I am a user of airtel prepaid mo.Service , I am using it since 4 to 5 years, airtel prepaid mo.Company promotions are rally very good but its services are very worst in my case.My mo. No. Is [protected] and at 12/11/12 01.03p.M. Automatically a massage came to in my mo.No. Inbox & that is " recharge successful on[protected] at 01:03pm,mrp: rs 5.00, stax: rs0.55, transits [protected] valid:2days, namaste! rs5 sms pack with 30 local/Std sms for 3days has been activated on your airtel mobile.For info on active sms packs with auto renewal, dial *555*0#benefit:25 loc+std sms " & since then rs.5.00 deducted from my main account balance in 3 days & a massage came like " namaste! sms pack at rs5 has been renewed on your airtel mobile with 30 local/Std sms for 3 days."I have done every thing to stop this service like I am sending massages to stop this service & I was calling 121 customer care & 198 customer complaint service but airtel prepaid mo.Company is not responding.Please suggest me that what I have to do.Shall I have to go consumer forum because I am fully frustrated mentally , physically ,& financially..please do my fever as soon as possible.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Unethical methods
When my yearly subscription ended on 31st October 2010, I decided not to renew the services. But what followed afterwards was a complete harrassment with 4 SMS + 4 phone calls on a daily basis. I have lodeged two requests with call centre to stop this menace and also written three mails to the company directly. In this forum this is my third or fourth complaint in this forum but no action is being taken and in the meanwhile I have received more than 500 SMS + 800 Phone calls requesting for renewal of the connection. My customer ID is [protected]
