Dear Sir / Mam,
I am an Airtel Prepaid Customer From past 10 years and have been using the number [protected] since then. The number was completely active till yesterday 3rd jan 2013, 9:00 Pm. Suddenly my Phone started showing my SIM card to be invalid. When called Airtel customer care they are not ready to give me relevant answer against my number been permanently disabled from the system.
Today morning when I went to Airtel Customer Care office in ludhiana, they told me that you have not used this number from past 3 months, so your number has been disabled permanently from the system.
Sir, If I am using the same number from 10 yrs, what has Happened within 3 months that customer care people are like you are not using your number.
My each bank account, my email address, my other business transactions are associated with this Number. And I cannot Even transact any amount without this number in my hand.
So please Look into this matter on urgent and Prior basis, So that i can use my accounts, and emails back again.

Airtel — Poor Customer care Service, Recharge failure
Hi,This is with regard to Airtel Digital TV.
Their IVRS Customer Care Service is horrible and no executive would pick the phone to answer.
Recharge fails and not able to see the required channel. But the amount will be deducted !
Dont know what Airtel guys are doing there?
