i ve had got a slim card frm the COLEGE provide them the documents and they activated the card but then i recharged the phone with 205 and it got added to my acccount , one fine day it got deactived and my 205 got stucked in it .........i tried to sumit the document to santacuz centre BUT it didnt work out ..........i just wanna my money back or active the card..... IT A PREPAID CARD AND THAT MONEY IS MINES .....

AirTel — Airtel is a Cheater

I have a corporated connection of Airtel that I took around 6-7 years back. I pay for the bill from my bank account. Whenever I call Airtel to resolve my small issues like billing problem or subscription of GPRS, they tell me to request through coporate connection co-ordinator of the company in which I work. When I request the company co-ordinator, he never pays heeds to my request. If I request to discontinue my connection, even then they tell me to send request through company co-ordinator.

Two times they told me that they will call me back through their supervisor, but they did not.

Airtel is continuously cheating me by over charging me on bill. They don't discontinue my connection. Airtel is a big cheater.

    Hi Team,
    I am writing this mail on behalf of Namrata.As I wrote so many mails to them regarding the issue of wrong billing against the plan what they given but all my efforts goes into vain.

    ISSUE : Before taking the broadband connection they told us that they have a plan of Rs 499 named as Unlimited "2GB Smart Combo" which we provide to some users only in which you will get the speed of 2mbps till 2GB and thereafter 256kbps.They told us that it is an unlimited plan and you have to pay Rs 499 + tax.

    Even For assurance I checked with customer care for PLAN details after getting an connection from Airtel Broadband Customer care,And they told me the same its an unlimited plan named as "2GB smart combo" in which you will get 2MBPS till 2 GB and thereafter 256kbps.

    Now Airtel Team is sending mail to pay the whole amount otherwise we will put this case to lok adalat. They are trying to harass mentally.

    Please tell me what to do.Should i pay that amount and be like moot as others usually do or take a stand to let this opened so that other customers will also know how airtel cheating with their customers.

    Gave up already last year. Now using Hathway for the broadband services. Airtel Customer Care is really need a revamp in order to gain the market and trust from the customers for digital media services.

      I have replaced my normal SIM with Micro SIM due to my new handset requirement on[protected] at Kalyan Nagar, Airtel Relationship Center, Bangalore. I have submitted all the required documents and surrendered the normal SIM also to them. However, till now[protected] my microSIM was not activated. I have called customer care more than ten times and visited the same ARC (Kalyan nagar, ARC, Bangalore) three times (Monday evening, Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning). Even i remembered the customer care person in that ARC several times through Phone. But till now no response.

      I would like to know why it was not activated even after four working days?

      Is this will be the customer care services for the Airtel customer?

      I am also fcing the same problem. I have taken ths airtel micro sim from Airtel outlet at Koramangala Bangalore on 19/08/2013. But till now it has not got activated kany times tried xomplaining to customer care nothng worked out. It seems like Ages rtel is least bothered about customer's worries. I am a 6 yeaes old xustomer to airtel. Its disgusting to see this kind of service from airtel.
      My phone number [protected], got the micro SIM from kaggadaspura Airtel office, executive has assured the SIM will get activated in 10 min and it close to 8 hours now and no traction at all. Called 121 and complained also[protected] but that to of no use. All day went in vain for this. Will be highly obliged if some one can help.

        Recently I changed my mobile from Postpaid to Prepaid. At the time of conversion I gave all documents. The phone worked for a few days. Then they stopped the outgoing calls without any warning. They claim the documents are incomplete but refuse to explain what is incomplete. The customer service is pathetic and the operators are rude.

        Airtel — WITHOUT WARNING THEY STOPPED BOTH INCOMING AND OUT GOING

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I had taken Airtel Corporate connection a month back and receieved my 1st bill for usage between 4th Jan- 4th Feb, 09, last date for payment being 22nd Feb.

        However, i exceeded my credit limit (Rs 1500) and aitel barred my outgoing calls. At that time, my phone was on roaming (its a Bangalore connection) and I made a bill payment (in excess of my actual bill amount) at Raipur Airtel office.I was told that my phone lines will be activated within 24 hours of the bill payment.

        The bill payment date was 11th Feb. Till date my lines have not been activated. I have gone to Airtel office thrice and spoken to Airtel Customer care half a dozen times. Each time they assure me that the lines would be activated but they dont do it, blaming it either on the server or on the Raipur airtel office or something else. Moreover, there is no co-ordinated communication between customer care (telephone guys) and airtel office people. I was asked to furnish details of my bank statement as a proof that I have paid (despite the fact that I have showed them a receipt of my payment) but the airtel office people refused to accept it since they had not asked for it.

        I am absolutely frustrated with the inefficiency and insensitivity of Airtel authorities. Kindly help! I need my phone lines re-activated ASAP!

        Airtel — Outgoing services barred without any warning

        Airtel today really pissed me off... I've been their customer for mobile phones for 7+ years, have paid them lakhs of rupees as monthly bills and they've now turned into an arrogant with all the money that I've paid them.

        Today they sent me a SMS stating the following:

        "We have not received your Airtel Postpaid documents required as per Govt. directives, hence the services of your Airtel mobile have been discontinued. To fix up an appointment for the collection of the documents, kindly call us at [protected] between 9 AM to 6 PM"

        I tried making an outside call instantly, and I could not because they had deactivated my phone already.
        No communication was sent beforehand stating that they needed any documents from me --- neither through SMS, email or a mail. They choose to call you for frivolous services as and when they want, but they could not also give me a call regarding this. They chose to suddenly disconnect the connection without any warning. Now Customer Care wants me to go to a Airtel Outlet, collect a form, fill it, attach some documents with photographs etc. and after that they'll restore my connection within 24 hours!

        So as far as I see, I could have been abroad on International roaming, and they could have had me stranded on some foreign land like this! A phone is an essential service. Can Airtel do this? What if they lose the documents that I give them again? They would disconnect my phone again, and this could go on for ever!

        Is there any way I could seek some justice? This is awful behaviour from Airtel's side. I tried to reason with Customer Care. I asked them to reactivate the connection and give me 1-2 days to submit the forms, but they won't listen of it. They've held me hostage... and I'd really like to get back at them.
        I CAN'T MAKE OUTGOING CALL FROM [protected] ON 25/06/2009.

        Airtel — Outgoing services barred, already made the payment

        I have already made the payment of Rs. 3122.05 using my ABN AMRO Debit card on 23/06/09. But then also Airtel has barred my services. For the reference I am attaching print screen of the payment history. Please look in to the matter and do the justice as this is action is against my consumer rights.

        I have already submit my address proof two times, however my air-tel number [protected] still not activated. But incoming calls are received, but out going call not worked. If dialled immediately show "call ended" instead of several times complaint in customer care no response for the past six months. Please activate the above number otherwise please inform the position.

        I am sudeep chitre, and i took the airtel prepaid card on 24th oct 2010. i took the card from gandhinagar and it was taken by my frnd who nw resides in mumbai. the company barred my out going calls on wednesday evening saying that i had nt subbmited my documents. I subbmitted my documents on thrusday and the service centre guys ensured me that my out going would start in 48 hrs. after the time period of 48 hrs they again msged me to subbmit my documents. after contacting the airtel office again they said that they couldnot help as they had not recieved the documents. I would like you to take necessary action against them as they have been very irresponsible in handling compalints and very careless with their service.

        My mobile number [protected] was bought 2 months back and I paid 5,000 for it and now all of a sudden I am not able to make outgoing calls or send messages but I am receiving both. I have a balance of more than 68rs. I have been facing this problem since 4 days now and airtel is not helping me.

        I have taken a complaint sir, will be fixed within 12 hours.

        Now its 4 days, I have just kept phone for incoming and using docomo on the other hand.

        i am seriously pissed off by the kind of service airtel is providing.........i was using aicel till january n after the implementation of MNP i changed my network to airtel n ever since i am facing the problems in airtel.......5 days ago they stopped by outgoing calls saying tht i have not submitted by documents......ll they tell me wht were they doin for the last 4 months if i hv not submitted the documents........

        i subbmited all my documents at the time i changed my network n filled my form,thn only my sim was activated now these people were saying tht i hv to submit my documents again....so i wasted my 200 bucks which is far more thn the value of the kind of service this network is providing here n the inconvineacne they do to the users........

        so i spent 200 bucks n went to the airtel office here in vellore submitted my documents n gave my photograph......n they said tht it ll be activated in 24 hrs.....its been 3 days n yet the sim is not activated yet......i am even not able to call customer care from my mobile n seriously after this kind of bad service by airtel i m really seeing the kind of response they give to the users......n m waiting for the reply if airtel is gonna start my service back or not.....my number is[protected] n i want airtel to start the service ASAP becoz i hv submitted the documents again.....otherwise i ll make sure tht u people are gonna loose ur cutomers srastically ......m in college n thr are other network providers also who are giving service for the money thy are talkin n not like this network................

        Airtel mobile connection — outgoing calls have been barred

        My Mobile No.[protected] has been barred for all outgoing calls. I have already paid my bill yesterday to your Shivaji park gallery for Rs.1182/- please give reasons for call barring and activate it immediately altenatively i may opt for option of number portability.

        AirTel — Calls Barred

        I have migrated from Vodafone to Airtel recently. My Mobile Number:[protected]Chennai Circle)

        As per the process, I have visited Anna Nagar Airtel Showroom and submitted the
        required documents for MNP. After 20+ days the number got ported to Airtel.
        Though initially I had few problems with Airtel Customer Care, later I got settled with
        BlackBerry Services activated.

        After a week from the time of activation, My Outgoing was barred saying that I
        need to submit the Proofs. However I have never received any kind of SMS/call
        regarding the same, I was also not informed when I called Airtel Customer Care
        a day before. Later I called the Customer Care and spoke to Laxminathan and got
        my number released after promising him that I would submit the proofs the same
        day which I DID by taking half a day leave to my work. Ref # 7719041


        Again today, the same problem occurred. Evidently both my I/C and O/G is barred
        for the same reason of not submitting the docs with no SMS/Call intimation. I called up (@
        5:30 AM) the customer care and again got Laxminathan on call and requested him
        to release my I/C at least so that I can live until I visit the showroom which
        opens at 10/11 AM. This time Laxminathan couldn't help me in releasing my
        Number despite me confirming that I have submitted the docs earlier with Ref #
        7719041

        I was told I have to wait till the showroom opens and get it clarified from
        them, since Customer Care does not have a system in place to verify the status
        of the Ref # given at the Store. No other option was available and I had to wait till 9:40 AM and spoke to Nodal Officers : Vijay & Sheela and Appellate Officer: Subramanium, I reported the issue to them. I was told they would call me and update by EOB and I am still waiting for my connection to be released with 28+ hrs of disconnection till now.

        Things i dont understand :

        1. This was an MNP connection and the new sim will be given only after providing the docs at the showroom. I wonder how Airtel cannot realize this ?
        2. How come Airtel can disconnect my connection without any SMS/Call intimation ?
        3. Despite of involving Nodal & Appellate Officers, I still dint get any resolution ?
        4. The proofs were submitted twice already and its 28+ hrs now, Airtel is still searching/validating my docs, the system is very poor
        5. They dont seem to understand the Inconvenience that i am facing now, instead Nodal Officer:Sheela gets frustrated on me, weird.

        My only request is to unlock my Number ASAP if you happen to read this anytime now. Thanks in advance..!

        Out going calls are barred from 7th December, 2011 even after submitting the required documents twice at Manipal outlet. In initial two days it was active, but then stopped with out any reason. I was following it up almost every day with Manipal out let, but of no use. My husband called customer care to find out the reason, but the guy who attended the call at 7.56 pm on Dec 30,2011, disconnected the call abruptly.

        Interestignly the Airtel web site is down to accept any customer complaints.

        Told me to change my vodophone connection to airtel.
        One mr. srinivas from airtel had come with enrollment form.
        Which i filled and given to him. with my id proof adress proof with photo
        Now they had barred my out going call. due to non sub metion form
        I called mr. srinivas and told him the issue.
        He told to contact mr. khan[protected] nasir[protected] sumathi[protected] i tryed to reaching them no body picking the call
        I did not expect such kind of service from airtel

        I would like to qualify that this is the most irresponsible organization that i have ever come across in my entire life. I have an Airtel connection in Gurgaon. I was asked to make a payment of 4000 rupees, and I made the payment on 20th november 2012. My outgoing calls for some reason still got barred on the 20th.

        On calling customer service, they mentioned to me that outgoing facility will be restored in 4 hours. However, nothing happened. So i called again. This way i made more than 15 calls on the 20th. Finally, the floor supervisor assured me that there was a serious technical problem, and my issue will be resolved by 12 PM on the 21st. I waited, but nothing happened. I called again, and a different representative mentioned again that my issue will be resolved in 4 hours.

        I have no clue what to do here. This is the worst service possible that i have seen by any mobile service provider in the world. Its a matter of shame and disgust that companies such as Airtel are functioning in India. Can anyone help me on this ?
        I have recently recharged my prepaid phone number [protected] but outgoing calls have been barred (local and international). I am using a Samsung Galaxy mini (S5570).

        Whenever I try to call Airtel customer care, they say they will transfer me to the manager and the line gets cut. Each time!! I have tried calling customer care 5 times with the same result. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible!

        My credit limit on 399 postpaid service is 3000. There was no service on my phone for 2 days, when I called up airtel executive member they kept on transferring my calls. Some times the number provided wa snot correct.
        Finally I came to know that Airtel service provider have barred my network services without any warning. As a matter of general rule and prudence a proper notification must be provided before such actions. Barring a service is a clear indication by airtel to attempt Service discontinuation.
        I make all my payments online, they bar my service and expect me to make payments. How do I receive OTP when my service is barred. I have been a sincere customer and this is how airtel treats its customer.
        I have faced huge problems due to barred service without notice. I hope my complaint would not only be resolved but an apology be also made.

          I don’t know somebody calling for third party payment and mentally harassment for me and my family. She is calling from [protected] she’s name is puja and ask for third person. We don’t know who is & also that person. But she was calling 11 times own my no. and telling me give that persons contact no. otherwise I destroy your and your family life. And saying debt & faulse unusual comments to my family. I don’t know who is she and I also don’t know that person they had his payment pending.

          If some xyz person not paying your charges then what we do. And why you calling us. If you are not able to recover your payment then I request you to please close your all airtel branches and stop services in india. Because you are not able to do businss. i have all nessecery proofs of calling for that person.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I applied for new Airtel broadband connection and paid Rs.500/-. I located at C5A/60,Janakpuri,New Delhi. I processed new application through Harish Talwar(Senior Officer),107,First Floor,Ansal Classique Tower,Rajouri Garden,New Delhi.He received all my documents but yet no response. Another person Vikas Shankar from Airtel contacted me and said one document missing. Then i submitted tat on the same day evening. One day after i called Vikas he said your old connection will not be processed you contact Harish. When i call to Harish he is not attending call. What i do at this situation? Airtel has very good name globally but because of such Sales Representatives Airtel branding will definitely come down. I request you to take immediate action to both of them. Also i need my connection to process or reimburse Rs.500/- and return all my documents.

              It has now been 6 months since initial complaint. I did receive a call from Airtel when I first made this complaint, but again no action.

                  I taken one new Mobile connection from Bharathi Airtel Before one week , getting connection they disconnected after 3 days. I contact area office they ask to renew the SIM after paying Rs:70/= . This way they are disconnecting and giving the Mobile number to other people. So we losing our ID / Photo also money. So this practice not good for the Telecommunication system, MY mobile Number [protected]. So please take necessary action against them.

                    This is with reference to Airtel Digital TV. My Customer id is XXXXXX9411.

                    For past few months I keep getting some issue with DTH. I take my recent compliant which logged in mid of Sep’2012, from Sep’2012 I was keep calling or logging issue but most of time it went unanswered. Once I logged compliant, after that I didn’t receive any call and no one visit my house to fix the problem but complaint was closed without any action/resolution.

                    After making compliant, I need to follow-up and send remainder but no one will turn back. I was facing this from long time and finally my issue got resolved only 16 Dec 2012. There was promised made by call center Sr. executives, once problem got resolved they will waive off from mid of Sep’12 to last Dec’12 complete got resolved which is mid of dec’2012.

                    Every time that we call to customer care center I have waited 15-20 mins in waiting for call to be transferred to concerned department!. We are told that in 24 hours an engineer will visit but nobody turns up. With respect to this issue I have spoken hours n hours to call center executive which is real PAIN and your FAKE promise hurt me a lot L
                    Again I called up call center to update them amount the resolution then I have received the from Delhi/Noida (Executive behavior was rude) office saying that they will waive off only for 5 days. When I called again to check about waiver detail your senior executive will inform me saying that I will get a call from them within 24 hrs for past 3 week. STILL I AM WAITING FOR CALLING.

                    My Question:
                    · How you have calculated 5 days waiver?
                    · How your executive close a call without taking any action?
                    · Why complaints are getting closed without customer resolution?
                    · what is acknowledgement you are getting from engineer? I need detail of all acknowledgement which you have marked as a ticket resolved.
                    · Who will pay for the time I have spent calling to you customer call center? (Which ticket cannot be raised but I have spoke to them in hours)
                    · How you treat your customer?
                    · Who is responsible for what you customer executive promised/faked us?

                    Bharti (Airtel) — Poor Service & False Commitment

                    I have taken a unlimited GPRS connection from Airtel.But the signal falls quite offen and on lodging complaint no action has been taken and the amount charged for taking GPRS connection i.e., Rs.498.00 has not been adjusted for poor services.Apart from this the Airtel has started blocking the customer from directly interacting with the customer care executive for lodging complaint whenever a option is choosen for talking to the customer care executive a recoreded message comes "SMS Airtel" to 121.This is totaly harrasment to the consumers.I stay in Kolkata pin 700042 and I am facing this problem for long time.Please look into this problem.

                    I , Alwina Gonsalves , would like to complaint againt my mobile service provider Bharti Airtel Ltd. for not fulfilling their promise to reinstate my service ([protected]). This service is registered on my brothers name Eldin Gonsalves. We are unable to make outgoing calls from the home network . the call is routed to Airtel Advertisement IVR . I have called customer care numerous times and nothing has been done about the same.
                    I have visited the Airtel store at Vasai (W) on 4 occasions . Every time they say that the problem will be fixed in 48 hrs . Its been 11 months since I am facing this problem .

                    Also , today my services for mobile no. [protected] was disconnected today at 0100 hrs without prior notification stating that I have not submitted my documents. I have been using this service since November 2003. When I visited the store today , I was advised to resubmit the documents stating that government has ordered to suspend the services.

                    I would request you to look in to this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I would also like a compensation from Airtel for the same.

                    Due to expensive call rate plan of airtel i tried to do MNP and i sent a message then in response i got port id but on the very next day ( Friday, 25/11/2011) , i received a call from MNP department of airtel and their customer care executive offers me a new plan on my number and i like that . customer care executive told me to do a cancel message and that plan will be activated within 48 hours but it didnt happen then i again to c.c and again they give me one more day to wait but at last nothing activated and i received a message that my complain is resolved. because of them i am 5 days late in doing portability my number. They are activating these kind of plans very hardly and generally makes fake commitment with customer so b careful everyone ......and my contact number is [protected]..
                    Even i want to be with airtel but if i get better services and the plan about which ur customer care executive of MNP department tolds me. 2ndly i already again did MNP message as i can't wait more and i'll go for that after few days so hopefully u'll contact me asap.

                    Hi ,

                    This is the first month of subscription with Airtel DTH and the worst customer service I have ever recieved.

                    Recently on 12th March 2012 I was getting an error on all channels as B001. I called up Airtel DTH Customer support and informed them about it.
                    Airtel registered a complaint number against my complain : Request No:16955245.
                    After that I did not recieve any call from Airtel. It is me who followed it up again with Airtel next day that is on 13th March 2012.
                    As me and my wife both are working, I requested Airtel to send the technician early in the morning before 11-11:30 . Airtel provided me the nearest dealer number and from there I got the technician number. The technician immediately denied that he cannot come to my place before 11- 11:30.
                    Then the technician comitted he will come on 14th March before 11-11:30 in the morning.
                    14th March 2012 I called Airtel Digital TV and to my surprise I found my previous complaint number has been closed as resolved.
                    The escalation team again raised a complaint number[protected] and confirmed that they will send a technician before 11 AM on 14th March 2012.

                    Again I did not receive any call from Airtel till 10:30. I called again to their customer support thrice and they put me on hold for more than hour with no response from any body.
                    I can tell the customer service representative name also :Amit, Monica...Are they getting paid to fool the customers?

                    This is the worst experience I have ever had with any product tat I have bought in my life.

                    Hope some action will be taken and people will not blindly follow Airtel just hearing the brand name.

                      Please note I have purchased Airtel Data Card before 4 months for broadband at Medavakkam in Chennai but unfortunately here no coverage & speed also very very poor.For that I am paying Rs 1100/= withouht using monthly basis.I have called several times but they not even look into this issues.They called me several times for payment, I said repeatly "de-activate the Airtel Data" and Some extend went on to the Airtel Showroom & they said "repeatly saying come to next month becasue your bill is not generated orterwise pay the unbilled amount thats is around Rs 25,000/="
                      I don't understand I am geeting the connection & paying Rs 950+ Tax that I need to pay but they are saying this much of huge amount asked to me pay.Please help on this.

On contacting they accepted their mistake verbally and restored the service but on asking for a written assurance that they will not repeat such an incident they spoke very rudely and then disconnected the number completely.

                        My name is Janak Gupta and I was using an Airtel Landline Connection with broadband connection for quite some time the number was [protected]. Around 3 months back I have sent them a mail from my personal email id [protected]@gmail.com in which I requested for a disconnection and also asked them to sent me the full and final pending amount details and according to there mail I also paid them in cheque of the full amount.

                        But after that they are sending me bills and commenting that I am using the phone. But since then I am using an MTNL connection and I dont even have a handset to use there connection.

                        Every alternate day the executive from Airtel calls me up and says there are calls made after I handed over the connection and it maid in Nigeria, Africa etc.I have no connection with these countries nether my family members have. This is completely unethical and illigal I believe. when I tell them pls sent the bill details and let me cheque they say its sent in my gmail but believe you me there is no mails sent to me on the topic.I have sent so many mails to airtel at [protected]@airtel.in but every time they reply it would be resolved in 24 hrs but it never got resolved.

                        Not today I received a call from [protected] who is really using threatning tone to get the payment out from me. and she is saying that I am lying and I have received the bills in my mail but saying no.

                        Airtel India — Keep sending me bills after disconnection

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I want to bring your attention in my concern regarding Airtel India Pvt. Ltd.

                        I had an airtel connection (Phone number [protected]) for which I raised a request to Airtel for disconnection and that got disconnected somewhere in Mar'10 and since then they keep sending me bill.

                        Despite of several follow-ups they are still sending me the bills for the services I didn't avail.

                        Airtel is fraud organization and keep harrassing me.

                          For past one year i am using Air tel Broad Band, Due to the poor connectivity i requested to cancel the Broadband on July and Local service engineer removed the connection on 5 of August, but Airtel dint stop the billing cycle till September month and asking to pay 2470 rs for August and September month, each and every day they will call and irritate me by asking the reason, some of them using rubbish works.

                            Airtel — Wrong charge on GPRS

                            I have Airtel connection in group of Reliance/IPCL and I am eligible for GPRS @ Rs. 100/Month. Inspite of that my GPRS has been acticated @ Rs. 600/Month. So I request to refund my amount.

                            I have activated my GPRS as per guideline of your(Airtel ) customer care centre executive . He directed me to send SMS with " MO" title and charge Rs.600 in my bill , though I have already communicated him about my Reliance/IPCL card. Also I have immediately deactivate it within 24 Hrs.

                            I have been using GPRS service in Airtel since quite some time, But since the last few days my balance is getiing deducted with no reason at all.
                            when someone uses gprs service to browse a particular website, after he closes his browser he gets a message that 'particular amount' has been deducted from his account for browsing 'particular amount' of data i.e. in KBs. Now I have been getting messages since last few days that .30 INR is gettign deducted from your balance without the amount of data showing that I am being charged for. I have not been using data services, But still its deducting .30 INR continuously since last few days... It has become a nuisance for me, because I am not using any service at all, But still I am getting charged for nothing...

                            Please tell me how should I get redressal in this regard as I have suffered in this regard without any fault of mine
                            I found a way to disable it. You need to go configuration setting ( for me it was setting -> wireless setting -> mobile networks -> APN ( access point network).
                            There you will find two APN ( airtelgprs.com and airtelMMS.com ).
                            Delete both. You may need to do this every time you are switching to new mobile.
                            This is disconnect you from Airtel Live and Airtel GPRS.

                            On 16th of mar 2011 i have activated the GPRS 16 (200 MB for 3 days.).
                            When it comes to balance deduction it deducted 3 times ,ie in total 48Rs has been deducted from my account.
                            The deductions are on 16th ,18th and 21 st march.

                            When i tried to call customer care ,none of the ways are there to speak to representatives.This service is quite pathetic.I have been trying since the last 2 days and getting harrassed.Please help me sort out the issue.

                            i will never activate such type of services.

                                Hi team,

                                I'm Ashik(Mob: no:[protected]).I had easy recharged for Rs.50 and Rs.30.After a while on checking my balance, I found it to be Rs.14.I called to customer care (198) for query about unreasonable balance reduction.(08-jan-2013,21:42 hrs,Ref.no :CBDSM[protected]).Mr.Mohammad attended the call and said that i have been charged Rs.46 for automatic message offer renewal.But i have already stopped the auto-renewal of message offer and have done a message offer by doing easy recharge for Rs.44.When i said this to the customer-care executive,He said he could only stop this pack and cash cannot be refunded.I asked how could this be done ?And on asking this the executive hung up in the middle when i was talking to him which is unacceptable.

                                The second time i called to customer care,The same executive picked up my call (08-jan-2013,21:46,Ref.No: CBDSM[protected]).This time also the response was same.The executive was so rude.Was so frustrated by the act of the customer care executive.This is not the service that we expect from a company like airtel.If there wont be any responses to these complaints i will be forced to move to some other network.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I had opted for Broadband and Landline services from Airtel. I used it for couple years and then when i had to move out of the premises as it was rented house i requested for cancellation of the both Broadband and Landline services.

                                    They said it will be done in 6-7 days. I have made payment for last bill and kept my account with 'zero' outstanding amount.

                                    After this cancellation i moved out of that premises. Later after a month i got the bills for landline number.

                                    here are the details :

                                    Account No: 16192197

                                    Upon seeing that i complained them that why im keep receiving bills after cancellation. They said they will be waiving of the amount for their mistake as billing section was not aware that its been cancelled.

                                    ok, later again month i received another bill with added amount of last bill and current bill. When complained they started telling i only cancelled broadband connection and not the Landline, also they started asking me give reference number for cancellation. who will remember after couple months of cancellation of connection. When i started escalating this issue one lady called priya tried to sort out this issue and finally told its been solved they have waived off the amount. I had asked to send me a confirmation on the same. But i didnt receive the mail .

                                    Now again after couple month im receiving mail saying

                                    "FINAL REMAINDER FOR YOUR AIRTEL LANDLINE NO:-080420​35668_kk"

                                    In mail they threatening me that they will go to "Lok-Adalat" and get a legal document for not paying the amount.

                                    Now please i would request to complaint here that why i should pay for their mistake , that they havent taken my request properly and not closed completely. If i had used any of their services im ready to pay but i was not there at all and there was no usage in landline also. Airtel is harrasing me by sending and calling repeatedly over this issue and not solving this.

                                    i having my mis scheme fom gwalior post office . i am going there at every month for the withdrawl of money from post office but the post master are always said there is unavailabilty of withdrawl form that's not true attitude towards customer's.

                                    if there is unavailability of form . post office want to withdrawl of scheme.

                                    Airtel Broadband — Airtel Keep sending me bills

                                    I am saket nigam. I had an airtel broadband connection for which my user id is [protected]_mp account number = 11856274
                                    my connection is disactivated on 14 sept 2010 on that month i got only half month bill , but after that month airtel keep sending me bills , and when ever i try to complaint about this matter on airtel helpline number they disconnect my phone and don't give me reply of my complaint number which is 39160862 , i am user of airtel broadband since 2005 , airtel behaving like this to his old customer , i am now scared of airtel services , Sir am not in a mood to give any money for that connection. So please help me out.

                                    as my name is vijay kumar yadav and i had taken a number from the airtel the customer representative had made a plan for me for one year that has been passed now they have renewed my plan without informing me
                                    and now they are asking me the money that you must have to pay

                                    why should i pay for the service that i m not using it

                                    I am very frustrated with the carelessness of Airtel. I've a broadband connection & every month i have to remind them to send me the bill. This is damn frustrating. I wonder how can a company not send the bills & expect the customer to pay. I registered for ebills which is easy to be sent. Still they would not & expect a timely payment
                                    Any help!

                                    Airtel is known for this nonsense. It happened with me too at Chennai. Either their system of recording cancellation and acceptance of final bill payment is rubbish or they just want to loot. They sent me a note saying they will get my credit worthiness degraded or something like that. All the banks and credit card companies know about my credit worthiness as Ive always been a zero debt guy. Airtel is pathetic on this account.
                                    Airtel not closing my account
                                    I had request to close my Airtel post paid cell no and landline line in OCT end 2012.

                                    This was done through a call to the Airtel BPO, who assured me that the account will be closed. Previously when I went to the
                                    airtel store they said the only means of closing an account is through calling the Airtel BPO.

                                    But Airtel after a gap of 3-4 months started sending me bills. WHich means they havnt yet closed my account
                                    although the BPO guy had assured it will be closed.

                                    Not sure why Airtel keeps on bothering people who wants to close their account. The process for closing is not streamlined, and after taking the request through the BPO, no action of closing out is done.

                                    I have faced similar experience while closing out my Airtel post paid cell account.

                                    Then they have some collection guy who threatens us with legal action for non payment.

                                    While the amount isn't much, I would like Airtel to rectify their process and hence not ready to pay for one where I havent used their service

                                    Can anyone advise what next steps i should take.

                                        I was using 2g internet facility on my mobile connection. I used to get daily update o[censored]sage that used to help on not over-consumption of mobile data usage. During Dec Month Airtel didn't send any SMS regarding this and because of it I overused this 400 MB as per bill generated. I had got huge bill of Rs.4648/- for month of Dec 2012. I doubt that bill is correct.
                                        Airtel didn't listen to me at all and they barred outgoing service as well. I again talked to them then they gave Rs.500/- discount and I have paid Rs.4168/- to them. Now even after paying whole bill amount outgoing service is not restarted from last 18 hrs.

                                        This is the way they are harassing a loyal customer. I am using same number since last 4.5 years and always paid bills on time.

                                        Need help on this. They should compensate.
