me. Please how to take action against taht girl. I even have her calls recorded.

                    I am Victor Sebasti . I have applied for new connection with AIRTEL DTH by onlilne booking. My customer ID is - [protected] and my booking id is 169088. I have applied for this service in January 18th 2013 Friday. They have told that the connection will be installed with in 48 hrs. My connection not yet installed since 7 days passed.I have paid for new connection of Rs 2890 through credit card ref no. is 22699526, I have received a confirmatory message from them for connection booked. I have called several time to the customer care, they are replying only same reason like 1. Our Engineer will call you, 2. we will arrange for a call back, and then 3. today evening it will be installed definitely, everyday their replies are being like this only, and finally they gave an information about an agency to call them about installation that is FOOT PRINT AGENCY, CONTACT NAME IS MATHU SARATHY, CONTACT NUMBER IS [protected], [protected], The details given by them totally fake, I am not getting any support nor any feedback for my complaint

                    AirTel — Digital TV installation

                    I have booked digital tv on 3rd Jun, 2010(customer ID [protected]). I have received installation confirmation for 5th Jun through SMS. When nobody turned up, I have given complaint vide Complaint no 2970076 dated 5/6/10. Every time we call help line, they promised that installation will be done in next 4 hours, wait for the day. There after writing to nodal officer, I received e-mail confirming installation on 11th Jun,10. But now they differed it to another week. Regret to inform that installation is still pending, there is no commitment to the promise.

                    After making payments in advance, following up so much loosing time, money, energy , there is only endless wait. Please do needful to get urgent installation.

                    AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — not yet installed

                    i have booked airtel digital tv on 5th nov by online they told that they will install on 6th but till now it is not installed..

                    Airtel DTH — Airtel digital not yet installed

                    I had bought a Airtel DTH on 01/11/10 and it has not yet been installed. I tried to call the customer care for help and till date they are not in a position to fix my problem. The dealer from whom I purchased the connection is not ready to help and has threatened not to come againto his shop. I have now taken connction from other service provider and I want my money back cam anyone tell me the procedure to get a refund
                    Airtel dth is really a poor service provider as i experienced.

                    Airtel DTH — Installation not yet done

                    My Customer ID is [protected], booked an airtel digital TV on 7th Oct-11by paying an amount of
                    Rs.1690 and later received a message on the same day mentioning the installation will be done on 8th Oct-11, around 3 PM IST.

                    But there were no communication from their side and later I made several calls to the customer care; but the response was very poor and no body don't have enough idea of when the connection will be provided
                    and they were telling the same answer like - "will communicate to the backend team".

                    NOT YET THE INSTALLATION DONE.

                    Iam not sure why the Airtel has kept it's customer service.
                    The connection has been installed successfully on 26.01.2013;
                    Service is good
                    It has Good picture quality and excellent sound quality
                    They said reason for installation get delayed is address finding..

                      Dear Sir

                      I am Nitin . We have applied for Freedom Pack with AIRTEL DTH . Our customer ID is - [protected]. We applied for this service in October 12 .Our connection was installed on 27/10/12 .We have paid annual subscription of Rs 3290 that was being asked by AIRTEL and we have confirmatory message from them for the same .On 10/01/13 our connection was cut by AIRTEL .We have called their call centre to know the reason . As per them AIRTEL has installed HD pack instead of freedom pack on our TV without our knowledge Rs 3290 is being consumed by January. Now AIRTEL is asking us for more money to get the connection resumed and to continue the service. We have been requesting to reinstall our connection but they are asking for payment .They have been harassing us since last 2 weeks and are behaving very rudely and is unprofessional manner. I am requesting them to change the set top box and let me avail the services till the date till I have paid for but they are constantly demanding more money .                       I am the customer of the prepaid airtel from more than two years. Firstly I
                      got very sincere service from it but around 6-7 months past it become
                      very dull. There are more call drops in the service and most of the
                      time I talk with the customer care service but they are not given me
                      the satisfying answer. And one of executive Mr. Pramode is just
                      talking so rudely and disconnecting my call. And after than he never
                      picks my call. Most of the time there executive is just kept on the
                      hold and disconnecting after some time. i have facing lots of problem
                      with there call dropping and when i talk regarding that they are
                      replying the problem is of your handset but even after changing the
                      handset it is not solving and they are not clearing it sometime
                      thought that to through the sim but now it won't possible because now
                      my number is spreading allover and it will creating lots of problem
                      but airtel don't concerned about that they have to make and spreading
                      business by getting new customer they don't have to take care of
                      existing one ...
                      I am not only one person who have this same problem there are lots of
                      person who facing the same problem... I am very much frusteted withs the network service sometimes...
                      hi i want to deactivate my cid_b4p services i dont know how it got activated and i am not using these services then too my Rs.7 gets deducted every week.I have launched complaints about 7 to 8 times but then too no action is taken.Kindly deactivate these services for my number.My cell no. is [protected]

                      Airtel — DTH-Wrong setup box

                      Hi ,
                      recently i bought a sony bravio (KLV-32CX420) television with free airtel digital TV [HD] connection with 3 months of subscription. When I asked them for a airtel DVR (recorder),they have advised me to recharge my account for 2,000 rs which i have done. Next day i called up the customer care to setup a date for installation, which they have agreed on May 17 2011 along with HD DVR. But the guy just gave us normal HD setup box instead of HD DVR. Regarding this mistake i have called up customer care 12150 numerous times, but each time they tell me that back end team will call me back which does not happen. please look into it.

                                i recharged with rs. 120 and the very next day rs 30 was deducted without any reason. I had an active internet plan. my no. was blockd so i couldnt call the customer care executive.
                                the same thing repeated on20/01/2013 and this time rs 100 was deducted.
                                lucky i could connect to customer care so the aggreed to their mistake and register my complaint.

                                AirTel — Unnecessary Balance Deduction-No Refund as of now

                                Yesterday[Nov 19th] my balance of Rs 52 was completedly deducted for the usage if Airtel LIVE when my phone was in locked mode and when i had not even touched my phone during thst period of time . I DID NOT use Airtel live but my balance has got deducted. I called the Customer Care immediately to address the issue at 10:50 PM, but they have failed to take any action on it. I have again spoken to Customer Care-Shiva Kumar and he refuses to refund the amount or take any action on the issue.
                                I have been using Airtel for nearly 7 years and BSNL, Tata Docomo etc also, never faced these kind of issues with other providers. I dont see the necessity to cheat customers like us and deduct money in an unfair manner like this. The quality of Airtel network is becoming very low and cheap these days.

                                  I am a existing consumer of Airtel Broadband. My plan is of 15GB for 1099 per month plus taxes. After i utlize my plan , the speed falls down to 256kbps. Today while speaking to airtel helpline, in between talks, i realized to my amusement , that there is already an existing plan of 15GB for 699 per month. After utlization of the limit, the speed falls to 512kbps. There is no difference in the plan. The new plan is just cheaper. After i asked why my plan was not changed and rates dropped, i was told that its my job to keep a track of it. I should be visiting their websites on regualr basis to find out if the rates are dropped.

                                    I pay Blackberry internet service charge every month and at the end of the month They are asking for Rs. 14,995.70 for internet usage on my mobile bill.

                                      I had recharged my Airtel number ([protected]) at Fri, Jan 18, 2013 at 8:50 PM from Airtel website for 22 INR.. To get Rs. 22 All STD [protected]@30p/min … as Mentioned on Airtel website…

                                      Kindly Note: there is not anything mentioned about timing limitation on that category 22 Rs Recharge.. There was only Written: Rs. 22 All STD [protected]@30p/min.. While they have mentioned timing terms on 16 INR recharge as: - All Local & STD Mobile Calls - 30p/min (10PM-5PM), between 5PM-10PM as per Base Plan.

                                      After I have conversation with their customer support they said if you want 24 hours working plan for std you can go with 12 INR Topup… this will work 24 hours no any time limitations : -

                                      I have recharged again on: Sat, Jan 19, 2013 at 4:20 PM.. RS 12 - All STD Rs1/3min.Other calls as per tariff…

                                      But the same thing happening again with me on evening 5 to 10 PM if I make any STD calls for 14:30 Minute.. There 11 INR deducted from my main balance…

                                      Also Their customer support team not responding well on this issue.. They always said that sorry sir at present time there is Technical updating on our site so kindly call us after 1 hour…

                                      I Just want to know that this is the AIRTEL the brand WINs the best “Telecom Company AWARD”… what rubbish!

                                      I hope I will get solution on this issue soon… My main concern is this that, my mostly callings are STD... So I want a STD plan which will work for 24 hours.. No any time limitations…

                                      Airtel — AIRTEL'S EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

                                      This is to put on record my utter disappointment with the service of Airtel broadband customer care team. From the facts stated below, you will understand that the customer executives have been continuously lying and deceiving me:



                                      I have been a user of the landline number[protected] and broadband since August 2004 and I hold an excellent record for prompt payment of my bills. In December 2008 I had to leave the country for a few months on work and I had requested for cancellation of the aforesaid line.



                                      I returned India on May 30, 2009 and I immediately placed a request for re-activation/reconnection of the aforesaid line by calling the customer care number 4444121 and my request for re-activation of the line 4214 2887 was taken by Mr. Harish and given a reference number 20373010 on May 30, 2009. I was informed by him that the line will be restored before 11:30 am on June 8, 2009. He assured me that the date given is the maximum time they would take to restore the line but they would be restoring the line much before that.



                                      However, no one visited my residence or even made any call regarding the restoration of the line and nothing was done by June 8, 2009. Therefore, I made a call to the customer care number on June 9, 2009 and complained to Ms. Bharathi, who apologized for the delay and took a fresh complaint and gave a new reference number 20703734 and promised me that the line would be restored maximum by June 11, 2009. I called the customer care on June 10, 2009 and spoke to Mr. Sampath just to reconfirm that they had all my contact details and that they would restore the line at least the next day. He confirmed that the line will be restored the next day and I believed him.



                                      However, the line was not restored by June 11, 2009 as promised and I felt completely cheated. By evening I received a call from Mr. Basha from the customer care department apologizing for the delay and he transferred the call to Mr. Jeshan in the back end office, who promised me that the line would be restored by Saturday June 13, 2009. On June 11, 2009 an executive from Airtel visited my residence but instead of restoring the line he took my signatures on a subscriber enrollment form and promised me that the line would be restored the following day or latest by Monday June 15, 2009. However, once again I was deceived and lied to because the line was not restored as promised.



                                      I called the customer care line on June 15, 2009 and complained to Mr. Srikanth, who transferred the call to Ms. Genova, who apologized to me for the delay and took a fresh request 26548865 and assured me that the line would be restored within 4 hours. But once again it proved to be a lie. Nothing happened in the next 4 hours and I called the customer care number again and this time I spoke to Mr. Daniel, who after consulting his superior Mr. Blessing, assured me that the line would be restored within next 24 hours.



                                      After 24 hours, when the line was still not restored, I called the customer care number and spoke to Mr. Maniraj and thereafter to Mr. Srirangam who apologized, and took a fresh request 20801778 and promised me that the line will be restored as soon as possible. I once again called on June 17, 2009 and complained to Mr. Robert about how irritated and cheated I felt by the action of the Airtel executives.



                                      Today i.e. June 18, 2009 I called customer care again and spoke to Ms. Aysha, who said my request has been closed without giving any reasons.



                                      I am utterly shocked, disappointed, cheated and extremely irritated by Airtel’s service. I used to have great trust in the brand Airtel especially because I’ve been a user of their services for 4 years. But all that has been shattered now. Now according to me Airtel’s service has the lousiest service. I am going to dissuade people from choosing Airtel, which had become worse than the public sector service providers.

                                      AirTel — bad customer support

                                      I just want the Airtel higher ups to know that inspite of me calling several times on one issue, the problem is still not fixed. And everytime the CSR's try explaining me that its a problem from my end..
                                      there i a STD number from Gorakhpur(vodafone) which i am nt able to call from my airtel number.. in the mean time i am able to call the same number using aircel, vodafone & idea connections.
                                      I have contacted the Airtel customer support number of times but still the problem is not fixed.. i just want to know whether you people can fix it or u r not technologically equipped to get it fixed.

                                      I[censored] say that u dont know how to get it fixed i have no problem but please dont give all the Gyan to me and try to fool me because o[censored]r incompetence. Thanks

                                      AirTel — Bad-customer service

                                      Hi,

                                      Today I was trying to make online payment for my Airtel Fixedline while talking to the Airtel Customer Service rep who was helping. After I submitted my debit card infoemation there was an error so the rep transferred my call to the technical dept. for help however they kept me on hold for 10 mins and hung up. So i claled up the technicla dept. directly and they were helping me to make the payment online and again the same error occured once i submitted all the info of my Debit card so the technical dept. again kept me on hold and hung p after 5-6 mins. So the 3rd time I login to the airtel website and tried to make the payment and it was successful. After sometime when I checked my citibank account all the three transaction were successful. SO I called the complaint number for Airtel however they told me that they will not refund the 2 unathorized transaction and will adjust it for the furtute usage of the service and also denied to trnsfer the call to any supervisor.
                                      Never expected such a bad service from Airtel.
                                      Everytime you called them they will disconnect the call and it takes a long time to get conncted to them.

                                        i'm using airtel 3G activated sim and my no:[protected].i activated 2GB 3G plan for rs.449.last time i activated the same 3G plan and the speed is good.but now the speed is really worst 5 to 9 kbps which is worse than a 2G speed,6 days has gone and the problem's not fixed yet.
                                        at the same time they have looted the money of rs.898 for two failed transaction during online recharge on 15.1.2013 for rs.449 twice and still no money refund where the transaction id are txn ID:369154 and txn ID:373206.

                                        I activated internet of Rs98 on 6june2010 on my mobile.The browising speed is very poor it takes about 7-10 mins to open website and sites like orkut doesnot open.I complaint to airtel but they told me it will be solved after 15june.Till that time pack is about to finish.please help me.
                                        i have also brought a new airtel 3g data card micromax 310G before i brought it the airtel customer care telling me this is a 3g unlimited 999RS per month plans and the speed is 3.1MB/sec but few days its giving me only 0,15 kbps/sec and i don't receive any bill information and etc.. and its giving fake plans. so I'll also suggest don't buy this data card and airtel 3g connection
                                        My airtel mobile office internet speed is 2-4kb/sec,earlier it was 10-15kb/sec.I am complaining again and again but the problem is not getting solved.My number is [protected].
                                        No, the issue is not resolved yet, the speed still is 3-4kb/sec, please solve it.
