I have received message that jokes service is activated on my airtel mobile no. [protected]. (Chandigarh)

I have not subscribed to this service and my balance is getting deducted Re 1/day.

I am asked to send message to deactivate and still service is running I want to file a case against Airtel for harassing me.

    I am a ported Customer From Aircel. [protected]
    I have been renewed for fusion longue.The thing is i dint get the activation Message .
    I called up CC in the evening today and I’m put through to an inexperienced young Man struggling to speak . Fine. Most of Airtel’s CC is of this type anyway. What pissed me off was that even though he had heard about Fusion Lounge, he had NO idea how it was activated, he wouldn’t agree he about that, and rushed me up into deactivating it. Throughout the call the rep blamed ME for the activation and said that it was entirely MY fault. I mean, WTF? Here I was having absolutely no idea what Fusion () Lounge is and he’s telling me I had activated it. After I strongly objected, he told me I must have activated it without my knowledge.
    Hoping that they would deactivate it.Just now i again called them for the confirmation of the deactivation .
    I have recieved message that jokes service is activated on my airtel mobile no. [protected].

    I have not subscribed to this service and my balance is getting deducted Re 1/day.

    I want to file a case against Airtel for harrasing me.

      Hi,

      Past few weeks we have a serious issue in the network connectivity from Airtel.
      Problems faced in the past week:-

      • Calls are not getting connected,
      • Many people are not able to call our numbers,
      • During a call many a times it gets muted and we can't hear anything
      • Calls getting disconnected in between.
      • Battery draining to less than 40-50% without any outgoing/incoming calls.

      The above problems are reported by many people and not just few.
      Hope this would be fixed in a few days or else we may need to think of switching to other networks

      Airtel — Very bad network connectivity

      I have been complaining Airtel that there is poor network connectivity. They have not taken any significant action.
      I have booked multiple complaints over the past 2 years and above no significant improvements.
      Tried speaking to the regional head office as well no body is bothered about the same. I even asked them to ask their manager to call me back it has been ages no call has been done from their end

      Airtel — Poor network quality

      I have been using my airtel no [protected] from the past one and a half year but since last 4 months i hav been facing terrible network problems in the area GOVINDPURI and even my relatives n neighbours licveng in the area are facing the same problem.
      Airtel has done nothing to improvise upon this even after so many complaints.
      Is this the service airtel providing..
      My other numbers facing the problem are [protected],[protected].
      Kindly have a check on this

      Airtel — Poor quality of network

      The quality of the signal is poor causing breaks in communication leading to loss of business activities. This is happening since more than a month. The service is very poor at Jhinkpani dist west singhbhum. Peope are unable to communicate personal and business related messages. Quality of the voice signal is very poor and frequent interuptions are there. There is no attempt from Airtel to solve or rectify their system.

        I have purchased airtel DTH recorder set top box. after connection came to know that some buttons of new remote are not working also recorder functionality not activated. I had follow-up with Representative Vinod three-four times but the things are still not working properly. its almost 4 days now.its really very bad service.

            I got a message on 27/11/12 at 12.28 showing to submit Adress proof & ID & disconnedcted at around 5pm(27/11/12),i am using this connection for the last three years & for submitting the Ids & form i contacted airtel service at panchkula_haryana but they also not accepted the form,they also saying that the connection could not be activated
            for this reason i am not getting any calls & my porofession also getting hurted
            Please do anything asap

              I got a airtel connection of post paid they told me it will be plan of 199 RS per month but actually i am getting more than 230 RS.
              I want to change it perpaid connection but they asked me to wait for three months.After three months now they are again asking to wait for other month

                Dear Sir,

                I have closed the connection with respect to Airtel Digital TV consumer id [protected] on 20.11.2012 against the reference no. 26153828.

                CPE recovery reference no.26174392 is created on 21.11.2012.

                The Set Top Box (STB) and Antenna are not collected till today (29.11.2012) from my place.

                Again I received another CPE recovery reference no.26284442 created on 26.11.2012.

                Before closing the CPE recovery reference 26174392 created on 21.11.2012, why another CPE reference no.26284442 created on 26.11.2012. Please explain.

                I want the devices should be taken at the earliest from my place.

                Also the amount I paid should be refunded properly on time.

                Unnecessarily this process is getting delayed towards the motive of grabbing the amount I paid initially.

                If this practice continues, it will lead to a legal action against Airtel Digital TV.

                I will consider this email as a proof of submission in case of legal movement against Airtel Digital TV.

                I am expecting a proper response for this mail.

                This complaint is closed after a hectic follow up. However I am totally disappointed with the service from Airtel Digital TV. Since most of the customers not approaching consumer court, these companies are taking advantages over Consumers. Government has given all local Cable TV to big bosses of India, they are exploting the consumers.

                I am not expecting your apologizes. I came to know to from your customer service that, if a CPE recovery reference number is created, your device should be taken from my place within 48 hours.

                But my connection is closed on 20.11.2012.

                Till date I have 4 unclosed CPE reference numbers with me.

                Could you please explain what is the need for creating multiple CPE reference numbers when the first one is still open without any action.

                Keeping your device in my home is really trouble for me. Why should I keep your device at my cost.

                Please consider this post as a legal notice.

                Let us meet in consumer court.

FOR THE LAST ONE WE HAVE REQUESTING AIRTEL TO DEACTIVATE "HUNTING FACILITY" ON THESE 3 NUMBERS. AND THIS FACILITY WAS PROVIDED BY AIRTEL ON THEIR OWN AND WE DID NOT WANT IT. WE HAD MADE INNUMEROUS COMPLAINTS BUT TO NO AVAIL. DAY BEFORE AGAIN WE MADE A COMPLAINT NO.: 25268602. THIS WAS CHANGED TO 25327034 YESTERDAY AND AGAIN CHANGED TO 25344406 TODAY MORNING.

                  THESE NUMBERS ARE BEING USED IN OUR BUSINESS PREMISES.

                  NOW AIRTEL HAS GONE AND DEACTIVATED NO.:[protected] COMPLETELY AND ARE SAYING THAT IT WILL TAKE THEM 7 DAYS TO RESTORE/ACTIVATE THE PHONE BACK, AS THE SAME HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED AT THEIR BACKEND OFFICE.

                  MY QUESTION IS WHO WILL PAY FOR THE BUSINESS LOSS WE WILL BE SUFFERING WITHOUT PHONE FOR A WEEK? WHOSE FAULT IS IT - AIRTEL. WHEN WE HAVE ONLY ASKED THE HUNTING FACILITY TO BE DEACTIVATED.

                    For past one week, my phone has been deducting my balance without me actually making a single call. Earlier they were cutting 10 paisa... now its moved to Rs. 2. 40 paise. The message keeps coming in with the amount it is deducting and my current balance.. The call duration is always shown zero. I have tried calling their customer care but none of their executives are busy. I had recharged my phone with 100 Rs and now i have .21 paise left in my account and at least half the amount has been self deducted (WITHOUT ME MAKING A SINGLE CALL)
                    Kindly look into my matter, its high time Airtel stop telling public how its the no. 1 telecommunication company and advertising it continuously.

                      This is in regard to the unnecessary deduction of value regularly from my mobile connection for last 2-3 weeks . I am Sumantra Sarathi Das and my pre paid mobile no is [protected].
                      I am in utter surprise that from last 2-3 weeks again there is constantly value deduction from my number .it is very surprising that there is no customer service person to respond to my call. How can Airtel activate any scheme in my number without asking me.
                      This same incident happened many times in my mobile number previosly.Later when approached consumer forum, airtel reembursed my money..
                      Plz look into the issue .

                        I have switched to from TATA DOCOMO network to AIRTEL network a month ago
                        (due to very low network coverage of docomo in my office) by
                        submission of proof in AnnaNagar Airtel showroom, I used it for the first two
                        weeks without any inconvenience, but on 16.11.2012 Friday morning my outgoing
                        calls were blocked. Then I went to AnnaNagar Airtel showroom on that day
                        evening itself and submitted my proofs again, they said it will be activated
                        with in three working days. But it was not activated.

                        Then I went to AnnaNagar Airtel showroom again on 21.11.2012 they said that the
                        form was submitted from our end dated 20.11.2012 with LCS No.28. They asked me
                        to call from the landline(prepaid) in showroom. One of the customer care
                        employee picked up and said it will be activated in an hour but it was not
                        activated(note: when i enquired customer care executive said that my outgoing
                        calls were blocked due to loss of mobile on 21.11.2012).

                        Again i went to AnnaNagar Airtel showroom on 23.11.2012, one of the employee
                        asked me to call from the landline available, when i called one picked up the
                        call and said it was released and you will be able to make outgoing calls.

                        But today morning(27.11.2012) my incoming calls were also blocked. When i
                        called to customer care from another number they said my number was deactivated
                        for not submitting the proof.

                        I was using this number for the past five years. I have given this number for
                        all sort of official and banking purpose.

                        Note: When ever i call to customer care employees are giving fake information.

                        Kindly let me know whats happening on your side and I want my number back again
                        in active condition as soon as possible.

                        I am Ashok. I have been using Airtel service for past 3 and half years and my mobile number is [protected]. Around 8 months back I have taken two more Airtel numbers [protected] and [protected] with the same address proof on same day. But currently [protected] mobile number is terminated and I am not able to use the [protected] number anymore. But [protected] is working fine, which has been taken with the same address proof.

                        I spoke to AIrtel customer care executives on November 4,2009 around 10.40 AM IST. They are helpless. THEY DISCONNECTED MY CALL BEFORE EVEN I COMPLETE MY CONVERSATION.So this made me to feel bad about Airtel service and I have deactivated my Hello tune service for [protected].
                        Before 3 or 4 months ( approximately ) the outgoing call facility for [protected] was deactivated and when I contacted to Airtel customer care they asked my address. I gave my address details and then the outgoing call facility was activated for [protected].

                        But finally now Customer care executives are saying that my Address details are not given for [protected]. I have used same address proof details for all my three numbers listed below.

                        Kindly let me know the reason why Airtel people are asking address details for [protected] alone and why not for other two numbers([protected], [protected]).

                            We applied for Airtel Leased line service (Marath halli area, Bangalore) on Aug 20th 2012 with Airtel representatives Mr. Puspraj and submitted all our documents and check of Rs 17000 post feasibility check from Airtel engineers. After repeated follow up with representatives and escalation to Area Manager Mr. Purushotham in SEP'12 and Oct'2012, we got commitment that, the line will be activated within a week. Again, there is no response from any of the folks including the escalation point.
                            In the month of Nov'2012, after following up again, with Area Manager, We understand that the representative is on vacation and our case will be taken forward upon his return.
                            Again, there is no update... We had to follow up again to get the status and we are asked to send an email for cancellation whereas the cancellation of application is initiated from airtel due to their inability to deliver the service.

                            During the month of Aug2012 to Nov2012, we lost business of few lakhs due to repeated false commitment from Airtel representatives and now I got an email stating ,the refund will take 30 days. This is certainly not professional and not fair.

                            Airtel — False commitments due to which customer feels cheated

                            My cell was switched off as i was travelling out of country. the services to my number were all active.
                            when i returned back, my sim card failed to register on the network. i had been calling customer care 121 since saturday and each time i get committments and promises that - sir, it will take 4 hrs, it will take 2 hrs, it will start in 15 minutes... one mr aasif on 09.06.08 at 2:50pm commited that my cell will regain connection in 30 minutes and i dont know whats happening till now.
                            my payments were made on 7th june 08. even today my cell is not working. this is all thanks to be a loyal customer for 4 years.
                            i had spoiled my entire committments, appointments got canceled, lost business opportunities for which Airtel is to be blamed. how do i get my time and money back...?
                            if they cannot meet customer satisfaction, how can they run the business to customer expectation. there are already more than 1190 complaints registered against Airtel here in this site...! isnt this surprising?
                            we had a corporate account for more than 50 members and we think that these connections should be withdrawn and given to another telecom company for the corporate account because of false and improper committments due to which the customer feels cheated.
                            Are you a prepaid customer or a postpaid customer ?
                            Give some details like what is the error message you're getting.

                            Airtel — connectivity problem & false commitment

                            1) i have given complaint for the connectivity problem but yet it has not been resolved. i have esclatted the call to the nodal officer but still i have not got any resolution apart form another false commitment. the nodal officer was also talking rudely as said do what ever you want. he did not take my complaint.
                            "I have applied for Airtel Broadband connection on 06/06/13. The Airtel people promised me to arrange for the connection within a day, but until now its not connected. I have already paid for the connection in cash on 06/06/13 to him (His Mob# [protected]).

                            I have been contacting several persons regarding this issue to Mr. Gopi as a technician from the Airtel franchee ((His Mob# [protected])), but he is not giving any valuble reason why they are taking more time to serve. I would never choose or recommend any airtel service to any one, i feel very much cheated. I have been used by your executive to reach their monthly target. I request you to kindly look into this issue..

                            Airtel Network, Please ensure that your franshisee are providing a good service by inspecting then and there. I can provide other details if required.                                   Please share the following information

                                  a) Contact Information of your Nodal Officer
                                  b) Reason for Denial of Address Verfication for the Phone Number 998-999-XXXX

                                  I am holding the Airtel Phone 998-999-XXXX. The issue I am facing is that the Service is being disconnected in lieu of Address Verification Failure.

                                  I had submitted all documents along with Rs. 500 activation charge for my number including copy of my passport and two photographs.
                                  The Address in Passport is valid, and is verified multiple times by various service providers.

                                  1) Your Executive Anand, has written that the address is incorrect and he made attempt to contact me on my number during verification. Both did not happen, neither I get any call, nor did anyone turn up for verification - Outcome - Status of Sim - Disconnected.

                                  2) I made multiple attempts to contact your service center and Spoke to Mr. Moses and Mr. Varadaraj, both denied anything they could do.

                                  This has happened twice, question I have is, are your guys up to their job or your primary motto is to harass paying customers? If not action is taken in this matter in next 48 hours, I am going to write to TRAI's local Authority, seeking their help to resolve this.

                                    i have been using airtel broadband since 2 years. but never in my last 2 years have i received the correct bill. i have been overcharged around 150 rupees each month. since last 6 month they have even stop adjusting the amount in my bills. on request for disconnection they are not disconnecting it. my broadband is not working since lat month still i have been charged monthly rental for the same.
                                    i will like to inform you none of my complaints have been taken care of. despite of false promise from airtel executive regarding all adjustments no adjustments have been made. nor my connecetion is disconnected as request and i m being charged monthly rental.

                                      dth restarting every interval of 2-5 minute

                                      My airtel dth id is[protected]. i am facing above problem since 1-2 months. i have done so many complain but they are not able to resolve it always they take time of 24 hours and after 24 hrs they again take 24 hrs. as my old parents only available at my home when i came they told us , then we have talk to customer care on 21 oct ask that problem will resolve within 24 hrs but no body has came, we talk to engineer they told...

                                      my name is Anish Singh, I use Airtel mobile network prepaid SIM last 4 years . My Mobile no. [protected] .last 3 years my call rate deduction 50p/min Airtel to Airtel & 60p/min Airtel to other.but last 2to 3 week automatically plan change 1rs/min A to A & A to Others. I complain 2 to 3 time in airtel customer Care Complain No.198 but problem is same.
                                      Please change my call rate 50p/min Airtel to Airtel & 60p/min Airtel to other.
