Issue with recharge

Malfunctioning of Service Provider

On the 5 Th of December 2012, I recharged my Airtel number ([protected]) with amounts Rs.150 (For Unlimited Internet Access/ TransID [protected]) and Rs. 50 (For Talk time/ TransID [protected]). I request you to rectify the service of 3G prepaid on airtel for the dongle no.[protected].The dongle/USB modem is 3G but the network access purchases is only 2G/GPRS . Its very slow.At the time. purchase,it has been told that it is very high speed and actually there is no speed at all.
Please take necessary action as soon as possible.
