I gave cancellation request in the month of july but in order to retain me they gave me some other plan with 1400 rental of 8 mbps speed and download cap of 40 GB something. Then someone called me telling 8mbps is not feasable in my locality. Then they come up with an option of 4 Mbps speed with date cap of 40GB and unlimited download....

I have been submitting my port out request from Airtel network for about 6 times. Airtel staff are so lazy that never paid any least attention to my port out request. They are so lazy to their work. They are only good at disconnecting calls and giving promises and miss routing calls. Useless people never helped me at least once to get rid of them. I have booked the Airtel DTH HD setup box. I made the payment through online. The money got deducted from my account but i neither receive any confirmation nor any calls to confirm the payment. So I called the Customer care to ask for details they are not telling any details. They told that within 48 hrs from payment they will install the set up box. I have recharged for rs.99 when i received the message 30 mins isd call in rs 99, after receiving the confirmation sms i am not able to avail the isd30 service and there is no such customer care tab in 121 automated customer care unit or in their portal.

This is with respect to my airtel broadband connection. I have subscribed for airtel broadband from 1st Jun,2012. Am going through such a pain and numerous calls from airtel asking me to pay the outstanding, but there is no one who hears what is the problem. I procurred a 3G dongle with a post paid rental plan. As per plan I would get 3G speed till download of 6GB, subsequently it will come down to 256 Kbps and will get renewed till the end of the bill cycle.
I could get the 3G speed for one month, subsequently after 6GB download the speed came to 256 Kbps and was never renewed at the end of the billing cycle even after paying all rental for subsequent 2 months.

I informed to Airtel Customer care to block my number and a week later i went to Airtel showroom in T.Nagar, Chennai (which is 90km from my home as no Airtel Relationship Centre near to my home) to get a duplicate...

I am customer of Airtel but i am facing problem when i call from my airtel number to know my puk no as my postpaid [protected] sim is blocked on 2.11.2012 at around 6.30 p.m. The customer care executive did not want to understand my problem and cut my phone i call them many time but no result found. now i not connected as well and my important calls...

For almost 2-3 weeks, I'm being charged by Airtel for no reason.

I am writing this with high level of frustration and disappointment caused while applied for Airtel Wired Broadband connection. I would say it is probably the worst service that any ISP can provide to a consumer in this country. Lot of communication gap and false promises from their end really tested my patience.
